John Stamos just pled no contest in his DUI case ... TMZ has learned.

Stamos was arrested in June after Bev Hills cops saw him driving erratically. He was in such bad shape he was taken to the hospital. As we reported, Stamos was under the influence of GHB and another non-narcotic drug.

Under the plea deal, Stamos was placed on 3 years probation and must complete 52 AA meetings in the next year. He's also required to get 2 hours of drug and alcohol counseling.

Jeremih just got a late birthday present ... a sweet deal in his DUI case.

The singer pled no contest to one count of reckless driving, and the DUI charge was tossed. As part of the deal, he'll have to complete an alcohol and drug ed course. He'll be on probation for 2 years.

The singer was pulled over on his 28th birthday back in July and spent the night in jail. The incident didn't stop him from hitting the clubs ... the next night.

Oakland Raiders star Aldon Smith will be suspended by the NFL for an entire year -- starting Tuesday -- for his role in a DUI arrest back in August ... so says Adam Schefter.

As we previously reported, Smith was arrested on August 7th -- after cops say he tried to get out of his car in a lot about a mile from Levi's Stadium when he swung the door open into the car next to him, causing roughly $500 in damage.

Cops say Smith got back in his car and left ... only to return to the scene on foot, where cops were waiting. Aldon then bombed a sobriety test and was arrested for DUI, hit and run and vandalism.

Smith was charged with DUI and a hit and run -- and pled not guilty.

Smith was on thin ice with the NFL -- after already being suspended for 9 games back in 2014 over a DUI arrest in 2013.

Smith was cut by the 49ers after the DUI incident back in August -- and the Raiders must have known a suspension was a possibility when they signed him.

Smith was seen saying goodbye to teammates earlier today.

Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett revealed he suffered a hamstring injury in the days before his arrest -- telling cops he had seen a doctor after hurting himself on the football field.

Unclear when Barrett suffered the injury, but during his drunk driving arrest on Oct. 31st, he told the officers that he had a "strained hamstring" and had been to a doctor on October 27th.

Barrett was suspended by the team for the Nov. 7th game against Minnesota because of the arrest -- but the new info makes you wonder if he would've missed the game due to injury anyway.

There's more ... 20-year-old Barrett also admits that he HAD been drinking before he got behind the wheel -- fessing up to having Crown Royal.

When asked how much he had, Barrett said, "two cups ... two shots."

Ohio State QB J.T. Barrett tried to go the Reese Witherspoon route during his drunk driving arrest -- asking the officer for special treatment because, "I'm the quarterback of Ohio State!"

Michael Phelps says he was "in a really dark place" and didn't want to be alive anymore after his 2014 DUI arrest ... but says he's cleaned himself up and insists he's swimming better than ever.

The Olympic legend -- as well as his close friends and family members -- opened up to Sports Illustrated ... and painted a picture of a man who had a serious alcohol problem.

"Honestly, I thought, the way he was going, he was going to kill himself," Phelps' longtime coach Bob Bowman said ... "Not take his own life, but something like the DUI, but worse."

Eventually, Phelps was convinced to enter rehab in Arizona -- where he spent 45 days -- and believes he's changed.

In fact, Phelps says he's sworn off booze until at least after the 2016 Olympics in Rio -- after enduring years of working out with a hangover.

"Haven’t had a single sip and will not have a sip. My body fat has dropped significantly, and I’m leaner than I’ve ever been."

A judge is already ordering Khloe Kardashian's best friend, Malika Haqq, to straighten up and get professional help after last month's DUI arrest.

TMZ has learned ... Malika was charged last week with 2 misdemeanors -- driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. At a court hearing, the judge ordered her to start attending 2 AA meetings a week during the lead up to her arraignment next week.

Donovan McNabb was just sentenced to 18 days in jail ... after pleading GUILTY to DUI in his June 28th arrest in Arizona ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Former Playboy Playmates Karissa and Kristina Shannon were rushed to the hospital Monday after a horrific accident where Kristina rolled their SUV ... and then got arrested for DUI.

Sources close to the twins tell us they were on their way to get their nipples pierced (yes, really) when Kristina lost control of their G-Wagon in Beverly Hills. Karissa had to be pulled from the vehicle through the windshield and firefighters cut open the SUV's roof to rescue Kristina.

