'Glee' Star Bruising Photo to Help Domestic Violence Victims

It seems ironic ... but the brutal photo of "Glee" star Heather Morris sporting a fake black eye will be auctioned off soon ... and all of the proceeds will go towards a domestic violence charity ... TMZ has learned.

The photo ignited a major controversy when it was released on the Internet a few days ago -- with some critics saying it glamorizes violence against women.

But Tyler Shields, the photog behind the shot, tells us that was NOT the intention -- and he's sorry it came off that way.

Shields says ... to make up for the controversy, he'll be auctioning off the photo, starting at $100k, and will donate every single cent he makes to a top domestic violence charity.

Forgiven??

'Two and Half Men' Mom Charlie and Ashton 'Are Totally Different'

Holland Taylor has been working with Ashton Kutcher on "Two and a Half Men" for a few weeks now -- and she says there's no comparing him with Charlie Sheen ... they're just too different.

When our photog asked if Ashton could fill Charlie's shoes, she told us, "No one can fill Charlie's shoes. He's not trying to fill Charlie's shoes. He's being Ashton! They are both delightful. They are totally different."

She plays a mom on TV, of course that's what she'd say!

Sandra Oh Someone Jacked My Identity!

The I.R.S. has been all over Sandra Oh's ass for failing to pay taxes for a hotel job she held in 2009 -- problem is, Sandra Oh's a friggin' actress ... and SOMEONE WAS USING HER IDENTITY!!!

The "Grey's Anatomy" star rolled into an LAPD station Friday afternoon ... to report that some mystery person had been using her social security number.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops don't believe the scumbag was trying to pose as Sandra, but merely jacked her SS# so the person could get a job.

We're told cops are currently looking into the matter. We called Oh for comment -- hopefully the right Oh -- but so far, no word back.

House Flipper to the Stars MGM Honcho a 'Miserly' Tightwad

The co-CEO of MGM Studios is a bitter cheapskate ... who's trying to sue his way into a "free remodel" of the Beverly Hills mansion he bought from an L.A. real estate tycoon ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Sandy Gallin -- who's flipped and sold homes to Sinatra, Kenny G and Mark Burnett -- has filed a response in his bitter legal war with MGM honcho Roger Birnbaum. In the docs, Gallin claims Roger only filed a lawsuit against him because he's embarrassed that the home he bought from Gallin in 2007 for $16.5 mil has gone down in value.

TMZ broke the story, Birnbaum claims the home leaks like a sieve ... and he believes Gallin should have to pay for all of the repairs and related costs -- including a new roof. He's demanding $500k.

But Gallin shoots back -- saying, "[Birnbaum] is motivated by his well-known miserly and parsimonious behavior in his efforts to avoid paying for the roofing remodel himself, which he believes will increase the value of the property that is , embarrassingly to Birnbaum, worth less than what he paid for it."

Gallin doesn't think he should have to fork over a single cent -- and wants a judge to kick the case to arbitration.

'NCIS' Actor Arrested for Felony Battery

'NCIS' actor David Fisher was arrested earlier today in Los Angeles on suspicion of felony battery ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

According to our sources ... police responded to a 911 call from a neighbor who claimed Fisher choked him out after an argument about laundry turned physical.

We're told the neighbor was hanging towels outside ... when Fisher confronted him about it.

The alleged victim told police Fisher suddenly became violent and choked him -- but he managed to escape Fisher's grasp and called 911.

Cops raced to the scene -- where Fisher was arrested for felony battery. The other man was taken to a nearby hospital.

Fisher was booked and bail was set at $50,000.

Calls to Fisher's rep have not been returned.

Steven Seagal I'm No Puppy Killer!

Steven Seagal claims NO PUPPY was murdered during the Arizona raid he participated in earlier this year ... and says he's "outraged" by the false allegation.

Seagal just released a statement saying, "I’ve been called a lot of things in my career, some of them not so kind. But to be labeled an animal abuser is beyond the pale and that is simply a role I will not accept."

TMZ broke the story ... Jesus Llovera has taken legal action against Seagal over the March incident -- alleging the actor crashed a tank into his property ... and someone involved in the raid shot his 11-month old puppy. Llovera was suspected of running a cockfighting farm on his property ... allegations which he has denied.

But in his new statement, Seagal does not address any of the other allegations that Llovera made against the actor -- that Seagal and the cops wrongly destroyed his home and property.

Still, Seagal says he's considering filing a lawsuit against Llovera for "fabricating the puppy killing" -- and he's already contacted legal pit bull Marty Singer.

Home Flipper to the Stars Sued Over $16.5 Million Lemon

L.A. real estate titan Sandy Gallin -- who has made untold millions selling homes to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Mark Burnett and Kenny G -- has been sued over a $16.5 million Bev Hills mansion he sold to one of the most powerful men in Hollywood.

The man going after Gallin is Roger Birnbaum -- the head of MGM Studios -- who bought a Gallin home in 2007 ... only to discover it had more leaks than Whoopi Goldberg after a Big Gulp.

FYI -- Gallin was one of the most powerful talent managers in Hollywood before abandoning entertainment to become the most powerful house flipper in town. Gallin used to rep everyone from Dolly Parton to Barbra Streisand and even Michael Jackson.

According to Birnbaum's lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the house began to leak like a sieve last winter ... along with an unhealthy dose of dry rot, rust, and, worst of all, his wine storage room was severely damaged.

Birnbaum claims Gallin had a hand in the construction of the home -- and therefore, should be forced to pay the $500,000 in repairs and related costs to bring the mansion up to snuff.

