Boyd Tinsley is facing new legal woes -- 'cause the famous violinist was arrested for DUI after allegedly having a run-in with another car ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the Dave Matthews Band alum was busted Monday in Rio, VA after officers responded to a 2-vehicle crash. We're told cuffs were slapped on Boyd after about 20 minutes ... this after cops say they suspected he was driving under the influence.
Obviously, the narrative's a bit murky -- but we've got video of Tinsley interacting with police on the scene, and have more of an understanding of what might've happened here.

Chandler Jones Cuts Plea Deal In Dom. Violence Case
Chandler Jones reached a deal with prosecutors this month to close out his domestic violence case ... and, for now, the former NFL star has dodged jail time.
According to Nevada court records, Jones reached the pact with Clark County prosecutors on June 17 -- agreeing to plead no contest to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. In exchange, the other misdemeanor DV charge he had been facing was dropped.
The 34-year-old was sentenced to 90 days behind bars -- though it was suspended ... and, according to the records, if the ex-pass rusher keeps his nose clean for the next six months, the case will be dropped entirely -- and he'll avoid jail time altogether.

The fan -- who wants to remain anonymous -- tells TMZ he stopped by the Cimetière de Monaco, a small exclusive cemetery in La Colle, Monaco, and tried to find the late actor's tombstone last week. He was looking for the burial site's unique marker ... a large family crest.

The Boeing saga has peaked -- now, federal prosecutors are reportedly recommending Uncle Sam go after the company in court ... and hold them accountable, legally.
According to multiple news outlets -- citing people familiar with the situation -- the feds are actively urging the senior Justice Department officials to criminally charge Boeing honchos for allegedly violating a settlement the aircraft giant struck back in 2021.
That agreement was something Boeing and the Justice Dept. came to terms over in connection to two fatal crashes from 2018 and 2019 ... and at the time, Boeing said they'd strictly abide by certain guidelines and terms to avoid a potential fraud charge.

Former wrestling star 2 Cold Scorpio -- who won a WCW Tag Team Championship with Buff Bagwell in the early 1990s -- was arrested on June 15 for violently stabbing a man during a gas station fight ... but he claims he was acting in self-defense.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the bloody incident happened at around 3:40 AM at a Love's Travel Stop in Kansas City, Mo.
Authorities say 2 Cold Scorpio -- aka Charles Scaggs -- told them he was working as a security guard at the store ... when he saw a man who had lit up a cigarette inside of the establishment.

A Los Angeles-area home belonging to NBA guard Talen Horton-Tucker was broken into earlier this week ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports cops believe the suspect made off with $170,000 in jewelry.
We're told the break-in -- or at least part of it -- was actually captured on camera ... showing the thief entering the property by jumping over a back fence -- before leaving out of one of the residence's side yards.

Check it out ... the deliveryman takes a picture of the package and starts to walk away ... and, then the race is on. One man from a white car jumps out, while another man from a different vehicle behind it opens his door ... and it's a foot race to the package from there.
