The fan who died at the Patriots game on Sunday was involved in a physical altercation prior to his death, and now officials are reviewing video footage of the incident to determine what happened.

The Norfolk District Attorney's office tells TMZ Sports "Our investigation has included numerous law enforcement interviews and the examination of multiple angles of video capturing the scuffle prior to Mr. Dale Mooney's collapse during the Sunday night game at Gillette Stadium."

Officials tell us they conducted a preliminary autopsy which pointed to a medical issue, as opposed to a traumatic injury as a possible factor in the death. A final determination hasn't yet been made.

As we previously reported, 53-year-old Dale Mooney, who was at the Patriots vs. Dolphins game, was rushed to a local hospital after what was initially classified as an "apparent medical event."

He was pronounced dead at the medical facility.

Following the tragic news, videos of the incident surfaced online appearing to show a man in a Dolphins jersey striking a fellow spectator, presumed to be Mooney.

An Alabama high school band director was in for a shock after refusing to stop a musical performance that cops asked him to stop -- and we mean he literally got a shock!

Johnny Mims was arrested Thursday in Birmingham for disorderly conduct and a slew of other charges, after police say he disobeyed their orders to tell his band kids to stop playing after a football game had ended, as the school was trying to clear the place out.

New body cam footage was released showing last week's confrontation, and it's pretty wild. The guy basically tells cops to piss off, refusing to halt things ... and then getting Tasered.

It's unclear why Mims didn't wanna comply, but what is clear is that he was dead-set on doing this last song with the band in the stands -- even though the game was long over. Supposedly, this follows in some sort of "5th quarter" tradition, but, on its face, it's bizarre.

Anyway, things escalated quickly. The first officer who responds tells Mims it's time to go and that he's gotta wrap it up ... but Mims tells him to get out of his face, continuing to conduct even though the cop was standing right in front of him. The band kids kept playing loudly too.

Eventually, more officers arrived, and they attempted to restrain/cuff Mims, which led to a clear struggle between the cops. Other folks appear to have gotten in the mix as well.

At a point, one cop threatens to tase Mims if he doesn't settle down ... and then the electricity starts flowing. He looks to have been zapped at least 3 times.

Chicago has been plagued by carjacking crimes in recent years ... and now video has emerged showing just how harrowing the experience can be for a victim.

Surveillance footage, obtained by the Daily Mail, captures the moment a man sitting in a parked car is targeted by gun-wielding assailants who arrive in two other vehicles and block him in at an intersection on September 2.

The man tries to drive away, but he's trapped. One suspect darts out of his car, pointing his gun at the driver. Gunmen from the second vehicle jump out and converge on the motorist as well.

You can't hear what's being said, but it's a good guess the suspects are ordering the man to get the f*** out of the car so they can steal it.

And eventually, that's what happens. The bad guys drive away in their cars, as well as the one they just jacked from the driver, leaving him face down in the middle of the street.

Luckily, the man wasn't hit by a passing automobile. He got up and ran away but did not report the terrifying ordeal to Chicago PD.

Shannon Beador was allegedly pretty boozed up ahead of her car crash and DUI arrest -- we're told she was at a nearby bar, complaining about a certain former 'RHOC' star.

A witness tells TMZ ... Shannon was with her pal and business partner, Steve Muller, at "A Restaurant" -- that's the real name -- in Newport Beach, CA on Saturday night. FYI, the spot is about half a mile from where she crashed her car later in the night.

We're told Shannon appeared tipsy while hanging at the bar the entire time, but it's unclear exactly what she was sippin' on. As one witness put it ... she was loud and boisterous through the night, with her arms flailing in the air.

A fan even snapped a pic with the reality star as the night went on.

We're told Shannon was overheard at one point complaining about former 'Housewives' star Alexis Bellino, who was also in the restaurant -- although, that allegedly didn't stop Shannon from bitching about her to other people nearby, with real animosity in the air.

When reached for comment, Alexis told TMZ ... "When my girlfriends and I arrived for a fun night out together, it was soon brought to my attention that Shannon was also at the same restaurant. Shannon and I did not interact that night, but it greatly saddens me to learn that she may harbor negative feelings or resentment toward me, as I was not involved in Jim Bellino's lawsuit against Shannon. From one single mother to another, I wish Shannon nothing but the best as I know she is facing trying times ahead."

In case you didn't know, Alexis is referring to her ex-husband, Jim, who filed a million-dollar defamation lawsuit against Shannon and Tamra Judge in 2018, claiming they talked smack about his business on a podcast.

Don't forget, Shannon's night at the bar came hours before video showed her car slamming into the side of a home ... leading up to her arrest for DUI and hit-and-run.

Y al final, eso es lo que ocurre. Los malhechores se marchan en sus carros, así como el que acaban de robar al conductor, dejándolo boca abajo en medio de la calle.

Por suerte el hombre no fue atropellado por un automóvil que pasaba. Se levantó y huyó, pero no denunció la aterradora experiencia a la policía de Chicago.

No nos olvidemos de que todo este asunto del bar fue horas antes del incidente capturado en video que mostraba su carro estrellándose contra el lado de una casa, lo que llevó a su arresto por conducir bajo efecto del alcohol y fuga.

Tamar Braxton told cops her car was "completely trashed" by thieves ... getting emotional just looking at it, as seen in the body cam footage.

The footage, obtained by TMZ, shows the singer chatting with officers Monday morning about what she says happened -- explaining it's gonna be tough to figure out everything they took.

