Holly Holm Files for Divorce Wants Maiden Name Back

UFC superstar Holly Holm has filed for divorce from her husband, TMZ Sports has learned.

Holm filed court docs in Albuquerque seeking to end her marriage to Jeff Kirkpatrick ... her college sweetheart at the University of New Mexico.

The two were married in Cancun back in 2012 after dating for years. But ultimately, Holm decided it wasn't working and filed for divorce, citing "incompatibility because of discord and conflict of personalities."

According to the court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Holm says the two separated in March 2018 and no longer live as husband and wife.

The signs were on social media -- she hadn't posted a photo of Jeff since Feb. 2018.

Holly -- whose legal name is Holly Holm-Kirkpatrick -- has asked the judge to restore her maiden name, "Holly Holm."

The two have no children together -- so child support won't be an issue. In her docs, Holly also says both of them are self-supporting and neither party should get spousal support.

Jeff could feel differently considering Holm has reportedly made more than $1.6 million in her MMA career with huge fights against stars like Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and Cris Cyborg.

In fact, Holm has a big fight on the horizon -- she takes on Aspen Ladd at UFC 235 in March.

Holm shot to UFC superstardom back in 2015 when she shocked the world and beat a then-undefeated Rousey for the Women's Bantamweight title.

Byron Scott Divorce Advice For Jeff Bezos ... Take It From Me!!

LIFE COACH
TMZSports.com

Byron Scott knows what it's like to go through a nasty public divorce ... so here's the ex-NBA coach giving some very valuable advice to Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos!!

The ex-Lakers star was leaving Craig's in WeHo when we broke the news to him that Bezos and his wife, MacKenzie, are calling it quits after 25 years.

Scott can relate -- he called things off with his wife Anita after 29 years of marriage back in 2014. The divorce wasn't exactly the friendliest split ... they went to war over everything from mansions to clothing and even hair care.

Byron's divorce became official in 2015 after a yearlong battle -- so we had to ask if he had any pointers for Bezos.

"Tell him I said, 'good luck' ... AND GET A GOOD LAWYER!!"

Hear that, Jeffy? Take it from Byron ... dude knows what he's talkin' about.

Jeff Bezos' New Chick's Ex No Wife, Happy Life ... Cruising Around L.A.

Patrick Whitesell, the estranged husband to Jeff Bezos' new love interest Lauren Sanchez, doesn't look like he's missing the married life ... because he was all smiles the day after news broke of his wife's shocking affair with the Amazon founder.

Patrick, a Hollywood mega-agent, was seen flashing a huge grin Thursday as he jumped behind the wheel in Los Angeles ... and it looks like he isn't broken up about the whole world finding out his ex is secretly seeing the world's richest man.

Seems like it's pretty much business as usual for Patrick ... because he showed up to work at William Morris Endeavor's office in Bev Hills, keeping it casual in grey jeans and a blue jacket.

Patrick is currently in the process of divorcing Lauren, the former "So You Think You Can Dance" host, and it looks like the split is totally amicable.

Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos NO PRENUP ... $137 BILLION on the Line

Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos did NOT have a prenuptial agreement so, by all rights, they will split their incredible fortune right down the middle ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

The couple will file divorce docs in Washington, where community property rules ... translation -- all earnings and income during the marriage are split 50/50.

When the couple married in 1993 -- 6 months after meeting -- Jeff wasn't even a millionaire. He didn't become one until 1997, so dreams of being the richest man in the world were pie in the sky.

The division of assets will be incredibly complicated. Aside from cold hard cash, the former couple is hardcore baronial -- they own 400,000 acres of property, making them 2 of the biggest landholders in the country. Valuing that land is complicated.

As we reported, Bezos is in a relationship with former "So You Think You Can Dance" host Lauren Sanchez, who's estranged from talent mogul Patrick Whitesell. Our sources say Lauren and Jeff started hooking up in the latter half of 2018, after they separated from their respective spouses. Lauren and Patrick are also in the middle of divorcing.

We're also told both Patrick and MacKenzie have known about Jeff and Lauren's relationship. It's still awkward -- Lauren and Patrick were super close to Jeff and MacKenzie for a decade.

Bezos has said his divorce is super amicable.

Jeff Bezos Relationship with TV Host Lauren Sanchez ... Led to Divorce

Jeff Bezos was having a relationship with former "So You Think You Can Dance" host Lauren Sanchez, and according to the National Enquirer, that's what ended his marriage.

Sources closely connected with Lauren and her estranged husband, William Morris Endeavor mega-agent Patrick Whitesell, tell TMZ Lauren was indeed "seeing" Bezos in the later part of 2018. The sources add Sanchez and Whitesell separated last summer and are in the process of divorcing, and her relationship with Bezos did not begin until after her separation.

