Romancing Rachel Uchitel - Coming to TV

There's a story out there that Tiger Woods' Mistress #1 -- Rachel Uchitel -- is hitting a Vegas dance studio so she can be on the next installment of "Dancing with the Stars" ... but TMZ has learned Rachel has become far more entrepreneurial and is pitching her very own reality show.

Sources tell TMZ Rachel, along with two producers and an agent, have gone to 4 different cable networks, pitching a show called "Romancing Rachel." We're told the premise is that Rachel has a hard time meeting guys, given what's been going on with her. The pitch -- watch Rachel try to find true love ... with single guys.

We're told Rachel was in L.A. earlier this month and pitched the show -- along with her producing entourage -- to E!, VH1, Oxygen and Lifetime. We're told Lifetime and E! have passed, but VH1 and Oxygen are still in play.

As for Rachel's entourage -- one of the producers is Scott Jeffress, who produced "Jersey Shore," "The Bachelor" and a bunch of other shows.

As for "DWTS" ... we're told Rachel isn't taking dance lessons to get on the show. She just wants a new hobby.

Cal Ripken: I'll Never Dance with the Stars!

Baltimore Orioles legend Cal Ripken Jr. claims he belongs on a ball field -- not in a ballroom.

In an interview with CYInterview.com, Ripken was asked if he ever had any interest in becoming the first baseball player to appear on "Dancing with the Stars" -- to which he responded, "probably not."

The Orioles legend admits to having "two left feet"... and although he accomplished almost every imaginable milestone during his 21-year career, he is still "uncomfortable with the attention away from the field."

Sorry, Tom Bergeron.

Kate Gosselin Shacks Up with President Obama

Kate Gosselin and President Barack Obama are sharing some very close quarters -- TMZ has learned the Prez and the reality star are kicking back at the same Beverly Hills hotel.

Kate -- and her 8 -- are staying at the swanky Beverly Wilshire hotel for "Dancing with the Stars" -- and we're told the kids enjoyed a relaxing Monday at the pool with their nanny while Kate prepped for last night's show.

Meanwhile, Prez Obama's in town until Wednesday to lend his support to Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) during her campaign for re-election.

The hotel tells TMZ it's currently on "heightened security" -- as in total lockdown -- but no word on who's getting the special protection ... Kate or Barack.

Aiden Turner It Was an Accidental Motorboat!

"Dancing with the Stars" contestant Aiden Turner is finally explaining that whole motorboating thing -- explaining how he tried to go for Edyta's neck, but "her breasts were right in front of me."

The question is ...

Jon & Kate Plus 8 - Part Deux?

Jon Gosselin is "definitely open" to co-starring with ex-wife Kate Gosselin on a new TV project -- with one big string attached ... TMZ has learned.

Jon's lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ "under the right circumstances" Jon would do a show with Kate, but "the contract would have to be tighter." He did not elaborate, but we're guessing it has something to do with the way TLC cleaned Jon's clock in court.

List did not say what type of show he'd like to do, but said having Jon and Kate around the kids more would be a definite plus.

List says Jon would "love to settle" the latest legal dispute he ignited. TMZ broke the story that Jon filed legal papers asking for primary custody and child support. But Jon will press on with the case, unless Kate gives up her "global commitments." According to List, Jon feels Kate can't have it both ways -- being both a star and an attentive parent.

List says he and Jon both feel Kate is "addicted to the paparazzi." He says even if Kate is booted from "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, he won't drop his custody case because Kate is "caught up in the glamour of Hollywood" and will take other jobs.

Now if Kate brings Jon along for the Hollywood tour, well apparently that's a whole other Oprah.

Erin Andrews On Edge Over Threats

Erin Andrews is dancing around the question -- whether she's frustrated with the FBI ... and she's sidestepping it because she needs the agency's help in arresting a guy who's threatening to kill her.

TMZ broke the story that Erin has been targeted with sexual and violent emails from a Newport News, Virginia man who recently wrote, "I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle."

As she went to a "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal Saturday we asked if she was angry at the Feds for not cuffing the 6'9" dude. It ain't hard to read between the lines.

Erin Andrews Gun Threat

TMZ has obtained another email targeting "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Erin Andrews, and it's the clearest sign yet that the man who wrote it is a potential threat.

TMZ broke the story that a man in Newport News, Virginia has been sending sexual and violent emails to ESPN's Andrews since September. The emails -- all sent to DirecTV's "The Dan Patrick Show" -- turned violent and threatening in late March.

On March 29, the man wrote, "I would like to see if Erin Andrews can dance her way through a hail of gunfire. Better yet I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle. Get the pun -- her stalker was mr. Barrett and the barrett rifle is an ultra expensive 50 cl. rifle with a range over a mile."

In spite of this email and others, law enforcement sources tell us the FBI is resistant to making an arrest, because authorities believe the author is engaging in free speech ... which is protected.

By the way, sources familiar with the author tell us he's 6'9" and very bulky.

'Dancing' Judge -- Kate Gosselin Is 'Crap'

"Dancing with the Stars" judge Bruno Tonioli just unloaded on Kate Gosselin, calling her ballroom skills "dreadful," "a catastrophe" and "crap" ... but added it's all "in a good way."

It all went down on "Lopez Tonight" where the judge also compared Kate to one of the most feared disasters of all time.

Gotta respect the honesty.

Jon Gosselin: I Voted for Kate

We've learned Jon Gosselin voted for Kate on "Dancing with the Stars" this week, but there may have been a serious ulterior motive.

