Bindi Irwin Judge Rejects 'DWTS' Contract No Proof Her Dad Died
Bindi Irwin is caught in a tangled legal web ... her "Dancing with the Stars" contract just got rejected because a judge needs proof her dad is dead.
Lawyers for the show submitted a minor's contract to an L.A. Superior Court judge ... it's required because Bindi is 17. Her mom Terri signed a form stating she gives up all rights to any money her daughter will make on the show.
Here's the rub. For some reason the judge wants the same release from Bindi's dad, the late Steve Irwin. The judge said without proof of Steve giving up his rights to Bindi's money, "the court is unable to find that it is in the best interest of the minor to be bound by the terms of the contract."
It's unclear if the judge is unaware Steve died in 2006, or if she's just a stickler for a death certificate.
We're told lawyers for the show will do what it takes to get the judge to sign off. When she does, here's Bindi's deal:
-- a guarantee of $125k
-- by making it to weeks 3 and 4 she gets an additional $10k per week
-- week 5 gets her another $15,000
-- weeks 6 and 7 she gets $20k a week
-- weeks 8 and 9 she gets $30k a week
-- and if she makes it to 10 and 11 she gets $50,000 a week
Bindi has made it through week 8, so her total so far is $230k, and still going strong.
Bindi Irwin & Derek Hough So Excited We Could Fart!!
Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough have rumors brewin' ... 'cause during "Dancing with the Stars" it sounded like one of 'em let a celebration fart rip.
At the end of Monday night's results show, Bindi and Derek found out they were safe. Derek promptly scooped up his 17-year-old partner and you can clearly hear the alleged toot. It's unclear just who done it, but it sounds way too much like a didgeridoo to not at least bring Bindi in for questioning.
But hey, if all else fails ... blame a dingo.
Bindi Irwin & Derek Hough I Had The Time of My Life
Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough got soaked practicing their latest routine for "Dancing with the Stars."

Bindi and Derek are already in the lead on the scoreboard ... and they're not going anywhere.
Dancing's Maksim Chmerkovskiy 'Hope Solo's a Sh**ty Person'
Maksim Chmerkovskiy HATES Hope Solo -- and is now blasting his former "Dancing with the Stars" partner as a "sh**ty person" and a liar who made his life a living hell.
Maksim and Hope were partners on the show back in 2011 -- and left on horrible terms ... with Solo later making claims in her book that M.C. slapped her in the face during rehearsals.
But moments ago, Maksim fired back on "Allegedly" -- a podcast hosted by Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss -- in which he denies the allegations and rips into the Team USA soccer star.
"She's just a sh**ty person," Maksim says. "You can have a sh**ty life growing up ... but if you're a bad person, there's no excuse for that."
Check out the clip -- Chmerkovskiy was asked to play a round of "F, Marry, Kill" ... and spoiler alert, Hope ain't gettin' a diamond ring from Maks anytime soon.

Sources closely involved tell us Kim was not given a heads up that she would be cut -- and was only told she needed to Skype in during the show to provide an update on her health.
As we reported ... Kim is still in Atlanta recovering from the mini-stroke (TIA) she suffered last week. We're told she really wanted to dance, and even practiced with her partner Tony Dovolani. Ultimately doctors wouldn't allow her to fly back to L.A.
But rules are rules ... and 'DWTS' says theirs say a competitor must withdraw if he/she has to skip a performance. Kim was hit with that bombshell while Skyping.
There's already a social media push to bring Kim and Tony back next week. We're told Kim is upset producers didn't use a video of her practice session to score her this week ... which they did in the past for Melissa Rycoft in season 8.

Kim Zolciak Loses It On Delta ... After 'DWTS' Fail
Kim Zolciak went nuts at LAX Monday night, claiming Delta was trying to separate her from her luggage -- but the trouble really started when she kinda bombed on 'Dancing with the Stars."
Kim was irate ... it appears she checked in for her flight at the last minute and the ticket agent said it was too late to check luggage.
Kim, who's on "Dancing with the Stars," protested, saying she has a lot of expensive stuff that could get lost. One of her people also went ballistic ... apparently he didn't get a boarding pass.
She went on Twitter to express her displeasure.
Kim's people tell us the mix-up was all over boarding passes ... that Delta couldn't find them for her daughter and hairstylist on the 10:10 PM flight. She says they all got re-booked on the 11:45 PM flight, but then her daughter got bumped to the wait list. Kim's rant was effective -- everyone eventually ended up getting on the 11:45 PM.
Apparently the folks at Delta didn't see the 'DWTS' premiere. If they had, they might have expected her to have a short fuse.