Same goes for Bezos. We're told he and MacKenzie were also separated when he and Lauren started hooking up.

We're told both Patrick and MacKenzie have known about the relationship for months.

Our sources add, Jeff and MacKenzie have known Lauren and Patrick as good friends for 10 years. Lauren and Patrick have a home in the Seattle area -- where Jeff and MacKenzie live -- and they spend a lot of time there, especially in the summer.

Lauren is an accomplished pilot of helicopters and planes, and a lot of time in the air up there. She owns a helicopter and production company.

And sources tell us, the relationship between Sanchez, who also hosted "Extra," is not "fleeting." It is still going on strong.

Tyrese Judge Allows Daughter to Play Soccer ... After Parents Squabble

Tyrese's daughter is now allowed to bend it like Beckham, after a judge ordered that she can.

Tyrese and ex-wife Norma Gibson were in a fight over whether 11-year-old Shayla can enroll in her school's soccer program.

Tyrese had refused, saying her grades weren't up to snuff and she should focus on academics. Norma countered Shayla is "emotionally devastated" she's not allowed to play, adding her grades are good enough. Norma says it got to the point where Shayla "cries, feels humiliated and does not want to go to school."

The judge ruled Norma can enroll Shayla in the soccer program. When Shayla is in Tyrese's custody, however, the judge says he does not have to let her play.

The judge wants to hear more on the subject next month.

This isn't the first argument of its kind. Back in October, Norma wanted Shayla to play basketball but Tyrese refused. He eventually relented. Norma claims Tyrese also refused to let Shayla participate in a school play, saying it costs too much money. He agreed to let her do it when Norma agreed to pay half.

Tyrese says he never objected to Shayla participating in the school play, especially because it was within school hours. The sports programs, however, are after school and he wanted Shayla to spend that time with tutors.

And, there's more. According to Norma's docs, there was a school field trip to a downtown eatery and Shayla was on the bus when Tyrese had her taken off the bus.

Jeff Bezos Divorcing after 25-Year Marriage ... $137 BILLION on the Line

Jeff Bezos has announced he and his wife are divorcing ... and a record $137 BILLION is on the line.

Bezos said on Twitter that -- after what he called a trial separation -- he and his wife, MacKenzie, have now decided to end their 25-year marriage.

Bezos, who is 54, made it clear the divorce is amicable, saying, "We feel incredibly lucky to have found each other and deeply grateful for every one of the years we have been married to each other."

And, this is interesting ... he clearly views the marriage as a success ... "If we had known we would separate after 25 years, we would do it all again."

They met in New York when he was vice president of a hedge fund. He had actually interviewed her for a job. They married in 1993 -- 6 months after they met -- and they quit their Wall Street jobs and moved to Seattle where Jeff opened an online bookstore -- the origin of Amazon. Just like Steve Jobs, Bezos started the bookstore in his garage.

They are both super smart ... they graduated from Princeton, but did not meet there ... she's 6 years younger than him.

MacKenzie is a novelist, who studied under Toni Morrison and won an American Book Award in 2006 for "The Testing of Luther Albright." She's also the Executive Director of an anti-bullying org. called Bystander Revolution.

The multi-billion dollar question ... is there a prenup? They live in Washington, which is a community property state. That means any assets accrued during the marriage are split 50/50, unless, of course, there's a prenup. There are signs there was NOT a prenup ... Jeff reportedly became a millionaire in 1997.

Bezos, the richest man in the world with more than a $40 billion edge over #2 Bill Gates, says, "Though the labels might be different, we remain a family, and we remain cherished friends."

Amazon is now the most valuable company on the planet ... worth nearly $810 BILLION!

Jeff and McKenzie announced last year they were starting a charitable fund to help homeless families and create preschools. It seems they will continue to work on their charitable projects together. In his statement, Bezos said they "see wonderful futures ahead, as parents, friends, partners in ventures and projects, and as individuals pursuing ventures and adventures."

By the way ... as crazy as it sounds, Bezos took a big hit last year. His net worth was as high as $160 billion, but that dwindled to $137 billion.

Jeff and McKenzie own a total of 400,000 acres of property, not only making them baronial, but 2 of the biggest landholders in the country.

They have 4 children together. They range in age from 13 to 18.

'Law & Order' Creator Dick Wolf Splits with Wife #3

Dick Wolf, one of the most prolific and successful TV producers/creators in history, has filed legal docs separating from his third wife, TMZ has learned, and a fortune is on the line.

