Devin Haney's father Bill Haney, who also serves as his coach, wants Ryan Garcia out of the sport of boxing forever ... telling TMZ Sports he believes the star fighter's flunked drug tests should lead to a lifetime ban.

Bill made the comments to us on Friday ... some 24 hours after Garcia's B-sample came back positive for Ostarine -- a banned substance. His A-sample previously tested positive for the same PED weeks prior. Garcia initially took the tests on April 19, the day before he beat Devin in an instant classic at the Barclays Center in New York.

Bill said the two tests show Garcia is, indeed, a cheater -- and he's now calling for boxing to turn its back on the 25-year-old for good.

Matthew Perry's death is mobilizing multiple federal agencies -- TMZ has learned the DEA's now getting assistance from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in its efforts to find the person who gave the actor the ketamine that killed him.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the USPS' federal investigatory authorities are now involved in the probe, and looking into whether Matthew acquired any drugs through the mail. We're told the postal inspectors are offering their expertise -- including their ability to track packages and other mail-related investigation tools.

TMZ broke the story ... local police and the DEA have been investigating the circumstances surrounding MP's passing for months -- after the toxicology report found the actor died from acute effects of ketamine.

12:23 PM PT -- Berkeley County Detention Center just released Kathryn Dennis' mug shot.

Kathryn Dennis is facing some serious legal trouble after getting busted Monday night for driving under the influence in South Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Goose Creek, SC booked the former "Southern Charm" star after they say she was involved in a 3-car collision. In documents obtained by TMZ, a responding officer described Kathryn's alleged state at the accident scene as appearing impaired with "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person."

This is her first offense with drinking and driving ... though it isn't her first run-in with the law.

Matthew Perry's death has, publicly, been considered an open and shut case -- but, as far as the authorities go, they're still digging into how he got one particular drug ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us there is an ongoing investigation into where Matthew got the ketamine that ended up playing a part in his death -- and the main questions are who provided the drug, and under what circumstances.

Our sources say both local police and the DEA have been looking into this matter for months, but it's unclear where exactly investigators are in the probe.

Britney Spears is in increasing danger of hurting herself or others, or even worse ... so say numerous people in and around her life, and they are scared for her and believe the only path for long-term survival is another conservatorship.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Britney's mental health has been in a tailspin since the conservatorship ended. They say she often is not taking the meds that stabilize her, and she is drinking and using various drugs which is especially dangerous, because she has substance abuse problems that sent her to rehab multiple times.

We're told Britney has radical mood swings and often goes into rages that end in physical violence. There are times we're told it's impossible to communicate with her because she can't engage in rational conversation.

Even more drama for the Kansas City Chiefs ... as two players -- Chukwuebuka Godrick and Wanya Morris -- were arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession in Kansas.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, the offensive linemen were booked for the same charge early Friday morning ... and were released after posting a $2,500 bond.

23-year-old Morris is a former third-round pick out of Tennessee and Oklahoma ... suiting up for 14 games during the Chiefs' Super Bowl-winning season in 2023-24.

Diddy's alleged mule, Brendan Paul, struck a good deal in his drug case -- 'cause he ain't gonna be doing any time behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

Brendan's attorney, Brian Bieber, tells us ... "Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety."

Ryan Garcia placed blame for his failed PED test squarely at the feet of Victor Conte ... but the former BALCO mastermind turned anti-doping advocate says that's pure BS, telling TMZ Sports he had absolutely nothing to do with the flunked test!

"His conspiracy theory is completely wrong and debunked. I have nothing to do with this. I'm completely independent of VADA," Conte told us on Thursday, addressing Garcia's allegation.

If you missed it, after news broke that King Ry flunked multiple tests for Ostarine, the 25-year-old fighter lodged this allegation.

5/2 -- 6:00 AM PT -- Devin Haney addressed the reports of Ryan Garcia's test results ... saying it's "unfortunate Ryan cheated and disrespected both the fans and the sport of boxing by fighting dirty and breaking positive not once, but twice."

Haney -- who said he is "an advocate for clean fighting" -- added Garcia owes fans an apology ... as his recent posts suggest he finds it all to be funny.

"We put our lives on the line to entertain people for a living," Haney said. "You don't play boxing."

Kyle Marisa Roth had her parents very concerned on the day she was found dead -- and it was over something they'd seen online, which was relayed to cops ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annapolis PD responded to Kyle's apartment complex on April 14 after one of her parents had called 911 to request a welfare check for their daughter ... this was after not hearing from her for a few days.

Her father, Robert, told police he'd last spoken to Kyle on April 8 -- whereas her mother, Jacquie, said she hadn't talked to Kyle in months. Either way ... Kyle's mom said she was alarmed about a certain video Kyle posted on April 4 -- although the exact reasoning for that is unclear.
