'Jersey Shore' Italy Trip Delayed

Shooting for season four of "Jersey Shore" has been delayed for at least one week ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, the delay was caused by a "logistical problem" ... and they are expecting to be all systems go a week from today.

Both the girls and guys (with camera crews in tow) were spotted in the last 24 hours gathering to head out to Italy (see below), but those plans are on hold for now.

Scooby Van, 'Fast & Furious' Cars to Hit Auction Block

It's one of the most badass Hollywood auctions of all time -- featuring several cars from the "Fast & Furious" serious, the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, and a car driven by Heath Ledger in "Dark Knight."

The auction -- hosted by the Volo Auto Museum in Illinois -- starts on June 8th and goes for an entire week.

Other awesome cars on the block include:

- "Herbie" from the 2005 Lindsay Lohan movie ... driven by Lindsay herself
- The Bull car from "Death Race 2000"
- Scooby Doo Mystery Machine from Hanna Barbara studios.
- The Buick from the opening scene of "Fast and Furious 4"... driven by Vin Diesel
- The jalopy from the "Beverly Hillbillies" movie
- Switch Blade ... the very first car built on Jesse James' TV show "Monster Garage"
- The Semi truck and trailer that was used by the late Heath Ledger in "Batman Dark Knight"
- The GAZ from "Indiana Jones 4"

Best part -- NO reserve prices ... which means you could theoretically drive away in the Mystery Machine for $1.

CSI Creator to Wife: I Want Our Kids, Too!

Anthony Zuiker, the creator of "CSI," has fired back at his wife for trying to jack their kids in their divorce.

Anthony just filed legal papers, responding to wife Jennifer's petition for divorce. Anthony is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 3 boys, which puts him squarely at odds with his wife, who is asking for sole custody.

And it's even more complicated because we've learned Jennifer spends a lot of time in England.

A lot of loot is at stake. CSI has generated more than $6 billion, and there's no prenup. The couple, who married in 1999, will almost certainly divide the "CSI" money 50/50, because there was no prenup.

Anthony and Jennifer are not skimping on lawyers. She's being repped by mega-divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope. And now Zuiker has disso-queen Laura Wasser.

Just 9 months ago, Anthony dropped a cool $1 mil on Jennifer's 40th birthday party.

How things change.

Eddie Cibrian to Ex: Keep Our Kids Off 'Housewives'

Eddie Cibrian is adamant he does not want his ex-wife Brandi Glanville to put their kids on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- and we're told he's ready to go to court over it.

TMZ broke the story ... Brandi will star on the next season of the show -- and according to sources, Eddie wants to make sure Brandi doesn't drag their kids along for the ride ... threatening legal action if their two children make any kind of cameo appearance.

According to sources, Brandi's pissed -- telling friends Eddie is imposing a HUGE double standard ... because he and the kids JUST appeared in a massive spread in People magazine ... with LeAnn Rimes.

TMZ spoke to Eddie's rep ... who confirms Eddie doesn't want their children involved in "Real Housewives" in any way whatsoever.

'Starsky' Gets Restraining Order Against Superfan

The guy who played Starsky on "Starsky and Hutch" back in the '70s got a major victory against an obsessed superfan today -- after a judge ordered the woman to stay the hell away from him.

As TMZ first reported, 68-year-old Paul Michael Glaser filed a restraining order last month against the woman who used to run his official website -- claiming she was "irrational" and he "feared for his safety".

Moments ago in L.A. County Superior Court, a judge agreed to grant the restraining order after hearing from several witnesses ... one of whom claimed the woman "felt safe living in her car 100 ft from Paul's home."

During the hearing, Glaser -- who was in attendance -- was asked to "describe his T.V. experience" to the court -- because the judge had NO CLUE who he was ... which is shocking because literally every person alive in the '70s watched that show ... according to multiple experts in "old people stuff" here at TMZ.

Hilary Duff DROPPED From Bonnie & Clyde Movie

Hilary Duff is no longer an outlaw ... she's just OUT -- TMZ has learned the actress will be REPLACED as Bonnie Parker in the upcoming movie, "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde."

