Kate Walsh She's a Rackstar Grabs Boobs at Disneyland
Kate Walsh went to Disneyland, but it's hooters that ended up making her day -- as she cupped a pair of boobs on Splash Mountain.
The "Private Practice" actress kept her hands well inside the log flume over the weekend -- and showed full support for the knockers seated in front of her during the ride's signature drop.
Kate seemed unimpressed with the rack, but maybe she's just felt 'em before. Turns out the chick is a friend of hers.
Caution: Riders may get wet.

Disney Star Orlando Brown Cops Say Audio Proves Actor Made Death Threats
Disney star Orlando Brown is in the crosshairs of prosecutors after an audiotape surfaced in which he allegedly threatens to kill a woman, her daughter and her mom.
Police were called to the woman's North Hollywood apartment Monday just after midnight. The woman claimed the "That's so Raven" star was going nuts outside. Neighbors also called 911, one of whom claimed Brown had a weapon.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the audio -- which police have forwarded to the L.A. City Attorney -- in which a man threatens, "I'll kill you, your mama, your daughter, everybody."
Brown's rep tells TMZ the actor insists he's not the one on the audio, but cops disagree. Our police sources say they believe it is indeed Brown and they've forwarded the case to the City Attorney.
Brown says the woman is a stalker who has been "excessively" texting him, and he went to her apartment to explain to her boyfriend nothing was going on between them.
Brown has had his share of legal troubles. He served jail time for failing to complete his alcohol ed class in connection with a DUI.

Justin Bieber I Don't Do Lines Wheelchairs it at Disneyland

Justin Bieber + wheelchair + Disneyland = I get to cut to the front of the line! Or at least that's how it looks.
Justin was at the happiest place on earth in Anaheim Sunday and posed with a fan while in a wheelchair. The girl posted the photo with the caption ... "I love how he just pretended to be a normal person on a wheelchair."
Of course, the immediate reaction online was that Justin was a line scofflaw ... but Justin's camp tells TMZ that wasn't the case. We're told Bieber was nursing a knee injury from basketball and only sat in the wheelchair to rest for a few moments.
Even more interesting ... we're told Justin wouldn't need the wheelchair to cut lines, because Disney already escorts him in and out of rides to avoid huge crowds gathering when he's in the park.

Disney Star Bella Thorne Scare The Crap Outta Me For 3 Grand A Week
Disney star Bella Thorne stands to make a small fortune from her new horror flick, "Amityville" ... but there's one perk even Bella couldn't get from producers -- fresh underwear.
The 16-year-old "Shake It Up" star is shooting the latest reincarnation of "The Amityville Horror" ... and according to her contract -- obtained by TMZ -- she's raking in $3,276 a week.
The contract obviously says producers will provide all costumes for the flick, with one exception -- undergarments ... an essential in a horror film.
But here's the real poop ... Bella gets a series of $25K bonuses if the movie does well -- up to $150K if it passes the $100M mark.
And if there's a sequel -- with 12 Amityville flicks, the odds are good -- she'll collect an additional $125K ... and bonuses of up to $300K.
That's underwear money to burn.

Disney Star Billy Unger Arrested for DUI
Another Disney Star ... another substance abuse arrest .... "Lab Rats" star Billy Unger has been arrested for DUI.
The 18-year-old was driving on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Saturday just after midnight when Sheriff's deputies pulled him over for speeding.
Deputies suspected Unger was under the influence. He blew a .08 -- barely the legal limit, but there's a special California law for drivers under the age of 21. If they have ANY alcohol in their system it's considered driving under the influence.
Unger was arrested, taken to jail and released.
Unger is now on a fairly long list of Disney stars with drug and alcohol problems. Others include Zac Efron, Mitchel Musso, Jake T. Austin, Orlando Brown, Kirsten Storms, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Shia LaBeouf, and of course ... Lindsay Lohan.
7:45 PM PT -- Billy issued a statement to TMZ thanking his fans for their support.

Walt Disney Mansion Makeover Fetches $74 Million for Seller
The guy who owned Walt Disney's old mansion was not able to get his $90 million asking price, and had to settle for a measly $74 million. Sucks, right?
Gabriel Brener, co-owner of the Houston Dynamo soccer team, bought the Carolwood Estate in a ritzy area of L.A. in the 90s from the Disney trust for $8.45 million and made some HUGE improvements over the years.
The mansion now has 8-bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and sits on nearly 4 acres. It features a pool, wine cellar, tennis court, library, gym, putting green and movie room.
The estate -- listed by Jay Harris from The Agency -- does not have many Disney touches left, but Brener held on to Mrs. Disney's infamous rose bushes, the tunnel ... and the famous Disney gate.

