Joe Exotic is explaining why he finally filed for divorce from husband Dillon Passage ... he wants to get hitched to a new guy he met behind bars!!!

The Netflix star's lawyer, Autumn Blackledge, tells TMZ ... Joe's new love interest is a man named John Graham, and the prison romance is the reason Exotic recently filed divorce docs from jail.

Joe sums it up this way ... "God works in amazing ways." Yes, He does.

As we first told you ... Joe and Dillon were estranged for more than a year before Exotic filed for divorce, and Dillon's already got a new man in his life too.

Joe's attorney tells us he met John in February 2021 when they were both locked up at FMC Fort Worth in Texas ... and even though John's since been released from custody, it seems he's had a lasting impact on Joe.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, John was in prison for burglary and possession of a firearm. He was sentenced in 2012 to more than 12 years in prison, although prison records show he was released March 15 of this year.

Joe married Dillon on Dec. 11, 2017 ... only 2 months after Exotic's previous husband, Travis Maldonado, died after accidentally shooting himself.

Joe Exotic is giving up on his marriage while he sits behind bars ... because he just filed for divorce.

The 'Tiger King' star filed divorce docs Thursday after more than 4 years of marriage to Dillon Passage ... and in the docs, obtained by TMZ, Joe says the marriage is irretrievably broken.

Joe and Dillon have been estranged for about a year ... as we first told you, Dillon called Joe in prison last March and told Exotic he wanted out of the relationship and divorce was on the table.

But, Joe is the one actually pulling the trigger on the divorce ... his legal team says Dillon never followed through on his divorce threat.

TMZ broke the story ... Dillon's already moved on with a new boyfriend, and Joe is looking for love too.

Joe and Dillon tied the knot on Dec. 11, 2017 ... 2 months after Joe's previous husband, Travis Maldonado, died after accidentally shooting himself.

In the docs, Joe says he's in need of alimony in the form of a lump sum and says he wants to change his name from Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage back to Joseph Allen Maldonado.

Anthony Anderson's wife, Alvina, has filed for divorce, ending their 22-year marriage.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... Alvina filed on Friday in Los Angeles and is requesting spousal support from Anthony. She also checked the box to block the court's ability to award any support to Anthony ... and also wants him to pay for her attorney fees.

Anthony and Alvina met while attending Howard University in Washington D.C. in 1989 ... he dropped out his junior year due to financial issues, but is reportedly working towards graduating this year with his son.

After marrying in 1999, the two became separated from 2014 to 2016. As we reported, Alvina filed for divorce back in 2015 but dropped the case the following year. This occurred at the same time Anthony booked his popular role on "Black-ish."

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's rocky roller coaster finally hit calm waters -- because they were finally able to be in each other's company ... albeit, for the sake of their kid.

The former couple was shoulder to shoulder this weekend -- the first time in a long time, especially amid all the nasty fighting that's been going on -- taking in their son Saint's soccer game in L.A. ... with mama bear, papa bear and his sister, North, watching from the sideline.

It's a somewhat startling sight, but a more than welcome one ... frankly, things have been nasty of late between these two -- so the fact they could come together like this is major.

As you can see, Ye was filming Saint play while Kim and North looked on attentively. At one point, Kanye crouched down and seemed pleased with what he was seeing on the field -- yep, he was in super dad mode here ... no doubt about it.

There was video taken of the scene as well, and although Kim and Kanye certainly shared the same space within short proximity to one another ... they don't appear to have interacted a whole lot, beyond herding the group in and out of the park, that is.

Still, as we said ... it's a huge step forward in their co-parenting relationship. Ye has been complaining a lot in recent weeks about custody issues -- alleging he hasn't been able to see all of the kids as much as he wants ... while Kim has claimed the exact opposite, saying he sees them whenever he wants. Now, it seems they're finally on the same page.

BTW, no sign of Pete Davidson anywhere here ... which is probably for the best. Something tells us KW still hasn't warmed up to him -- so no blending of families/partners just yet.

For rapper Everlast, his marriage is not everlasting ... because his wife just filed for divorce.