Sources connected to the project tell us ... Duff will still get paid ... but producers are looking to find a new actress to play the role.

We're told ... producers have not yet decided who will replace Duff -- but "Gossip Girl" star Kevin Zegers is still slated to play Clyde.

UPDATE: After the casting director issued a press release confirming they were actively searching for Hilary's replacement ... the director of the movie, Tonya Holly, called TMZ and told us the casting director jumped the gun.

Holly tells us she still wants Hilary to appear in the movie -- and the two sides are trying to work out scheduling conflicts.

Katie Sources: CBS is LYING about her!!!

Sources connected with Katie Couric tell TMZ ... CBS is lying about its failed negotiations with K.C. just to save face, because Katie has left the network in the dust.

TMZ broke the story ... network sources are saying negotiations to keep Katie around broke down because the news division wanted to give her a very limited role -- occasional pieces on "60 Minutes," and Katie felt dissed.

But sources from Katie's camp say it's BS. They say CBS wanted to keep Katie and offered her all sorts of news involvement, including 8 to 10 pieces a year on "60 Minutes" (the show even offered her a production team), an unlimited number of pieces on "CBS Sunday Morning," another Grammy special and other specials as well.

One source says, "They were kissing her ass, but now that it looks like Katie is leaving, they're trying to kick her ass to protect their own asses."

And Katie sources say ... the real issue for Katie is a syndicated talk show, and it's looking like ABC is just a better fit.

As we first reported, Katie and TV honcho Jeff Zucker -- the guy who will probably end up her partner in the ABC deal -- will score a $20 million guarantee for the syndicated show. She'll also get some extra pocket cash for her news duties. The ABC deal isn't final, but it's almost there.

'Home Alone' House -- For SAAAAAAAAAALE!

The iconic home of the McCallisters in the "Home Alone" movies is officially on the market -- and it could be yours if you can cough up $2.4 MILLION!

The 1920's colonial Georgian home -- located in the Chicago suburb of Winnetka -- is advertised as "Classic residence offers timeless and inspired family living."

Listing agent Marissa Hopkins thinks the home is definitely a film star, saying, “Very few homes have a leading role in a movie, in a sense becoming an additional character.”

Besides being a piece of movie history ... the home also boasts a four-room master suite, a carved marble fireplace mantle and the notorious "attic bedroom" -- where Kevin had to spend the night with his bed-wetting cousin.

The only downside ... bumbling criminals are known to frequent the area.

Katie Couric On the Verge of $20 Million ABC Deal

Katie Couric and ABC television are on the verge of signing a $20 million deal, which would give Katie her own talk show, as well as significant involvement in ABC News -- and the big casualty could be "General Hospital."

Sources connected with ABC tell TMZ -- under the deal that is in the final stages -- Katie would do specials for ABC News, "20/20," and do a significant amount of fill-in work -- including anchoring.

ABC would also give Katie a 1-hour, 5-day-a-week syndicated talk show, that would begin in September, 2012. Our sources say ... one option ABC is considering is giving its affiliates back the hour where "General Hospital" airs to make room for Katie. In other words, ABC would axe the third longest-running soap in history and the last one standing on ABC.

ABC is also realistic, believing that one of its two new 2011 syndicated shows will fail, leaving room for K.C.

We're told ... when the dust settles and ABC's daytime schedule gets rearranged, Katie would probably land in the 3 PM time slot.

BTW ... we're told Matt Lauer will NOT be part of Katie's show.

As for the moola, our sources say the entire package for Katie and her partner, Jeff Zucker is a $20 million GUARANTEE for the syndicated show -- and that's just for the the first year. We're also told Katie will get a "nominal amount" for her work in the news division.

Italian College WARNS Students Beware of 'Jersey'

An Italian university is warning students that "Jersey Shore" will be taping in a building used for student housing ... and TMZ has learned school officials are taking drastic measures to keep the kids away from the GTL.

Officials at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici fired off a letter to students saying:

"Dear Students,

Our Housing dept. has informed us that starting May 9th there will be shootings inside the 2nd floor apartment of your building. We advise you to NOT sign any paper, let anyone in, and keep us informed."