Law enforcement sources tell us the twins were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Amazingly, they made it out with just scratches and bruises. Kristina was cited for misdemeanor DUI while she was still in her hospital gown.

Sadly, getting wasted in public has kinda become the girls' thing lately.

John Stamos is now officially charged with DUI ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney charged Stamos with one count of DUI for his June 12 arrest in Beverly Hills. The charging docs don't mention what the actor was allegedly under the influence of ... but our sources tell us it was GHB and another non-narcotic drug.

We broke the story ... Stamos was taking GHB, the so-called date rape drug, as a fitness supplement.

The DUI charge carries a maximum 6 months in county jail, but since John is a first time offender he'll most likely just get probation.

Malika Haqq, Khloe Kardashian's best friend who also appears on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," was arrested for DUI after crashing her car on an L.A. freeway ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Malika crashed on the 101 at around 3 AM. According to the CHP report, Malika showed "objective symptoms of intoxication."

We're told deputies gave her a field sobriety test and she failed.

Cops believe Malika was under the influence of alcohol and arrested her for DUI.

Malika was at a birthday party earlier in the evening.

Our Stamos sources say the actor was taking the drug to "lean out body mass" as he prepared for his new TV show. The drug is used by bodybuilders for lean muscle, and for a level of sleep which helps muscles recover.

We're told the criminal case will be filed soon and the charging documents will outline the drugs.

Stamos went to rehab almost immediately after his arrest and completed his 30-day live-in treatment successfully.

Oakland Raiders superstar Aldon Smith is fighting the charges in his DUI case -- pleading not guilty to allegations he smashed his SUV door into another car and then drunkenly drove from the scene.

Aldon was arrested on August 6th -- after cops say he tried to get out of his car in a lot about a mile from Levi's Stadium when he swung the door open into the car next to him, causing roughly $500 in damage.

Photos from the DUI wreck Brandon Davis had Thursday night show just how horrific the accident was -- and TMZ has learned he was hanging with former NHL star Mike Comrie beforehand.

We broke the story, Brandon -- heir to the Davis oil fortune -- had a single car wreck in L.A. and absolutely destroyed his Mercedes Benz sedan. Davis was transported to a hospital, where police arrested him for an alleged DUI.

Earlier in the evening, Brandon was seen drinking wine with Comrie -- Hilary Duff's estranged husband -- at L.A. sushi joint Matsuhisa. It doesn't appear Comrie was in the car with Brandon at the time of the accident ... as the ambulance only transported one patient.

Davis, aka Greasy Bear ... has been released from the hospital, and is getting transported to jail.

1:15 PM PST: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Davis suffered a cracked vertebrae in the accident.

Hollywood heir Brandon Davis destroyed his Mercedes Benz in a nasty single car accident in Los Angeles early Friday morning ... and then got busted for DUI.

Davis, ex BFF of Paris Hilton, was driving through one of LA's canyons when he smashed into something so hard ... it tore off the front, right side of his Mercedes sedan. Davis was injured in the wreck and had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital.

Police arrested him for DUI while he was still getting treated at the hospital.

Brandon, the grandson of oil and Hollywood tycoon Marvin Davis, was booked for battery and cocaine possession back in 2011. He pled guilty and was ordered to enter a drug diversion program.

Davis is probably most famous for his "firecrotch" rant about Lindsay Lohan.

Houston Rockets star Ty Lawson says he does NOT believe he's an alcoholic ... despite 2 DUI arrests this year ... saying he just made "two dumb mistakes" and didn't really need to go to rehab.

Lawson just opened up about his stint at Cliffside Malibu, where he was ordered to complete a 30 day program stemming from his January DUI in Colorado, telling Yahoo Sports the experience was "eye-opening," but not completely necessary.

"I still honestly don’t think I would’ve had to go in there if it wasn’t court ordered. I just made two dumb mistakes. But I did take things from the [rehabilitation facility]."

As for what he learned, Lawson says ... he learned "what triggers are" and "what forces someone to drink."

Lawson says being around people at the facility who had bottomed out from booze gave him a new perspective on the dangers of drinking -- "I didn't think alcoholism got that bad. But it does."

"There were people who were pushed into [the rehab facility] by family, and then me, who was court ordered. Just to see that it can get that bad, that you can die. You may not see that as a person until you’re already there."
