Erika Jayne is very much in the market for a new beau, and she's breaking down the qualifications to become her match with some specifics on what makes her dream dude.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was grocery shopping with a friend Wednesday when she was asked about her dating qualifications. And, here's how she lists them ...

#1 Intelligence.
#2 He's gotta have some money.
#3 Looks don't matter TOO much.

Erika is 50, but says when it comes to age, it's not a make or break for a new partner -- but she does have a limit to how young she'll go -- you'll have to watch the clip to hear her answer.

As you know, Erika is in the middle of a rocky divorce with her estranged husband Tom Girardi and has been sued for allegedly hiding assets through a "sham divorce" with Tom, who's accused of stealing money intended for families of the victims in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash.

Erika Jayne is jumping back into the Los Angeles dating pool ... going out with other singles for the first time since she filed for divorce.

Sources tell TMZ … "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star started dating again a month ago, and she's already been on a handful of dates with different men.

It's a big step for Erika ... finally testing the dating waters after filing for divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi back in November after 21 years of marriage.

Lot's has changed since Erika was last single back in the 1990s ... but she's not using dating apps. We're told she's being set up with suitors by her friends, and the dates have all been with local guys.

Our sources say Erika is seeing if there's a spark with a mix of men ... some of her dates work in show biz and some work in other fields.

In addition to going on dates, Erika's keeping busy in other ways amid her well-documented legal and financial issues ... she's also filming scenes for the new season of 'RHOBH' with the other housewives.

Chuck Liddell has been granted a temporary restraining order from his estranged wife, Heidi, TMZ Sports has learned ... in addition to temporary primary physical custody of their kids.

This just days after the 51-year-old UFC legend claimed his wife roughed him up at their family home.

A judge in Los Angeles signed off on the order last week ... preventing 41-year-old Heidi from having any contact -- including over the phone or computer -- with The Iceman.

The TRO dictates Heidi must remain at least 100 yards from Chuck at all times.

Heidi was also ordered to immediately leave her and Chuck's home ... until the couple has a court hearing the 2nd week of November.

Violation of the order could result in a fine and/or a year in jail.

Chuck will also get temporary physical custody of their 2 kids ... though the arrangement could change after the hearing.

Heidi will be allowed visitation on the alternating weekends.

The UFC HOF'er also gets temporary physical custody of the family dogs ... a miniature poodle and Australian shepherd.

We broke the story ... Chuck was arrested for domestic violence earlier this month after he allegedly got into a verbal argument that turned physical with his wife of a decade.

Heidi was also cited for putting hands on Chuck ... but she was not taken in because the UFC legend asked that she be allowed to stay with their kids, according to an incident report.

Chuck adamantly denied putting his hands on Heidi ... and claimed he was the real victim. Police noted Chuck had a minor injury after the incident, while Heidi was uninjured.

The L.A. District Attorney ultimately decided NOT to charge Chuck or Heidi with a crime.

Chuck filed for divorce shortly after the alleged incident.

Dr. Dre's divorce has been extremely contentious, and something happened Monday that punctuates the bitterness ... a process server for his ex-wife attempted to serve him with legal docs at the cemetery where he buried his grandmother.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Dre was at a Los Angeles cemetery Monday to put the woman who helped raise him in her final resting place.

There's a dispute over where exactly Dre was confronted by the process server. Sources connected to Dre tell TMZ ... a process server came up to him at the burial site as Dre was standing by his grandma's casket and tried serving him. Sources connected to Nicole Young tell TMZ ... Dre was served in the cemetery's parking lot after the burial.

Either way ... we're told Dre recoiled in anger and wouldn't take the documents in hand. Our Dre sources claim the process server dropped the documents by the gravesite. Our Nicole sources say they were dropped in the parking lot.

