DWTS Hunk on Lawsuit: WTF?

A man filed a lawsuit today claiming Cristian had a car dealership meltdown and ran him over, but Cristian didn't know about the suit -- then told us his insurance took care of it last year.

UPDATE: The lawyer for the guy suing de la Fuente saw this video and told us, "The case is not settled ... Mr. de la Fuente's comments to TMZ today suggest he knows he was at fault. If so, he should instruct his insurance company to properly compensate Mr. Kimura for his injuries."

'Dancing' Conspiracy to Eliminate Elizabeth?

Shannon Elizabeth doesn't think it was her fans or the judges that got her booted off -- but instead blamed her ousting on a "bigger force." And we know what it might be.

We're told the support staff at "DWTS" (think makeup and wardrobe) couldn't stand her diva ways. We're told everyone got worried when Cristian de la Fuente got injured because they figured that meant one more week of Shannon's bitchy attitude.

They were upset to see Derek finally go, but anything to get rid of Shannon.

Cristian de la Fuente Sued: From DWTS to SOB

TMZ has learned Cristian de la Fuente is being sued by a man who claims the injured hoofer ran him over after throwing a hissy fit at a Beverly Hills Porsche dealership.

According to the suit, which will be filed later this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, de la Fuente was at the car place on June 29, 2007, where he parked his car in the service department, blocking other customers.

The lawsuit claims he was asked to move the car, then "in a huff, jumped in his Audi and without looking, hastily put his vehicle into reverse and accelerated into the Plaintiff."

Kazuo Kimura claims he was "knocked to the ground and sustained serious injuries for which surgical intervention has been recommended."

The suit claims de la Fuente "showed no remorse" and "blamed the plaintiff for standing behind his vehicle and then refused to provide his license and insurance information."

The cops came and no citations were issued.

Calls to de la Fuente's rep were not immediately returned.

Injured Dancer Pulling Our Leg?

He showed up in a sling to rehearsals, but Cristian de la Fuente seemed to suggest his injury could be fake.

Broken Armed Dancer Pulling Our Leg?

Of course, he also said his face might be a mask and called Cheryl Burke hot ... so he was likely lying.

LiLo Cuts One with Snoop

Not what you think, but awesome nonetheless: Lindsay Lohan is recording tracks for her new album with none other than Snoop Dogg – and she's going to be on Motown Records? Does Mary Wilson know about this?

Fox News reports that Lindz has in fact dropped a song for the new disc with his Snoopness, and "insiders" say it sounds "amazing." Timbaland and Pharrell are also helping to produce tracks for the album, which is apparently going to be released on Motown Records, because Lohan definitely fits the race bill there.

Lil' sis Ali is also already in the studio – the one at the age-appropriate Palms Hotel in Vegas.

Cher Was "So Crazy" for Tom, World Explodes

What in the name of Xenu is going on here? Cher's decided to rip the sheets off a romance that probably would've been best left covered: A fling with Tom Cruise. Shudder.

The diva tells Oprah, according to Vegas Confidential, on an upcoming show that she and Cruise had a "long date" when he was 23 and she was 39, and that she "lived in his apartment" in New York. Cher even says that Tom was "a shy boy" when they hooked up.

"He was so wonderful ... And he was so, like, different," says Cher.

"Dancing's" Karina and Mario Still Mambo-ing

Karina Smirnoff says that she and Mario Lopez might be going through "ups and downs" but that they are "totally fine."

She's not moving out, she tells Us, but oddly she tells the mag that they would be the first to know if she did. (Really? Before Mario? Interesting.) And if this isn't a violins-backed, passionate proclamation of love, we don't know what is: "[Mario] is a great guy, and I support him 100 percent, I know he supports me."

Who said romance was dead?

