Jesse Williams to Estranged Wife You Screwed My Christmas Time With The Kids

Jesse Williams is asking a judge to modify his custody agreement with his estranged wife after he claims she stiffed him on time with the kids over Christmas.

Jesse says Aryn Drake-Lee continues to make it difficult for him to maintain a stable relationship with his 4-year-old Sadie and 2-year-old Maceo. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Jesse claims Aryn has not followed the overnight agreement deal they struck back in November.

Jesse says Aryn was stingy about giving him time with the kids on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and she kept them for New Year's Day, too.

Not only has Aryn been tough on granting Jesse physical time with the kids -- he says she only answers one out of about every three FaceTime calls he makes to them, too -- and when he is able to talk to them, it's only for a few minutes.

Jesse now wants a regular schedule with the kids enforced, and custody for 2 weekdays.

'Million Dollar Listing' Tracy Files For Divorce Keeps It Totally 50/50

One of "Million Dollar Listings" newest additions, Tracy Tutor-Maltas, has filed for divorce ... and by all signs, it's totally amicable.

In docs filed Thursday in Los Angeles, Tutor-Maltas cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason her 13-year-marriage with Jason Maltas has come to an end. She's asking for both joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters.

Tutor-Maltas is also asking the judge not to award spousal support to either Jason or herself.

It appears the two had a prenup in place.

'Remember The Titans' Rev's Wife Files For Divorce

"Remeber the Titans" star Craig Kirkwood -- who played 'Rev' in the Disney flick -- is about to be solo, cuz his wife just filed for divorce.

Craig married Katie Kirkwood in 2005 -- in court docs, obtained by TMZ, Katie says the couple split in November. They have a 3-year-old daughter together ... Katie's asking for physical custody and joint legal custody. She's also asking Craig to pay spousal support.

In the docs, Katie alleges the two went to marriage counseling ... but their relationship took a turn for the worse. She claims during a counseling session, Craig touted he was smarter than her.

She also says that while she was sick with the chickenpox and sitting near their young daughter -- who was vaccinated -- Craig became irate, asking her if she was "f***ing stupid" after she assured him their daughter would be fine.

Katie details another incident when Craig allegedly "lost it" after their daughter hit their TV with a bouncy ball. She says Craig told their daughter she was going to be in "serious trouble" as he held up two knives in the kitchen, rubbing them together. Katie says Craig stopped after he saw how alarmed she was.

Kirkwood hit it big with RTT in 2000, but didn't work much as an actor after the film ... he got a couple roles on "JAG." He now works as an attorney in Los Angeles ... and Katie is a manager at Costco.

Craig tells us the two came to a mutual agreement to separate ... he wouldn't comment on Katie's additional allegations.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP
TMZ.com

Nick Cassavetes' baby mama Heather Wahlquist says she wants 100% custody of their 13-year-old daughter until Nick cleans up his act.

Heather appeared on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and chronicled what she says is a custody war that erupted without warning. She says she left Nick in 2012 and everything was square between her and the director of "The Notebook," until this month when Nick went after her for not turning over Barbie for the holidays.

TMZ broke the story ... Heather signed an agreement promising to turn Barbie over on December 18, but she didn't and claims it's because she questions Nick's stability, insinuating there might be a substance abuse issue.

She and Barbie are currently in Norman, Oklahoma and are due in court Tuesday. Nick wants a judge to hold Heather in violation of their agreement.

Heather's mother is super emotional ... check out the video.

Nick Cassavetes My Baby Mama Outright Stole Our Daughter

11:11 AM PT -- Nick has filed legal docs asking the judge to penalize Heather's mother and aunt for allegedly conspiring with Heather to steal his child. He wants more than $10,000 in penalties and wants that amount to grow for each day she wrongfully keeps Barbie away from him.

Nick Cassavetes went on the attack against his baby mama because of a custody agreement she signed and then violated ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Nick told authorities in Oklahoma Heather Wahlquist was hiding their 13-year-old daughter, Barbie, somewhere in Norman, Oklahoma, despite the fact that their agreement gave him custody during the Xmas holiday.

