Officials in Linden, NJ released video from the night of May 23 ... when an Uber driver frantically drove to the police station ... telling cops Dykstra put a gun to his head.

The video picks up with Linden PD questioning Dykstra ... asking if he had a firearm on him.

Lenny says no several times ... adding "Dude, I'm a convicted felon. I can't own a firearm."

Cops asked if they could look through his bag, and Lenny gave permission ... but then he got antsy as they began their search.

Police ultimately found coke, MDMA, and marijuana "among his belongings."

UBER DRIVER'S TESTIMONY

Cops also released body cam footage of the Uber driver -- who gave his side of the story ... saying LD threatened to shoot him.

A gun was never recovered.

Lenny is facing multiple charges from the alleged incident.

12:00 PM PT -- Lenny's attorney, Matthew Blit, tells TMZ ... "The video footage confirms that Lenny was the victim, not the driver."

"Instead of letting Lenny out of the car, the driver confirms on camera that he falsely imprisoned Lenny by engaging the child locks."

"Even if Lenny did threaten the driver, which he did not, he had every right to do so as he was being falsely imprisoned by a speeding and reckless driver that Lenny thought was going to kill him in an accident."

Vince Vaughn Bellied Up to Bar Before DUI Arrest

Vince Vaughn was leaning against a bar with a drink in his hand hours before he was busted for DUI ... according to photos TMZ has obtained.

The pics were taken Saturday at the Aloft Hotel in El Segundo, CA where Vince was attending a party. We're told he was there from about 7 PM to 10 PM. He was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint about 2-and-a-half hours later ... not far from the hotel.

You can see Vince is wearing the same gray shirt as the one he was wearing in his smirky mug shot.

Hard to make out exactly what he's drinking, but witnesses tell us he seemed to be sipping vodka-sodas while mingling with the guests.

TMZ broke the story ... Vaughn and a male passenger were stopped by Manhattan Beach PD early Sunday morning.

Vince was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and obstructing an officer. His co-pilot got nailed for obstruction and public intoxication.

Rose McGowan Indicted by Grand Jury In Cocaine Possession Case

2:15 PM PT -- McGowan's attorney, Jose Baez, tells us, "Rose steadfastly maintains her innocence. These charges would have never been brought if it weren't for her activism as a voice for women everywhere. I assure you, this selective prosecution will be met with a strong defense."

Rose McGowan was just indicted by a grand jury in her ongoing cocaine possession case ... and could face jail time.

McGowan's been hit with one felony count of cocaine possession. As we reported, cops say back in January 2017 they found several small bags of cocaine in a wallet Rose had left behind on a flight at Washington Dulles International Airport.

McGowan pled not guilty to the charge ... saying she had been without the wallet for 5 hours before getting it back. Rose -- who was one of the first to stand up to Harvey Weinstein -- says she believed the disgraced movie mogul may have had a hand in planting the cocaine to damage her credibility.

If convicted, Rose could face up to a year behind bars.

According to the incident report from the Clatsop County Sheriff's Office in Oregon ... a concerned friend of the former "Deadliest Catch" captain came by to check on him and spotted him through a window lying on the floor of his living room, so he called the cops.

The officer who entered the home says he could smell "the odor of decaying flesh" immediately and discovered Painter lying on his side ... his face, back and stomach were blue.

The report says a bottle containing the painkiller Tramadol was on the couch, along with another bottle with an assortment of pills. There was also a pipe, tinfoil and an Altoids container with what cops believe were heroin and meth inside. The medical examiner discovered another small pipe in Painter's shorts.

F-BOMBS AWAY!!!
TMZ.com

Omar Gooding went ballistic on a guy who called him out for allegedly treating a restaurant employee poorly because his pizza was taking too long ... according to witnesses on the scene.

Cuba's bro went on an angry and homophobic tirade around 3 AM at a food court/bar area of Rio in Vegas, and in the vid -- obtained by TMZ -- he's seen challenging the man, who claims to be a cop, to arrest him.

The "Family Time" actor drops some very anti-family friendly F-bombs and shouts the other homophobic F-word twice -- and also calls him the offensive term "retard" -- while security shows up to diffuse the situation.

We're told Gooding was getting pizza, but began degrading the worker for taking too long with his order. That's when the man with the hat stepped in and told Omar to calm down ... which set him off.

Omar tells us ... it was late and his food was late, so "who wouldn't be a little impatient?" He says apologies were handed out from all sides, including from the guy who tried to be peacemaker, and "by no means am I a hater or homophobic." Omar adds ... "My apologies for the offensive language, but that does not define who I am ... we calmly communicated, worked it out and all was forgiven."

