Robert Kraft says if the domestic violence allegations surrounding Jabrill Peppers end up being true, the Patriots safety's time in New England is over.

The 83-year-old owner made the declaration during his appearance on "The Breakfast Club" on Friday ... two days after Peppers was put on the Commissioner's Exempt list following his Oct. 5 arrest.

Peppers was booked for four separate charges ... including domestic violence against his girlfriend and cocaine possession. However, Kraft noted Peppers' stance that the claims made against him were untrue ... and he believes in doing due diligence before jumping to a decision.

Nightmare scenario for Joe Exotic ... he tells us he's been infected with a painful skin condition, part of a huge outbreak at the Texas prison where he's doing time.

The "Tiger King" star tells TMZ ... He's among 300 inmates in quarantine at FMC Forth Worth. Joe says he's one of 140 inmates with confirmed cases of scabies.

According to the CDC, scabies is a skin infestation caused by a human itch mite ... and it causes intense itching and a pimple-like skin rash.

R. Kelly's daughter just made a bombshell accusation in the latest exposé about the disgraced Grammy Award winner -- claiming the "Bump & Grind" singer sexually abused her as a child.

While speaking in TVEI Network's new two-part documentary "Karma: A Daughter’s Journey." Kelly's daughter Abi, now 26, says the abuse occurred when she was 8 or 9 years old claiming she woke up to the singer touching her, and she pretended to be asleep.

She initially reported the abuse to her mother, Kelly's ex-wife Andrea, in 2009, and they filed a complaint as "Jane Doe" -- but the statute of limitations had run out.

Landon Barker is catching some flak online over a recent party ... with commenters blasting him about some Diddy jokes made by others at his 21st birthday party.

Here's the deal ... Landon and his friends celebrated his 21st at Harriet's in West Hollywood ... and eyebrow-raising clips from the celebration have surfaced.

At Harriet's, Landon reportedly ordered bottle service -- and the DJ at the joint sent out servers carrying bottles of baby oil with flashing lights inside ... a clear reference to the federal government's claim more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found in raids of Diddy's homes earlier this year.

We're told one of the servers tried to hand Landon a bottle of baby oil, which he refused.

Rosie O'Donnell says people need to stop hating on the Menendez brothers ... asking people to show more compassion, as new evidence surfaces in the decades-old case.

The TV personality took a few questions at LAX this week ... all about Erik and Lyle Menendez, who O'Donnell publicly came out in support of after the documentary series "Menendez: Monsters or Misjudged" dropped on Max in 2022.

Federal prosecutors fired back at Diddy’s attorney in court Thursday, saying he wrongfully accused them of racially profiling their famous client in the TMZ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”

In our September documentary, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the feds were pursuing the criminal case against his client as a “takedown of a successful Black man.”

Agnifilo had said the feds couldn't nail Diddy for anything related to taxes or his business empire ... so they started poking around in his bedroom. In a grand jury indictment, the feds charged Diddy with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Actress Theresa Randle was arrested for assault this week in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops were first called to an L.A.-area home for an alleged assault on October 5. Officers responded and took a report -- Randle was gone by that time. Two days later, they got another call from the same location reporting a possible domestic issue and a potential restraining order violation.

Sources say when officers arrived, the "Bad Boys" actress was at the scene, and she was arrested for felony assault -- for the October 5 incident.

Shocking new claim from Diddy and his legal team ... they believe the federal government "orchestrated" the leak of the Cassie beating video to the media.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys accuse the feds of misconduct in his criminal case ... namely, by allegedly orchestrating the leak of the Cassie tape to CNN.

The video in question is from 2016 and it shows Diddy brutally beating Cassie in the hallway of a swanky Los Angeles hotel during their relationship.

A female juror from the Menendez brothers' first trial is speaking out -- about how sexism and homophobia impacted that outcome, and why she thinks they deserve to walk free now.

Hazel Thornton, who voted to convict Erik and Lyle Menendez of voluntary manslaughter back in 1994, joined us on "TMZ Live" ... and claims the male jurors she served with didn't buy the argument the brothers were molested by their dad, José Menendez, and also felt the public pressure to make a "macho" decision.

Hazel elaborated that homophobia was the biggest issue in the trial, highlighting how the case's prosecutor suggested the family's problems stemmed from Erik allegedly being gay.

Diddy's latest accuser -- who's suing him for allegedly raping her and recording it -- tried to get her now-ex-boyfriend to corroborate her claim by paying him 7-figures, according to the ex ... TMZ has learned.

Thalia Graves is suing Diddy and his head of security, Joseph Sherman, for allegedly raping her back in 2001 -- and in the suit, she says she was dating one of Diddy's employees who was shown a video of the alleged incident.

However, TMZ has seen a November 2023 text exchange between Thalia and the man who was her BF, and in it, she reveals she's planning to sue Diddy "because he's the one that has the money."

Colbie Young -- a member of the University of Georgia football team -- was arrested early Tuesday morning on misdemeanor charges of battery and assault of an unborn child.

According to the incident report -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- Young's 20-year-old ex-girlfriend stated she went to his apartment in Athens around midnight so they could discuss their relationship.

The ex said the conversation grew heated after she learned he was on the phone with another woman ... and claimed there had been infidelity in the relationship.

Hannah Smith, best known for competing on season 6 of "Love Island USA," has been arrested for going off the rails and threatening to kill a police officer ... TMZ has learned.

According to police documents obtained by TMZ ... the reality TV star was at a concert venue in Atlanta September 30, when she was escorted out for being disorderly. A police officer was on scene and tried to take Hannah to an Uber, when the reality star allegedly tried punching the cop with a closed fist.

Hannah was handcuffed, but the officer says she attempted to kick the cop multiple times. Hannah was placed under arrest and was in the police car on the way to jail, when she allegedly repeatedly threatened to kill the officer and the officer's sister.

When Diddy was a free man, he had a message for the White man ... come to one of my parties and you'll wind up unconscious with your face buried in a couch.

Case in point ... Diddy was featured in an old video as his younger, cocky self, hanging out with three White dudes and an Asian lady at a house party in the 2000s, apparently in London.

Check out the clip ... Diddy spoke directly into the camera, explaining to Londoners about what happens to "the White man" when he comes to a Diddy soiree.
