'Dancing' Stars -- Tea Bag for Two?!

Before Tony Dovolani and Maksim Chmerkovskiy inject their brute masculinity into the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom ... the duo takes part in a very secret ritual -- a little tea party.

Sources close to the show tell TMZ, Tony and Maks turn over a new leaf before every performance -- but it ain't your average brew.

We're told Maks' favorite drink is a white tea infused with blueberries ... and Tony prefers a sweet herbal tea with notes of caramel ... both from a company called Dr. Tea's.

The two ballroom pros are known for keeping things steamy.

The Sitch's Pad -- Zero-Tolerance Loudmouth Policy

The Situation can forget about throwing "Jersey Shore"-style ragers at the swanky L.A. bachelor pad he's got his eye on -- TMZ has learned ... the apartment complex has a zero-tolerance noise policy.

According to sources at The Palazzo, residents are required to sign a no-noise agreement before they move in -- and if they get even one complaint after that ... it's eviction time, no excuses.

Strict noise policy aside, the joint is pretty sweet -- we're told they have a Saturday brunch by the pool and also boast a fully functioning spa.

The place costs $5,300 a month -- but as we previously reported, "DWTS" would foot the bill if Sitch decides to chisel in.

The Situation -- He Shore Found a Nice Apartment

When The Situation decided to go apartment hunting in Los Angeles, he picked out a place with the most guido-sounding name he could find -- The Palazzo. Ay-oh!

But in all seriousness ... The Palazzo is a giant, swanky apartment community the size of a small city that happens to be located right near the CBS lot where "Dancing with the Stars" shoots. We're told he had his eyes on a unit that ran more than $5k per month ... but no sweat off his brow -- "DWTS" picks up the tab.

And the best part -- he doesn't have to share a bathroom with Angelina!

Mark Ballas on Bristol Palin: What, Me Worry?

Some of Mark Ballas' comrades on "Dancing with the Stars" tell TMZ ... Marky Mark has been grousing that his partner, Bristol Palin, has been missing so many practices that his performance with her could be downright embarrassing.

Our sources tell us Mark canceled Monday's rehearsal because of a party for his mother. But Bristol canceled Tuesday because she had committed to giving a speech. And Bristol canceled Wednesday because her son, Tripp, was ill. And she was only able to practice a half day on Thursday.

Some members of the cast tell us ... Mark is worried the newbie just won't cut it when the show premieres a week from Monday.

But there's another side to this story ... sources connected with the show tell us Mark was really happy with Bristol's progress on Friday and they will be practicing the entire weekend and every day next week until the first live TV show.

On the bright side, if Bristol falls flat, she could get appointed to some position in Wasilla.

Pam Anderson Implants Herself in Global Dancing Tour

Pam Anderson is still parlaying her "Dancing with the Stars" stint into cold, hard cash -- sources close to the show tell us Pam isn't just keeping up with her partner -- the two are planning a world tour.

0-m7wb0sb7

Pam's Season 10 partner Damian Whitewood tells TMZ, they already got the ball rolling with a recent appearance on Australia's "DWTS" -- but according to our sources, the duo's upcoming appearances across the planet aren't affiliated with the star-studded dancing competition.

As for how it got started -- we're told Pam's been getting offers to shake it on various TV shows in Japan, Israel, Australia and Europe ever since her stint on the show earlier this year ... and she decided, why not?

According to our sources, no contracts have been signed yet -- but we're told you can expect to catch the "Dancing" alums on the global circuit some time between now and the end of the year.

Levi -- Bristol Never Danced with Me!

Levi Johnston says he's totally shocked that Bristol Palin agreed to do "Dancing with the Stars" -- because dude tells us they never, ever danced while they were together ... not even once!

Despite their recent split, Levi claims he has "nothing but warm wishes" for Bristol on the show ... even though she'll be spending lots of quality body grinding time with another man ... Mark Ballas.

As for their kid -- Tripp has moved to Los Angeles with mommy while Levi works on his reality show in Wasilla, AK. In fact, a source close to Bristol tells us she's already hired a nanny to watch Tripp while she gets her practice on.

So far, it's unclear if Bristol can count on a vote from her ex when the competition begins.

Edyta -- 'Dancing' Stomped on My Career Plans

Hot-bodied professional dancer Edyta Sliwinska claims she's officially done with "Dancing with the Stars" -- telling TMZ she quit over a major disagreement with the show's producers.

Edyta -- who danced with the show since its first season in 2005 -- tells TMZ, "The producers' vision of what they wanted my career to be did not meet my expectations. They wanted my career to be the show. I can't be a dancer my whole life."

Edyta also claims she was bummed over the way producers dealt with her husband -- Season 1 champ Alec Mazo -- telling us, "I want to work more with my husband and [the producers] didn't make him a big part of the show or very involved."

As for Edyta's post-DWTS plans -- she tells us, "I am also going back to school to get my degree in Communications and Dance. I also have more projects that I want to work on."

However, a source close to the show tells TMZ Edyta is still under contract ... which means she just can't waltz away.

A rep for the show had no comment.

