Boeing Feds Recommend Criminal Charges ... Over Safety Issues

The Boeing saga has peaked -- now, federal prosecutors are reportedly recommending Uncle Sam go after the company in court ... and hold them accountable, legally.

According to multiple news outlets -- citing people familiar with the situation -- the feds are actively urging the senior Justice Department officials to criminally charge Boeing honchos for allegedly violating a settlement the aircraft giant struck back in 2021.

That agreement was something Boeing and the Justice Dept. came to terms over in connection to two fatal crashes from 2018 and 2019 ... and at the time, Boeing said they'd strictly abide by certain guidelines and terms to avoid a potential fraud charge.

Ex-Wrestler 2 Cold Scorpio Arrested For Violent Stabbing ... But Claims Self-Defense

Former wrestling star 2 Cold Scorpio -- who won a WCW Tag Team Championship with Buff Bagwell in the early 1990s -- was arrested on June 15 for violently stabbing a man during a gas station fight ... but he claims he was acting in self-defense.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the bloody incident happened at around 3:40 AM at a Love's Travel Stop in Kansas City, Mo.

Authorities say 2 Cold Scorpio -- aka Charles Scaggs -- told them he was working as a security guard at the store ... when he saw a man who had lit up a cigarette inside of the establishment.

Julio Foolio's fatal shooting left a devastating scene in its wake -- victims taken off in stretchers and cars riddled with bullet holes ... and, TMZ's obtained video capturing it all.

Check out the new clips from just after the shooting took place ... police take command of the scene while paramedics rush around tending to those allegedly wounded in the gunfire.

Check out the series of clips ... one person can clearly be seen in pain as the paramedics roll them away from the Holiday Inn toward an ambulance. Cops say three other people were injured in the shooting that killed Foolio -- and, they're all expected to survive.

Julio Foolio -- an up-and-coming rapper from Florida -- has died in a shooting outside a Tampa-area hotel ... TMZ has confirmed.

His attorney Lewis Fusco released a statement announcing the death Sunday, just hours after his client passed. According to the statement ... Julio -- whose real name was Charles Jones -- was in town to celebrate his birthday.

While he was staying at an AirBnb at first ... Fusco cites law enforcement reports which say he was kicked out of his accommodations for exceeding the maximum occupancy and checked in to a local Holiday Inn.

NBA's Talen Horton-Tucker Home Broken Into ... $170K In Jewelry Allegedly Stolen

A Los Angeles-area home belonging to NBA guard Talen Horton-Tucker was broken into earlier this week ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports cops believe the suspect made off with $170,000 in jewelry.

We're told the break-in -- or at least part of it -- was actually captured on camera ... showing the thief entering the property by jumping over a back fence -- before leaving out of one of the residence's side yards.

Thankfully, our sources say no one was home at the time of the burglary -- as Horton-Tucker was not in town. We're told it was a house sitter who discovered it and reported it to police.

New doorbell cam video circulating on social media purports to show a couple of men racing to somebody's doorstep out in Pennsylvania in an alleged attempt to steal a package that had just been left by a FedEx worker.

Check it out ... the deliveryman takes a picture of the package and starts to walk away ... and, then the race is on. One man from a white car jumps out, while another man from a different vehicle behind it opens his door ... and it's a foot race to the package from there.

The jury in Alec Baldwin's upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial likely won't hear from the movie's armorer ... because the judge overseeing the case won't force her to take the stand.

Amazon's customer service rating just went up in many people's books, 'cause one of their drivers fought off a man who was allegedly trying to steal his co-worker's van.

New video's making the rounds on social media, which shows an Amazon employee -- a female with the company uniform on -- attempting to break up a fight between another Amazon driver (a dude) and some random man in the middle of the road out in NY.

This all went down Sunday ... and the NYPD says this brawl kicked off with the man in black attempting to jack the Amazon van of this woman -- who was stuck in traffic while on the job.

According to court documents we obtained ... the woman told police Buggs broke into her Tuscaloosa, Ala. residence with a tire iron at around 5:28 AM -- and then went upstairs to confront her.

Tuscaloosa Police Dept. officers wrote in the docs the woman then claimed Buggs dragged her down the stairs ... causing her to break off several "clip-on toenails." They also state the woman had "scratch marks" on her wrist from the altercation.

President Biden's Secret Service keeps taking hits -- one of the agents on his detail was robbed at gunpoint during the president's fundraising trip to California.

While POTUS was rubbing elbows with celebs, Barack Obama and megadonors Saturday night in Hollywood, one of his off-duty Secret Service agents was hanging out in Tustin -- about an hour south in Orange County -- where he got a crash course in Cali crime.

Police say the agent had his bag stolen at gunpoint around 9:36 PM at a housing complex. The agent fired his gun during the incident, though it's unclear whether the robber was struck by that gunfire.

Hunter Biden has certainly been making the rounds in L.A. following his federal gun conviction ... first, he enjoyed a yummy Italian meal in West Hollywood – and now he attended the screening of a new Sean Penn movie.

That's right ... President Biden's son doesn't seem to have a care in the world – or at least that's the image he's publicly portraying -- despite facing up to 25 years in prison after a jury convicted him this week on three felony gun charges.

He's a first-time offender so he won't get anywhere near the max and there's a chance he'll get straight probation.