According to the custody agreement, obtained by TMZ, Heather and Barbie were supposed to return to L.A. by December 18 and he would have custody through January 8. Nick claims Heather has been on the lam with their child, flagrantly violating the agreement.

Heather claims she signed the custody agreement under duress, claiming he was holding their daughter hostage until she put pen to paper and signed.

Heather claims the director of "The Notebook" did not properly care for Barbie, citing an incident a few months back when he returned Barbie to Heather and she had a severe bacterial infection that left her eyes blood red and oozing. She attributes the illness to Nick's "unkempt party house."

She has a laundry list of complaints against Nick, from substance abuse allegations to gambling. She also bizarrely claims Nick had a tattoo of him having sex with her mom doggie style which mortified their daughter.

Nick and Heather are due in court next week ... he's asking a judge to lay down the law and force Heather to comply with their agreement.

As for Lala ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star was seen kissing Randall at the beginning of December at an event in Bev Hills ... before he was formally divorced.

It's open season now.

Harvey Weinstein Owes $5 Mil in Child Support Ex Worries He's Going Broke

Harvey Weinstein's ex-wife says he's blowing stacks of cash on lawyers to fight sexual assault and harassment claims, and she's worried his children will get left in the lurch ... to the tune of $5 mil.

Eve Chilton was in a Manhattan court Thursday telling the judge she is watching all the lawsuits pile up against Weinstein. According to the NY Post, she insisted the movie mogul is pre-paying attorneys millions of dollars to defend him in those cases.

Chilton's concern, according to attorney Bonnie Rabin, is the money she says Weinstein still owes in child support. Their 3 daughters are currently 22, 19 and 15 ... but, according to their 2004 divorce agreement, Weinstein has to fork over $60 mil.

Rabin says there's $5 mil outstanding, and they have good reason to be concerned he won't have it when the dust settles from his legal woes. She added, Weinstein's net worth -- reportedly around $240 million -- means he can certainly afford to pay the lump sum now ... while he can.

Weinstein's lawyer says there's no reason for concern, and told the judge his client has never missed a single child support payment in 14 years.

Mel B Cuts Ex-Hubby's Name Out of Her ... Literally

Tattoos aren't forever ... just ask Mel B, who literally cut a chunk out of her torso just to get rid of ex-husband Stephen Belafonte's name.

While the more commonly used method is laser removal, Mel took a more extreme approach to make sure the ink was gone as fast as possible.

The original tat read, “Stephen, till death do us part you own my heart,” but Mel only removed Stephen's name, so she can always get a new one tatted in ... once the scar heals.

Ouch.

'Supergirl' Star Melissa Benoist Officially Single

Melissa Benoist and Blake Jenner are officially divorced ... TMZ has learned.

The actors ended their 4-year marriage in the most private of ways. They reached a property settlement agreement that they did not file with the court, but told the judge the issues are resolved and they are both square with who gets what.

The "Supergirl" actress filed for divorce almost a year ago to the day, citing irreconcilable differences. They don't have kids so there's no issue of child custody or support.

Melissa, who's repped by attorney Melanie Mandles, now has her maiden name restored so she's now Melissa Benoist.

Time to move on.

Harvey Weinstein & Georgina Happy 10th Anniv ... She Gets $12 Mil If She Leaves Now

Georgina Chapman stands to get 8 figures if she divorces Harvey Weinstein today, but their prenup says he could fork out much more ... now that they've crossed the 10-year mark.

The Weinsteins' 10th anniversary was Friday, and while they obviously have nothing to celebrate ... the milestone triggers a major bump in spousal support. The prenup they signed in December 2007 says Georgina gets $400k annually for every year of marriage, if they divorce now.

Before the anniversary, that number was only $300k.

The docs also spell out her cut of their marital assets. For the first 5 years of marriage, Georgina gets $250k per year -- and for years 6 through 10, she gets $700k per year. That totals up to a lump sum payment of $4.75 million.

But wait, there's more -- a housing allowance. Mrs. W gets $25k per month of marriage, with a cap of $3 mil ... which they've reached after 120 months together.

