Jennifer Lopez has returned to L.A. after her Hamptons summer escape ... and instead of mending fences with Ben Affleck, she’s channeling her energy into looking at real estate.

The singer showed up ring-free with her daughter Emme to check out a killer $68 million pad in Bev Hills over the weekend -- even though she's been trying to sell her own $68M marital pad in the same area for about a month.

No surprise J. Lo’s got cash to burn ... and she seemed in great spirits as she kicked off her day with Emme going out on a coffee run before checking out the ultra-swanky 5-bed, 6.5-bath mansion.

Things are not amicable between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck ... the lines of communication are closed and it's making it difficult to hammer out a divorce agreement.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … J Lo and Ben are not speaking to one another -- in person or over the phone -- and it's really slowing down their divorce.

Ben and Jen's icy relationship is really the only thing preventing this from being a quickie divorce ... we're told they have a prenup and the only asset they have to divide is their Beverly Hills mansion, which is on the market.

Cardi B's taking recent reports to task ... claiming she doesn't know who's saying Offset hasn't supported her -- 'cause it can't be anyone who really knows their marriage.

The rapper responded to a widely shared story going around claiming Offset never supported her during their marriage ... dropping an Instagram comment denying that was ever the case.

According to CB ... Offset helps out a ton with her business and their kids -- and, she says she's never sent family or friends to speak to the media on her behalf, so she's got no idea who the reports are citing.

Cardi B's divorce filing from Offset just got a lot more interesting -- 'cause we know now she wants her estranged hubby to cough up child support ... including for their third baby.

TMZ has obtained the divorce docs -- and they spell it out clear as day ... noting the couple is expecting their third child together ... and not just that, but Cardi is demanding Offset help pay support for their three kids.

As we told you ... she's also seeking primary custody of the children -- something that's also confirmed in the divorce filing here. In terms of why they're splitting ... Cardi is citing irreconcilable differences, with no chance of patching things up.

8:10 AM PT -- While Christina Haack clearly thought Josh Hall was making a reference to her and their ongoing divorce, we now know that's not the case ... 'cause he was getting at something else entirely.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Josh was actually visiting a cop friend of his, who's terminally ill -- and he's being treated at a cancer treatment facility called City of Hope. Our sources say Josh dropped the blue heart to show solidarity with law enforcement.

In other words, this had nothing to do with Christina -- even though she clearly took it that way.

Mama June's daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird has called it quits with her husband Josh Efird after 6 years of marriage, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Pumpkin filed for divorce from Josh this week in Wilkinson County, Georgia. The couple share 4 minor children -- Ella, Bentley, and twins Sylus and Stella.

Per the docs, the parties have contractual agreed to have joint custody because they believe it’s in the best interest of their children as their marriage is "irretrievably broken."

Ben Affleck has purchased a new multi-million dollar L.A. estate, TMZ has learned, all but marking the end of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Ben just closed escrow on the Brentwood mansion for $20.5 million. The stunning residence has 5 beds and 6 baths with breakfast and dining areas, a separate family room, den, walk-in closets, media room, powder room, guest house and on and on and on.

TMZ broke the story ... Ben and Jen quietly tried selling their marital home in Bev Hills back in June, but there were no takers, so they officially put it on the market July 11 for $68 million. They bought the house just last year for around $61 million, so with the L.A. mansion tax, real estate commissions and several mil in renovations, they'll be lucky to break even.

Josh Hall is leaning on friends during his divorce from Christina Haack, dropping a pic of himself with Candace Owens and Amber Rose -- which came together spontaneously.
