Christine testified during Thursday's divorce hearing in Santa Barbara and got into her July trip to Hawaii, where she was photographed with Josh Connor.

As we reported, Josh is a longtime friend of both Kevin and Christine, and sources close to Josh and Christine told us they were not dating.

She backed that up on the stand, saying point blank Josh is not her BF -- and added that  while in Hawaii, she shared a room with a longtime female best friend.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin referenced Christine getting $20,000 from "her boyfriend" ... and Christine did testify that Josh gave her that sum because she was worried about money. She tearfully said she gave $10k to her mother, and eventually returned the other $10k back to Josh.

She also discussed the $40k/month Montecito rental she's moving into Friday. Her attorney asked how close it is to the water, and Christine said, "You can't walk there with a surfboard."

Kevin Costner has come out swinging in his divorce from Christine Baumgartner, claiming she has become so unreasonable she has engaged in a "relentless jihad" against him ... and he threw in that her "boyfriend" gave her thousands in cash.

Costner is in court right now, along with Christine, fighting it out over how much child support he must pay her.

The actor claims Christine is bubbling over with animosity, accusing him of being a cheapskate when in fact he has shelled out way more than a million dollars since she filed for divorce.

The most interesting nugget in the docs ... Kevin says Christine has been deceptive in terms of how much money she has, referencing $20,000 "her boyfriend recently gave her." The docs don't identify the boyfriend, but sources familiar with the case say Kevin believes the man is Josh Connor, one of Kevin's good friends who recently took a trip to Hawaii with Christine.

Sources connected to both Christine and Josh have denied the 2 are in a romantic relationship.

Kevin claims Christine has secretly taken $105,000 from him to pay her lawyers. He's also re-alleged she has padded her child support bills by including hundreds of thousands of dollars for her plastic surgery, private trainers and "unallocated credit card expenses" which were for her, not their kids. In fact, Kevin claims her plastic surgery bills alone total $188,500 a year.

Costner says Christine -- who originally asked for $248,000 a month in child support -- has padded the bill simply because Kevin can afford it, and it has no relationship to their kids' needs.

Kevin has claimed the actual amount she needs is around $63,000 a month.

Costner, who says Christine has been engaged in "baseless character attacks" on him, says she's more than capable of getting a job, saying, "She has no plans to seek employment or engage in any income-generating activity." He accuses his 49-year-old estranged wife of demanding enough child support so she doesn't have to work again.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star did a Q&A fan chat on Amazon Live Wednesday, providing new insights into her break up with Mauricio after 27 years of marriage.

Kyle went on to explain she and Umansky are still in love and continue to co-parent their 4 kids.

She said, "Obviously, we care about each other a lot. You saw, here we are on vacation together," referring to their current summer getaway in Europe as a family.

As we reported, Kyle and Mauricio separated last month after 27 years of marriage -- despite admitting they've been going through a rough year together, they both denied the rumors that they were getting a divorce.

We've also seen them hanging out with the rest of their fam during their vacay ... cheesing on a boat in Positano with their kids last week.

Ricky Martin and Jwan Yosef have reached a divorce settlement.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the former couple entered into an uncontested written agreement. Details have not yet been disclosed, but at the very least, we know they'll both be declared single once the judge signs off on their agreement.

Last month, Martin and Yosef jointly announced they were calling it quits after 6 years of marriage.

In a statement, they wrote, "We have decided to end our marriage with love, respect and dignity for our children and honoring what we have experienced as a couple all these wonderful years."

They went on ... "Our greatest desire now is to continue having a healthy family dynamic and a relationship centered on peace and friendship to continue the joint upbringing of our children, preserving the respect and love we have for each other."

Kim Kardashian isn't keepin' up with her former hubby, Kanye West ... because we've learned she isn't the least bit concerned about his recent wardrobe malfunction overseas.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... she isn't staying up to date on Ye and his personal business -- unless, of course, it's on the topic of co-parenting.

For those unaware, there were reports Kim was embarrassed and disturbed after Kanye's naked butt was exposed while on vacation with his boo, Bianca Censori ... but our sources say any talk about Kim being concerned is simply untrue.

We're told she sees Ye's crack slip as an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction, but sources note Kim wishes him and Bianca the best as they continue to enjoy their Italian getaway.

As we reported, Kanye and Bianca were on a water taxi in Venice on Monday when he likely felt a breeze from behind ... but he didn't seem to care, because he wasn't doing a lot of adjusting while taking a ride.

Tom Brady channeled his inner Irina Shayk while chilling on his yacht this week ... ditching his shirt and showing off his shredded bod just days after his apparent new lady went topless on vacation with Bradley Cooper.

Kim Zolciak is, at least publicly, acting like there's hope she and Kroy Biermann can resolve things, and he'll pull his divorce docs again, but he's not seeing it that way at all ... TMZ has learned.

We heard from Kim -- who was still wearing her wedding ring -- Monday at LAX, and she gave off very optimistic vibes when asked if Kroy might have a change of heart about his second divorce filing.

