'American Pie' Guys -- Dancing for Dollars

Jason Biggs, Eddie Kaye Thomas, and Thomas Ian Nicholas decided to take a little break from shooting the latest "American Pie" movie ... so they hit up a strip club and put on a show of their own!

The boys let off a little steam at the Clermont Lounge in Atlanta where Biggs nearly lost his pants while dancing on top of the bar.

The only time we want to see Jason Biggs with his pants off ... is when there are baked goods involved.

NBC News -- We Won't Pay for Casey Anthony ... BUT

NBC news is apparently reacting to a TMZ story, in which we said Casey Anthony's lawyer is negotiating with the major networks, and big bucks are on the line ... because the network is saying they have not offered any payment for an INTERVIEW ... BUT, it made no mention of other ways of paying handsomely for a chat with the very famous former murder defendant.

TMZ broke the story ... Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez, was holed up at the swanky Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City, negotiating with NBC, ABC and CBS for the first sit-down. And, as we reported, Baez was in the Hotel bar Thursday night, getting tips from high-profile lawyer Mark Geragos on how to negotiate the best deal.

NBC gave a statement to the New York Post, saying, "We've talked with Baez about getting an interview with Casey Anthony, but only under NBC News standards and conditions -- no payment, and absolutely no job offers for any member of her defense team."

Read carefully -- NBC is saying "no payment," but it refers to an "interview." That doesn't cover paying huge money for pictures, video, etc. That's S.O.P. in the network game -- and we're told that's one of the issues Geragos covered with Baez.

As we reported, as of Friday morning ... NBC was the frontrunner in nabbing Anthony.

'Dancing w/ the Stars' -- Sorry for All the D-Listers

Say goodbye to the likes of Ralph Macchio and Kendra Wilkinson on "Dancing with the Stars" ... TMZ has learned producers are on the hunt for more "high profile" celebs next season ... in the hopes of cutting down on the gimmicky stars they've booked in the past.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... producers are under direct orders to find "more high profile" people than in the past seasons ... after booking a string of D-listers like The Situation, Kate Gosselin, Audrina Patridge, Jake Pavelka and Holly Madison.

In order to lock down the BIG names, we're told producers are offering A-listers complete control over their rehearsal schedule -- telling them there's NO minimum rehearsal requirements ... and they can practice as little or as much as they want.

Celebs will also have final say on music selections and costume design ... including colors, cuts and styles.

So far, no word if producers have signed any of the "high profile" people in their crosshairs.

Tiger from 'The Hangover' PARTYING in Hollywood

The kick-ass, Mercedes Benz-destroying TIGER from "The Hangover" -- the one who was roofied in the bathroom -- is now making public appearances in Hollywood ... but she don't come cheap!!!

The tiger -- named Schicka -- was a featured guest at Supperclub in L.A. earlier this month during a birthday party for nightclub promoter Tomik Mansoori.

Sources connected to the tiger tell us ... party promoters shelled out $3,000 to rent the Schicka for the night ... and some guests were even allowed to feed her.

FUN FACT: When feeding a tiger, keep in mind ... they LOVE pepper. HATE cinnamon.

'Antiques Roadshow' Breaks Appraisal Record

A guy who showed up to an "Antiques Roadshow" event in Tulsa, OK with a set of cups got some pretty AMAZING news ... they're worth over $1,000,000!!!!!

A rep for the show says the collection of five Chinese carved rhinoceros horn cups was valued at somewhere between $1 million and $1.5 million -- making it the most valuable find in the show’s history.

The owner's name is being withheld, but he's owned the cups since the 1970s. According to the show's appraiser, the cups were often given as gifts to wealthy people for special occasions in the late 17th to early 18th centuries.

'Spider-Man' Bad Guy Arrested at Comic-Con

Rhys Ifans -- who plays the villain Lizard in the upcoming "The Amazing Spider-Man" -- was arrested for battery at Comic-Con yesterday after an alleged altercation with a security guard.

According to police, a member of Ifans' entourage did not have the proper credentials to get in to a particular area -- and that's when Ifans became "abusive, belligerent and aggressive, and shoved a female security guard."

A police spokeswoman said Ifans smelled like alcohol, but was not cited for public intoxication.

The female security guard in question made a citizen's arrest and San Diego police issued him a citation for misdemeanor battery.

Casey Anthony Lawyer Negotiates ($$$) w/ Networks

Jose Baez -- Casey Anthony's lawyer -- is holed up at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City, holding court with all of the major networks -- to determine who will score the first interview with Casey -- and big bucks are involved.

Sources tell TMZ ... NBC, ABC and CBS are all competing for the first interview. Sources connected with the negotiations tell TMZ there is a "big price tag" for the interview. We're told the networks -- which say they don't pay for interviews -- are offering to license photos and other material and pay big bucks ... that's S.O.P. in the network game.

We're told NBC looks like the frontrunner so far, but ABC is in the game. We're told CBS "is a distant third." We're told NBC is paying for Baez' hotel room.

Baez spent part of the night Thursday in the Mandarin Oriental bar with famed lawyer Mark Geragos (right) -- who knows a thing or two about high-profile cases. We're told Geragos gave Baez pointers on negotiating the deal.

Tammy

Will NOT be watching. I hope the interview is a ratings flop, whichever network gets it.

holly

'Basketball' Wife -- Courted for 'Dancing w/ the Stars'

"Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada may soon follow in her fiance's fox-trotting footsteps -- TMZ has learned the future Mrs. Chad Ochocinco is in talks to join the next season of "Dancing with the Stars!"

