Bam Margera Back in Rehab After L.A. Arrest

Bam Margera was readmitted into a rehab facility just hours after his bizarre arrest at an L.A. hotel -- TMZ has learned -- and this time around he'll have to follow some serious guidelines.

Sources close to Bam tell us ... immediately after he was released from police custody, he was readmitted to rehab. The facility is demanding a commitment from him, along with various rules he must follow during his treatment. We're told he's agreed to all conditions.

Bam was first admitted to rehab last week after he publicly reached out to Dr. Phil and begged for help. The two did a sit-down interview and he was supposed to enter a 60-90 day program ... but he lasted less than a week.

TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested in L.A. early Wednesday morning at a Sunset Strip hotel. Cops say they were called to the hotel after Bam got into it with other hotel guests, and refused to leave the property.

This video shows the craziness surrounding the arrest. You hear an officer telling Bam, "This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you're fresh out of rehab, so let's get your s**t together." Bam had been spinning a weird tale for bar patrons -- that he'd been hired by one of their wives to catch someone at the bar cheating on her.

We've spoken to family sources who tell us they're worried sick over Bam's health and safety ... telling us they believe he's off his bipolar meds, which is exacerbating his bizarre behavior.

Dr. Phil told us hours before Bam was readmitted to rehab, "I hope he can resume treatment. My attitude is NEVER surrender to the disease. It is a tug of war and you just can't ever drop your end of the rope."

Bam Margera Off Bipolar Meds ... Dr. Phil's Pulling For Him

Bam Margera's family has never seen him struggle like this before and they think they know why ... he's not taking his bipolar meds, but Dr. Phil is still pulling for him to keep fighting the good fight.

Sources connected to the family tell TMZ ... the former "Jackass" star is not taking medication for his bipolar disorder, and they believe it's a major factor triggering his recent bizarre behavior.

As we reported, Bam cried out for help a few weeks back ... help from Dr. Phil who convinced him to go to rehab, but he bailed after a week and it was downhill from there.

TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested early Wednesday morning when he wouldn't leave the Luxe Hotel on the Sunset Strip. He went off the rails inside the hotel, squared off with police and was ultimately arrested for trespassing.

Bam smiled after being released from jail, but it's clear no one else is ... it's a dire situation.

Dr. Phil -- who helped convince Bam to enter rehab after a 3-hour session -- tells TMZ ... "I hope he can resume treatment. My attitude is NEVER surrender to the disease. It is a tug of war and you just can't ever drop your end of the rope."

The Doc went on ... "Bam is such a charming, hard working and talented guy. You can't help but like and pull for him. Fingers crossed."

We're told the family's had little to no contact with Bam and they're worried sick.

Daniel Cormier Jon Jones Not In G.O.A.T. Convo ... Cause Of Failed Drug Test

Daniel Cormier on Jon Jones & GOAT
NO JONES
TMZSports.com
UPDATE

5:12 PM PT -- Jon has responded to the claims DC made to TMZ Sports ... saying "Been a lot of GOAT talk this week, I guess Silva and I are out of the running, I wish my competitors would campaign by simply fighting me instead of switching weight classes and talking s**t from a distance"

UPDATE

"People believe USADA when they say they found something, but choose to not believe USADA when they say it was discovered by the worlds most powerful microscope’s/scientists and had absolutely zero performance enhancing benefits."

UPDATE

He continued ... "I get it, when I was younger people blamed me getting my hand raised on having long arms, eye pokes and having brothers in the NFL."

UPDATE

"I just laugh, continue to work, continue to give glory to God and continue to win. That’s all I can do"

Jon Jones has never lost (that DQ doesn't count) and he's DOMINATED almost everyone he's fought -- but he ain't the G.O.A.T. ... so says Daniel Cormier.

DC -- who's fighting Stipe Miocic at UFC 241 this Saturday -- joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV Show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... and was asked who he considers the greatest mixed martial artist ever.

The UFC heavyweight champ said himself -- along with Mighty Mouse and GSP -- were best ... but it was who DC said wasn't in the conversation that was more shocking.

"I really do believe when you break down the greatest fighters of all time, anyone with any accusation against their name should be omitted."

No Jon Jones. No Anderson Silva.

"I like Anderson. He's a great guy, great champion. Jones, a great fighter. But, any time you have anything attached to your name, I think you should be out. You're not supposed to do it that way," Cormier says.

"But, Georges St. Pierre, Demetrious Johnson, I think those guys along with myself should be considered the greatest fighters of all time."

Remember, Jones was flagged by the USADA in 2016 and 2017 ... leading to multiple suspensions. He also had his UFC 214 win over Cormier stripped.

FYI -- Jon has never wavered, insisting he has never cheated.

As for Silva ... he was popped for a banned substance in 2017, and was subsequently suspended.

Spider has also adamantly denied intentionally taking anything ... instead saying he ingested a tainted supplement.

