'Jersey Shore' Surprising Living Arrangement

The hook to "Jersey Shore" in Italy is the place where the cast will be living ... and it's not the place being cited by numerous news reports.

Sources connected to the show and with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the TRUE location where the cast will be staying has not been revealed ... but we're told it won't be an apartment ... a house ... a hotel ... or a church.

TMZ has obtained photos of a new patio deck built off the back of the apartment complex where the gang is RUMORED to be staying -- complete with studio lights -- but we're told the rumors are 100% false. However, the location MAY be used in the show, if producers like the way the set turns out.

We're told NO ONE from the cast -- including Snooki, Situation and Pauly D -- have been informed where they will be staying ... and producers plan to keep it a secret until the gang gets off the plane.

'Desperate Housewives' Star Popped for DUI

Ricardo Chavira -- who plays Eva Longoria's husband on "Desperate Housewives" -- was arrested for DUI early this morning in Los Angeles ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The 39-year-old actor was pulled over for a routine traffic stop at around 2 AM -- when cops allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.

We're told Chavira was given field sobriety tests at the scene -- but they didn't go so well -- so cops arrested him on suspicion of DUI. Sources say Chavira refused to take a blood or breath test.

Chavira was taken to a nearby jail -- where he was booked. He's currently being held on $25,000 bail.

Princess Di in New Film: 'Keeping Alive is My Hobby'

Princess Diana was terrified Prince Charles and the Royal family were planning to kill her ... according to a new conspiracy-laced film that claims to have never-before-heard audio of Di talking about her fears.

1-lqtbmsrp

The docu-film, "Unlawful Killing," claims to have a recording of Diana on the phone -- a year before her death -- telling someone, "If you're a strong woman in my environment, you're a problem. I'm a Hell of a problem."

She continues, "No time for hobbies. Keeping alive is one of them."

TMZ obtained footage from the movie -- produced and directed by singer Lily Allen's father, Keith Allen -- which raises a bunch of new conspiracy theories ... including one about the doctor at the crash scene in Paris.

The film accuses the doc of waiting too long to remove Diana from the wreck to transport her to a Paris hospital -- and claims she would have had a fighting chance to live ... if not for that delay.

As you might expect, "Unlawful Killing" has been banned in the U.K. It's set to debut at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival.

Jaden Smith Multi-Million $$$ Pay Out for 'Karate Kid'

He's only 12 years old -- but last year, Jaden Smith pulled in SEVEN FIGURES to star in "Karate Kid" ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained Jaden's "KK" contract from June 2009 -- back when he was only 10 -- and according to the docs, his up-front fee was split into two installments ... one for $900,000 and one for $100,000.

But Jaden's back end deal was even more lucrative -- since the film topped $150 million in the domestic box office, the young actor locked down another $2 million bonus.

But $3 million is the bare minimum -- based on several additional in-contract perks AND the astronomical success of the film, Jaden likely pulled in even more.

He's still the poorest person in his family.

'Blow' Inspiration Targeted for TV Show Special

George Jung -- Johnny Depp's real-life cocaine-dealing inspiration for the movie "Blow" -- is still locked up in prison ... but TMZ has learned Jung is in talks with a TV show interested in doing a special on his life behind bars.

Sources close to Jung tell TMZ ... producers from the National Geographic Channel show "Locked Up Abroad" have reached out to the infamous coke kingpin in the hopes of featuring him on a documentary-style special on his "experiences surrounding [Jung's] imprisonment and release."

We're told Jung -- who's still serving time in LaTuna Prison in Texas for drug smuggling -- was initially turned off by the idea ... but now, we're told, he's had a change of heart and wants to do it.

FYI -- "Locked Up" famously ran a similar movie-inspired episode last year -- featuring the real-life Henry Hill ... the guy who inspired "Goodfellas."

We're told Jung's business partners are slated to meet up with producers as soon as next week.

Calls to the production company have not been returned.

Charlie Sheen -- I've Never Done Heroin

Chuck Lorre must have the wrong monkey (*wink wink, nudge nudge) because Charlie Sheen tells us in no uncertain terms ... he's never done heroin!

Lorre took a not-so-veiled shot at Sheen on his vanity card at the end of "The Big Bang Theory" earlier this week. Lorre made reference to a monkey on the show behaving "increasingly erratic" and being "a heroin addict" -- but we all know who he was really referring to.

But Sheen tells TMZ point blank, "I have never done or tried heroin in my life."

And there you have it, straight from the monkey's mouth.

'Mission: Impossible 4' Car -- Bluing Itself Up in Mumbai

The amazing state-of-the-art car in the new "Mission: Impossible" movie lit up the streets of Mumbai recently -- and TMZ has obtained pictures of its mesmerizingly blue-glowey awesomeness.

The new Tom Cruise flick is still being filmed in India -- but if this brand new BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car is any indication ... it's gonna be a wild ride.

Chuck Lorre -- Blasting Charlie With Monkey Jokes?

Chuck Lorre is taking a vicious shot at an actor -- accusing him of being a drug addict who is "impossible to work with" ... but the shocker is he's NOT talking about Charlie Sheen. Maybe.

At the end of last night's "The Big Bang Theory" ... Lorre's vanity card seems to be joking about a monkey that was on the episode -- saying its "behavior became increasingly erratic, to the point of refusing to come out of his trailer to rehearse."

