Consequence is having a hard time wrapping his head around Diddy actually having 3 hots and a cot inside his Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn -- a guy of his stature rarely ends up in a place like that!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the Queens MC in Bev Hills this week and he tells us flat-out that taunting and waging war against federal investigations is a big no-no in the streets.

We broke the story ... Diddy was denied bail twice amid the ongoing sex trafficking investigation -- and Cons gives the thumbs down to the alleged "Freak Off" crimes.

Diddy's persona non grata on the airwaves, it seems ... 'cause more radio stations have decided to keep his music off their air -- with the arrest proving a final straw for several of them.

TMZ has reached out to multiple radio corporations ... who tell us many stations have slowly banned Diddy's music, with some making the move after the video of Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel surfaced.

Sources connected to radio platform Audacy tell us most of their stations pulled the few Diddy titles they were playing in late May/early June after the bombshell clip exploded.

12:07 PM PT -- The jury has just voted to sentence Carly Gregg to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the first-degree murder and attempted murder convictions and 10 years for evidence tampering. The judge says the sentences will run concurrently.

Carly appeared much more composed during sentencing ... no tears streaming down her face -- remaining calm while the judge explained the appeal process.

A jury has handed down their verdict in the murder trial of Carly Gregg, the 15-year-old charged with fatally gunning down her mother with a .357 Magnum in March.

11:40 AM PT -- The NYPD tells TMZ ... the second suspect, a 17-year-old male, was arrested and charged on Thursday in Queens on 2 counts of first-degree criminal mischief and 1 count of first-degree reckless endangerment.

Two people are accused of going for an underground joy ride ... with police arresting one and searching for the other after they say the duo tried to operate a subway train -- but, ultimately crashed.

New video, released by the NYPD, shows two people -- a man and a woman -- in a dark subway car in Queens last week. The woman is wearing an all-pink outfit, complete with a pink shower cap. The man's in a blue tank top and red athletic shorts.

The video only shows the two walking through the car ... but, cops say they then tried to play conductor -- getting the subway to move about 50 feet before crashing it.

Diddy was placed on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in NYC ... but he's not suicidal, at least according to his lawyer.

Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, tells TMZ ... the suicide watch directive issued by MDC officials was merely a routine measure for "new, high-profile inmates."

Agnifilo noted he spent 6 hours Thursday with Diddy at the federal lockup and the music mogul turned criminal defendant was "not at all suicidal." In fact, Agnifilo says, Diddy was "strong, healthy, confident and focused on his defense."

Josh Flagg isn't sold on Diddy's current listing for his Los Angeles-area home ... noting the mansion has a number of hurdles to overcome -- especially after the recent "Freak Offs" allegations.

We caught up with the "Million Dollar Listing" star on Melrose Place in Los Angeles, where he offered his professional real estate opinion on Diddy's Holmby Hills home -- which was listed for over $60 million earlier this month.

As Josh put it ... the listing price is far too high, suggesting $50 million would be a smarter price point for the manse.

Maitland Ward says the now-infamous "Freak Off" parties the feds claim Diddy was orchestrating sound way more intense than group sex romps on porn sets.

The former "Boy Meets World" star, who now makes her living shooting X-rated content, tells TMZ ... she's never heard of anyone needing IV fluids while filming an orgy for an adult movie -- and those can go for half a day!

Maitland's referencing Diddy's federal indictment, in which prosecutors say Diddy's victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use from the Freak Offs.

Carly Gregg, the 15-year-old girl accused of murdering her mother, is displaying some odd courtroom behavior ... getting a bad case of the giggles while sitting at the defense table.

Check it out ... the Mississippi teen was dressed in a conservative navy blue ensemble as her trial resumed Thursday. Her defense attorneys flanked her on both sides, donning serious expressions during the trial ... though, Carly seemed to get a kick out of the proceedings, as she fought back some laughter.

While it's unclear what exactly prompted Carly's giggles, the video shows her female lawyer writing something on a pad ... which appears to be what sparked the shocking response from the teen.

The investigation into Diddy is far from over ... with sources telling TMZ at least one person has been subpoenaed to testify in front of the grand jury -- and we're told others are open to cooperating with federal prosecutors.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... at least two new people plan to cooperate with the feds' ongoing investigation of Diddy and are willing to testify in front of the grand jury in the coming days.

We're told one of these people is a current sex worker ... who claims they were involved with Diddy back in 2014.

Sean "Diddy" Combs may be holding up okay at the moment behind bars, but concern for his well-being is warranted ... a celebrity prison coach tells TMZ.

John Fuller, a consultant known for his high-profile clients -- he prepared Martha Stewart for her stay in the can -- tells TMZ ... the rap mogul may not be suicidal in his early days locked up, but concern that Diddy's mental health might take a decline over time is valid ... especially if the trial ends up not going in his favor.

As Fuller put it ... Diddy is likely used to getting his way given his A-list status ... however, those days are over, at least for now -- and that may become complicated for him to process.

A male inmate in an Arizona jail was caught crawling past a security guard to reach the facility's female side ... where, according to court documents, he said he intended to "rape" a female inmate.

The disturbing incident unfolded in front of surveillance cameras in April ... Justin Avery was seen sneaking past a guard at 4 AM at the Maricopa County intake facility, where he was being held for allegedly sexually assaulting 5 women near Arizona State University's Tempe campus.

According to court docs obtained by ABC15, he snuck over "like a spider" after he said he was attracted to a female inmate's "fat a**."

Cassie was out and about in NYC, flashing her smile and soaking up the good vibes ... while her ex Diddy is stuck in a whole different reality -- lonely and behind bars in a notoriously grimy Brooklyn prison.

Cleveland Browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. just entered a plea in court to close out his domestic violence case ... and now, his attorney says he's got his sights set on getting back on the field soon.

Hall Jr. -- who had been facing a first-degree domestic violence charge stemming from an alleged violent altercation with a woman on Aug. 12 in Avon, Ohio -- pled no contest to a reduced count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Thursday morning.

In court, Hall Jr. -- a second-round pick in this year's NFL draft -- told the judge he lamented "the whole situation and wish this never happened." The 21-year-old added he's been undergoing counseling "and trying to better myself" since the incident.

Former Bad Boy Records rapper and current Belize politician Shyne is raking Diddy across the coals after the mogul's arrest -- and is blaming him for destroying his hopes and dreams!!!

Shyne held a press conference with Belizean media as Diddy was being denied bail on Wednesday ... and did his ex-boss no favors in the background.

A 15-year-old Mississippi girl has been charged with murdering her mom -- and the events leading up to the fatal shooting were caught on camera -- as well as the victim's chilling screams mixed with gunfire.

Check out the footage ... which begins with Carly Gregg in a Nirvana shirt lurking around her house. At one point, Gregg peeked her head into the kitchen while holding something behind her back, later revealed to be a .357 Magnum handgun.

She then strolled out of frame into another part of the residence before several gunshots could be heard along with her mom, Ashley Smylie, yelling in pain.