We're told though security checked in on the situation, no report was taken and there were no arrests.

Golden State Warriors Back-to-Back Champs In $400k Champagne Showers!!!

Every sports dynasty deserves a wild turn up, and Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and the rest of the Golden State Warriors didn't disappoint after winning the NBA Championship ... mostly.

Moments after the Warriors secured the bag -- back-to-back titles, and 3 out of the last 4 -- they doused themselves in super expensive champagne. Steph definitely came prepared for the burn ... with ski goggles protecting his eyes.

Here's the lowdown on the high-priced locker room bash: 300 bottles of Moët & Chandon -- 150 Impérial Golden Luminous magnums, $1,250 a pop in nightclubs ... and 150 Nectar Imperial Rose magnums, $1,500 each!!

Sweet celebration, but we gotta say ... WHERE you win says a lot about how crazy your championship celebration gets. Sure, GSW turned up in the locker room, but where's the awesome nightclub bash with world famous DJs?? See the Washington Capitals for that.

The lesson? Whenever possible, win the title in Vegas!!

Or at least fly the team jet directly there. Just sayin' ...

HE WAS WAY OUT OF LINE
TMZSports.com

Lenny Dykstra claims he was essentially kidnapped by an erratic Uber driver -- and now, we've learned the driver's been hit with a criminal charge.

The night in question (May 23) is the same evening Dykstra was arrested in NJ for allegedly threatening to shoot the driver when cops say they also found Dykstra in possession of weed, cocaine and ecstasy.

The driver had claimed Lenny asked to change destinations in the middle of the ride and when the driver refused, Lenny flipped out and threatened to shoot him.

But, Dykstra says that's B.S. -- admitting he did ask to change locations, but it was the DRIVER who flipped out ... locking the doors and driving 100 mph in the wrong direction.

Dykstra says the driver eventually pulled up in front of a police station -- where Lenny claims the driver lied to cops about what really happened.

Cops investigated and according to court documents, the driver has been hit with 1 count of false imprisonment.

Lenny says he was afraid for his life and called 911 several times from the back seat. Lenny says when the driver realized he was talking with police, the driver freaked out even more.

Dykstra's charges have not been dropped -- but now, it seems both the driver and the passenger could go down together in what may be considered as one of the most bizarre Uber rides ever.

8:40AM PT -- Dykstra and his attorney Matthew Blit held a news conference this morning in NYC .. where they described the incident. Lenny says he was kidnapped by the driver and was in fear for his life.

"I literally thought this guy was going to kill me."

LOOK AT MY WRIST SHEEN, CHYEA!

Lil Pump is handing out bust down watches like the Cavaliers are handing over games to the Warriors ... and the latest guy to get one is Charlie Sheen.

Pump recruited Sheen for his latest music video shoot and while the pairing might seem random, it's actually not once you consider it's for a song called "Drug Addict."

Sheen's struggle with drugs has not exactly flown under the radar, but from the looks of the footage on the set, Sheen is looking great. Here's a scary thought though ... he's playing a doctor.

Pump courted Sheen for the video with a ton of cash a couple weeks ago. Unclear if Pump actually forked over the dough for the cameo along with the flashy timepiece.

As for the watch ... it's covered in diamonds, just like the ones Pump gifted to his crew last month.

Kate Spade 'Drinking a Lot' and Depressed Over Separation, Business Problems

Kate Spade was depressed over her business problems and separation from her husband, which was causing her to drink a lot ... this according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Kate was alone in her apartment when she tied a scarf around her neck, attached it to her closet door knob and hanged herself in her bedroom.

We're told her husband, Andy Spade, was not in the apartment. As we reported, the couple had separated and he was living in a nearby building. Sources say Andy told cops he was separated from Kate for a couple of months. Andy added he was at his apartment when he learned Kate had committed suicide.

Andy told cops Kate "was drinking a lot," and was depressed by business problems and their separation. As we reported, he wanted a divorce but she did not.

It puts her suicide note in a somewhat different light. In the note, she tells her 13-year-old daughter it was not her fault, adding, "Ask Daddy!" One interpretation is that she blames Andy.

Rasual Butler Fatal Crash Autopsy Alcohol, Weed & Pills

Ex-NBA player Rasual Butler had multiple substances in his system at the time of his fatal crash back in January ... including alcohol, marijuana and painkillers ... according to the autopsy obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Butler was behind the wheel of a Range Rover -- with a female passenger, Leah LaBelle -- when he lost control around 2:30 AM and crashed into parking meters and a concrete wall. Both died immediately from injuries suffered in the crash.