At one point, Tamar takes a peek in the car before having to look away, saying she might cry just based on the condition of the vehicle. The cop eventually opens the door, showing some clutter on the passenger side -- but the rest of her vehicle's interior isn't visible.

Tamar says she usually locks her car, but admits she came down the night before to get something out of it, and isn't totally positive if she locked it back up.

BTW, Tamar says the culprits oddly enough left a computer behind when they took off.

Un hombre de Connecticut intentó impedir que dos ladrones de coches robaran su deportivo Aston Martin... sin embargo su heroísmo se quedó corto y acabó con una paliza grabada en vídeo.

Échale un vistazo a esta grabación que captó la intensa batalla entre unos ladrones enmascarados y el valiente hombre en el garaje de su casa de Westport el domingo por la tarde que trató de frenarlos.

Como se puede ver, el hombre estaba sentado al volante de su vehículo de lujo cuando los sospechosos descaradamente entraron y se enfrentaron a él.

Uno de los delincuentes abre la puerta del conductor y le ordena que salga, pero él se niega y ambos se enzarzan en una pelea.

El otro asaltante se apresura a ayudar a su compañero, pero el hombre logra repelerlos brevemente.

Al volverse más agresivos, los asaltantes tiran al hombre de su asiento y lo tiran al suelo antes de saltar al interior del coche.

Cuando están a punto de arrancar el hombre se levanta y empieza a pelearse con el conductor mientras grita que alguien llame a la policía.

Eso sólo hace que los ladrones se enfaden más y empiezan a golpear al hombre mientras el vídeo se corta.

Un representante de la policía de Westport dijo que los sospechosos huyeron a toda velocidad en el coche y siguen en libertad.

A Connecticut man tried to stop two carjackers from stealing his Aston Martin sports car ... but his heroics fell short and ended with him getting a video-recorded beatdown.

Check out this Ring camera footage, which captured the intense battle between the masked thieves and the courageous man in his garage at his Westport home on Sunday afternoon.

As you can see, the man is sitting behind the wheel of his luxury vehicle when the suspects brazenly walk in and confront him.

One perp throws open the driver's side door and orders him out, but he refuses and the two get into a tussle.

The other perp hurries over to help his buddy, but the man is able to briefly fend them off.

Turning more aggressive, the assailants yank the man out of his seat and toss him to the ground before jumping into the car.

As they're about to pull away, the man stands up and starts fighting with the driver while screaming out for someone to call the police.

That only makes the thieves angrier, and they begin pummeling the man as the video cuts off.

A rep for Westport PD said the suspects sped away in the car and are still at large.

It seems like Blueface's street code is preventing law enforcement from putting together a case against his alleged assailant.

The L.A. County District Attorney's office tells TMZ Hip Hop ... the case has been rejected, for now, due to Blueface's lack of cooperation with the investigation. The video doesn't clearly show everything necessary to bring a criminal case, so, we're told investigators needed cooperation from witnesses to move forward.

According to docs, Blueface refused to answer any of the responding officer's questions, refused to provide his ID and even rejected medical aid ... though he quickly posted his bloody injury on social media, assuring fans he was good.

As we previously told you, Brandon Henrysnell had turned himself in on August 24, and was booked for felony assault with a deadly weapon.

But, the case won't go any further ... as authorities reviewed the footage, and while it clearly shows an altercation, it's missing the key moment Brandon allegedly stabbed Blueface.

Tamar Braxton says her car was broken into and ransacked -- and she's lamenting the fact she doesn't feel safe, even at home ... which is understandable considering the video.

The singer posted 4 clips on IG Monday, which show a handful of men going through a vehicle in a covered, seemingly subterranean garage ... rummaging around and removing various items as they appear to be staging a getaway in another car.

Tamar writes, "I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere. I don’t know why I keep getting violated. I had a lot in my car cause I don’t live anywhere cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone."

It's unclear when exactly this took place, but if it was on Sunday ... that's shocking, because she was at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta to sing the National Anthem ahead of the Packers-Falcons game. Tamar is known to have property in the ATL area, too.

The other notable thing about this is the fact that Tamar says she doesn't "live" anywhere anymore because of situations like this ... which has sparked concern online.

No está claro cuándo ocurrió exactamente, pero si fue el domingo... es chocante, porque ella estaba en el Mercedes-Benz Stadium de Atlanta para cantar el Himno Nacional antes del partido Packers-Falcons. Se sabe que Tamar también tiene propiedades en la zona de ATL.

La otra cosa notable es el hecho de que Tamar dice que ella no "vive" en ningun lugar debido a situaciones como esta. Todo esto ha desatado preocupación en línea.

En un vídeo se escucha a dos adolescentes riendo mientras arrollan deliberadamente con su carro a un ciclista en Nevada, matándolo.

El conductor de 17 años y su acompañante circulaban por una calle de Las Vegas el 14 de agosto y se acercaron por detrás de Andreas Probst, que circulaba en bicicleta por el carril de ciclistas.

El pasajero, que estaba grabando con su teléfono móvil, empezó a reírse con el conductor mientras planeaban atropellar a Probst, un jefe de policía jubilado de California, se les puede oír decir: "¿Preparado?" y "Sí, pégale en el culo".

Momentos después, el conductor chocó contra Probst, haciéndole salir volando hacia el parabrisas antes de caer al suelo.

Probst fue trasladado a un hospital local donde fue declarado muerto.

Los adolescentes huyeron del lugar pero el conductor fue detenido poco después por el atropello y fuga. Los cargos se elevaron posteriormente a homicidio cuando el vídeo apareció recientemente en Internet mostrando que el crimen fue intencionado.
