Francesca Eastwood won't face prosecution after her recent felony domestic violence arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the D.A. decided in October not to prosecute the case -- citing insufficient evidence.

We're told the alleged victim in the case -- Francesca's boyfriend -- would not cooperate with law enforcement and turned down medical treatment ... so, the D.A.'s office isn't prosecuting.

Arnold Schwarzenegger hosted some law enforcement personnel on Thanksgiving ... though he wasn't expecting them when the day started.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD responded to a call that a bomb had been placed in the actor-turned-politican's mailbox at his L.A.-area home.

We're told cops rushed to the home and searched the mailbox and surrounding area ... but, they did not find an explosive device.

Diddy Bail Request Denied ... Can't Assure Safety Of Community

Diddy is staying behind bars ... after a judge just ruled his bail is denied because no conditions can assure the safety of the community.

In his decision, filed Wednesday the judge in the case wrote there is a serious risk of witness tampering and direct evidence of Combs' violence ... pointing to the infamous 2016 video of Diddy beating Cassie and subsequent text messages with her.

In the texts, included in the judge's decision, Cassie wrote to Diddy about her injuries ... adding he was "sick for thinking it's OK to do what you've done."

The NFL has removed New England Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers off its commissioner's exempt list amid his ongoing legal battle ... meaning he'll be allowed to rejoin his teammates immediately.

News of Peppers' reinstatement broke on Monday ... more than a month after he was taken into custody for allegedly getting physical with his girlfriend during a dispute.

According to court docs, the woman claimed Peppers, 29, choked her several times and pushed her head against the wall.

Erik and Lyle Menendez don't appear to be getting out of prison before the holidays ... because their upcoming resentencing hearing has been delayed.

The Menendez Brothers joined a status hearing Monday in Van Nuys from the San Diego area prison where they are serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole. They tried to join by video, but encountered technical issues and had to listen in over the phone ... but never spoke.

The Menendez Brothers are taking their first big step toward possibly getting out of prison ... and their family is feeling good about their chances ahead of Monday's hearing.

We caught up with Bryan Freedman, the attorney representing Erik and Lyle Menendez's family, this morning outside the Van Nuys Courthouse, where he expressed optimism regarding their case ... teasing "some developments" are likely to come through after the controversial siblings appear, by Zoom, in court.

Watch the video, Freedman made it clear he was "feeling good," confidently predicting "success" for Erik and Lyle in their bid for release.

Kim Foxx is feeling vindicated by the Illinois State Supreme Court's decision to overturn Jussie Smollett's conviction ... saying she still believes her office made the right call by offering him a plea deal.

The Cook County State's Attorney joined us on "TMZ Live" for an interview Thursday -- hours after Illinois' Supreme Court overturned Jussie's conviction because he agreed to a plea deal two years earlier -- and, she says she's not surprised by the court's decision.

Foxx says she took criminal procedure during her first year of law school ... so she understands double jeopardy -- and knew immediately Jussie's conviction in 2021 would be overturned.

Jussie Smollett He's Guilty, But Court Was Right To Overturn ... Osundairo Brothers Say

Jussie Smollett's guilty in his hate crime hoax case, but the Illinois Supreme Court was still right to overturn his conviction ... at least according to the Osundairo brothers, whose testimony was critical in convincing a jury to convict him.
