Kenya Barris, famous for creating the ABC sitcom "black-ish," is once again pulling the plug on his marriage ... because he just filed for divorce for a second time.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kenya beelined it to a Los Angeles courthouse this month and filed to end his marriage to his wife of over 20 years, Dr. Rania "Rainbow" Barris.

In the docs, Kenya says the couple has been separated since Sept. 9, 2020, and he cites the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.

The couple, who tied the knot way back in 1999, have four minor children together ... including a 16-year-old daughter and 3 sons who are 14, 12 and 5 years old. Kenya is asking the court for joint physical and legal custody of the kids. He also checked the box indicating spousal support would be payable to his estranged wife.

Skylar Grey, known for penning the Eminem & Rihanna classic "I Love The Way You Lie" and Diddy's "Coming Home," no longer owns those songs as a result of a bitter divorce with ex-husband Todd Mandel.

Skylar made the sad revelation she had to cash out on her song catalog in order to pay the divorce settlement. She says the majority of her earnings went to taxes ... and her ex-husband's bank account.

She told Variety ... although she'll no longer receive royalties when the songs are used in movies, TV, etc, she still considers the song "her babies," regardless of who owns the rights.

As a veteran artist, it's hard not to see her point. She's appeared on Eminem's last few albums and also has credits with Celine Dion, Nick Jonas, Ciara, G-Eazy, and more.

Skylar's divorce was a particularly nasty split. TMZ broke the story back in 2017 – when she filed a restraining order after accusing him of monitoring her every move with hidden cameras in their home.

Losing "Love the Way You Lie" is a pretty heavy blow -- the song is certified Diamond and has more than 2 billion YouTube views.

Steve Harvey didn't wait too long to start crackin' jokes about his daughter's breakup with Michael B. Jordan ... and admits he might've learned a new way to avoid another costly divorce.

Steve talked about his daughter Lori Harvey parting ways with MBJ on his morning show Monday ... and can't help himself from getting in a laughing mood while doing so.

He says his kids are teaching him to "get out early" from relationships ... and even thinks a breakup on social media is the way to go -- citing court costs as a dealbreaker. Don't forget, the guy's been divorced 2 times, and had quite the fight in court back in 2018.

Steve's ex-wife Mary sued him for $60M over mental anguish, saying she was suicidal in the wake of their 2005 divorce. The judge just threw out her case, because it belonged in front of a judge in Texas ... where the divorce was handled.

As we reported, Michael and Lori reportedly split after being together for over a year ... the reason is still unknown, but the two hadn't posted about each other online in months.

Jay Cutler's getting one-upped in the post-divorce celebration department by his ex Kristin Cavallari ... who says Jay's got a lot of catching up to do, and also hints he's already violated their settlement.

We caught up with Kristin at LAX, and asked for her thoughts on finalizing the divorce from the ex-NFL star ... who commented about it this week on his "Uncut with Jay Cutler" podcast. Jay boasted about his bank account not really taking a hit in their divorce, and added, "When the settlement came through, I threw a party."

Well, Kristin was pretty much mum to our camera guy on the settlement. In fact, she told us she doesn't think she's allowed to discuss it ... hinting there's a non-disclosure agreement and Jay shouldn't be blabbing either.

Now, as for Jay being in party mode -- well Kristin didn't hold back on that topic. We asked if she'll throw her own post-divorce bash, and she said "I've been partying for 2 years straight" ... a not-so-subtle reference to the divorce filing in April 2020.

You'll recall ... Kristin and Jay called it quits after a decade-long relationship that started after they met at a Chicago Bears preseason game. They got married 3 years later and had 3 kids.

Jay Cutler boasted this week that his bank account didn't take a big hit in his divorce with Kristin Cavallari ... joking, "when the settlement came through, I threw a party."

Cutler shared a laugh about his split with Cavallari during a conversation with Clay Travis on his "Uncut with Jay Cutler" podcast ... saying he believes he made off just fine when he and the former "Hills" star officially broke things off.

"I don't know what I can say, first of all," Cutler said on the podcast with a chuckle. "I don't know if I made money, I just didn't ... [I] did OK."

Cutler, though, made it clear that Cavallari -- who runs an ultra-successful jewelry biz now -- didn't lose her ass in the divorce either.

"I don't recommend divorce for anybody, let me go ahead and say that," Cutler said on the pod (the full episode air Wednesday at midnight ET). "But, it worked out. It worked out for Kristin, it worked out for me. It is what it is."

Jay -- who married Cavallari in 2013, seven years after he was drafted by the Denver Broncos -- reportedly made over $120 million in his NFL career. Cavallari, meanwhile, reportedly has a net worth of around $30 million.

