The guy who won the first season of "Survivor," Richard Hatch, has split from his husband, and plans on getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Richard tells TMZ ... he and his hubby of 14 years, Emiliano Cabral, are no longer together -- and they're headed to divorce soon.

Richard -- who's 56 years old -- says Emiliano, 42, met someone else much younger ... in his 30s.

Hatch tells us he's devastated by the turn of events. That said, he vows to keep living his life and is looking again for love.

Richard and Emiliano tied the knot in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2005 -- but we're told they had a private ceremony amongst themselves in '03. Richard says they split 2 months ago.

Casey Affleck is a successful actor, but it's a little surprising how much he rakes in in the movie biz.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, Affleck pulls in $400,000 a year ... we're guessing big brother Ben rakes in exponentially more.

The divorce docs also reveal child support payments for the 2 kids he shares with ex-wife Summer Phoenix. He's paying her $4,000 a month. He's also going to be paying private school tuition for the kids for the next 2 years.

As for spousal support ... he's not paying her anything.

Stephen Belafonte says Mel B is breaking the deal they struck in their divorce, and he wants a judge to drop the hammer on her ... but Mel says he's full of it.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Mel's attorney says Stephen is finding any excuse to accuse her of breaking the deal they struck in November, but she has answers for all his allegations.

Stephen says Mel was late on her spousal support payment in November. Mel's lawyer says some of her business deals fell through at the last minute, so although she was late ... Mel's all caught up now through December.

Stephen complained Mel isn't giving him access to the old family home as they agreed. Mel says Stephen's refusing to give her any advance notice about when he wants to come, which she says is unreasonable.

Mel also complains about Stephen letting their daughter sleep in his bed during an overnight visit ... but his teams says he's got a big bed, and didn't feel her climb in. It's important to note ... Mel's not alleging anything sexual.

Bottom line ... Mel thinks Stephen running to the judge is a waste of everyone's time and money.

Naya Rivera has filed for divorce ... this after she was arrested for allegedly hitting her husband, Ryan Dorsey.

Naya cites irreconcilable differences for ending her 3-year marriage to the actor.

In her legal docs, filed by "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser, she's asking for joint custody of 2-year-old Josey. She also wants the court to block either of them from getting spousal support.

Naya previously filed for divorce in November 2016 but later dismissed it.

Sources tell us the arrest over Thanksgiving weekend was the last straw for her. As TMZ reported, Naya was arrested Nov. 25 for domestic battery after allegedly hitting Ryan in the head over a dispute involving their son. Interestingly, she lists the date of separation as Nov. 24.

Our sources say it's not the first time the police got involved in their marriage. We're told Naya called the cops on Ryan 3 times during their marriage.

Anna Faris is not just moving on ... she's moving.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris Pratt filed for divorce Friday and Anna filed her response at the exact same time. It's unclear who's living in the family home, but we're guessing it will be sold as part of the property settlement.

Casey Affleck is officially single because his divorce from Summer Phoenix is final ... TMZ has learned.

Summer filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple has 2 sons -- 13-year-old Indiana and 9-year-old Atticus. They are getting joint custody of both kids.

Summer said the date of separation was November, 2015.

He had previously asked the judge to deny Summer spousal support but as we reported they came to a financial agreement and settled the conflict.

The couple was married for 9 years.

Blake Anderson finalized his divorce about as quickly as the law will allow ... TMZ has learned.

The "Workaholics" star's now ex-wife Rachael Finley filed for the big D back in late May -- and 6 months later they've reached an agreement and the judge has even given 'em a stamp of approval ... according to court docs.

The couple got married in 2012, and have a 3-year-old daughter. They agreed to joint legal and physical custody of her.

Under California law there's a cooling off period -- meaning even the smoothest of divorces have to wait 6 months -- which Blake and Rachael did.

Jeremy and Melissa Meeks were supposed to sit down in a room to mediate their divorce, but everyone was a no-show and we've learned it's because the lawyers are trying to work out a settlement.

The split has been super contentious ... this after Jeremy filed to end their 8-year marriage and hooked up with billionaire heiress Chloe Green.

The judge in the divorce case ordered the mediation, but we're told the lawyers asked the judge to push the mediation back because they were knee-deep in settlement discussions.

Melissa claimed in legal docs Jeremy made $1 million a month, but he fired back that he only pulls in $6k a month.

The couple has to work out spousal and child support as well as custody of their 7-year-old son.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are clearly in love and ready for the altar ... but there's a reality about marriage as Prince Charles will say -- sometimes it doesn't work out, and when that happens money becomes an issue.

We have the lowdown on the money Harry and Meghan get while they're married, and what each might get if it doesn't work out.