The papers involved payment of Nicole's attorney's fees. There's a dispute over how much he was supposed to pay. The music mogul paid $325,433.  The judge signed an order that he owed a total of $1,550,000. Dre believes that amount is in error and he paid the full fee. Nicole says the order is clear ... Dre owes a balance of $1,224,567. The legal docs that were served included the judge's final order of $1,550,000.

Either way ... this divorce is about as acrimonious as it gets.

Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry's split is finally official -- because a court has signed off on everything ... including what happens with their kid.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the former couple's legal separation became official last week, and it looks like a pretty clean break ... with the couple agreeing on a 50/50 split on custody.

As you know, Sara and Linda have a 6-year-old son together, Rhodes, and they will have joint physical and legal custody ... so, both will continue to weigh in on various decisions, such as school and medical issues.

Day-to-day decisions over the boy's well-being will be the responsibility of the parent he's with at any given time. Neither of them will pay child support to the other -- they're both very successful, after all.

When it comes to how they're going to be splitting up their property and other assets ... there's a separate agreement, but those details aren't public.

Sara and Linda got hitched in 2014, with SG giving birth to Rhodes in 2015. She's got 2 other children from previous relationships. Sara created and co-hosted "The Talk" for years, and has since gone on to star in the "Roseanne" spinoff, "The Conners."

Ray J is starting a new battle -- that's actually an old one -- even as he's fighting off a nasty case of pneumonia ... he's filed to divorce Princess Love. Again.

Ray's divorce docs -- filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court -- mark the third time the couple's now walked down the divorce aisle. Princess fired the first salvo with her divorce filing in May 2020.

They spent that summer in quarantine, and tried to patch things up, but by September Ray had filed. Since then, the couple's made another attempt at reconciliation -- both moved to Florida with their 2 kids.

As we reported, Ray's been hospitalized this week with pneumonia, but for 2 days doctors were worried he was also dealing with COVID-19 ... and even held him in the hospital's COVID ward.

We spoke to him briefly Wednesday morning, and he was still struggling -- so, the fact he's pushing forward with a divorce at this moment seems like a sign of just how far south things have gone with Princess.

The couple's marriage first hit the rocks in late 2019 when Princess accused Ray of abandoning her and their baby girl, Melody, in Las Vegas. She was also pregnant at the time ... and gave birth to their son, Epik, in January 2020.

Sean Penn's actress wife just waved the white flag on their union ... because she filed for divorce after just over one year of marriage.

Sean's wife, Australian actress Leila George, filed divorce docs Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court ... according to online records.

Sean and Leila, the daughter of actor Vincent D'Onofrio, tied the knot in July 2020 during the height of the pandemic ... getting hitched in a lowkey family wedding at their home.

They started dating way back in 2016 and did not have any children together.

It's unclear what led to the split.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have finally hashed out a final settlement in their divorce ... and all they need now is a judge's signature, which should come any day.

The exes filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, that spell out some of the terms of the settlement. They agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 3 boys ... something they had agreed to do from the jump.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... there was NOT a prenup, and in California, that means anything acquired during their 10-year marriage would be 50/50.

As for child and spousal support, the docs don't say. There's reference to a settlement agreed upon that was not filed with the court.

Megan will have her name restored from Megan Green to Megan Fox.

Megan is repped by Disso Queen Laura Wasser, and Brian is repped by Scott Klopert.

Megan and Brian got engaged in 2006 and there were a bunch of speed bumps that followed. They ended their engagement in 2009 but got re-engaged a year later.

They married on the beach in Maui in 2010. Megan filed for divorce in 2015, but the papers were withdrawn in 2019. Megan filed for divorce again last November.

Anyway, it's good that they figured out how to close this chapter of their lives -- because each of them has certainly turned the page in the romance department. As everyone knows, Megan is with Machine Gun Kelly now ... and Brian's dating 'DWTS' phenom Sharna Burgess.

Chuck Liddell has filed for divorce from his wife of 10 years ... just days after the UFC legend was arrested for domestic violence in Los Angeles, TMZ Sports has learned.

