Jeremy Renner was finally able to put an end to the weirdest custody/support battle in recent memory ... his estranged wife has agreed to a settlement, which Jeremy was willing to do all along.

The settlement includes both custody and child support involving their 2-year-old daughter Ava.

Under the terms of the settlement ... Jeremy will share 50/50 custody with Sonni Pacheco. She'll get $13k a month for child support. She gets no spousal support -- the marriage lasted only 10 months and there was a prenup.

Sonni's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in court Wednesday there could be more issues, but Jeremy's lawyer, Laura Wasser, rolled her eyes to the judge and said the case was fully resolved.

Rap mogul Damon Dash's ex-wife had the cops waiting for him at his house because her kid has been AWOL from school ... and she claims there's a more serious issue ... he's an abusive stoner with a history of domestic violence.

According to court docs ... Dash's ex, fashion designer Rachel Roy, wants his visitation rights taken away because she says he's an unfit father to daughters Ava and Tallulah.

Damon says she's using the kids as pawns and this is some kind of power play on his ex's part, but he's not specific as to what he believes she wants from him. He posted video showing the LAPD waiting for him last week, saying this is all just harassment on her part.

Roy makes other claims as well in her docs, saying Dash kidnapped their daughter from a nail salon. He says she's ridiculous because he's her dad and it's not kidnapping.

Barry Sanders is on a crusade for fathers' rights -- claiming dads often get the shaft in custody wars because the laws were written "in a time when mothers were the primary caregiver."

The NFL Hall of Famer wrote about the issue on his blog -- saying when he split with his wife in 2012, he secured a lawyer who specializes in "protecting the rights of men in divorce."

Sanders says he was able to reach a fair custody arrangement with his ex regarding their 3 young children -- but says, "There are plenty of horror stories out there of guys who go through a divorce and then rarely get to see their children."

His explanation -- "Despite that fact that men now often play a major role in raising children, many of the laws dealing with divorce were written in a time when mothers were the primary caregiver. Because of this, even great fathers can run into issues in the family courts when it comes to getting a fair parenting plan after the divorce."

He continues, "Family courts still tend to favor moms when it comes to custody."

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa have called a truce in their custody war ... and they've agreed to co-parent their son ... TMZ has learned.

You'll recall Amber and Wiz were at each other's throats, each calling the other a horrible parent and unfit to care for their 2-year-old son Sebastian.

But a song changed Amber's tune. She heard Wiz's new song, "See You Again," which appears on the "Furious 7" soundtrack. We're told here's what got to her:

How could we not talk about family when family's all that we got?
Everything I went through you were standing there by my side
And now you gonna be with me for the last ride

Our sources say Wiz asked Amber to listen to the song, and after she heard it she tearfully called him back and they agreed to work as parents to care for Sebastian.

Darius McCrary's ex-wife says she lied when she swore under oath he beat his kid.

Karrine "Superhead" Steffans filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- admitting she perjured herself when she joined forces with Darius' baby mama in a child support war over their young son. Karrine claimed she saw her ex beat the boy with a spoon.

But Karrine had a change of heart, and filed new legal docs saying she lied because she was "hurt and upset" over their divorce. Tell that to a judge in a perjury case.

Larry Johnson's first baby mama is coming to the ex-NBA star's defense -- telling TMZ Sports he's NOT a deadbeat dad ... claiming he doesn't owe her a dime.

We broke the story ... Johnson -- who made more than $80 million in his NBA career -- filed for bankruptcy and in official docs he listed 4 of his baby mamas as creditors, stemming from back child support payments.

But Dronda Gillam -- who has a 22-year-old son with L.J. -- says there must've been a mistake ... because she NEVER went after Larry for child support ... ever.

"We have a great relationship. I've never had a problem with him over money," Gillam says.

"He’s always been supportive. We never had anything set up through the court system because we didn't need that."

She adds, "He's a really great guy. He just fell on tough times."

Jeremy Renner's estranged wife threatened to release intimate videos of him if he ever went back on his promise to help her get a green card ... this according to legal docs Jeremy just filed.

Renner is in the middle of a bitter child custody fight over their nearly 2-year-old daughter Ava. Sonni Pacheco's gunning for primary custody of their child and wants more than $13K a month in child support.

Jeremy has been sharing 50/50 custody since they split up in December.

In Jeremy's new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Jeremy says Sonni repeatedly admitted she married him to get a green card and financial stability. He claims she repeatedly told their roommate Jeremy should be nice to her and not fight her on the green card or money issues or she'd release the embarrassing videos to TMZ ... By the way, TMZ never spoke with her and we wouldn't post such videos.

Jeremy says there are multiple issues of bad parenting on Sonni's part, the worst of which was back in September when he was on location and she left their kid alone in the house for 15 minutes. She went in an Uber to party and never checked to see if someone was at home to care for Ava.

Their roommate filed a declaration saying Sonni smokes and drinks and in fact stopped breast feeding because she felt guilty she was drinking alcohol.

The roommate also claims Sonni did coke during a vacation right after Ava was born.

We've reached out to Sonni's reps, so far no word back.

Tyrese's notion that his ex is kidnapping their kid won't fly ... according to the judge who ordered Norma Gibson be allowed to take their daughter to the Middle East.