Add in the 10 years of spousal support -- for another $4 mil -- and the grand total is $11.75 million.

The numbers are huge, but so are their bottom lines. Weinstein is reportedly worth north of $250 mil ... while Georgina's net worth is roughly $20 million.

This all assumes Georgina files for divorce sometime soon. We know she's hired a high-powered NY divorce attorney, but, so far, no docs have been filed.

The prenup does have a gag order of sorts -- they both agree not to publish diaries, memoirs, letters, stories, photographs, or do interviews referring to their personal biz or financial affairs. Ditto for movies and TV deals. Sorry, Lifetime.

One last thing. If, by some miracle, the Weinsteins are still together a year from now ... Georgina's annual split of their assets goes from $700k up to a cool $1 mil per year.

Bad Religion Guitarist to Ex-Wife Your Harassment, It Struck a Nerve Gets 100-Yard Shield

The guitarist from Bad Religion has another bad situation with his ex-wife -- he just got a new restraining order against her.

Greg Hetson was granted the protection from Alia Hetson ... after filing docs saying Alia banged on his front door earlier this month around 3 AM, and yelled for him to come talk to her. She left, but returned an hour later to knock on his bedroom window.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Greg says he completely crushed any hope of them getting back together at the end of November, and insists she's been stalking and harassing him ever since. He also suspects she broke into his place through a doggy door.

The exes have gone back and forth with restraining orders and police visits for years.

For now, she has to stay 100 yards away from Greg.

PERMENANT VACAY
TMZ.com

Mel B is already getting smaller in Stephen Belafonte's rear view -- 24 hours after their divorce was official ... he hit the clubs!!!

We got Stephen outside Delilah in West Hollywood ... where he proudly yelled, "I'm free!" ... on his way into the club. On his way out, he tried to put on a more somber face. Tried.

First, he gave a shout out to Lupus research ... we're guessing it was a fundraising event at the club. Then he offered some marriage advice -- pretty much what you'd expect from a guy the day after his drawn out, nasty divorce ends.

But Belafonte couldn't keep the smile off his face when we asked about his New Year's plans. He's headed to Cabo and insists there won't be any chicks involved. But ... c'mon.

Mel B Officially Divorced from Stephen Belafonte

It's been a long, tumultuous journey filled with battles over custody, spousal support and even sex tapes ... but Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are officially divorced.

According to new legal docs ... a judge granted the dissolution of their marriage as of December 15. All that's left to work out now is the division of their property.

We broke the story ... Mel agreed to pay her ex-husband $15,000 per month over the next 3 years, and the 2 struck a deal for joint custody of their daughter, Madison.

Mel B I'm Forking Out More Than $500k to Belafonte

Stephen Belafonte will haul in six figures annually from Mel B in their divorce settlement.

According to new docs filed in the case, Mel B is paying her ex-husband $15,000 per month ... and that's over the next 3 years. That works out to $180k per year, and a total of $540k.

As we reported, they struck a settlement deal in November where they share joint legal custody of their daughter, Madison. What we didn't know was how much Mel would have to pay.

She's also paying an additional $200k for Stephen's attorneys' fees. That payment is due Dec. 20. Chances she sends the check in a Christmas card?

Zero point zero.

Stephen Belafonte I Can't Sell House and it's Mel's Fault

Mel B's making it incredibly difficult for Stephen Belafonte to sell one of their houses because she won't let him in the house ... this according to Stephen Belafonte.

Stephen filed new docs saying Mel's breaking a divorce deal they hashed out back in November that included allowing Stephen into one of their houses so he can make repairs, stage it and help unload it.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Stephen says he's been in contact with a realtor who has a buyer with plenty of cash and is interested in buying the crib. Problem is ... Stephen claims Mel's blocking his efforts. He said the potential buyer has more than $6 million in cash in one bank account and even offered to swap houses if that would make it easier for Mel.

Stephen also says Mel's not letting him see their kid. Stephen's case in point -- when he showed up to pick up 6-year-old Madison at school only to find out the nanny beat him to it.

Stephen wants the judge to enforce the deal they agreed to.
