Jessica Simpson may have recently ditched her wedding ring, but it sounds like she's still with her husband ... at least she was on Valentine's Day, anyway.

Here's the deal ... Jessica sent fans into panic mode Thursday when she posted a series of photos on Instagram without her wedding band ... leading to speculation she was, perhaps, on the outs with her hubby, Eric Johnson.

Thing is ... Jessica and Eric were spotted out to dinner the night before, on a Valentine's Day date no less ... hitting up Ivy At The Shore in Santa Monica -- obviously for some alone time.

Folks who were there tell us Jessica and Eric had a table to themselves and they looked happy together ... showing no signs of a potential split. If anything, they looked totally normal -- at least that's what was described to us ... no signs of trouble in paradise.

We should note ... Jessica going ring-less for the day after Valentine's isn't the only source of the breakup rumors ... frankly, she hasn't shared a pic with Eric since September, which is also a factor. Some have speculated something may be amiss between them lately.

Of course, a quick glance at Jessica's IG and you'll see it's mostly just photos of her ... with an occasional celeb friend ... and only a couple shots with the children she shares with Eric.

So, maybe fans are reading too much into Jessica's social media image ... and jumping to conclusions. In any case, they were all good on Wednesday night when they chowed down.

Remember, Jessica and Eric got hitched back in 2014 and they have 3 kids together ... and based on this V-Day date, any talk of a split seems premature -- if not totally off base.

As for whether she'll walk down the aisle again, Kim tells James she ain't sure ... and knows it'll take a  very "special, unique person" to deal with her huge, epic life -- 'cause she realizes it's a massive commitment and doesn't take it lightly. Now, Kim says she's not desperate for love -- noting she isn't lonely with her 4 kids, her work, and family. Of course, she explains it'd be nice to share her life with someone.

Kim adds that while she's the biggest hopeless romantic out there, she knows what a real relationship is, especially since she's done the marriage thing three times now -- so as for the rumors she's dating OBJ, it looks like she's being cautious and taking it slow.

With that said ... they were last seen out together at the Fanatics Party at the Marquee Dayclub in the Cosmopolitan the past weekend. Even though they were tying to stay on the DL, we peeped them at a bash ... where Kim and OBJ went in for a hug, albeit a slight one.

Chilli isn't letting Usher's bombshells ruin her good mood -- 'cause she's moved on with Matthew Lawrence, and couldn't care less about her ex's harsh feelings over a rejection.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the TLC singer-songwriter isn't giving a second thought to a new story that came out today, where Usher revealed he proposed to Chilli way back in the day -- while they were still dating -- and instead ... she's enjoying a vacay in Jamaica with her new man, celebrating his 44th birthday.

We're told Chilli and Matt are down in Sandals Dunn’s River where they hit up local hot spots, enjoying the island's natural beauty and even partaking in an intimate candlelight dinner. It seems Usher's over those issues though ... as tied the knot with his longtime partner Jennifer Goicoechea on Super Bowl Sunday with his mother acting as a witness.

As for Chilli ... she and Matthew Lawrence are pretty dang serious at this point -- with Chilli telling us last March that she was really hoping to marry ML ... but they ain't there just yet.

The two, of course, then partied the night away ... hitting multiple clubs in Vegas throughout the night.

In fact, they were seen nuzzling up against each other so tightly at one of the postgame events ... Travis' big bro, Jason Kelce, called them "two people in love."

Not the best timing on Valentine's Day ... "Hot Ones" host Sean Evans and porn star Melissa Stratton broke up less than 24 hours after their relationship made headlines.

Sources close to Melissa tell TMZ … Sean called her up on Valentine's Day and broke up with her, telling her he wanted to call it quits because of the media attention they were getting.

We're told Sean expressed to Melissa he wanted to keep his love life more under wraps.

Our sources say Melissa found Sean's reasoning odd for a few reasons ... he knew what she did for a living when they started seeing each other and he invited her to multiple public events in Las Vegas leading up to the Super Bowl, and took photos with her.

TMZ was first to report on Sean and Melissa's relationship after she shared a series of photos with him at Super Bowl LVIII.

We broke the story Monday afternoon, and he broke up with her the following day.

Our sources say Sean was fine with Melissa posting photos of them from their Super Bowl adventures in Las Vegas ... another reason she was caught off guard here.

We're told Melissa is sad things are over because she believed they really did have a genuine spark ... but she has a hunch Sean was feeling pressure from his side once their relationship went public.

Melissa had been posting a ton of photos of her and Sean all weekend across various social platforms of hers -- and in a lot of them ... they look awfully cozy ... almost couple-y, in fact.

As we previously reported, Swift hopped on a private jet to make it from her "Eras" tour stop in Tokyo to Las Vegas for Sunday's kickoff ... and Kelce returned the favor with smooches on the field right after the Chiefs beat the 49ers in overtime.

Kelce also let Tay Tay know just how much she means to him ... and you can hear him call her a cute pet name.

"You're the best," Kelce said. "The absolute best, baby!"

Travis Kelce's enjoyed a bunch of professional perks since he started dating Taylor Swift, but it hasn't been all rainbows and butterflies ... the superstar TE was forced to move after overzealous fans camped out in front of his crib.

Kelce's big bro, Eagles center Jason Kelce, told the story on "The Big Podcast with Shaq" this week ... after The Big Fella asked the future Hall of Fame center about their newfound fame since Trav and T.S. hooked up.

"It's crazy what it opens up, opportunity-wise. It's crazy to feel how much joy you bring people or how much you affect people's daily lives," Jason told the NBA legend.

Now here's the but.

Kelce continued, "It has drawbacks, for sure and Travis knows more than I do."

That's when the 7x Pro Bowler revealed the reason behind Travis upgrading homes last October (he moved into a $6 million, 6 bed, 6 bath, 16,000 sq. ft. place), saying fans, who weren't invited, were basically camping outside his house, literally forcing him to move.

"He had to completely move out of his house," Jason said, "People were just staying by his house."

Unfortunately, not even the new place, with added security measures, was enough.

"The first day he moved into the new house, in a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house."

Thankfully, no one has seemingly wanted to cause them harm ... but it's clear the Kelce's are still adjusting to their newfound fame outside of the NFL.

"The Taylor World and the pop culture world, that's a whole different level. It's a new demographic that wasn't there before," Jason said.

Sadly, Taylor's no stranger to overzealous fans. She's dealt with over a dozen stalkers, most recently including a man named David Crowe, who showed up to her NYC pad multiple times, despite being arrested.

Nitish tells us Tay Tay and TK seemed to be having the times of their lives ... and looking like they're in the honeymoon phase of their relationship.

While the singer and football player commanded the spotlight all night, Nitish says Taylor and Travis wanted to just have a normal night out in public with friends, family and teammates.

It's kinda the exact opposite of Taylor's last relationship -- looking at you, Joe Alwyn -- and that might be one reason why this is all working so well.