The Situation's Gonna Be Late to the 'Dance'

The Situation's "Dancing with the Stars" career has already hit a major setback -- TMZ has learned dude will get significantly less time to practice for the show ... all thanks to "Jersey Shore."

Sources connected to The Situation tell us the "stars" are scheduled to begin rehearsing on Monday -- but since Sitch still has serious "Jersey Shore" obligations (taping, appearances, etc) that dude won't be able to slip on his Capezios until at least September 8.

... and since it'll probably take a couple more days to shake that nasty "Jersey Shore" hangover ... who knows when Sitch could be ready to begin practicing for the September 20 premiere.

Bottom line -- Sitch will get almost half the prep time as Bristol Palin, Kurt Warner, David Hasselhoff and Audrina Patridge ... then again, he's the only one with a job.

So will Situation be hoisted by his own unitard? We gotta ask ...

'Dancing' Star Tony Dovolani -- Shave My Back, Bitch

The only thing smoother than Tony Dovolani's dance moves ... his freshly shaved back.

'Dancing' Star Tony Dovolani -- Shave My Back, Bitch

TMZ ran into the "Dancing with the Stars" dancer yesterday at the B2V Salon in Beverly Hills -- where the super nice two-stepper talked about his man grooming session ... and the possibility of Octomom Nadya Suleman being his dance partner on the upcoming season of the show.

Hopefully lightening won't strike twice for Tony ... he was paired up with another baby factory -- Kate Gosselin -- last time around.

Carol Brady to Mark Ballas Who's Yo Daddy?

If Mark Ballas makes one false move on the dance floor, his dad will be only a Texas two-step away from meting out discipline -- because we've learned Mark's father is returning to "Dancing with the Stars."

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... 49-year-old Corky Ballas -- a retired professional ballroom dancer -- will partner up with 76-year-old Florence Henderson beginning September 20.

It won't be the first time Mark will compete against his pop -- Corky partnered up with Cloris Leachman on the show back in 2008.

Octomom: I Was Born to Dance

Octomom Nadya Suleman may have been a stranger to the rhythm method in the past, but now she's embracing it for a shot at "Dancing with the Stars."

Octomom's legal eagle, Jeff Czech, tells TMZ, "Nadya is in top physical shape. She has been working out for months. She has had a strong interest in dance and 'Dancing with the Stars' is one of the few shows that she takes time to watch."

Czech adds, "She'd love to do it."

Our spies at "Dancing" tell us Nadya is not on their short list. We're thinkin' she should be ... because at the very least she's got a built-in audience at home.

TMZ Live: Lohan, Joe Francis, and Octomom

We took your questions on everything -- including Lindsay Lohan back behind the wheel, Heidi and Spencer contemplating couples counseling, and Octomom Nadya Suleman interested in doing 'Dancing with the Stars.'

Plus: Joe Francis' gambling discount ... and the fire alarm goes off for the second day in a row.

'DWTS' Might Have a Situation on Its Hands

The apocalypse is nigh -- TMZ has learned The Situation is desperately trying to expand his empire ... entering into secret negotiations to appear on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars."

Nothing's official yet -- but according to sources close to the reality star, the deadline for negotiations is Monday ... so we should have a definite answer by then.

The Sitch's manager, Mike Petolino, begs to differ, telling TMZ, "There are no plans for DWTS at this moment."

Troy Aikman I'm Doing 'Dancing with the Stars'

Following in the rhinestone capezios of his former Dallas Cowboys teammate Emmitt Smith -- legendary QB Troy Aikman told us last night that he's officially on board for the next season of "Dancing with the Stars."

0-av8sewem

Troy was leaving Red O restaurant in L.A. when he broke the news.

It's pretty unusual for a celeb to spill the beans before ABC makes its official announcement ... so if he was being serious, there might be some hell to pay down the line.

Calls to ABC have not yet been returned.

UPDATE: Apparently, Troy was kidding ... and posted the following message on his Twitter page -- "I will not be on DWTS ... interferes with American Idol auditions."

Erin Andrews' #1 Fantasy Pick -- Total Shocker!

Either Erin Andrews must have some CRAZY inside information ... or she's just frickin' crazy ... because the ESPN reporter just told us that the #1 fantasy football pick in 2010 should be ...

Prosecutors Mulling Over Erin Andrews Case

The U.S. Attorney is now deciding whether to charge the man who threatened Erin Andrews with violent emails with making criminal threats.

TMZ broke the story ... a man in Newport News, Virginia sent a series of threatening/violent emails last March to "The Dan Patrick Show," directed at the ESPN star. Among them:

- "I hope she gets shot in the face. I would love to see if she can dance away from a hail of gunfire. That would really make my day."

- "I'm one in a million. She'll never see me coming."

- "Somebody should shoot her in the face."

Sources tell us the FBI went to the suspect's house and spoke with his dad, who explained his son -- who is in his 30's -- had serious health and mental issues. Sources tell us the suspect had a stroke earlier in his life.

We're told the FBI forwarded the case to the U.S. Attorney 2 weeks ago for review, but so far no decision has been made.

One source close to the investigation tells us ... given the man's mental status, it's "doubtful" criminal charges will be filed.

The FBI and U.S. Attorney's Office had no comment.
