T.I. I Don't Know Cynthia Nixon But, Her Politics Are Dope!!!
T.I. is so high on Cynthia Nixon's political platform -- at least the marijuana parts of it -- and vows she's got his vote for governor, even though he doesn't know who she is ... and can't possibly vote for her.
The rapper shouted out the NY gubernatorial candidate for her stance on legalizing marijuana -- in fact, he called her "brilliant." However, he also added ... he doesn't have a clue who she is. Guess Tip isn't binge-watching "Sex and the City."
Thanks for the support, @Tip! BTW: My name is Cynthia, and I am going to be the next Governor of New York. Please encourage your friends out here in the Empire State to vote this Thursday, 9/13! https://t.co/jd5x6gQP5B
@CynthiaNixon
Basically, Cynthia says it's important to legalize Mary J in NY because it's a multi-billion dollar industry -- that's a lot of GREEN -- and because blacks and latinos have historically been penalized for toking up more than whites.
T.I. can't vote Cynthia for New York governor -- he lives in Georgia, where ganja is still against the law -- but she made the most of it ... introducing herself and asking him to spread the stoner word.
Cynthia is battling incumbent Andrew Cuomo in this week's Democratic Primary, but sounds like T.I. would love to see her go Green Party.

The topic hits close to home for Halsey … she posted a heartfelt tribute to Mac after he was found dead Friday in his San Fernando Valley home.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

AJ McLean on Mac Miller He Died Too Young ... Now, Here's How I'll Help Addicts
AJ McLean says Mac Miller's death was premature and tragic -- and he hopes more deaths can be prevented with a potentially life-saving measure he'll be rolling out soon.
We got the Backstreet Boys member in Bev Hills where he was participating in the Ante Up! for a Cancer Free Generation poker tournament -- which raises money for cancer research -- and he gave us his thoughts on Mac dying Friday from an apparent overdose.
While he's never met Mac himself, it's clear AJ's shaken up over his passing -- explaining people need to realize how big an issue drug addiction really is ... and how to overcome it.
He then tells us about a new detox kit he's working on that he says will help people kick drugs safely ... particularly, opioids. AJ says his kit includes non-narcotic medication -- unlike other drugs often used in opioid treatment, like methadone -- that won't get 'em hooked.
It's unclear at this time if Mac's death is drug-related, although cops firmly believe it is. An autopsy and toxicology tests are pending to determine the official cause of death.

Burning Man Founder's Son Busted at Burning Man for Shrooms
Talk about a bad trip ... the son of the man who created the Burning Man Festival got busted for shrooms at freakin' Burning Man.
The Pershing County Sheriff's Office in Nevada tells TMZ ... Tristan Harvey -- the son of Larry Harvey, who founded Burning Man in 1986 and died in April at 70 -- was driving with 2 friends last week into the festival when they were pulled over for not having a rear license plate.
We're told a police dog sniffed the car, honed in, and cops found Tristan was in possession of a mushroom. He was cited for possession of an illegal substance and driving with a suspended license. He was not arrested and told to go on his merry way, sans mushies.
His friend, a female passenger, also had a shroom, and she also was cited and released. Tristan's other friend wasn't so lucky. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, but cops aren't saying what they found.
Cops tell us over 70k attended the week-long event. They arrested 44 and cited 53.
PSA -- yes, shrooms are illegal at Burning Man.

Mac Miller Sources Claim ... Mac Miller's Home Cleaned After Drug OD
Mac Miller's house did not look like the backdrop for a drug binge ... but that's exactly what cops think went down.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they only found a tiny amount of white powder when they searched the home for clues as to how Mac died. They also believe, based on conversations with witnesses and other evidence ... the house was almost swept clean, so there was no evidence of drug use.
Cops believe Mac OD'd on drugs, and our law enforcement sources say it makes no sense to them that someone who consumed a fatal dose would have the foresight to scrub the house of pill bottles, illegal drugs as well as drug paraphernalia on the off chance they might die.
What's more ... people were at Mac's house both Thursday night and Friday ... around the time someone called 911.
Cops say no one has said they saw Mac alive after Thursday night.
And, our sources are well aware the 26-year-old had struggled with substance abuse. TMZ broke the story ... Mac was arrested for DUI and hit and run last May. Ironically, police found Mac at his home -- the same home where he died -- and the rapper confessed to drunk driving. He tested twice the legal limit.
TMZ broke the story ... Mac was pronounced dead at his home Friday at around noon.
The official cause of death will be determined by the L.A. County Coroner after toxicology tests are performed.