51-year-old Liddell filed for "dissolution w/ minor children" from his wife Heidi on Friday at a courthouse in L.A.

We broke the story ... Chuck was arrested early Monday morning at his Hidden Hills home after police responded to a call for a domestic disturbance.

When cops arrived, they spoke to Chuck and Heidi ... and determined a verbal argument turned physical.

While Chuck was taken to jail ... he's adamant he was actually the victim, and volunteered to go with cops so Heidi could remain at their home with a minor child who was in the house.

"I was the victim of the incident last night at our family home, as details of the case will reveal," Liddell said in a statement the day after the arrest.

"The deputies informed me that my wife would be arrested, as I did not respond to her assault while I sustained bruising and lacerations. I volunteered to go in her place."

Heidi was cited on the scene, but not taken into custody.

While millions are tuning in to see the 'RHOBH' reunion, one pair of eyes won't be -- those belonging to Erika Jayne, who is not looking to re-experience all that tension and drama.

Sources tell TMZ ... Erika has no plans to watch the 4-part special because what she went through while shooting it was grueling enough. If she were to watch, she knows that would mean going through the roller coaster of emotions again ... and she's just not up for it.

Instead, we're told she'll keep busy by working on a couple of business ventures and, overall, staying in a good headspace.

Erika, of course, spent an entire day filming the reunion on September 10. She was in the hot seat amid allegations her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, stole money intended for families of those who died in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia.

During Part 1 of Wednesday's reunion ... around 1.5 million viewers tuned in to watch host Andy Cohen grill Erika about the legal woes. She took the opportunity to address people accusing Girardi of siphoning millions, saying the biggest misconception is "that I'm cold and have no sympathy."

Erika added that she wants anyone who was wronged to be whole again, and that it's important that the alleged victims hear that from her.

As for what's keeping her busy ... we're told some of the new business ventures include a beauty-related project and a big social media project. But, while she's trying to move on ... 'RHOBH' might not make it easy to do so.

Ray J is no longer battling pneumonia from a Miami hospital bed ... he's been discharged and is continuing to recover at home.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Ray was released from the hospital over the weekend and he's also stopped using an inhaler and isn't on oxygen anymore.

As we told you ... Ray J was admitted earlier this month, where doctors discovered he had pneumonia and assumed he had COVID too. Ray tested negative for the virus and was eventually moved out of the COVID wing, but was super scared.

Our sources say Ray thinks his busy schedule and constant travel were to blame for his illness, and now he's realized he needs to take care of his health.

At one point in his bout with pneumonia, we're told Ray thought he was going to die, and now he's just thankful to have made it out.

TMZ broke the story ... Ray filed to divorce Princess Love while he was hospitalized, the third time the couple's walked down the divorce aisle.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye appeared to have possibly reconciled in recent weeks, to the point where lots of folks thought the divorce would be called off, but new docs clearly show that's not the case ... Kim is going to walk away with the massive Hidden Hills Estate she and Kanye shared together.

According to court docs filed Tuesday, Kim will get the $60 million home -- where she and her kids have stayed ever since she filed divorce docs in February. We're told the former couple negotiated a buyout price for the home that was essentially rebuilt from the ground up.

Kim getting the home is significant, as most of the construction and design was spearheaded by Kanye. He worked with famed architects like Axel Vervoordt over several years ... at one point even purchasing the property next door to expand their domain.

We're told negotiations on the home were extremely cordial between Kim and Kanye, she's essentially paying cash to even things out between them

BTW ... they bought the property in 2014 for $20 million, so Kanye's handiwork in rebuilding the home paid off bigtime.

Kanye West seems to be saying goodbye to Wyoming -- or at least a big part of it -- because he's listed his monster-sized Monster Lake Ranch ... and it has folks wondering if he's coming home to Kim Kardashian.