The two had quarreled over money (specifically funds to buy another home) following the announcement of their divorce in 2020 ... but it seems that all got worked out to everyone's satisfaction.

Joe Exotic's estranged husband, Dillon Passage, has filed a prenup in their divorce case, and Joe's lawyer tells TMZ, it's actually a money grab and the prenup is fraudulent.

On the surface, this seems weird, because you'd think Joe would be the one who would want a prenup, but his lawyer, Autumn Blackledge, says there was never such a document.

Dillon's lawyer filed the prenup Friday, which keeps the property and assets each brought into the marriage and the property and assets they acquired during the marriage separate.

Blackledge says Joe never signed such a document and she believes this is a stall tactic on Dillon's part to delay a final divorce decree, so he can continue to make money off his relationship with Joe.

She goes on to allege Dillon has been on a tear, selling some of Joe's personal items for personal gain while Joe sits behind bars ... speaking of which, Blackledge claims Dillon has never visited Joe in prison.

According to the document, Joe's deep in financial debt. She says his assets total $65,000 and his debts are an astonishing $100,052,000. She says his annual income is $7,800.

According to the document, Dillon owes $20k in student loans and has $110 in his checking account, with a net worth of $20,110.

Sounds like neither has anything to speak of, yet Blackledge claims Dillon has made more than $1 million off the 'Tiger King' franchise.

Joe filed for divorce in March after 4 years of marriage.

Dillon’s lawyer Parastoo Majd says, "The prenuptial agreement was entered into legally by both parties and I will have a full statement after the holiday weekend."

Kanye West's back at it again, airing grievances about how his four children with Kim Kardashian are being raised ... this time in a brand new single with the late XXXTentacion.

Ye and X's "True Love" was released on Thursday night, and while the song as a whole explores the struggles of being in a relationship and keeping love alive ... Ye laments in his opening verse about how he doesn't spend as much time with his children as he wants to.

His verse opens with, "Wait, when you see the kids? I'll see y'all tomorrow // Wait, when the sunset? I see y'all tomorrow"

There's more. Ye almost makes it sound like the kids couldn't see him even if they wanted to, saying ... "And you know all the nannies said, "Daddy in Nebraska" / Let the kids dig a tunnel to my house like Chapo."

As we reported ... Kim apologized to her family on the most recent episode of "The Kardashians" for attacks Kanye had made towards them of late, via music -- specifically, in his track "Eazy," where he invoked Pete Davidson.

Kanye has obviously never been one to bite his tongue, especially when it comes to how his kids are being raised. You'll recall ... he and Kim beefed a few months back over 8-year-old North West's use of social media, among other things.

Master P has been split from his estranged wife for over a decade, but he's only now been officially declared a single man in the eyes of the law.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Master P and Sonya Miller are officially no longer a couple ... it remains to be seen if their divorce is totally finalized or if they still have some things to work out.

Believe it or not, Sonya first filed for divorce all the way back in 2013, and Master P has previously claimed they settled everything in private in 2016 ... but never submitted it to the court.

Fast forward to December 2021 -- when Master P submitted docs asking a judge to declare him legally single -- which has now happened.

Master P and Sonya got married in 1989 -- the rapper has 9 kids -- including Romeo Miller (Lil Romeo).

Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Haley Kalil is going solo following her split from ex-NFL star husband Matt Kalil ... throwing on a bikini and hitting the beach in Mexico after filing for divorce.

TMZ Sports broke the story -- Haley filed docs in Los Angeles County on May 4 ... citing "irreconcilable differences" for the falling out.

Despite the recent news, Kalil looked happier than ever as she made her way to Los Cabos for some R&R this week ... wearing a zebra-print two-piece suit as she snapped selfies in the water.

Of course, Haley does this kinda stuff for a living ... and you can see her trying out a ton of different poses throughout her time at the beach.

Haley eventually had to take a break in the shade -- lounging on a chair as she stayed glued to her phone.

29-year-old Haley and 32-year-old Matt got hitched in Hawaii in 2015 after 3 years of dating.

Kurt Busch's wife has filed for divorce from the NASCAR star ... saying in court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, their marriage is "irretrievably broken."

Ashley Busch filed the docs in Florida on May 9 ... and in them, she alleged Kurt "committed a tortious act." She did not expound on the allegation.

Kurt and Ashley -- a polo player -- first met in 2015 ... and later got married in December 2016, Ashley said.

In the docs, Ashley added that things went sideways with the couple just last month ... when she claims Kurt cut off her access to their joint banking account and credit cards.

Ashley also wrote in the docs that the 43-year-old driver demanded she leave the family home by the first week of June.

Ashley noted in the documents that the couple -- which does not have any kids together -- did have a prenup.