Well, we asked Kroy's legal team if he had any plans on pulling the divorce ... and they didn't mince words. Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us, "No, at this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action."

It's likely a devastating blow to Kim, and unless Kroy's holding back information from his lawyer ... the estranged couple is definitely not on the same page about their future.

TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions back in May, but eventually worked things out and decided against the split in July.

However, s*** hit the fan for the couple this month, prompting Kroy to file for divorce once again.

If Tom Brady ever wants to add another ring to his collection, he's a perfect candidate for "The Bachelor" ... so says the dating show's host, Jesse Palmer, who tells TMZ Sports the G.O.A.T. would be a "legendary" lead.

The former NFL quarterback and Season 5 star of the ABC series believes there are actually a couple signal-callers who could go from throwing the pigskin to handing out roses -- Brady, Justin Herbert and C.J. Stroud.

In fact, Palmer says the handsome Chargers standout would be a "producer's dream" ... 'cause they could pay for all the dates and trips throughout the season with help of his $262 million contract!!

"You actually could not script a better setup," Palmer says. "That would be incredible for ratings, and also amazing for our budget."

Herbert has kept his dating life pretty private ... and despite a few rumors, he hasn't gone public with anyone during his NFL career.

Same goes for Stroud ... so Palmer thinks the No. 2 overall pick to the Houston Texans could also thrive in finding love as he kicks off his NFL career.

Brady has gotten back in the dating game after his divorce from Gisele Bündchen was finalized last October ... and was recently spotted enjoying his time with model Irina Shayk.

But Palmer says the 7-time Super Bowl champion gets his stamp of approval to be on the show ... as long as Irina gives the go-ahead as well.

"There is the Irina Shayk issue," Palmer adds. "But if she's willing to kind of just chill out for a couple months of filming, I think we're solid."

Palmer says the show could film at any of Brady's houses ... which would also be a huge positive.

"Again, very budget-friendly. Tom Brady would be good."

We also talked to Jesse about College Colors Day coming up on Friday ... and he breaks down how fans and alums can show school pride ahead of the new season, and score a chance to win tickets to the national championship game in the process.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might be in the middle of yet ANOTHER divorce, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her hand and listening to what she's got to say.

The ex-'RHOA' star and her daughter, Brielle Biermann landed at LAX Monday and were asked all about Kim's pending case -- after Kroy recently re-filed divorce docs.

Check this out, 'cause it's interesting -- when KZ is asked if she and Kroy are truly dunzo -- she makes sure to flash her wedding band, which Brielle explicitly points out as still "on."

Kim says she already knew Kroy was going to file again, but indicates she's not really worried about it ... and that, perhaps, he'll pull the docs.

The photog presses Kim on some underlying issues that seem to be affecting her marriage -- like finances, for instance -- and the matriarch says those sorts of weigh on all matrimonies.

Brielle's also got some financial issues of her own -- TMZ was first to report she's on the wrong end of a lawsuit from a credit card company -- but she says that's been handled.

One last thing that stands out in the chat ... Brielle pitches a potential new Bravo show that she thinks could benefit all the 'Real Housewives' kids -- and if Andy Cohen was receptive to it in a recent meeting Kim says they had ... she could be back on reality TV one day.

Lots to digest with this one -- we'll see how it all shakes out, but Kim sounds optimistic.

Sam Asghari has his sights set on his acting career in the midst of his divorce from Britney Spears ... and we're told his family's been a pretty big priority, too, in recent weeks.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Sam, who's a SAG-AFTRA member, is planning on continuing with acting gigs when the actors' strike comes to an end. In addition to playing characters, we're told he's interested in hosting gigs.

We're told he wasn't in the middle of any projects before the strike, and obviously has nothing in the pipeline as Hollywood remains shut down, but that's where his head's at.

BTW, Sam's got no plans to get back into the personal training game -- something he'd been doing at L.A.'s Royal Personal Training when he and Britney started dating.

Apart from work, sources say Sam's been focused on spending time with his family ... mainly taking care of his mom in L.A. She came home from the hospital a few weeks ago and needs the help. She was injured in an accident but is on the mend.

Sam filed for divorce from Brit last week after getting into a massive fight over claims she cheated on him.

There's been a lot going on since the relationship was called off -- they've cut off communications, and agreed on custody of their 5 dogs ... but the big, unsettled issue is whether Sam will challenge their prenup.

Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie broke bread this weekend, and they did it with none other than their own respective children -- showing these two are tied at the hip these days.

The two actresses were dining at the Nice Guy Saturday in L.A., and they brought along their kids. In Salma's case ... her 16-year-old daughter, Valentina, joined. For Angie, 19-year-old Pax was cruising with his own mama bear -- and together, they went in and chowed down.

Of course, there were tons of paps around ... and they captured the two super moms coming and going -- and it looks like SH gave Pax a kiss on the cheek when they first met up.