University sources tell us the I.L.D.M. is so serious about keeping students in a guido-free environment ... officials have offered "alternative housing close to campus" to anyone who wants to get away from the madness.

We're told the school has also offered to issue a partial refund to anyone who has already pre-paid for their rent ... and wants to leave.

Katie Couric/CBS Negotiation -- DEAD!

Katie Couric's negotiations with CBS to stay at the network to do a syndicated talk show are officially dead -- not gonna happen ... this according to plugged-in sources at CBS.

Our sources say the breakdown occurred because CBS was unwilling to give Katie substantial involvement in the network's news operation. We're told CBS honchos were willing to give Katie pieces for "60 Minutes," but nothing more -- and Katie wasn't having it.

As a result, Katie will make a clean break from CBS and will not be doing a syndicated show for the network.

We're told ABC is now the likely future home for K.C.

Eddie Cibrian's Ex Newest 'Housewife' of Bev Hills

Move over Camille Grammer -- TMZ has learned ... Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville has been selected to star in the next season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Brandi inked the deal very recently -- and has already begun shooting scenes for the show.

Camille herself made an official announcement today during a cancer research event at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons -- RHBH will be returning later this year for another season.

So far, no official comment from Brandi or Bravo.

'Superman' Actor Jackie Cooper -- Dead At 88

Academy Award nominated actor Jackie Cooper has died ... TMZ has learned.

Cooper -- who was nominated for an Oscar when he was 9-years-old -- passed away yesterday at a hospital in Beverly Hills after a sudden bout with illness.

Cooper was a highly respected director in his adult years -- winning Emmy awards for his work on "M*A*S*H*" and "The White Shadow."

Cooper famously played the role of The Daily Planet newspaper editor in the 1978 "Superman" film.

In addition to his long acting career, Cooper was also a decorated WWII vet, who served with the Navy in the South Pacific.

He will be missed.

The Situation I'm Getting A SPIN-OFF Show Too!!!

The Situation won't be denied ... the "Jersey Shore" star will continue to infect your television through 2012 ... now that he's signed a deal for a spin-off show with MTV.

Just like Snooki, Jwoww and Pauly D ... Mike Sorrentino has signed a "series development deal" with the network for an unnamed project ... but it's a safe bet it's a reality show.

To mark the occasion, Situation even released an especially douchey statement ... saying, "I'm excited to continue my relationship with MTV ... Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future."

'16 & Preggo' Mom -- My Baby Daddy's a Coke Head

The 17-year-old mother who was introduced on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" last night claims her baby daddy has a cocaine problem -- and now she's begging a judge for SOLE custody of their daughter.

Jamie McKay filed court docs in North Carolina ... claiming 18-year-old Ryan McElrath is "not responsible and not in a position to provide a stable environment" for their 7-month-old daughter.

In the docs, Jamie claims Ryan has a "history of driving while under the influence of alcohol" and a "history of cocaine abuse" ... and Jamie believes he's been up to no good "even after the birth of the child."

Jamie wants Ryan to be granted supervised visitation at the local Family Visitation Center -- a court-monitored facility.

Jamie also wants the judge to order Ryan to complete a parenting class and "submit to appropriate drug and alcohol assessments and testing and to comply with all treatment recommendations."

The couple is set to face off in court on June 13.

TMZ spoke with Ryan ... who told us, "She's doing this just to cause problems ... it will all clear out in court."

Rick Sanchez Hopes To Be Chosen Person In L.A.

Former CNN anchor Rick Sanchez is moving on from last year's fall from grace -- in fact, TMZ has learned he already has meetings lined up with TWO L.A. stations for a possible new gig.

As you may remember, Sanchez got the chop from CNN last year after scoffing at the notion that Jews are an oppressed minority and suggesting they control the media.

Sanchez eventually apologized for the remarks -- and on Tuesday, he took meetings with execs at KCBS and KCAL in the hopes of filling the anchor spot on either channel.

So far, no word on if he'll land a job ... or be passed over.
