After the WORST TV breakup of all time, Charlie Sheen says he LOVES the idea of returning to "Two and a Half Men" ... even though his character is supposedly DEAD.

Sheen appeared on the "Today" show this morning ... where he told Matt Lauer that Ashton Kutcher is "going to do great" as the NEW star when the show comes back next week.

But when Lauer suggested Sheen could return to his old stomping grounds for a cameo -- Sheen LIT UP ... saying, "If they thought it was a good idea ... I'm completely on board for that."

Even though Charlie Harper "died" after Sheen went off the deep end a while back ... Sheen insists, "There was no body at the funeral ... there was no urn."

Kim Kardashian is all set to return to the "Pussycat Dolls" ... only this time, she'll be running things BEHIND THE SCENES -- as the executive producer of a new PCD reality show ... TMZ has learned.

Kim signed a TV deal with "American Idol" honcho Nigel Lythgoe -- to be the E.P. for an upcoming reality show about the "Pussycat Dolls empire" ... that will feature the launch of a "new" PCD group.

One source tells us the newbies are "10 times better than the original group."

We're told Kim has a good relationship with PCD founder Robin Antin -- plus Kim really enjoyed performing with the group in Vegas a few years back.

Kim is telling friends she's "super excited" to work with Nigel because "he's the best in the business."

The scofflaws who hacked Scarlett Johansson's cell phone ... and then leaked several nude pics -- are in the crosshairs of the FBI, and we're told the Feds already know the identity of the main culprit.

TMZ broke the story ... Scarlett contacted the FBI yesterday after the pics -- one which features her bare breasts and another showcasing her behind -- were leaked to several websites.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the FBI is "honing in" on the group of hackers and know the identity of at least one of them -- and we're told it's the ringleader.

TV icon Sam Simon -- who co-created "The Simpsons" -- claims a key person behind Pinkberry is a LIAR ... who bilked his charity to make a quick buck ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Simon claims he was looking to buy property in L.A. to operate a non-profit food bank to benefit needy families earlier this year -- when his realtor found a former Pinkberry location.

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Simon says the place seemed like a good fit -- because of the walk-in freezer, food prep area and other things -- so he bought the place for $1.2 mil back in February.

Simon claims Pinkberry's co-founder SWORE the place was permitted for food product operations -- but after he took possession of the property, Simon claims he learned it was all a lie.

In the docs, Simon says the prior owners NEVER obtained permits for the plumbing, mechanical, electrical and certain food handling appliances -- but worst of all ... Sam says the place was only licensed to be an "Auto repair garage" ... and was never approved for food service.

Sam is now suing his realtor, along with Pinkberry co-founder Shelly Hwang and the company through which Pinkberry does business ... claiming they should pay for all of his costs to bring the place up to snuff ... plus damages.

UPDATE: A rep for Pinkberry tells TMZ, "Pinkberry has nothing to do with the entity that sold the building to Simon. Pinkberry is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, and was not an owner or a tenant in the building when it was sold."

Scarlett Johansson's lawyer is on the attack -- warning a bunch of websites that Scarlett owns the copyright to her HACKED nude pics and anyone who doesn't take 'em down will FACE HIS WRATH!!!!

TMZ has learned ... Scarlett's attorney -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- has fired off threatening letters to various sites including TheDirty.com ... demanding that the sites remove the "stolen copyright protected private photographs" immediately ... or face legal action.

Singer claims, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless."

And just to make sure he's perfectly clear, Singer concludes ... "If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."

TheDirty tells TMZ ... the site will adhere to Singer's request and take down the photos.

Jeremy Piven returned to the stage Tuesday night ... WITH A VENGEANCE -- tearing it up behind the drum set for a Rolling Stones tribute band in NYC ... and it was all to benefit young, recovering addicts.

The limo driver who sued the people behind the TV Guide reality show "Nail Files" for violating his privacy has a big problem ... in the form of a signed release form obtained by TMZ.

Fred Busby -- a limo driver -- claims he was taking the star of the show and her cameraman to LAX, when he went into a diabetic coma. Busby says the show aired the footage and portrayed him as drunk ... even though he insists he never signed a release form.

But we now have a release form that appears to show Fred's signature not once, not twice but three times.

The form states, among other things, "I recognize that my signature on this release is a condition of Company permitting me to be a guest/participant in the Programming or both"

We spoke to Fred's lawyer who tells TMZ, "My client does not recall signing any such documents"

Starsky has just been ordered to pay half of his daughter's private school tuition -- after his wife accused him of favoring golf over the girl's education.