Jon's lawyer, former U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he'll file legal papers -- probably in about two hours -- asking a judge to change the custody arrangement and award Jon primary physical custody of the 8 little ones.

List says Kate Gosselin has been farming out her parental responsibilities to an army of nannies in order to make it big in Hollywood. As List puts it, "You can't be a coast-to-coast primary parent."

List says Jon is ticked that Kate threw him out of the family guest house and replaced him with 3 nannies. He wants back as the Kato Kaelin of PA. The difference between Kate and OJ -- the only thing she's murdering is the Paso Doble.

As for "DWTS," List says he and Jon both cast their vote for Kate. In what we think is a related matter, List says he'll also ask the judge for child support since Jon wants primary custody while Kate is raking in the dough in H-Wood.

Pam Anderson The 'Get In My Pants' Dance

Pamela Anderson partied her face off last night after escaping elimination on "Dancing with the Stars" -- and judging by these photos ... someone was still in the mood for a little horizontal mambo after the show.

Pam went from the ballroom to the Guys and Dolls nightclub, where she shared the floor with her pro "Dancing" partner Damian Whitewood -- and then shared the inside of her mouth ... and some other personal areas ... with another unknown gentleman.

Kate Gosselin's Lean Jon's Mean

Kate Gosselin's lawyer says Jon Gosselin and his attorney are "mean-spirited" and "reckless" by suggesting she's become an absentee mom by appearing on "Dancing with the Stars."

Mark Momjian is reacting to TMZ's story, that Jon and his lawyer, Anthony F. List, will file legal papers asking for primary physical custody of the couple's 8 kids as well as child support.

Momjian says Jon's move is, "downright offensive and outrageous," adding, "Kate has been the primary parent of these kids since they day they were born." Momjian says "DWTS" is not interfering with her ability to parent, and that "she is devoted to her children."

And this parting shot from Momjian: "I can't believe anyone would take their claim serious, but consider what we're dealing with."

Jon Gosselin Goes After Kate in Court

Jon Gosselin thinks "Dancing with the Stars" is damaging his kids, thanks to Kate Gosselin, and Jon now wants primary custody as well as spousal support from his ex ... TMZ has learned.

Jon's new lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he's going to court to ask for primary physical custody. List calls Kate, "an absentee mom," which he says is no surprise to anyone.

List expects to use "DWTS" as evidence that Kate does not spend "quality time with the 8 kids."

List also thinks Jon is getting screwed in the child support department, claiming "$20,000 a month is ridiculous."

In addition to primary custody, List says he's considering asking the judge to reverse the support obligation and make Kate pay Jon. He did not specify the amount.

Kate tells TMZ, "I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others."

Lysacek: I'll Protect Andrews With My Blade

Evan Lysacek is ready to use his ice skates as a weapon -- targeting the guy making death threats against "Dancing with the Stars" co-star Erin Andrews.

We got the two contestants leaving Industry after the show last night, where the Olympian said he'd "take him down with my skating blade" if he ever came face to face with the man who said "Somebody should shoot her [Andrews] in the face."

TMZ broke the story about the sexual and threatening emails, and the fact that the FBI is on the case.

Erin Andrews' Dad: Threats Make Me Wanna Puke

Erin Andrews' father says the death threats directed at his daughter make him sick ... so much so that he feels like "crying" and "throwing up."

Erin Andrews' Dad Threats Make Me Wanna Puke :: 0405_erin_andrews_audio_launch

Steve Andrews -- who appeared on the MJ Morning Show yesterday -- claims the FBI has already approached the man responsible for the threats ... but wouldn't comment on the status of the criminal investigation.

According to Steve, the emails won't have any effect on Erin's performance on "Dancing with the Stars" saying, "Erin is shaken, but she's tough."

Erin Andrews -- Emailer Talks 'Suicide Vest'

TMZ has more information on the emails a Newport News, Virginia man sent to ESPN's Erin Andrews ... and it's scary.

TMZ broke the story that sexual as well as violent emails targeting Erin have been sent to "The Dan Patrick Show" since last September.

Law enforcement sources have given TMZ specifics about the threats to Erin, who is currently a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars."

March 29, 2010 -- "Dear Dan: I hope Erin Andrews gets murdered in L.A."

March 26, 2010 -- "I hope she gets shot in the face. I would love to see if she can dance away from a hail of gunfire. That would really make my day."

March 14, 2010 -- "I would love to get close enough to her to show her my suicide vest."

And, sources say, there are emails that pose even more of a direct threat to Erin.

We are told the FBI knows the identity of the man who sent the emails. In fact, the man didn't even try hiding his identity in the emails.

Erin Andrews -- Death Threats

TMZ has learned Erin Andrews has been the target of several recent death threats, and the FBI is now on the case.

Our sources say three emails were sent to "The Dan Patrick Show" -- a sports talk show which airs on both radio and TV.

Sources tell us the emails -- sent on March 26, 29 and 30 from a man in Newport News, VA. -- are direct threats against Andrews. One reads, "Somebody should shoot her in the face."

A second email says, "I'm one in a million. She'll never see me coming."

TMZ has learned the FBI is now on the case. As for ESPN's Andrews, there is increased security on the set of "Dancing with the Stars."

Andrews was famously victimized by Michael David Barrett, who taped her through a peephole in several hotel rooms. He's been sentenced to 30 months in federal prison.

UPDATE: We are now told there are more than three emails that were sent to "The Dan Patrick Show" through its website.

UPDATE: Erin has appeared on Dan Patrick's show, but not on the days the emails were sent.