For those unaware, Salma and Angelina have been getting very close in recent years -- and it all stems from them working together on Marvel's "Eternals" movie a couple years back ... where they both played superheroes. Since then, they've been super tight ... they're even producing a new film together right now -- one which AJ is directing, and Salma starring.

That flick is called "Without Blood" ... and it's gotten a lot of praise from Salma on behalf of Angie ... whom she called the best director she's ever worked with. So, yeah -- BFFs, indeed.

Of course, with this somewhat newfound friendship ... the question of allegiances comes to mind, especially for Angelina -- who's still embroiled in a messy divorce with Brad Pitt.

Funny enough ... Salma has already telegraphed how she feels about Brad of late -- and she seems to be on Angie's side. This kinda came to light at the Golden Globes earlier this year ... where Brad was in attendance, and at which Salma served as one of the presenters.

The dude she was presenting with onstage had an overly fawning moment -- in which he gushed over seeing BP in the crowd -- and her reaction to that was telling ... major eyeroll.

Indeed, it would appear Salma is in Angelina's corner over her and Brad's ongoing case -- which has yet to be resolved ... especially on the winery front. That thing is super messy.

Dalton Gomez has remained out of the spotlight since he and Ariana Grande split -- but now, he's starting to pop up in public ... and the dude's looking blue.

The celebrity realtor -- who's now single after separating from his estranged pop star wife, and almost certainly headed for divorce -- was spotted at a Barney's Beanery in WeHo Friday night ... where we're told he was hanging out with a group of people ... shooting pool.

However, based on this photo -- obtained by TMZ -- you can tell he wasn't having the best time ... which is confirmed by eyewitness accounts. Our sources tell us Dalton looked incredibly sad the whole time he was there ... mostly keeping to himself and staying quiet.

More importantly, Dalton was ringless on a finger where he once proudly sported a wedding band -- confirming he and Ariana are dunzo ... something TMZ first reported back in July.

We haven't seen DG for a while -- even before word got out he and Ari had broken up ... safe to say, the guy's pretty private. Now, he's surfaced for the first time -- and if a picture's worth a thousand words ... there sure are a lot of ways to describe his demeanor here.

Ariana, meanwhile, seems to be getting a move on with her life ... like we've told you, she's already dating another man -- her fellow "Wicked" costar Ethan Slater, whom she started dating amid her and Dalton's uncoupling. The timeline's a little messy ... on both sides.

Since we broke the story that they were over ... Ariana has popped up here and there, and she's been all smiles, while also going ringless (a look she's been rocking for months now).

We know Ariana and Ethan are trying to navigate their new relationship delicately ... with her giving him a little space to work out his own divorce from his wife -- who's blasted Ari.

Of course, in the backdrop of all this is an apparent uncoupling of the professional kind. Reports are flying that Ariana's trying to dump Scooter Braun as her manager, although we're told she's still under contract with his company ... and they're negotiating a new sitch.

Tyrese is still sour about having to shell out a ton of cash to his ex in their bitter child support case -- evidenced in his new song ... which takes direct aim at the issue.

The singer/actor dropped a track this week called 'Love Transaction,' and it doesn't pull any punches in addressing what he views as a cold-hearted approach he feels his estranged wife, Samantha Lee, took earlier this year ... when she dragged him to court over money.

You might recall this, 'cause it was ugly. Tyrese was ordered to pay Samantha and her attorneys a whopping $636,000 ... this after refusing to pay $10k/month way back in August of last year, when he was ordered to do so by a Fulton County judge.

That's why he was in held in contempt in April ... where the court forced him to pay what was owed and then some. Now, Tyrese has something to say about it in song.

Take a listen for yourself ... Tyrese laments being gouged for thousands in child support, accusing Samantha of asking for way more than she really needs to care for their daughter, Soraya. He gets pretty specific here too ... talking hard figures and everything else.

He also says their kid is wondering why they're not together anymore ... and poses a rhetorical question -- was this love, or a transaction? Sam doesn't appear to have responded.

As we've reported ... Tyrese divorce from Samantha has been anything but amicable ... and it's not even over yet. Their case is still open, and they haven't finalized anything officially.

Britney Spears and her (remaining) team are taking steps to make sure she's cared for, especially when it comes to her health ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Britney tell us ... she recently hired 2 new staff members at her Los Angeles-area home. We're told one of those staffers has a history working in medicine -- which is obviously really important, considering Britney's needs.

Our sources say the staffer with medical experience will have a wide range of responsibilities, but the primary job is to make sure she stays healthy. A key responsibility is making sure she takes her meds.

As for Britney's remaining support system -- her attorney, Mat Rosengart, and manager Cade Hudson -- we're told their focus is keeping Britney occupied. Our sources say she's been working on music as well as ventures outside the house. We're told Britney doesn't like being alone, so getting her out and about is important.

Britney recently posted a series of photos and videos from what many thought was her divorce party -- surrounded by shirtless men -- but we're told that was actually an old video.