TMZ broke the story ... Paul Michael Glaser's ex-wife Tracy Glaser claimed the iconic "Starsky and Hutch" actor of refused to pay 1/2 of his 16-year-old daughter's tuition ... a share that amounted to about $11,000 a year.

Tracy claimed Paul blew even more than that on golf alone ... in six months.

TMZ has learned ... far from being kidnapped ... Michaele Salahi has run off with Neal Schon, the lead guitarist for the band Journey.

TMZ broke the story ... Tareq called authorities several times last night and today, claiming his wife has been abducted, because she left without taking her belongings.

But now we've learned ... Michaele (pictured above with Schon and her husband in 2010) has been dating the rock icon, went to his show in Nashville last night and is currently with Schon in Memphis, where Journey is set to perform with Foreigner.

Scoop Marketing, the rep for Journey, confirmed with TMZ that "Nobody kidnapped her and they are in Memphis together."

We've also confirmed Michaele has dated Schon in the past -- seen above partying at the Salahis' winery last year -- and she's called it an "intimate and passionate relationship."

At the same time Halle Berry was frolicking around Spain in a teeny, tiny AWESOME bikini ... she was sending her lawyers into battle back in L.A. today ... to once again fight her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry.

Sources connected to Halle tell TMZ ... Aubry, who is also in Europe, has been throwing a fit over custody issues involving their daughter Nahla while Halle shoots "Cloud Atlas" in Europe -- and we've learned, Halle's lawyers were in court today to put out the flames.

Halle's lawyers Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen were in court today to address Gabriel's bellyaching -- and while it's unclear exactly what happened during the proceedings, the two walked out with huge smiles on their faces.

Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake ... TMZ has learned.

Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin -- one, laying shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics.

There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.

There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila.

As we first reported, we're told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning.

Scarlett Johansson appears to be the latest victim of a nude photo HACKER -- after multiple self-shot naked cell phone pics of the actress appeared on a popular website this morning.

Sources connected with Scarlett tell us ... the FBI will be contacted this morning because they believe this is a criminal act.

Paul Michael Glaser, the actor who became famous playing Starsky in the iconic TV series, "Starsky and Hutch," has been accused by his ex-wife of blowing a fortune on golf while refusing to kick in his share of his daughter's tuition.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Glaser has refused to pay 1/2 of his 16-year-old daughter's tuition for private school ... Paul's share is just shy of $11,000 a year.

Paul's ex, Tracy Glaser, says he has refused to ante up. Paul has argued the court excused him from having to pay, but she says that's b.s.

And Tracy says, Paul is more than able to pay his share, noting that in a recent 6-month period, he spent $12,800 on golf.

And, what further infuriates Tracy is that Paul's lawyer told the judge he would have to spend more than $7,000 in attorney's fees defending this claim. So she says why not use that money to pay for his daughter's education.

A limo driver is suing the people behind the TV Guide reality show "Nail Files" -- claiming the show RECORDED him when he went into diabetic shock ... and made it appear like he was DRUNK.

According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Fred Busby claims he was dispatched by his limo company to pick up celebrity manicurist Katie Cazorla and drive her to the airport last year.

Busby claims Cazorla was accompanied by a reality TV crew from 495 Productions -- which also produces "Jersey Shore" -- but Busby insists he NEVER consented to be on the show.

During the drive to LAX, Busby -- who says he's a diabetic -- claims he "felt his blood sugar levels dropping and he started sweating and feeling disoriented."

According to the suit, Fred claims the last thing he remembered was a passenger screaming, "Is this guy drunk?"

Fred claims when he came to ... the 495 cameraman repeatedly asked him for permission to use the footage from Fred's medical emergency, but Fred "emphatically and unambiguously said, 'No.'"

But Fred claims "Nail Files" aired the footage anyway -- violating his right to privacy and making him out to look like someone who drove while drunk.

Reese Witherspoon is still bearing the scars from a run-in with a car last week -- sporting a big black eye ... 6 days after she was run over by an 84-year-old woman.

Reese was out in L.A. yesterday, smiling on her way to a birthday party -- despite the big band-aid on her forehead.

A different photo that we quickly learned had been taken BEFORE the accident had made the rounds last week showing Reese looking fine ... but the fact is, that photo was taken before Reese was hit by a car in Santa Monica.

As TMZ previously reported, Reese was hospitalized after the accident on Wednesday, but she was soon released after doctors determined her injuries were only minor.