The House of Pain front man's wife, Lіѕа Schrody, beelined it to a California courthouse Wednesday and filed divorce docs after nearly 13 years of marriage.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lisa lists the date of separation as Dec. 8, 2021, and she cites the usual "irreconcilable differences" as her reason for the split.

Everlast and Lisa, a former Penthouse model, got hitched way back in 2009 and have 2 minor children together ... 12-year-old Laila and 9-year-old Sadie ... and Lisa's seeking joint legal and physical custody.

In the docs, Everlast's wife is also seeking spousal support ... and she wants to terminate the court's ability to award him support.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Katie Maloney has officially filed for divorce from Tom Schwartz ... ending their marriage.

Katie filed court docs Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court. The two have no children together.

We last saw the two at Mister O's Saturday in the San Fernando Valley, with eyewitnesses saying they seemed uninterested in each other ... rarely holding eye contact while speaking.

Last week, the couple announced their split with a lengthy post on Katie's Instagram. The text was paired with photos of the two of them -- showing happier times.

Katie and Tom had a wedding on their Bravo show back in 2016 ... but some speculated it may not have been official because they flew to Vegas 3 years later ... apparently to officially tie the knot.

Erica Campbell says if Kanye West is trying to be a man of God for Sunday Service, he should practice what he preaches during the week ... something she's just not seeing.

We got the Gospel singer in New York City and asked about Kanye's contention he's a man of God ... and how it stacks up with his recent behavior toward Kim Kardashian, Pete Davidson, D.L. Hughley and Trevor Noah.

Erica says Kanye can't only follow the Lord's teachings on Sundays ... she says he needs to carry it over Monday through Saturday, but it doesn't mean being a perfect person either.

Erica thinks Ye needs to be kinder, more gracious, patient, understanding and faithful during the week ... if he's truly a man of God, as he claims.

As you know ... Kanye's been lashing out at a bunch of folks on social media and in his music, with his estranged wife's boyfriend getting the brunt ... and Erica tells us why she thinks the divorce is the root cause.

Kim Kardashian is not a topic of conversation between Kanye West and his GF, who happens to be a dead ringer for KK, and she also says she's baffled by the fact people say there's a similarity between the two.

So yeah, hard to believe, right? But, Chaney Jones told our photog at LAX ... Kanye may be talking to the world about Kim, but not to her. Chaney seemed scared to even broach the subject, and referred us to Kanye to ask more about his ongoing attacks.

Even harder to swallow ... Chaney says she doesn't see a similarity between her and Kim.

Chaney has said on social media ... she's her own woman with her own interests. So, aside from the way she dresses (Balenciaga), the sunglasses (Rick Owens), the hair .... yeah, hard to see any similarity.

If she's a truthteller here ... it means Kanye's campaign against Kim, Pete, Trevor, D.L., and others is not the source of idle talk between the 2. Again, she seems super nervous to discuss.

Kim Kardashian's estranged husband has used social media as a vessel to launch attacks on her and Pete Davidson -- and although Kim says it's tough, she tries to "take the high road" -- keeping their kids in mind.

Kim is set to sit with Ellen DeGeneres Thursday, where she tackles everything from the happiness she's found with Pete Davidson to the struggles she's facing with Kanye in the wake of their divorce.

Ellen tips her cap to Kim, saying it's impressive the mother of 4 is able to hold off on publicly going after Kanye -- the way he's done to her.

Kim says she learned a lot from her own mom and dad -- who went through a divorce -- and that she'll always be somewhat protective of Kanye because he's the father of her kids.

Of course, that's seemingly been more difficult lately ... Kanye's currently in Instagram timeout. TMZ broke the story, Ye's account was suspended for at least 24 hours for his violations of the app's community guidelines. We're told it's possible he could face more sanctions if his online harassment and bullying continues.

Josh Flagg just bought a massive, multi-million dollar estate, and he's spending almost as much on the renovations as the purchase price itself!!!

The "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star just scooped up a baller, 7,100-sq-ft. Beverly Hills mansion for $9.2 mil  ... just 2 weeks after announcing his divorce from his model/real estate agent husband, Bobby Boyd.