Wolf, the creator of the "Law & Order" franchise, filed on December 3, but he is not asking for a divorce ... at least, not yet. By filing for legal separation, it immediately separates his assets from hers.

Wolf, who's repped by attorneys Joe Kibre and Jacqueline Misho, says in his docs there IS a prenup.

Now, here's what's interesting. His wife, Noelle, followed suit by filing her own docs for legal separation last Friday. In the docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, she's asking for spousal support.

The marriage lasted 12 years and, since they tied the knot, Wolf created the incredibly successful 'Chicago' franchise.

Sources tell TMZ Wolf makes between $10 and $15 MILLION A MONTH.

Despite the prenup -- and it appears Noelle isn't contesting it -- it will have no impact on child support, which could end up being a huge number. The couple has 2 kids, ages 8 and 11.

This is not Wolf's first trip to the courthouse over marriage. He was in a 12-year legal battle with wife #2, Christine.

It's unclear why Wolf didn't file for divorce, but that could come later.

Wolf's lawyer, Joe Kibre, tells TMZ, "The lawyers for the parties are in the process of negotiations."

'Deadliest Catch' Neal Hillstrand Boat Gets Tugged Into Divorce

"Deadliest Catch" star Neal Hillstrand is getting his family fishing vessel dragged into his divorce proceedings with his wife ... but this story doesn't have anything to do with tugboats.

According to divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Neal agreed to fork over $10,000 to his estranged wife, Sugayle Marie Hillstrand, if he and his brothers ever sell their boat.

The docs show Neal has one-third ownership in "Time Bandit" -- along with his brothers, Captains Johnathan and Andy -- and he's bound to cut a check to his ex if his family ever unloads the fishing boat made famous in Discovery's reality TV series. As best we can tell, "Time Bandit" is currently not up for sale.

Neal filed for divorce Oct. 29, and docs show he gets the former couple's $340,000 house, plus a 1969 Chevy Malibu. She gets their 2 SUVs, a 2012 Sierra and 2006 Envoy.

As part of the divorce, Neal already paid his ex $15k in November and will shell out $1,500 per month over the next 6 months.

But, the biggest catch in this divorce is the boat.

Danielle Staub's Ex She's Got a Bad Image ... So She's Spinning to Play the Victim

Danielle Staub's estranged husband says she's getting serious social media blowback for the way she treats people ... so she's trying to take the heat off herself by making up bogus claims about him.

Marty Caffrey tells TMZ ... Danielle's got a major public relations problem in the wake of the final 3 episodes of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," because they revealed her "horrific" treatment of him, his kids and the other cast members.

He claims bad PR is behind Danielle calling cops to his home this week and it's also why she filed for a protective order against him. According to Marty ... Danielle told him she's been getting "terroristic death threats" online, and she's blaming them on him.

Marty doesn't doubt she's getting threats on social media, and tells us he's looking into them himself to assure their safety ... but denies having any role in them.

As for cops removing him from the house he still lives in with Danielle after she accused him of "emotional torment" and "toying" with her ... Caffrey calls BS. He says the 2 have zero interaction and adds, "That's a joke ... I don't know what kind of mind comes up with this stuff."

Marty also denies Danielle's accusations of dragging out their divorce, claiming she took 2 extra months to respond to his settlement terms and tried to lowball him with an offer on their home.

Marty listed their NJ mansion in November -- allegedly without telling her -- and tells us he's contemplating taking legal action to determine whether or not she can keep living there.

Yep, this divorce seems on course to get way nastier.

Danielle Staub I Want My Ex Gone for Good!!! Sorry I Was a Bitch to 'Housewives'

HOUSE OF HORRORS

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub says her estranged hubby's doing everything he can to extend their broken marriage ... purely because he's an attention whore who's trying to torment her.

Danielle was on TMZ Live Friday and did not mince words about why she thinks Marty Caffrey won't give her a divorce, even though HE filed for it last year. As we first reported, cops removed Marty from their Englewood, NJ home Thursday after Danielle got a protective order against him.

She told us how Marty's allegedly been messing with her by toying with different things in their house ... and, generally, making her life a living hell.

Danielle also took a shot at herself though -- not over her marriage -- but over the way she treated her 'Real Housewives' castmates during the last couple of episodes. Bitchiness officially withdrawn.

Adam Levine Scoops Up Ben & Jen's Compound ... For $32 Million!!!

Adam Levine just took a massive piece of property off the hands of recently divorced Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner ... plunking down $32 MILLION for their former family home.