International divorce lawyer Jeremy D. Morley tells us England recognizes prenups, and although they can influence a judge they are not binding. Charles and William did not have prenups.

Now get this ... in terms of dividing assets in the event of divorce, it's not just what the couple makes during the marriage. What both spouses bring into the marriage is fair game. So Harry's $40 mil and Meghan's $5 mil go into the pot to divide up in the event the marriage doesn't last.

Our Royal sources tell us Charles paid Diana around $23 million when they divorced and that basically cleaned him out.

Chris Pratt has filed for divorce from Anna Faris... TMZ has learned.

Pratt filed legal docs Friday to end his 8-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. But it's not necessarily what you think, because he and Anna carefully orchestrated the move.

Anna filed her response to the divorce at exactly the same time and the 2 documents are mirror images of each other.

They are both asking for joint custody of 5-year-old Jack. They both reserve the right to get spousal support, but it's unlikely either will ask for it.

They list July 13 as the date of separation. They issued a statement on August 6 announcing their separation.

TMZ has learned they have a prenup. We're told the property settlement agreement is almost completely worked out.

Sources connected to Chris and Anna tell TMZ the divorce is "totally amicable."

Chris is repped by attorney Lauren Petkin and Anna is repped by Laura Wasser and Samantha Klein.

Anna has clearly moved on ... she's been seriously dating cinematographer Michael Barrett for months.

David Hasselhoff is happy his ex-wife got her spousal support slashed in half, but he still wishes it was slashed to zero.

We got the Hoff at LAX Thursday and congratulated him on getting his support payments to Pamela Bach reduced. He told the judge he's already paid her $3 million in alimony and it's high time she goes out and gets a job.

The judge partially agreed ... reducing her support from $10k to $5k a month. At one point he was paying her $21k a month.

Frances Bean Cobain is finally a single woman in the eyes of the law, even though she's battling her ex in court.

In docs filed Thursday in L.A., the judge declared Frances and Isaiah Silva as officially divorced. There are still a few hang-ups before their divorce is finalized, such as just about everything else.

Spousal support, property division, and attorney's fees still having to be hammered out ... according to the docs obtained by TMZ.

One of the biggest property disputes is over Kurt Cobain's acoustic guitar. Silva is claiming he has the right to hold on to the 1959 Martin D-18E, and Frances has basically said ... over my dead body.

Anthony Scaramucci and his wife are giving marriage another try ... Deidre Ball has dropped her divorce petition.

Scaramucci tells TMZ they are "absolutely" back together. He says they are back living under the same roof.

You'll recall, Deidre, his wife of 3 years, filed to end the marriage last July. There were reports she was fed up with his D.C. ambitions. There were also rumblings of infidelity.

Ball filed when she was almost ready to give birth. They had a son in late July.

"Rick and Morty" star Spencer Grammer is headed for divorce court ... her husband filed this week in L.A. Superior Court.

Spencer, who also happens to be Kelsey's daughter, was married to James Hesketh for 6 years. James filed Wednesday ... citing irreconcilable differences. The couple has a 6-year-old son, and James says he wants joint physical and legal custody.

Looks like they're trying to avoid a messy court battle -- according to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, they are currently in mediation and hope to resolve all property and custody issues there.

Stand down, judge -- and wubba lubba dub dub.

Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have struck a deal in their bitter divorce war ... but a judge still has to sign off on it to make it official.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Mel and Stephen struck a deal on November 8 and agreed to the following:

-- Stephen will destroy any compromising videos of Mel

-- Stephen gets spousal support for the next 3 years but the amount listed in the docs has been redacted

-- Neither will pay child support but will share joint legal custody of 6-year-old daughter Madison

-- Stephen and Mel agree to a schedule for sharing physical custody

-- Stephen gets access to the family house to retrieve personal belongings, including childhood photos, clothing and artwork

-- Sell the house and divvy up the profits

TMZ broke the story ... the deal comes on the heels of Mel and Stephen settling the domestic violence portion of their nasty divorce.

Jeremy Meeks is playing hardball with his estranged wife, arguing she's not entitled to a penny of spousal support.

Jeremy filed legal docs in his divorce case with Melissa Meeks, in which he says she's currently earning exactly what she made during the marriage when she was the breadwinner. BTW, she was the breadwinner because he spent time in prison for firearms violations and grand theft.

He is willing to pay child support but scoffs at Melissa's claim he's raking in $1 mil a month. He says his income is more like $6k a month. He says he's willing to pay what the child support schedule dictates ... in his case up to $418 a month for his only child.

And he takes several shots at Melissa, saying he sets a good example for his son, while she gives interviews to the media and engages in "televised reconstructive surgeries" of her nose, bust and vagina.

And finally, he says she needs to back off grousing that he's dating billionaire heiress Chloe Green. He says who he dates is not her business.