Former Disney Honcho Sued Again by Sexual Assault Accuser In Bizarre New Case
The 31-year-old man who DROPPED his sexual assault case against former Disney exec David Neuman has now refiled the case with some significant changes ... changes that are just plain weird.
Michael Egan held a news conference in April to publicly skewer Neuman, claiming Neuman repeatedly molested him when he was a teenager, at pool parties in L.A. and on vacation in Hawaii.
Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, filed the lawsuit in Hawaii because of a forgiving statute of limitations, but then without explanation dropped the lawsuit last week. It probably had a lot to do with the fact that Neuman busted Egan, who signed a sworn declaration in 2003 saying Neuman NEVER did anything inappropriate with him.
But now Egan has filed another lawsuit -- this time dropping all the Hawaii allegations and focusing on allegations of molestation at L.A. pool parties.
In a bizarre move ... Egan doesn't name Neuman in this lawsuit ... he calls him John Doe. But it's clear he's referring to Neuman. The suit refers to Neuman's position at Disney -- there's no doubt it's him.
And get this ... Egan admits he signed that 2003 declaration saying Neuman did nothing inappropriate, but says he signed it "under fear, threats, and duress." The reason that's so weird -- at the very same time Egan signed it, he was on the attack against 3 other men making the same allegations.
Neuman's lawyer has called Egan's tactics a smear campaign and a shakedown of an innocent man.
Former Disney Exec Effectively Cleared In Questionable Sex Abuse Suit
Former Disney Exec David Neuman has been quietly dropped from a sexual molestation case filed by a man who raked him over the coals at a very public news conference.
Michael Egan -- now 31 -- filed the suit against Neuman in April, claiming Neuman was part of a Hollywood sex ring repeatedly preying on Egan at pool parties, who was 15 at the time. Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, held a news conference where he and Egan attacked Neuman and others.
But Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, filed legal docs blowing Egan's claim out of the water, producing a sworn declaration from Egan back in 2003 in which Egan said he "never had any kind of physical contact" with Neuman that was sexual and that Neuman "never acted inappropriately."
Egan and Herman did not hold a news conference to announce the dismissal of the lawsuit. We spoke with Herman but he had no comment.
Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, told the Hollywood Reporter, "We will hold accountable those who wrongly created the hurt and damage by making outrageous, unfounded assertions that cannot be undone."
Egan has not dropped his cases against 2 other Hollywood big wigs, but this isn't going to help his credibility.

Heidi and Seal maintained a respectful distance ... keeping several paces apart most of the day.

Tiffany Thornton My Hubby's a Drunk Just Ask His Mom
Disney star Tiffany Thornton did NOT abduct her two baby sons -- she ran away to protect them from their alcoholic dad ... his own mother tells TMZ.
Musician Chris Carney filed a child stealing report with cops, alleging "The Sonny With A Chance" star abducted their 3-month old and 20-month old boys with the help of his mom, Ruth Carney.
Ruth tells us ... her son has a big drinking problem and recently went to rehab. She says he relapsed recently and "went crazy."
Ruth -- who is the mayor of Hot Springs, Arkansas -- was in L.A. to help Tiffany with the baby, and says when she saw her son acting crazy and drunk, she took Tiffany and the kids and hightailed it out of town to the home of Tiffany's parents in Texas.
Ruth claims Chris knew exactly what was going on during the entire drive, because Tiffany FaceTimed with him daily. She says he was upset.
Chris tells us ... he's not an alcoholic, but rather a social drinker. He says his mom simply freaked out when she saw a beer in the fridge.
In Chris' view his mom is anything but nurturing, calling her an accessory to a felony.

Bryan Singer Accuser Former Disney Prez Never Molested Me
Former Disney Prez David Neuman and "X-Men" director Bryan Singer did not sexually molest accuser Michael Egan -- so claimed Egan himself in sworn legal docs.
Egan signed a sworn declaration in 2003 after suing 3 other men (not Neuman or Singer) ... who allegedly molested him as a teenager back in the '90s at various parties.
Egan's 2003 declaration states, "I have never had any kind of physical contact with David Neuman other than what is normal and appropriate between non-sexual acquaintances."
The declaration goes on, "Up until this last month [December 2003], I have only had incidental social contact with David Neuman, which involved primarily the exchange of polite greetings and small talk. … [Neuman] never acted improperly around me or toward me, on a personal or professional level."
And get this ... during Egan's sworn deposition in the earlier case, he said no one other than the 3 defendants were "partaking in all this stuff." Egan now claims Singer was partaking, but his sworn words a decade ago flatly contradict that.
Neuman is asking the judge to throw out the case against him.

Homeless Screenwriter Without My 'Lawsuit' ... Disney Wouldn't Hire Hispanics and Blacks
The homeless woman who filed legal docs to force Disney execs to read her 2,000 page script says she took legal action because it was the only way she could get Hollywood's attention.
TMZ broke the story ... Jo Anne Vandegriff wrote the Civil War mini-series -- which she estimates would require a 6-month run -- and hoped to get Halle Berry, Amanda Bynes and Armie Hammer in starring roles.
We tracked down Vandegriff in Santa Monica -- and she says she filed with the court because Disney doesn't accept unsolicited scripts ... and her hail mary is getting a judge to force the studio bigwigs to look at it. Kinda brilliant.
She also thinks Disney needs to produce her mini-series because it's severely lacking roles for Blacks and Hispanics.
Check out the video ... Vandegriff is an interesting woman. When she's not writing or panhandling she's taking computer programming, web design and database management classes at Santa Monica College ... which she attends for free because she's low income.
So, we gotta ask ...