Real estate sources tell us Adam and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, made the purchase at the end of 2018 for the 3-building compound. In total, the Pacific Palisades pad is a whopping 16,000 square feet ... complete with pool, basketball court, gym, screening room and art studio.

The 3.1-acre property never officially hit the market ... the sale was done privately with Kurt Rappaport representing Adam and Behati and David Offer representing Ben and Jen.

When Ben and Jen first split in 2015, Ben lived in a guest house on the property.

It's a massive purchase for Levine and likely a big sigh of relief for Ben and Jen -- who were officially divorced in November -- and still had the burden of selling the place.

Former 'AI' Host Brian Dunkleman Discloses in Divorce Makes a Living as Uber Driver

Dunkleman says, "I chose to stop doing standup comedy and started driving an Uber so I could be there for my son as much as he needed after our life as we knew it was destroyed."

It seems he's referring to the divorce and ugly custody battle he and his ex-wife have waged over their child.

Brian Dunkleman -- the former co-host of "American Idol" -- is now making a living as an Uber driver.

Dunkleman is in the middle of a divorce with Kalea Dunkleman. He submitted financial docs -- obtained by TMZ -- disclosing his occupation as "Uber driver." He says he started the job in March 2016 and continued to this day.

Brian says he works about 45 hours a week and pulls in around $800 a week.

Dunkleman says he has $2,000 in his checking account. He pays $1,500 in rent per month and his expenses total $1,605 each month.

Brian, who co-hosted with Ryan Seacrest in season 1, says his 5-year-old son, Jackson, lives with him half the week.

The divorce has been dragging on for more than 2 years and the former couple has been locked in a bitter custody battle. He claimed Kalea was an out-of-control alcoholic who was a danger to their son. Brian also claimed she physically abused him. She claimed Brian was physically abusive toward her and called her a "useless bitch."

'RHONJ' Star Danielle Staub Cops Respond to NJ Home Remove Estranged Hubby Marty

'Real Housewives' star Danielle Staub just got her estranged husband, Marty Caffrey, the hell outta the house ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us police in Englewood, NJ responded to Danielle's home Thursday for a domestic disturbance involving Marty. We're told cops removed Marty, but did not arrest him or charge him with any crime.

Sources close to Danielle tell TMZ ... she went to cops Wednesday night seeking a protective order against Marty, and it was granted Thursday. We're told she feels he is putting her through "emotional torment." There haven't been any physical or direct threats as far as we've heard, but we're told Danielle thinks he's "toying" with her while they've continued living together during a nasty divorce.

Specifically, our sources say Danielle believes Marty has purposely loosened light bulbs, turned off power and cut off hot water sporadically just to screw with her. We're told he has another place where he could live while they hash things out in court, but insists on staying in their home.

Danielle thinks he's trying to drag out the divorce because he's shot down 4 offers to settle ... according to our sources.

As for Marty ... he's denied messing with Danielle -- like when he allegedly listed their home without her knowledge. Marty acknowledges that he received the protective order, but says that it's ridiculous.

Danielle and Marty just got hitched back in May. So much for newlywed bliss.

Randy Jackson Settles Divorce ... More Than 4 Years Later

Randy Jackson is one big step closer to being a single man ... more than 4 years after his wife filed for divorce.

According to new docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on Randy and his estranged wife Erika's dissolution of marriage last month. The 2 will be officially divorced on February 7.

It's unclear who got what in the divorce ... the settlement's being kept under wraps.

We broke the story ... Erika filed for divorce in September 2014 after 18 years of marriage. The couple had no prenup, so it's a good bet she made out well considering the millions Randy made in his "American Idol" heyday.

Randy and Erika have 2 adult children together, so custody is not an issue.

'The Conners' Star Michael Fishman I'm Separating And, Not Getting Divorced Because ...

Michael Fishman, famous for playing Roseanne Barr's TV son, says one of the big reasons he and his estranged wife chose separation over divorce is simple -- he'd like to keep her on his health insurance plan as long as possible.

The 'Conners' star tells TMZ ... "Among the reasons for not getting a regular divorce is the shared desire to keep Jenny [Briner] covered by my health insurance, and allow to slowly unfold our 20 years together in a way mutually beneficial for our family, particularly on behalf of our children."

TMZ broke the story ... Jenny filed docs Thursday for legal separation after more than 19 years of marriage. Michael told us the decision to split was an amicable one ... adding he, Jenny and their 2 kids actually went to the courthouse together and afterward had a family dinner.

Legal separation's usually a stop before a divorce ... but Michael wouldn't say whether they'll ultimately travel down that road. As for what led to the separation, Michael wouldn't say ... but keeping things amicable with Jenny is important to him ... and it clearly shows.