The 7-bedroom, 8-bath estate comes with a 3-car garage and chauffeur's quarters ... oh, and a large pool. We're told Josh plans to give the house a massive makeover that could cost $7 mil!!! He's collab'ing on the renovations with starchitect William Hefner.

Josh tells TMZ, "Just because Bobby and I will be getting divorced does not mean life stops. Business continues as usual. I have been aggressively courting the owners of North Bedford Drive to sell me their house for years, but earlier last year I was told by a few people they were more seriously considering a sale and I would not take no for an answer."

You'll recall ... Josh recently announced, he and Bobby decided to go their separate ways, after 5 years of marriage ... though it seems there are no hard feelings.

Josh is currently living at The Beverly Hills Hotel while Bobby is living at the home they shared in Beverly Hills.

Kanye West is turning his anger toward Trevor Noah now ... firing off a racial slur after Trevor warned Ye and Kim Kardashian's feud could turn violent.

Ye was up at 5 AM PT to post Trevor's pic and caption it with the mocking and racist lyrics, "K**n baya my lord k**n baya K**n baya my lord K**n baya Oooo' lord K**n baya."

Clearly, Kanye had seen last night's 'Daily Show' where Trevor addressed the ongoing feud between Kim, Ye and Pete Davidson.

He said while it's true Kim loves publicity, it can also be true that she's being harassed by her now ex-husband.

Trevor compared it to his own mother getting shot by Trevor's stepfather ... and suggested society stop making jokes about Kim and Ye's divorce. He added, "Do we wish to stand by and watch a car crash when we thought we saw it coming?"

Kanye's racist rebuttal to Trevor's commentary comes days after he posted an angry video accusing Kim of keeping their kids away from him, and Pete and Ye's text exchange ... where Pete allegedly said he was "in bed with your wife."

Here's Pete Davidson bleeding all over the place as he films for his upcoming horror movie ... an image that would probably garner a standing ovation from Kanye West.

Pete's filming scenes for the new Miramax thriller "The Home" in New Jersey ... and the fake blood is a case of art imitating possible life for Kim Kardashian's boyfriend.

Remember ... Pete and Kanye are beefing over Kim, and it's getting ugly. Kanye's already made his fantasies about Pete well known, writing rap lyrics about beating PD up and imagining Pete's death and burial in the accompanying music video.

So, you'd think seeing Pete with a huge gash on his head and blood splattered all over his clothes would seem to be straight out of the mind of Kanye ... but it's just not.

Bloodied Pete Davidson, at least on this Jersey movie set, is the work of 'The Purge' creator James DeMonaco. In "The Home," Pete's character is Max, a troubled guy working at a retirement home who discovers the old folks and caretakers have some serious skeletons in their closets.

Kanye West has now lawyered up to handle custody issues in his divorce, and we're told this will end up before a judge, unless he reaches some agreement with Kim Kardashian.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Kanye's lawyer, Samantha Spector, is making custody job #1. As we reported, Kanye groused over the weekend again that Kim is not letting him see their kids when he wants.

That's certainly not the way Kim sees it ... she has welcomed her ex-husband's involvement in their kids' lives and wants him to spend time with their 4 children, and claimed he picked them up for school Monday.

What's more ... our sources say Kanye's spent 3 days with the kids in the last week -- the first time he's been in L.A. since the Super Bowl. Kanye also had 3 of the kids with him at the Donda 2 event in Miami last month -- we're told Kim kept North in L.A. because she had a test at school she'd been studying for that she didn't want to miss -- so Kim made school the priority.

Here's the issue. Up until now, there has been no formal arrangement for custody. They have tried working it out amongst themselves. When Kanye's in town and wants to see the kids, she's game, unless the kids are in the middle of something else.

But, there's clearly a conflict, and it's getting worse. We're told Spector will first try to establish something more formal between Kim and Kanye, but if that doesn't happen she'll go to court and ask a judge to impose ground rules for custody and visitation.

Here's the rub. Kanye travels frequently outside of L.A., and it's hard to formalize a custody arrangement when schedules keep changing.