'90 Day Fiancé' Star Gets 2.5 Years for Weed Bust ... But Wife's Sticking with Him
Jorge Nava -- the "90 Day Fiancé" star who was arrested with nearly 300 pounds of weed in his car -- has received his punishment and he's pissed ... but he says there's a silver lining.
Nava tells TMZ ... his lawyer was able to get his class 2 felony charge and the possibility of 24 years behind bars reduced to a class 4 felony, but his plea deal still doesn't keep him out of prison -- he's been sentenced to 2 and a half years.
Jorge thinks the sentence -- while greatly better than it could have been -- is still way too harsh, considering marijuana is legal in some states and legal for medicinal purposes in Arizona ... where he was busted.
Nava fails to mention he was busted for allegedly trying to sell 293 pounds of weed, but nonetheless ... he thinks he got hosed.
His lawyer, Brad Rideout, tells us the judge handed down the max sentence under the plea agreement due to the large amount of marijuana and Jorge's prior record. We're told after her serves his time, he'll get up to 5 months parole.
What's most interesting, though ... Nava tells us he and his wife, Russian beauty Anfisa Arkhipchenko, are doing great. He says she's been very supportive of him throughout his case, and he doesn't foresee a breakup.
Pretty incredible considering their contentious relationship on the TLC show, where she told him if something happened and he couldn't make money to buy her expensive things ... she'd leave his ass.
Good luck, Jorge!

Mac Miller talking about fame and how it affected his drug use in this interview is haunting
@jtylerconway
"I'd rather be the corny white rapper than the drugged-out mess who can't even get out of his house. Overdosing is just not cool. You don't go down history bc you overdose. You just die" pic.twitter.com/GylP8GRH2Y
And there's this ... in a doc made a few years ago, Mac said, "I'd rather be the corny white rapper than the drugged-out mess who can't even get out of his house. Overdosing is just not cool. You don't go down in history because you overdose. You just die."
Miller has battled substance abuse issues for years ... something that came up again in the wake of his breakup with Ariana Grande. The rapper wrecked his G-Wagon by wrapping it around a utility pole back in May and was arrested for DUI and hit and run. He fled the scene but cops say he later confessed at his home. He blew 2 times the legal limit.
After his arrest Ariana tweeted, "Pls take care of yourself" and was clearly concerned about substance abuse.
After their breakup, Ariana made it clear ... his substance abuse had been a deal breaker in their 2-year relationship.
Ty Dolla $ign Arrest Vid Shows Skrillex Was There During Weed, Cocaine Bust
Ty Dolla $ign wasn't the only celeb present during his drug bust ... turns out Skrillex was there too.
Atlanta PD just released its body cam footage from the rapper's arrest earlier this week, and it shows an officer on foot patrol telling another officer he smelled weed, but nobody had gotten out of the limo.
Cops ultimately got everyone out of the vehicle ... with Dolla and Skrillex as the second and third passengers to step out. You can see Dolla tell cops he had been smoking weed earlier. Cops asked if anyone has anything on them but no one admits to the weed and that's when cops start patting them down.
The famed DJ was polite with cops and he even smirks a bit. The whole group was thoroughly searched. Skrillex had nothing on him. Moments later, you hear a cop searching the limo say, "cuff him" and that's when Dolla's placed under arrest.
TMZ broke the story ... Dolla was arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of cocaine. Cops say the drugs were found in his bag.

It's very unlikely Vince will get any jail time -- first-time DUI offenders in California typically get probation.

Dolores O'Riordan Died of Accidental Drowning ... After Drinking Too Much
The Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan died from drowning in a bathtub after drinking too much booze.
According to a coroner's report, Dolores' official cause of death was drowning due to alcohol intoxication. The report says a responding police officer told officials Dolores was found submerged in her bathtub in her London hotel on Jan. 15.

Oddly, enough, she sounded cheery on a voicemail to a friend just hours before perishing.
She was laid to rest in Ireland -- her home country -- where a massive funeral service was held for the pop star.