Bottom line, with Daniel and Jon, it's obvious there's no love between 'em ...  which brings up the trilogy fight.

We asked DC if it'll ever happen ... or if his Miocic superfight will be the last in his HoF career.

Ex-'Deadliest Catch' Star 18 Months for DUI, Drug Bust

Ex-"Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris has been behind bars ever since his January arrest ... and it would behoove him to get comfy 'cause he's gonna be there a while longer.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Harris was sentenced to 18 months in Skagit County Corrections following his arrest on 2 felony charges ... driving under the influence and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance ... heroin.

As we reported ... Harris led state troopers on a chase in Skagit County, Washington when he took off with his RV. Cops say they noticed signs of drug use after they pulled him over -- pinpoint pupils, bloodshot eyes and a pale face. He was arrested and pled guilty to the 2 felony charges.

For a year after his release, Harris -- who was skipper of the Cornelia Marie before leaving "Deadliest Catch" in 2012 -- has to undergo an evaluation for drug dependency and he's not allowed to booze either. He'll also have to get an ignition interlock device installed in his whip for 6 months.

Mama June & Geno Rough Looking Lunch Date

Things are NOT getting better for Mama June -- who family members believe is in the grips of drug addiction -- because the visuals of her leaving lunch with her BF are rough.

June and Geno Doak looked pretty disheveled Monday as they left a restaurant in their hometown of Hampton, GA. The image of them, after chowing down on Mexican, won't do anything to alleviate her daughters' fears she's spiraling out of control.

Seriously, it's just not a good look.

The reality star still looks like a shell of her former self. She seemed to be struggling to keep her eyes open -- and, as you can see, June is still walking around with her busted chompers. Fixing her busted veneers is clearly not a priority ... they've been this way for months.

Mama's been in a downward spiral ever since her March arrest for possession of crack cocaine.

Frankly, she's looking even worse now than she did when her family attempted an intervention earlier this year -- which left Honey Boo Boo in tears as her mother rejected the pleas for her to get help.

If June's waiting to hit rock bottom ... sure seems like she's getting dangerously close.

Taylor Swift let her hair down, and then ferociously moved it sideways, in what looks like a celebration that was fueled with a little drinky drinky.

Taylor threw a party to celebrate not 1, not 2 but 10 VMA noms, which include Video of The Year and Song of The Year for her singles, "Me!" and "You Need to Calm Down."

Calming down was on no one's mind Saturday night at Beauty & Essex in L.A., when Taylor busted moves with some pretty impressive backup, including Laverne Cox, Chester Lockhart, the HAIM sisters and Justin Mikita.

Georgia Southern QB Cops Mistook Bird Poo For Cocaine ... Arrest Video Shows

THE ARREST VIDEO
UPDATE

11:38 AM PT -- Prosecutors have just released a statement to TMZ Sports, saying, "On August 8, 2019, SLED [South Carolina Law Enforcement Division] received the substance and completed the drug analysis. The forensic scientist determined that no controlled substance was detected."

UPDATE

"The Solicitor’s Office has begun the expungement process to have this charge removed from the system to ensure that this arrest and charge does not create a criminal history for Werts."

Cops mistook bird poop for cocaine on a Georgia Southern quarterback's car during an arrest last month ... and the argument over the white stuff was all caught on video.

Shai Werts -- GSU's junior starting quarterback -- was pulled over on July 31 in Clinton, South Carolina after cops say he was speeding.

During the stop, officers placed 21-year-old Werts in the back of their patrol car ... and went to search Werts' 2016 Dodge Charger.

In the video, you can see cops paying close attention to the hood of Werts' ride, shining a flashlight on the area and allegedly discovering a foreign white substance on it.

That's when an officer walks back to the patrol car to question Werts, asking straight-up, "What's the white stuff on the front of your hood, man?"

Werts immediately responds, "Bird sh*t."

The officer doesn't believe him, saying repeatedly that the substance looks nothing like bird poop ... and instead, he tells Werts test results indicated it was a controlled substance.

"I swear to God it's not [bird poo]," the officer says, "because I just tested it, and that turned pink."

Werts insists over and over again it's bird poop ... but the cop clearly doesn't believe him, with the officer eventually telling him, "It tested positive for cocaine."

Werts was charged with misdemeanor cocaine possession and speeding ... and he was also suspended from GSU team activities after the arrest.

But, prosecutors announced late Thursday they were dropping the charges ... admitting the substance on Werts' car was NOT cocaine.

"I was informed that the test did come back and that there was no controlled substance found," Saluda County prosecutor Al Eargle told the Savannah Morning News.

Georgia Southern athletic director Tom Kleinlein announced Friday the team was "elated to get the news" regarding Werts ... and said the QB is no longer subject to punishment over the incident.