The card continues, "The monkey is a heroin addict. Yes, hard as it may be to believe, the monkey had a monkey on his back." It goes on to say the monkey is in detox and a 12 step program.

But after Lorre's announcement he's retooling "Two and a Half Men" without Charlie -- and Charlie's nuclear response, we gotta ask ...

Mike Tyson's Face Tattoo Artist Sues 'Hangover'

If you've seen the previews for "Hangover 2" -- you already know Ed Helms wakes up with a Mike Tyson face tattoo ... but now, the guy who did Tyson's ink is PISSED at producers, claiming they ripped off his work without permission.

The guy who applied Tyson's face tattoo back in 2003 is S. Victor Whitmill -- who claims he not only created the design, but copyrighted it as well.

In fact, Whitmill says he's never allowed ANYONE to use the image since he put it on Tyson.

Now, Whitmill has filed a lawsuit in federal court in St. Louis, claiming Warner Bros. -- the studio behind the movie -- violated his copyright ... and he wants to block the studio from showing the tattoo in the film.

Whitmill is also demanding an unspecified amount of cash.

Warner Bros. declined comment.

Sheen Gloats 'Men' Can't Survive Without Him

Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... "Two and a Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre is a "sad silly fool," an "A-hole p*ssy loser" and a "low rent, nut-less sociopath" who is now realizing the show can't survive without him -- and Charlie claims the ratings prove his point.

Sheen fired off a blistering letter, attacking Lorre in the wake of reports that Jon Cryer will get a bigger role on the show and Charlie will be replaced.

Charlie says, "... No one cares about your feeble show without me," adding, "The ratings right now are not a fluke. It's a big fat mess. A 2.0 demo. That sucks." Although the number is low, the show is in reruns.

But Charlie doesn't stop there, saying, "Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map. The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets ... I busted my ass for 8 years to support your vision."

And in the letter, which Charlie sent to TMZ as a messenger to Lorre, gets very personal: "They are planning on voting you off the AA island. Even those clowns have no room for you anymore."

TMZ broke the story Thursday ... there's a 50/50 chance "Men" will not come back for Season 9.

Dreamworks Movie Artist Charged in Fatal Dog Beating

A visual effects artist who worked on several Dreamworks films like "Shrek" faces more than 4 years in prison -- after he was accused of beating his neighbor's puppy to death ... with a hammer.

According to law enforcement, Young Song -- who also worked on films like "Kung Fu Panda," "Shark Tale," and "Madagascar 2" -- allegedly entered his neighbor's backyard last week ... and shot their 16-month-old German shepherd with a pellet gun, before beating it to death with a hammer.

According to the puppy's owner the act was caught on surveillance video.

Song pled "not guilty" today to one felony count of cruelty to an animal, and one count of misdemeanor petty theft of a dog ... after he allegedly dragged the mutilated corpse from his neighbor's yard.

Song was arrested yesterday and bail was set at $40,000. He is still in custody. His next court date is May 26. Song's lawyer Nicholas Okorocha had no comment.

CSI Creator's Wife: Our Marriage is DOA

The wife of the creator of "CSI" has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Jennifer Zuiker -- whose hubby, Anthony Zuiker, created the crime show which has generated more than $6 billion -- filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Jennifer is asking for child and spousal support.

And, we're told, there is NO PRENUP. So divide $6 billion by 2!

The couple married in April, 1999. They have 3 boys.

Meredith Vieira -- Leaving 'Today'

Meredith Vieira is stepping down from her gig as co-host of the "Today" show on NBC ... this according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Vieira will reportedly remain on the show until June --- nearly 3 months before the end of her contract.

According to the report, Vieira will be replaced by newsreader Ann Curry ... and correspondent Natalie Morales will be bumped up to Curry's old spot.

As TMZ first reported, Vieira -- who took the gig next to Matt Lauer in 2006 -- wanted off the show for a while because she hated the early hours, has a husband who is ill and she's making plenty of money doing her syndicated game show, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire."

'NCIS' Creator Sues -- CBS BURNED Me On 'NCIS: LA'

The TV legend who created "NCIS, "JAG," "Quantam Leap" and "Magnum P.I." claims he's been done dirty by the suits at CBS -- who allegedly cut him out of the plans and profits for "NCIS: Los Angeles."

75-year-old Donald Bellisario has filed a lawsuit against the network -- claiming he has a deal with CBS which gives him the "first opportunity" to create any spin-offs of "NCIS."

According to his suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Bellisario claims CBS never made any effort to include him in the plans for "NCIS: Los Angeles" -- and has since refused to provide him any compensation for the show.

Bellisario is suing for unspecified damages.

'Two And A Half Men' On the Chopping Block

There's a 50/50 chance "Two and a Half Men" will not come back for a 9th season ... people connected with the production tell TMZ.

There are certain things we know for sure ...

-- Charlie Sheen will NOT be coming back to the show
-- Chuck Lorre has a plan for re-tooling the show, but no deals with replacement actors have been made. In fact, no offers have even been put on the table.
-- A decision on the fate of "Men" will be made before May 18.

The Hollywood Reporter says Lorre is thinking of beefing up Jon Cryer's role and bringing a new actor onboard to replace Sheen. H.R. is saying some of the candidates are Woody Harrelson, Jeremy Piven and Bob Saget.

One well-connected source tells TMZ, "There really is a good chance the show won't come back."

Stay tuned...
