Jake T. Austin Arrested Last Month for DUI in SAME CAR

Where there's smoke ... TMZ has learned, Ex-Disney star Jake T. Austin was busted for DUI just last month in the SAME CAR that was involved in the 4-car hit-and-run crash this morning.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Austin was arrested October 8th by the CHP after being pulled over for driving at night without headlights. We're told police officers smelled booze as they approached his vehicle, administered a field sobriety test and Austin did poorly.

According to sources, 18-year-old Austin blew a .08 and was arrested. He has since been charged with DUI and has a court date scheduled for TOMORROW.
At the time he was busted, Austin was driving the 2010 Audi with New York plates -- the same car that slammed into multiple cars early this morning.

Jake T. Austin Ex-Disney Star Named in Nasty Hit-n-Run Crash

Jake T. Austin -- who starred as Max Russo on the hit Disney show "Wizards of Waverly Place" -- was involved in a bizarre 4-car hit-and-run crash this morning ... and TMZ has the pics.

Here's what we know -- a 2010 Audi with NY plates slammed into 3 parked cars on a street in Sherman Oaks, CA around 3AM Tuesday morning. The cars suffered major damage.

According to an official incident report, obtained by TMZ, the Audi is registered to 18-year-old Austin (real name Jake Szymanski). It's unclear if Austin was driving the car at the time of the wreck.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... after the driver hit the parked cars, someone in the ride threw a bottle of Ciroc at a nearby property. One witness tells us the driver and his passengers called a black car service to come pick them up before cops arrived to the scene. The witness described one of the guys as a white male with dark hair who looked really young and acted really drunk.

Once officers arrived, they saw the wrecked Audi, along with the path of destruction -- but no Jake -- and issued a document to one of the people who suffered damage, which explained that the incident was being handled as a hit-and-run.

The document also shows the Audi is registered to Austin.

We spoke with cops -- who tell us they're currently investigating the situation. So far, no arrests have been made.

MJ's Doc Arnie Klein Kisses Jabba the Hutt Goodbye With Weird Crap Auction

Michael Jackson fans and "Star Wars" geeks brace yourselves -- MJ's former doc, Arnie Klein, is unloading a bunch of his old crap ... including Jabba the Hutt and a ton of other memorabilia from the movie.

It's all part of an estate sale being held next month -- starting Nov. 13 -- where things like a production-used Jabba prototype, a Princess Leia figurine, lightsabers and a treasure trove of action figures will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Klein is also ditching an extensive collection of Michael Jackson lithographs (many autographed by MJ), Disney memorabilia, and an insane amount of pricey paintings.

Kinda fitting ... Klein, famed dermatologist to stars like Liz Taylor and Michael, clearly has his own eccentricities -- hoarding 'Star Wars' DVDs and toy stormtroopers right next to Rembrandts and Rodins.

As you may recall, Klein had been stashing over 100 pieces of wildly expensive art instead of turning them over to his bankruptcy trustee ... but after cops showed up to his home with an arrest warrant, he folded.

It's unclear whether or not this auction is being used to finally pay off all his debt ... but it looks that way. We reached out to Klein, but he hasn't responded.

Dylan Sprouse Working in a Restaurant But Far From Broke

0-71njhaat

It's still a sweet life for ex-Disney star Dylan Sprouse ... who came on TMZ Live to explain why he took a gig as a host in a NYC restaurant -- and it's not because he's gone broke.

Dylan, and his twin brother Cole, left their hit Disney show "The Suite Life on Deck" 2 years ago to enroll at NYU ... and there have been several stories claiming Dylan's down on his luck and had to take the hosting job to pay his bills.

But Dylan told Harvey and Ryan the real reason -- and insists he's just livin' the life of a college student.

Vanessa Hudgens vs. Miley Cyrus WHO'D YOU RATHER?

Here's 24-year-old "Spring Breakers" star Vanessa Hudgens putting her best cheek forward during a nightclub performance Tuesday night (left) -- and 20-year-old pop singer Miley Cyrus on stage last weekend trying to redeem herself from her flat VMAs performance (right).

The question is black and white.

Vanessa Hudgens My Ass is Small But I Twerk Like It's Big

What's good for the Miley is good for Vanessa Hudgens -- and GREAT for us to watch ... because the former Disney star opened up her own twerking clinic last night.

Vanessa performed with her new girl group YLA at Bootsy Bellows -- doing some singing, some dancing ... and then tried like Hell to shake her ass right out of her booty shorts.

Here's the thing ... Miley Cyrus caught major flack for displaying a lack of back during her VMA twerkfest. Does Vanessa's ass action deserve the same ... or does it get a pass?