Calls to Gallin have not been returned.

'Barbershop' Actor I Was Kicked Off Plane Because I'm Black

United Airlines is investigating a complaint made by an actor who appeared on the TV show "Barbershop" after he claimed he was kicked off of a flight simply because he was black.

Michael Colyar claims he was booted from his flight at Dulles International Airport in Virginia after he refused to allow a flight attendant to move his luggage from the overhead storage bin ... so a white passenger could stow her bag there instead.

Colyar claims the flight attendant gave him dirty looks when he denied her request -- so he inquired about filing a complaint. That's when Colyar says he was approached by security, who removed the actor from the flight.

Colyar blogged about the incident ... saying, "The flight attendant and her friend got just what they wanted, the n**ger off the plane. I'm sure they feel a great triumph in putting an uppity n**ger in his place."

He adds, "At the least I should be suing United Airlines for theft of services, public humiliation and defamation of character."

United Airlines tells TMZ ... "As a global airline with a diverse workforce, United has zero tolerance for any type of discrimination and we take every such matter seriously. We spoke to Mr. Colyar Wednesday so that we can address his concerns, and committed to get back to him as we learn more from our coworkers and other customers onboard.”

Sources connected to the incident tell us multiple passengers have been interviewed about the situation -- and several people said Colyar was loud with the flight attendant and had become an unruly passenger.

Teyana Taylor Bloody Movie Set Brawl Was Over Infected Tooth

Rapper/actress Teyana Taylor claims she and a movie director got into an all out bloody brawl ... because he ignored her pleas to be taken home while she dealt with an abscessed tooth.

Teyana and the director -- Jean-Claude La Marre -- were filming "Gang of Roses 2" last weekend outside L.A. ... when Teyana asked to be taken home because the pain was just too much to bear.

According to 20-year-old Teyana, she asked multiple times to be taken home by car service -- and when La Marre continually refused to allow that ... she got in his face and started shouting. Teyana claims La Marre shouted back, "Don't f**king scream at me bitch" ... and pushed her in the face, hitting her aching tooth.

La Marre claims he only defended himself ... AFTER Teyana "jumped on me and began swinging" -- but says he never hit her.

Whoever started it ... we're told several crew members had to separate them. Teyana says during the scrap her shirt was torn open (above), she got popped in the nose and mouth -- and the blood ended up on her denim shorts.

Teyana's people say they are considering legal action. La Marre says the only reason he didn't file charges is because "she's 20 years old and I'm 40 ... kids lash out."

By the way, La Marre is finishing the movie -- a western also starring Amber Rose and Claudia Jordan -- but with a twist. He's killed off Teyana's character.

In the words of the immortal Rick James ... "Cold blooded."

Mel Gibson Settlement HUGE Loss for Oksana

The settlement struck between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva is nothing less than a financial fiasco for a woman who wanted untold millions of dollars from her famous ex.

TMZ obtained a copy of the original 2010 settlement worth $15 million that Oksana disavowed. At the time, Oksana said she would not go through with the settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and believed Mel should not have unsupervised contact with the child.

In reality, sources connected to the case tell TMZ, the real reason Oksana walked away from the settlement is because she was advised she could get a lot more than $15 million because of the alleged physical abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of Mel.

Now, in a shocking twist of fate, rather than getting $15 million, Oksana is only getting $750k. On top of that, she was concerned about Mel having unsupervised visitation ... Mel is actually getting MORE unsupervised visitation based on the agreement that was just struck.

The fact is, under the 2010 agreement, Mel would NOT have gotten 50/50 custody until Lucia turns 3 years old. Under the current agreement, he gets 50/50 custody immediately.

Short story ... she should have taken door #1.

T.I. Rapper Begins Shooting Post-Prison REALITY SHOW

Well, that didn't take long ...

Yes, minutes after T.I. was released from prison, the rapper began shooting a post-prison reality show for VH1 ... TMZ has learned.

According to VH1, the show will follow T.I. as he "re-adjusts to life as a free man after being incarcerated for nearly a year in a Federal prison in Arkansas."

The show -- which has yet to be given a title -- promises that viewers will get an up-close and personal look as T.I. is "reunited with his wife and kids and thrust back into society at this crucial juncture in his life."

VH1 issued a press release about the show ... which posed the question, "Can the King stay on the straight and narrow while juggling the chaos of his kingdom?"

If he doesn't, T.I. could go back to prison for a long time -- but OH, THE RATINGS ... right?

The Hangover 2 Ed Helms' Stunt Double Claims Set Accident Caused Brain Injuries

The man who was Ed Helms' stunt double in "The Hangover 2" is suing Warner Bros -- claiming he was badly injured during a high speed stunt-gone-wrong for the movie last year in Bangkok, Thailand.

The stunt man -- Scott McLean -- filed a lawsuit in California federal court on Tuesday ... claiming he was participating in a stunt where he had to lean out of the window of a moving truck ... when something went terribly wrong.

According to McLean, another car involved in the stunt skidded out and crashed -- resulting in a major collision.

McLean claims the stunt required "precision and timing" -- but after the stunt was underway, the stunt coordinator changed the timing ... which screwed up everything.

McLean's reps told The Hollywood Reporter he suffered, "likely permanent brain and physical injuries," including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments, and brain trauma.

McLean is suing for unspecified damages.

9:01 AM: A rep for Warner Bros. tells TMZ, "We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery."

The rep adds, "We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues."