We've reached out to Ashley's attorney, as well as reps for Kurt for comment, but so far no word back yet.

Kurt is having a solid 2022 season despite it all ... in fact, he just won his first race of '22 at Kansas Speedway on Sunday.

It's splitsville for 'Real Housewives' star Dr. Jen Armstrong and her husband, she's pulled the trigger for legal separation.

The plastic surgeon and 'RHOC' cast member filed docs last week in Southern California against her husband of nearly 8 years, Ryne Holliday. The pair has 3 kids together, a set of 10-year-old twins and an 9-year-old son.

Dr. Jen lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split ... and is asking for legal and physical custody of the kids, giving Holliday visitation.

Armstrong is the newest member of the 'RHOC' family ... appearing in just one season so far. She had recently revealed she and Ryne split last year, but had gotten back together and were working things out. Obviously, things have now changed.

The disc jockey wife of "Rookie of the Year" star Thomas Ian Nicholas is pulling the plug on their marriage ... because she just filed for divorce.

DJ Colette, a house DJ and vocalist, filed divorce docs Thursday after more than 12 years of marriage.

Thomas, who was a child actor when he played Chicago Cubs fireballer Henry Rowengartner in the 1993 sports flick, and Colette tied the knot way back in January 2007 and they have two minor children together, a son and a daughter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Colette lists the date of separation as Sept. 3, 2019, and she is citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Colette is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple's children, and she wants to block the court's ability to award support to either parent. She says the couple has a prenup that she wants the judge to enforce it.

Sam Hunt and his wife called off their divorce and all signs point to reconciliation.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Sam's wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, asked the court to dismiss the divorce case last month, and a judge signed off.

Remember ... Hannah cited infidelity when she originally filed for divorce back in February, but she quickly withdrew her petition and refiled it in a different county in Tennessee.

But, this time around it looks like the divorce is really being called off.

There's more evidence Sam and Hannah are giving their marriage another try ... he's been wearing his wedding ring again.

Sam was NOT wearing the band during a performance in March when the divorce was still working its way through the courts, but he was rocking the ring last week on stage in Florida.

And, get this ... witnesses say Sam and Hannah have been spotted together recently, walking their dog in Franklin, TN.

They have a pretty good reason to reconcile ... Sam says they are expecting a baby girl at the end of the month, which would be their first child.

TMZ broke the story ... Hannah filed for divorce back in February. In her divorce docs, she said Sam was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct" and "adultery." She asked the court for primary custody of their future child and alimony.

Haley and Matt Kalil are donezo ... TMZ Sports has learned the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has filed for divorce from the ex-NFL star.

According to court records, Haley filed the docs on Wednesday ... and said in the paperwork the reason for the split was "irreconcilable differences."

The two -- who got married in July 2015 -- separated in January 2022, according to the documents. The couple had no kids together.

29-year-old Haley and 32-year-old Matt first began dating in Minnesota after the offensive lineman was selected by the Vikings in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

The two eventually got married in Hawaii in 2015 ... and seemed to be going strong -- with Matt seen at some of her modeling events throughout the past few years.

Unclear when things got rocky -- the couple has kept most of their relationship private.

Mustard is calling it quits on his marriage ... filing for divorce just a year and a half after he and his wife said "I Do."

The super successful producer filed against Chanel Thierry Monday in L.A. ... in the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Interestingly enough, he also says the date of separation was Monday.

Mustard -- real name Dijon McFarlane -- and Theirry have 3 kids, ranging in age from 2 to 10. He's asking for joint legal and physical custody.

The two have been together for years, but only got married in October 2020.

Mustard mentions in his filing that the couple has a prenup.

Olivia Wilde kept her composure after being served legal documents on behalf of her ex, Jason Sudeikis ... which you can now see on video.

The footage from the awkward moment, which went down on Tuesday at CinemaCon, has finally surfaced ... and lo and behold, Olivia's handling of it all was as professional as everyone described it.

Check it out ... OW was right in the middle of hyping her new movie, "Don't Worry Darling," and about a minute or so into her speech -- somebody comes up to the stage and drops a manila envelope at her feet. She pauses, asks if that's for her ... and then picks it up.

She openly wondered if it was a script, and playfully joked that she was going to open it right then and there to unpack the mystery -- which she did. As soon as she saw the contents, Olivia simply said, "Oh okay, got it" ... and carried on like nothing had happened.

Olivia held on to the envelope -- marked "personal and confidential" -- for a good while as she finished her monologue, and eventually ... tucked it behind her.

As you know, it was later revealed the papers were custody docs from Sudeikis -- but he denied knowing they'd be served in the manner and time that they were, putting the blame on the process server company. The issue the docs addressed was in relation to jurisdiction.