Discuss.

Stars and Scars You Be the Judge

Lots of stars -- living and dead -- with lots of issues -- from cops allegedly ogling Whitney Houston's body, to the publicity machine trying to spin Zac Efron's coke addition as a booze problem. So we gotta ask ...

Whitney -- cops talked corpse trash?

Zac Efron -- Surprised?

Disney kids -- Prone to drug abuse?

I want my kid to be a Disney star

Ashley Tisdale Stalker Pleads No Contest Gets Probation & Head Shrinking

Ashley Tisdale's obsessed fan just pled no contest to felony stalking -- and will serve no further jail time ... though he'll still have to stay the hell away from Ashley for a long time.

Nicholas Fiore was arrested back in June for violating the restraining order she got against him -- after claiming Fiore threatened to shoot her, and bombarded her with more than 18,000 tweets.

The judge gave Fiore credit for jail time served, one year of outpatient counseling, 5 years probation ... and $350 in fines and fees.

A criminal protective order -- requiring Fiore to stay 100 yards away from Tisdale -- will remain in effect for the next 5 years.

'That's So Raven' Star Sentenced to 180 Days in Jail

It just keeps getting worse ... "That's So Raven" star Orlando Brown is behind bars, 2 weeks into a 180-day sentence ... in one of the craziest, most drawn-out DUI cases we've ever seen.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Brown was remanded into custody on August 23 following a hearing ... where he failed to show proof he completed court-ordered alcohol ed classes for his 2011 DUI arrest.

The only good news for Brown is L.A. County jails are way overcrowded -- so, he's expected to be released after only 27 days ... on September 19.

Brown's been crazy lucky until now -- in the last year 4 bench warrants were issued for his arrest, after he repeatedly failed to follow various court orders.

Young was 29.

'Dancing With the Stars' Disney Witch Hunt!

Disney is none too pleased that TMZ got the cast list of "Dancing With the Stars," because we've learned the head of security has launched an investigation to find the leak.

The Mouse House apparently was not amused when we told you Valerie Harper, Leah Remini, Snooki, Elizabeth Berkley, Amber Riley and others will be appearing in the upcoming season. We're told security will start interviewing staffers tomorrow to find the alleged mole.

So we're guessing this won't make Mickey's parents happy ... we found out Tristin McMannis will be Valerie's partner. What's more ... we're told Valerie -- who has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer but is in remission -- is rehearsing like a champ and is getting no special breaks.

Good luck on the hunt ... sons of Walt.

Demi Lovato Gets Fowl At Happiest Place on Earth

Screw the VMAs ... Demi Lovato spent her Sunday diving face first into a jumbo Disneyland TURKEY LEG ... and looked damn good doin' it.

If you didn't know ... the smoked Dland turkey leg is a park ICON, weighing in at 1.5 pounds. In fact it's sooooo tasty some conspiracy theorists think it's made of dead emus.

Mmmmm Emu.

Lee Thompson Young Suicide Still a Dark Mystery

Law enforcement is STUMPED as to why Lee Thompson Young shot himself to death ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources say Young did not leave a suicide note. He had a diary, but we're told it revealed nothing as to why he took his life. The diary consists of multiple, mundane entries.

Our law enforcement sources say authorities also went through Young's personal computer -- it contained nothing revealing.

We do know this. Members of Young's family have told authorities the actor had "depression issues" in the past. We're told they have the names of several doctors who may have treated Young for the problem, and authorities plan to contact the MDs to determine the severity of the depression.

Lee Thompson Young Ex-Disney Superstar Dead Suicide

Lee Thompson Young -- who played the main character on Disney's "The Famous Jett Jackson" -- has committed suicide, TMZ has learned. He was 29.

Young's body was discovered inside his North Hollywood home Monday with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to sources. It's unclear why Young took his own life.

Lee's publicist said, "It is with great sadness that I announce that Lee Thompson Young tragically took his own life this morning ... Lee was more than just a brilliant young actor, he was a wonderful and gentle soul who will be truly missed."

Young currently appears in the TNT show "Rizzoli & Isles" -- and we're told when he didn't show up to work Monday morning, staffers called Young's landlord to check up on the actor. That's when the landlord found him.

The executive producer of "Rizzoli & Isles" tells us, "Everyone at [the show] is devastated by the news of the passing of Lee Thompson Young."

She adds, "We are beyond heartbroken at the loss of this sweet, gentle, good-hearted, intelligent man. He was truly a member of our family. Lee will be cherished and remembered by all who knew and loved him, both on- and offscreen, for his positive energy, infectious smile and soulful grace.