Toxicology results show Butler's blood alcohol level was tested from blood collected from his heart and leg. The heart sample showed a BAC of .118, above the legal limit.

The leg sample showed a .062, which is under the legal limit. One law enforcement source told us the results are consistent with a person who was legally drunk.

Tests also show Butler tested positive for cannabinoids (marijuana), methamphetamine and oxycodone.

The report shows an empty box of Don Julio tequila was recovered at the crash scene.

As for Butler's passenger, Leah LaBelle -- a former "American Idol" contestant, who Butler referred to as his wife -- she had a .144 blood alcohol level.

The information could be relevant to Leah's family if they decided to go after Butler's estate for wrongful death.

UPDATE: We spoke with Leah's mother who is adamant the two were NOT married.

Ambien to Roseanne Our Drug Doesn't Make You Racist!!!

Roseanne Barr should keep Ambien out of her mouth when trying to explain away her racist tweet this week ... so says Ambien.

A rep for the sleep medication brand tells TMZ quite frankly ... "People of all races, religions and nationalities work at Sanofi every day to improve the lives of people around the world." Sanofi is the pharmaceutical company under which Ambien is sold.

They go on ... "While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication." In other words ... our Ambien didn't make you tweet that racist BS -- that's all you, Roseanne.

As we reported ... Roseanne tried blaming the sedative for her racist tweet aimed at former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, in which she called her a baby born out of the 'muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes.' She also tried saying she thought Valerie was Jewish ...

So yeah ... Roseanne's still canceled.

T.I. on Roseanne Racist Tweet Fueled by Ambien?! GTFOH w/ Excuses!!!

YIKES!
TMZ.com

T.I. straight-up says you wouldn't let a crackhead use being on crack as an excuse for a robbery ... so there's no excusing Roseanne for firing off a racist tweet just because she was on Ambien.

We got the rapper leaving Craig's on Tuesday night in WeHo and had to ask him about "Roseanne" getting canned after the disgraced comedian said President Obama aide Valerie Jarrett was the spawn of the "muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes."

T.I.'s reacting to Roseanne pulling the I-Was-Ambien-Tweeting excuse can be summed up with 3 simple letters -- SMH. We also ask the rapper about Pusha T's album cover, his beef with Drake and what it means for hip-hop.

Tip's got strong feelings about that, too.

Auburn Football Recruit Willing to Change CBD Medication ... Dad Says

A high school football star who takes CBD oil to control his seizures is willing to switch to another medication if it will clear the way to play for a top NCAA school ... his father tells TMZ Sports.

C.J. Harris says he was told his invitation to join the Auburn football team as a defensive back was rescinded -- and now there are conflicting reports about whether it was due to his CBD medication or his underlying medical condition, epilepsy.

We spoke with C.J.'s father who wouldn't clarify the reason Auburn pulled the offer -- but told us C.J.'s medication will not be a problem if any other program is interested in his son.

"He wants to play," Curtis Harris tells TMZ Sports ... "He's gotta find a way and he’s willing to find something that doesn’t have the THC in it.”

"We don’t want to look back and say we didn’t try, but C.J.’s health is most important."

FYI, C.J. has said the CBD oil -- which contains THC -- helps keep his seizures at bay and he hasn't had an episode since January 2017.

There are reports that the CBD oil was not the reason Auburn pulled the invitation -- instead sources told Auburn Undercover's Brandon Marcello the Auburn medical staff had concerns clearing a person with epilepsy to play full-contact football at the NCAA level.

As for C.J.'s future, Curtis tells us ... "Chances are he’ll go to a prep school for a semester and hopefully he’ll pick it back up in 2019 with Auburn or another school."

Blake Painter -- best known for being a captain on seasons 2 and 3 of "Deadliest Catch" -- has died, and police are testing substances found at the scene of his death.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Painter's body was discovered Friday in his Oregon home. We're told a friend of Painter's became concerned after not hearing from him for a few days ... so he called the police. Officers gained entry, and determined Painter had been dead for several days.

We're told cops discovered substances inside the home that they'll test for possible narcotics. They also found prescription pills, but it's unclear if they were a factor.

No foul play is suspected in his death, and an autopsy and toxicology test will be done to determine the official cause.

Painter was the captain of the F/V Maverick on the hit Discovery Channel show, and appeared in season 3 for several episodes before deciding to quit.