Sources connected to the show tell us ... "Dancing" producers love the idea of having Evelyn on the show -- especially since she's engaged to Chad who was a previous contestant.

We're told the show is even hoping to involve Mr. Ochocinco ... since he's now an expert in the ways of the ballroom.

So far ... no comment from the show.

Kelsey and Camille Grammer Settle Custody ... For Now

TMZ has learned ... Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have settled their child custody dispute -- but only temporarily. And make no mistake about it -- they're still at war.

Sources tell TMZ ... the agreement outlines who gets the kids, when and where, etc. We're told Camille will have both kids more than Kelsey, but the agreement accommodates Kelsey's work schedule.

The kids will not be separated. You'll recall, at one point Kelsey's lawyer recommended that the couple's son would fly to Chicago to stay with him, and their daughter would stay with Camille in L.A.

Our sources say the underlying issues between the couple have not been resolved -- i.e., money and permanent custody.

We're told Camille is bitter at the way Kelsey has treated her and the kids, while Kelsey is angry because he feels Camille has been disrespectful to his new wife.

'Idol' Creator: I Should Get Credit for X Factor!

"American Idol" creator Simon Fuller is suing Fox Broadcasting and Fremantle -- the powers behind Simon Cowell's new show, "The X Factor," claiming they screwed him out of an Executive Producer credit as well as big fees.

Fuller filed a legal complaint, and his publicist told Deadline.com that Fox and Fremantle refused to honor a 2005 contract that Fuller claims gave him both the title and the cash.

Here's the interesting backstory. Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell hate each other. The bad blood started over who got the creative credit for "A.I." and it has been building ever since.

UPDATE: FOX and Fremantle have released a joint statement -- saying, "Mr. Fuller has not been hired, nor performed any duties, on the U.S. version of "The X Factor."

The statement continues, "His suit seeks payment and credit as an executive producer despite his neither having been approved by the required parties, nor hired, as such. We believe this lawsuit is without merit and we expect to prevail."

'Harry Potter' Author Scores Multi-Million $$ Thank You

As if J.K. Rowling wasn't rich enough -- Warner Bros. gave her a token of its appreciation for the latest "Harry Potter" flick -- an insanely expensive piece of jewelry.

Sources close to CEO Barry Meyer tell TMZ ... Rowling scored a white gold, antique 40-diamond bracelet worth millions of dollars -- which he presented to her at the London premiere after-party.

According to sources, Rowling was nervous about donning such a valuable piece of jewelry before she got it insured ... but she got a more primitive form of insurance -- a bunch of burly security guards at the bash.

Price, of course, is relative -- wordwide, the latest movie has grossed more than half-a-billion bucks.

NFL Star Terrell Suggs I've WRITTEN A Movie!!!

NFL bonecrusher Terrell Suggs -- one of the highest paid defensive players in the league -- has gone Hollywood ... writing a full-length FEATURE movie with some REAL famous actors.

The Baltimore Ravens star is listed as a writer and executive producer of the film, "The Coalition" -- a romantic drama starring "227" actress Jackee Harry and Denyce Lawton from Tyler Perry's "House of Payne."

Suggs --who signed a $68 million contract back in 2009 -- is DEAD serious about a movie career ... he's already launched a production company called Team Sizzle Worldwide ... and screened one of his movies at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.

'Lois Lane' RIPS Superman: Dogs Are Better than Men!

The actress who played Lois Lane in the original "Superman" movies isn't fazed that her comic book counterpart is no longer dating the Man of Steel -- telling TMZ, "Maybe Lois should get a dog!"

62-year-old Margot Kidder tells us, a furry, four-legged companion would be less work for the Daily Planet reporter ... explaining, "They are much easier than men."

TMZ broke the story ... DC Comics is rebooting the Superman comic book storyline in September -- and Lois will NOT be dating Superman.

Considering the amount of trouble Lois seems to get into ... let's hope her dog is Lassie.

Soap Star: I'm Separating from My Man ... To Marry Him

Here's a plot twist ... Ex-soap star Leigh Taylor-Young -- famous for her role on the 1980s show "Dallas" -- is formally separating from her domestic partner, but TMZ has learned ... it's because she wants to MARRY him!

According to the legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, "The parties intend to get married, so they must dissolve their registered domestic partnership."

Leigh's domestic partner -- a writer named John Morton -- filed the papers. They registered as domestic partners in 2008.

Leigh -- who also starred in "Peyton Place" -- is 66. She was formerly married to Ryan O'Neal and movie mogul Guy McElwaine.

So far, no word on when the couple plans to tie the knot.

'Glee' Suit -- You Screwed Me On the Back End

The man who claims he was critical in developing "Glee" is suing co-creator Ian Brennan, claiming Brennan betrayed him by refusing to honor an agreement they made.

Michael Novick, a producer on "Glee," claims his former good friend Ian Brennan developed a concept for "Glee" as a screenplay for a movie -- about a high school glee club. Novick and Brennan agreed to work as a team to sell the project.

Novick worked out at a gym in West Hollywood, the same place where Ryan Murphy worked out. Novick talked to Murphy -- a successful show runner -- about the project at the gym, and Murphy loved it, saying it would make an even better TV show.

According to the suit, Murphy pitched the show to Fox, but the negotiations hit a snag. Novick wanted to drive a hard bargain, but Brennan convinced him to back off and accept a lower fee and credit.

According to the lawsuit, Brennan promised Novick -- in exchange for accepting the lesser credit and money -- he would give Novick 15% of any back-end compensation Brennan would receive.

Of course, since there's a lawsuit, that didn't work out too well.

Novick is suing for unspecified damages.