The rapper's property -- a huge chunk of land outside the city of Cody -- is back on the market for $11 million ... which is surprisingly $3 mil less than the asking price when Ye scooped it up in September 2019.

As we reported ... it wasn't clear if Kanye paid the full $14 mil back then, but whatever he paid bought him 4,500 acres and a lot more than a mule.

The Ranch comes with 8 lodging units and is known for "monster trout" fishing. There are also 2 freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, meeting facilities, and of course ... a whole lotta horse barns and corrals.

You may recall ... not long after Kanye bought Monster Lake, he dropped another $14 mil for another Wyoming property -- Bighorn Mountain Ranch.

While it's not for certain, many believe that his infatuation with Wyoming and spending a lot of time living and working there caused a major rift in his marriage. Kim even broke down crying there during a tense meeting in the summer of 2020.

Britney Spears is heading toward major life changes, but one thing that will remain constant is the custody arrangement for her 2 sons ... at least according to Kevin Federline's attorney.

Mark Vincent Kaplan tells TMZ ... even if Britney's conservatorship is dissolved next month, as she and others expect, the custody agreement she and K-Fed have for their boys -- Sean Preston and Jayden James -- will likely not be impacted, partly because of their ages.

Kaplan says teenagers -- the boys are 16 and 15 -- get a lot of say in court about what's best for them ... and, basically, the current arrangement ain't broke, so no one's looking to fix it.

As things are now, and have been for years, Britney and Kevin's agreement is she sees the boys based on when she wants to see them ... and also on what they want.

Kaplan tells there's us there's no need to switch things because everyone's happy, and at Sean and Jayden's ages there's less concern about their supervision at all times.

As we reported ... the seldom-seen sons of Britney and K-Fed made a social media appearance this week with their dad's friend -- a choreographer named Eddie Morales -- and both were all smiles as they posed with him.

Sean was also playing the piano in a short video, making a lot of fans think he might follow in Mom's musical footsteps.

Princess Love's marriage to Ray J might be ending for real this time, but she doesn't seem to be fazed by it ... in fact, she says she's doing better than ever!!!

Princess Love was loading up to leave LAX with her kids Friday when she was asked how she's doing following Ray J filing for divorce this week. Sounds like she's barely thinking about it ... and is focused on herself and her kids.

As for her estranged hubby ... she provided a bit of an update on his health, we think, saying he's "alive and well."

That's good to hear, because as we reported ... Ray was hospitalized this week with pneumonia, but for 2 days doctors thought he may have been dealing with COVID-19 too ... and even held him in the COVID ward.

Last we knew he was still struggling to fight it off, but according to Princess Love ... he's doing okay.

Of course, it's hard to really know what's going on with PL and RJ. As you'll recall ... his filing for divorce was the third time it's gone down between the couple. She did it first in May 2020, then they reconciled, then he did it again in Sept. 2020, followed but another reconciliation ... which brings us to now.

'RHOBH' producers want to take advantage of a juicy storyline involving Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi -- they're skipping their usual break, and firing up cameras early to shoot a new season.

Production sources tell TMZ … 'RHOBH' producers can't get enough of Erika's various legal and financial problems connected to her estranged husband, so the series is gearing up to go back into production for season 12 on a quick turnaround.

We're told producers feel Erika's storyline is just too good to miss, so they're beginning production several months earlier than normal -- cameras will roll next week with some of the women.

As we've told you ... there's plenty of Erika drama to dig into for the cast -- she filed for divorce from her attorney husband in November, but shortly afterward she was sued for allegedly hiding assets in a "sham divorce."

Not long after that, Tom's assets were frozen and he's currently under investigation amid accusations he stole money intended for families of those who died in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia.

It's also alleged Erika’s company, EJ Global, received over $20 million from Tom's law firm ... money meant for his clients.

Erika broke down on camera over the "sham divorce" allegations, denying them in a season 11 episode on 'RHOBH' ... and there's no doubt she's helped carry the ratings.