Werts has been a star for the Eagles the past 2 seasons ... rushing for 1,630 yards and 18 scores on the ground while adding 1,916 yards and 17 TDs passing in 24 career games.

Werts is expected to open the season as the team's starter vs. LSU on Aug. 31.

Mystikal Falls Hard for Crowd ... Injury Cuts Concert Short

RAPPER DOWN
TMZ.com

Mystikal took a terrible fall during a concert Thursday night in Tampa ... it was so bad his concert got cut short by more than half and he couldn't walk off the stage without a major assist.

The rapper ran onstage at around 1 AM and within 30 seconds just at it ... he tumbled offstage to the floor below. Security helped him back up, but he was clearly injured and in pain.

He spent the next 45 minutes grimacing in pain as he sat on the edge of the stage ... unable to stand. At times he scooted a few feet, but that was it.

A concertgoer tells us, it was obvious to all something was seriously wrong, as Mystikal repeatedly said, "Man, I need an ambulance."

He finally pulled the plug as members of his crew helped him offstage without putting weight on the injured leg.

It's unclear if he went to the hospital.

As for what caused the fall, the eyewitness tells us a drink fell before he got onstage and it splashed all over the stage.

Charlie Sheen says he hopes his ex, Brooke Mueller, gets the help she needs ... cause it doesn't look like she's having any fun.

Charlie was out Thursday in Bev Hills when a photog asked him about Brooke's latest battle with addiction, and as it turns out -- he'd just gotten off a phone call about that very subject. Charlie said someone had told him about his ex-wife reportedly checking into a trauma center to seek professional help for substance abuse.

The news comes after a years-old video started circulating reportedly showing a woman identified as Brooke doing crystal meth. She reportedly also tried to score drugs last month in the Hamptons.

Charlie -- who has 10-year-old twin boys with Brooke -- said the kids are doing great. The boys, Bob and Max, are reportedly staying with Brooke's parents while she's in rehab.

Sounds like Charlie, who now looks like the picture of good health, hasn't spoken directly to Brooke.

However, he says if she reaches out he'll gladly lend a helping hand.

Bam Margera Celeb Boxing Promoter Says Good Luck in Rehab, But Return Our $$$

UPDATE

6:21 AM PT -- We're told Bam's team has returned the check without cashing it.

Bam Margera going to rehab has a celeb boxing promoter in a tough spot -- he's looking to get back the dough he just fronted Bam to ref a high profile match.

Damon Feldman, the promoter putting on a bout featuring the infamous Bagel Boss, tells TMZ ... Bam got half of his fee up front -- a cool $2,500 -- after signing a deal last week agreeing to be a ref. The deal called for Bam to get another $2,500 after the event. Damon says he hopes Bam gets better soon, and he won't hold the "Jackass" star to his contract.

The only catch ... Feldman says he wants his money back.

As we reported ... the "Viva La Bam" star is spending the next 60-90 days in treatment, meaning he's unavailable for the September 7 event in Atlantic City. Damon says he's contacted Bam's team to get the money back, but so far, radio silence.

TMZ broke the story ... Damon and Bam agreed to the deal just before Margera went off the rails last weekend -- berating a Southwest Airlines employee and getting booted from the flight.

She adds ... her son's social media rant over the weekend was "embarrassing" and he's been lashing out at those closest to him.

Bam's now on his way to begin what we're told will be a 60-90 day stay in treatment.

Bam Margera's public plea for help from Dr. Phil worked -- TMZ has learned they're on set right now getting ready for a one-on-one session ... then it might be off to rehab.

Our Dr. Phil sources say the good doc has agreed to meet with Bam and tackle his issues head-on -- just the 2 of them -- with no studio audience. It's being shot in the green room.

We're told, over 17 seasons of the show, "Dr. Phil" has spent $32 million on aftercare for guests ... and it's pretty clear Bam needs it too.

Bam Margera Publicly Asks Dr. Phil for Help ... 'Family's in Shambles'

Bam Margera is turning to Dr. Phil amid his ongoing struggles -- asking the daytime TV host to help mend fences with his own family ... and being very candid with what's wrong.

The former "Jackass" star took to social media early Sunday morning with a pair of rambling videos and basically begged Phil to take his situation on, saying ... Bam says he's disowned his mom -- more on that later -- and that he can't stand his wife, Nikki, with whom he shares an 18-month son, Phoenix. He also says that if he separates with her, he believes she'll use custody of their son as a pawn in court.

He says he won't play that game, adding that she can have him. He also says that when folks say Bam is going "crazy" ... they might be right.

Bam then pivots to his mother, April, saying she's always negative and quick to cut people off in conversation to get her point across. He sees that as a flaw that he seems to think Phil can resolve.

He also says he almost "died" the other day, and that when April was told ... she allegedly acted with zero emotion, which bothers Bam. Bam ends his video rant with an apparent message for his mother -- to consolidate his funds with a new account he opened ... or else.
