So much has happened ... and it's only Tuesday! Strap in for some major TMZ TV hot takes.

First up, on "TMZ Live," Derek and Charles discuss Robert De Niro getting bleeped out on "The View" ... for going on a NSFW rant about Donald Trump.

3:14 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Brad Pitt's side is scoffing at Tenute's countersuit -- as they feel they only tried getting into the Chateau Miraval biz because of his name-recognition and deep involvement with the company ... which they're now trying to smear.

We're told Chateau Miraval is only as successful as it is because of how Brad has run it -- and the notion he plundered it for his own personal gain is absurd and nonsensical ... as it would only hurt him if he did the things they're claiming he did.

Bottom line ... we're told BA feels Tenute (a subsidiary of Stoli Group) is blowing hot air that it's tried litigating in other courts to no avail -- and that Brad isn't sweating their accusations.

11:29 AM PT -- Rory McIlroy's manager, Sean O'Flaherty, said in a statement Tuesday afternoon the golfer will not be commenting on Monday's filing, but he's adamant he wants to make "this difficult time" "as respectful and amicable as possible."

Rory McIlroy and his wife, Erica, are headed to Splitsville ... TMZ Sports has learned the PGA Tour star just filed for divorce.

Court records show the 35-year-old golfer submitted the documents in Florida on Monday ... some seven years after the couple first tied the knot.

Chris Pratt is finding both support and hate online after he noticeably snubbed his ex-wife, Anna Faris, in his Mother's Day tribute ... as it seems folks are torn on the issue.

Like many spouses on Sunday, the Marvel star took to Instagram to pay tribute to the moms in his life ... writing a glowing tribute for his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger and mom Kathy Pratt. Of course, he also has a kid with Anna ... his 11-year-old son Jack.

While Chris had a mouthful for his current wife, he made no mention of Anna -- BTW, he did this last year, failing to shout her out at the time -- and some people were pissed.

Tom Brady's attempting, perhaps, his greatest comeback ever -- kicking off Mother's Day with warm words for the mothers of his children, one week after they took several stray shots during his roast.

Tom posted several shots of his own mom, Galynn, with his kids -- but more importantly, included one of Gisele Bündchen and also one with Bridget Moynahan.

He gave them props in his caption, "Happy Mothers Day to these kind, caring, compassionate and POWERFUL moms that I’m lucky to have in my life. None of this would be possible without your love ❤️❤️❤️"

"Big Brother" star Christmas Abbott is no longer seeking protection from her ex, Memphis Garrett ... but the ex-couple will still keep their distance from each other, TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... Christmas has voluntarily dismissed her petition seeking a restraining order against Memphis ... this after she made claims of domestic violence against him back in March.

We're told the reality TV star moved forward with this decision after Memphis agreed to a no-contact arrangement. While it might seem like they're all good ... they're anything but.

Scott Stapp and his wife are headed for a split, 'cause she's filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The Creed singer's wife of nearly 2 decades, Jaclyn, has decided to end the marriage, according to her rep. The split has been in the works for quite some time, though ... as court records, obtained by TMZ, show Jaclyn actually filed her divorce petition last May.

Her rep says she's faced a long battle in her relationship with Scott and, despite never envisioning divorcing him one day, she's decided to move on.

5:49 PM PT -- Angelina's attorney, Paul Murphy, tells TMZ … "Mr. Pitt’s continued attempt to equate common NDAs for security personnel and housekeepers covering confidential information employees learn at work, with him demanding an expanded NDA to ensure the continued coverup of his deplorable actions remains shameful."

He adds, "This case is not about NDAs in general, but about power and control. All Angelina has ever wanted was separation and health, with positive relationships between all members of their family, including Mr. Pitt. She looks forward to the day when he is finally able to let her go."

Sources familiar with the situation claim Webb is on Brad's payroll and worked for the same security team whose other members stood on the Tarmac in L.A. and turned a blind eye to Brad's actions that day. The sources further claim Webb’s declaration also conveniently leaves out the fact that the second security guard mentioned in the declaration, though called to testify by Pitt, testified in favor of Angelina, not against her.

Angelina Jolie told her and Brad Pitt's children to avoid him like the plague during custody visits post-split -- so claims a guy who used to run security for them for years.

Brad's attorneys filed new legal docs Thursday in their ongoing winery case -- and they offer up a sworn declaration written by a man named Tony Webb ... who says he used to head up a security company that offered services to Brangelina while they were married.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Webb claims that in the aftermath of their divorce in 2016 -- and all the custody disputes that followed over their 6 shared children together -- he'd been hit up by Angie's personal assistant, who he says told him he heard 2 of Webb's security officers still working AJ's detail at that point, were going to testify in family court.

Jenelle Evans is looking for a fresh start amid her split from husband David Eason, and that has her considering a big move ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Jenelle is thinking about a move from North Carolina down to Florida after visiting the Sunshine State last week. We're told she toured 2 or 3 homes in the Central Florida area ... not too far from fellow 'Teen Mom' star Briana DeJesus.

This explains why Jenelle and Briana were recently spotted together, but we're told she isn't planning a full-time return to the 'Teen Mom' franchise ... despite her recent appearance in a trailer for "Teen Mom: The Next Chapter."

Sam Raimi's wife is throwing in the towel on their marriage -- running to court to let a judge know she's ready to end things officially ... this after more than 3 decades together.

Gillian Greene -- a film producer and director herself -- just filed for divorce in Los Angeles ... and according to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she's citing irreconcilable differences. They have five children together ... but none of them are minors, so no custody issues here.

In the paperwork, Gillian indicates she wants spousal support -- and is asking to terminate SR's ability to receive alimony from her. When it comes to their assets and other property -- she says they gotta figure out what's what. There's no mention of a prenup on the petition.

Nikki Glaser's standing by her Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen divorce jokes ... saying she thinks the topic's fair game at a roast -- and joking Gisele actually had it coming.

We caught up with the controversial comedian outside "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in Hollywood Tuesday, and asked her if she thinks Brady's roast panel hit the divorce jokes a little too hard ... which is a feeling many had after each person hammered the topic home.

Per the paperwork, obtained by TMZ, BA says he only made $16,000 last year -- something he claims is attributed to putting his career on hold for Rachel, which has hurt him. This is also why he's saying he needs alimony from RL immediately, per California guidelines.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has already given back her wedding ring to estranged husband Ryan Anderson ... because the piece of jewelry meant quite a bit to him, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Gypsy Rose tell TMZ … she felt it was the right thing to give back the ring -- as it was a family heirloom given to Ryan by his mom. We're told Gypsy Rose left the ring with Ryan when she made the decision to end her marriage  ... along with an apology note next to their bed on March 22.

The note read ... "I'm sorry, you and I deserve happiness."