Party Favors: Tatyana Wants "Dancing" for the Buff ... Kathy Griffin Got Canned on "Hannah"? ... Edie Kept Cancer Under Wraps

Tatyana Ali – yep, lil' Ashley Banks on "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" – tells CYInterview.com that she'd be perfect for "Dancing with the Stars": "Everybody comes out totally buff ... I love to dance. I think it'd be fun." ... Kathy Griffin tells EW that she thinks she got axed from a spot on "Hannah Montana" when she said "Suck it, Jesus" on national TV. Mouse House says it was a casting decision. ... Edie Falco tells Health magazine that she kept her breast cancer in 2003 completely secret from her co-stars on "The Sopranos" because she couldn't deal with all the questions. Sounds a little like Tony.

"DWTS" -- Deaf and Numb

Cristian de la Fuente thinks the ruptured tendon in his left arm is comparable to the fact that Marlee Matlin is deaf.

DWTS -- Deaf and Numb

He told Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris that if he were voted on to the next round, he would power through his injury, saying, "Weeks ago, a deaf woman took the chance of dancing. I can dance."

If only he were mute.

Cristian in the House

Cristian de la Fuente showed up for the taping of tonight's "Dancing With the Stars" wearing a brace on his left arm.

He is on stage with his partner, Cheryl Burke, but so far no indication as to whether he can continue. Spies tell us they are walking around looking "very sad, acting like they might go."

Stay tuned.

De la Fuente Will be Shot in Bed!

Cristian de la Fuente will appear on "Dancing" tonight, but our spies say it won't be live in the studio. Our spies say producers are trying to microwave an appearance from his hospital bed.

UPDATE: We have received complaints from TMZ users who think we're saying that Cristian will be put in a microwave and cooked like popcorn. It's a whole technical thing. Don't you worry your pretty little heads.

Cristian de la Fuente MIA

Our spies say Cristian de la Fuente is a no-show one hour before "Dancing" airs. He's still in the hospital, waiting on MRI results.

We're told his partner, Cheryl Burke, is in the studio now, sans partner. And Def Leppard is taping a segment for the live show. They didn't get it right the first time so the band is re-taping. BTdubs, they're lip syncing ... poorly.

Will Cristian Be the Only One to Go?

Sources tell TMZ that if Cristian de la Fuente can't continue on "Dancing With the Stars," he might not be the only person to leave the show tonight.

We're hearing there is still no sign of him on the set today and that surgery is "likely." If Cristian withdraws from the show, they still might give the boot to whoever got the lowest vote total -- if it isn't Cristian.

So it's quite possible "DWTS" could send two people packing tonight.

Stay tuned ...

No Sign of Cristian Yet

If Cristian de la Fuente's parking space is any indication, he'll be a no-show for "Dancing with the Stars" tonight.

A spy on the lot where "DWTS" films just checked in -- according to them, no sign of Cristian's ride so far.

Stay tuned ...

Cristian Will Likely Say Hasta Luego

Spies at "Dancing with the Stars" tell TMZ Cristian de la Fuente suffered a really gnarly injury and will likely pull out of the competition.

The spies say surgery is now a real option. He's set to see a specialist this morning. We're told the producers and dancers will meet at the CBS lot -- where the show is taped -- at 10:00 AM for a status update.

Stay tuned.

"Dancing" Stars: Better Him Than Me!

Cristian de la Fuente was rushed to the hospital with a severe muscle injury -- but that didn't stop the other "Dancing" fools from getting their regular Monday night party on.

Dancing Stars: Better Him Than Me!

Not ones to let a little a trip to the ER bring them down, Christian's partner, Cheryl Burke, along with Karina Smirnoff and Mario all went out for a great time at Villa afterwards. Maybe they sent flowers.

Cristian and partner Cheryl Burke were doing their second dance of the evening when, suddenly, in the middle of the routine, de la Fuente did something to his forearm -- a muscle pull or something like that. They finished the dance, but quickly cut to a commercial break. When they came back from commercial, the pair was judged on the performance up to the point of injury.

The couple scored 21 for the dance -- the lowest score of the night.

No word on whether Cristian can continue in the competition.