Monday morning a judge instructed Tyrese to hand over the passport of their 7-year-old daughter, Shayla, so that Norma can take her to Israel for two weeks over spring break.

Last week, Tyrese tried to block the March 27th trip through the courts because he argued as an Israeli citizen Norma is allowed to stay permanently, but she fired back saying international law ensures why she'll bring Shayla back safe and sound.

We're told Norma has agreed to share all of the travel details with Tyrese but remains adamant ... she's tied to L.A. and any notion she's a flight risk is absurd.

Ludacris' baby mama is not going down without a fight ... she claims he railroaded her in their custody battle by keeping BIG secrets from the judge.

As we reported, Tamika Fuller lost custody of their 1-year-old daughter back in January. She now claims in legal docs she deserves a second bite of the apple because Luda didn't tell hizzoner his new wife is pregnant and he's such a bad parent he's getting a nanny to do the heavy lifting.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes want nothing to do with each other ... to the point they don't speak to one another, even about Suri.

Sources close to both Tom and Katie tell us they do not communicate at all. There are no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing, etc. -- is handled through intermediaries.

Our sources say there are bad feelings on both sides, and no desire on either Tom or Katie's part to mend fences.

As for Suri ... sources close to Tom say he's still involved in his daughter's life, although he hasn't seen her in months because he's been in London shooting "Mission Impossible 5." Production wrapped last Thursday and our Tom sources say he's coming back to L.A. and will see Suri when he returns.

On the Katie side we're told she's dissatisfied with Tom's involvement in their daughter's life ... that it hasn't been enough.

And there's this ... we've been told there is some sort of relationship between Katie and Jamie Foxx. Our Tom sources wouldn't comment on the relationship, but say Tom has been concerned in the past with other boyfriends because of a possible negative influence on Suri.

Tyrese is worried sick his ex-wife is going to take their child away from him permanently by fleeing to Israel.

He filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he pleads with a judge to put the brakes on Norma Gibson's decision to vacation in Israel with 7-year-old Shayla. Norma is an Israeli citizen and under the law she's allowed to stay in Israel permanently ... the country won't do anything to help the other parent.

Tyrese tried to get Norma to sign a contract promising to return Shayla by a certain date and if she violated the deal she'd lose custody. Norma refused to sign.

Wiz Khalifa and Tyga's exes refuse to take a back seat to them when it comes to making exotic dancer support payments (just sounds classier) -- cause Amber Rose and Blac Chyna went big in an L.A. strip club.

The girls hit up Ace of Diamonds in Hollywood Monday night ... the same club where Wiz went crazy a few weeks earlier. Once inside, Amber and BC bumped and grinded with some of their ex comrades-in-lucite.

Our sources say both women were paid for their appearance at AoD -- though it's unclear how much ... some of it went back to the employees. We're told they rained $10K on the strippers ... right on par with what Wiz and his crew spent.

Ludacris' baby mama is taking drastic measures to regain custody of their 1-year-old daughter ... SHE GOT A JOB!!!

According to our sources, Tamika Fuller took losing custody of daughter Cai to Ludacris very hard ... and is trying to get her life in order to gear up for an appeal of their custody arrangement.

Step one, we're told, is Tamika landed a gig in the hospitality industry ... and she's working nights, 40 hours per week to make enough money to support herself and Cai.

Meanwhile a more immediate court battle is looming. We're told Luda wants to take Cai out of the country on vacation, but Tamika thinks their daughter is too young for that kind of travel.

Wiz Khalifa believes in the motto, "If you don't succeed ..." because he threw a belated birthday party for Sebastian and this time the kid showed.

Wiz threw the bash at his home in Silver Lake Thursday. It was almost a carbon copy of the party he tried hosting last weekend, when Amber and 2-year-old Sebastian were no-shows.

Amber was not present this time around, which apparently was just fine with Wiz. He used his custody time to bring friends and family together to celebrate the BD.

Here's the good news ... Amber's name wasn't even mentioned, which is at least one small step in lowering the volume in what has become a super-bitter custody war.

The party was pirate-themed, so it's too bad Amber didn't show. Imagine her walking the plank.

Amber Rose wouldn't let Wiz Khalifa throw a birthday party with their kid -- according to Wiz -- so he settled for a wild party with strippers.

According to our strip club sources -- and these photos we obtained -- Wiz was droppin hundos Monday night alongside Snoop Dogg and Ty Dolla $ign at L.A.'s Ace Of Diamonds.

We're told the crew let tens of thousands slip through the g-string adorned cracks that night.

This probably won't help Wiz win his war with Amber -- or earn him a parent of the year award.

Jeremy Renner has fired back at his estranged wife who filed for divorce, making it clear that there are no real issues, so why is she fighting so fiercely?

Renner filed legal docs in which he asks for joint custody of their kid. Sonni Pacheco is asking for primary custody, even though they've been sharing 50/50 custody of 23-month-old Ava since their split late last year.

Jeremy also makes it clear in his papers, filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser, there's a prenup and his earnings are his and his alone. He wants the prenup enforced, and that's that.

Sonni has made a bunch of claims, including an allegation that Jeremy's house is not safe for Ava, but we're told Sonni had no complaints when she lived in the house the entire time they were married.

Sonni's legal docs also suggest Jeremy's not anteing up in the child support department, even though we're told he's been paying her since they split.