As we reported, Kim has been doing everything she can to keep things peaceful, but Kanye's so angry over her relationship with Pete Davidson as well as custody issues, the notion of reaching an out-of-court agreement seems unlikely.

Kanye West has been going after Kim Kardashian, claiming she's denying him access to their children, but it's pretty clear what Kim plans on doing about it legally -- nothing.

Fact is, Kanye's rants aren't accurate ... he's routinely seen his kids when he wants. What's more, there's no point in asking the family law judge for a protective order. First off, it's unclear if the judge would grant it, but even if they do, that assumes Kanye would obey it, and that's pretty clearly a pipe dream.

As we reported, Kim and Kanye do not have a structured child custody agreement. He has never asked for one and the way it works ... whenever he wants to see the kids, within reason, she accommodates him. From everything we've seen, Kim does not want to limit Kanye's time with the kids in any way.

Now, the judge has not issued a child custody order yet, and if Kanye decides to fight Kim in court, the numerous texts attacking Kim, Pete, etc., will almost certainly become evidence and could affect the outcome, and not in a good way for Kanye.

We're told the reality is this ... Kim is the primary caregiver of their 4 kids, and they are all young enough that she can shield them from all the drama.

As we reported, Kanye fired off a flurry of tweets over the weekend, and Pete finally responded with some biting comments.

For Kim's part, she's only said publicly she is not withholding the kids from her ex.

Kim Kardashian has had it up to HERE with Kanye claiming she's been keeping the kids from him ... calling him out to stop with his "narrative" and bring her truth to the forefront.

Ye posted a photo of 3 pins Monday morning -- pins of Kim, Kanye and an alien head -- with the caption, "This was on my daughters back pack when I was 'allowed' to see her last week. This is why I go so hard for my family I am wired to protect my family at all cost. As the priest of my him Don't worry Northy God is still alive."

Not long after Kanye put it up, Kim fired back in the comment section, "Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school."

On Sunday, Kanye posted a series of videos complaining about North on TikTok and alleging Kim was keeping North from him -- not allowing her to attend Sunday Service. He also voiced his concern in not being allowed to choose where his kids go to school.

However, it was the text convo between Pete and Kanye that surfaced that really showed how serious things have gotten -- Pete revealing he was "In bed with your wife" -- and asking Kanye to meet face-to-face to hash things out.

What's interesting, Kanye asked Pete to show up to Sunday Service to talk -- but Pete refused -- saying he didn't want to do it for the cameras, and wanted to chat in private.

As you know, Pete's taken the brunt of Kanye's attacks for the last 6 months, and has remained silent ... but warned Kanye he was done holding his tongue.

Kanye West is at it again -- rapid-fire posting multiple videos and screenshots to prove what he claims is a raw deal on how his kids are being raised ... without much say from him. And one thing is for certain, Pete Davidson isn't biting his tongue anymore.

Ye posted several videos with allegations against Kim Kardashian, claiming she's pulling the rug from out under him as it relates to letting their kids come to Sunday Service -- specifically, with North.

Turns out Pete was watching Kanye's Instagram activity, because a string of text messages between the two -- all sent this morning -- popped up on social media.

Pete gives Kim credit for being an awesome mom, telling Kanye he should be thankful she's the one taking care of the kids ... but then he sets his sights on making things work with Kanye. Pete invited Kanye for a one on one chat, at his hotel and without cameras.

Pete tells Ye he's been more than respectful over the last few months as Kanye bashed him, but he's done being nice ... either the two work things out, or it's no more mister nice guy.

As for his posts, Kanye's angry about a new video on Kim and North's TikTok account -- in which North sings along to the lyrics of a song about liking emo girls ... Kanye doesn't think that's okay.

Kanye also claimed Pete had bragged about being in bed with "his wife" -- which the texts prove was legit -- but as we told you, Kim's now legally single.

BTW, during this rant, Ye also seemingly threatened D.L. Hughley with violence and even made allegations of drug use -- but at this point, it seems like he and Pete might come to blows before anything like that happens. 😬
