A male inmate in an Arizona jail was caught crawling past a security guard to reach the facility's female side ... where, according to court documents, he said he intended to "rape" a female inmate.

The disturbing incident unfolded in front of surveillance cameras in April ... Justin Avery was seen sneaking past a guard at 4 AM at the Maricopa County intake facility, where he was being held for allegedly sexually assaulting 5 women near Arizona State University's Tempe campus.

According to court docs obtained by ABC15, he snuck over "like a spider" after he said he was attracted to a female inmate's "fat a**."

Cassie was out and about in NYC, flashing her smile and soaking up the good vibes ... while her ex Diddy is stuck in a whole different reality -- lonely and behind bars in a notoriously grimy Brooklyn prison.

The singer looked at ease as she headed to the trendy hotspot "Left Bank" for an al fresco dinner Wednesday ... where the fun continued as she appeared to excitedly show her pals something on her phone at the dinner table.

While we can't say for sure, it’s a safe bet that Diddy came up in conversation at some point, especially since he was sensationally denied bail on the very same day.

Cleveland Browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. just entered a plea in court to close out his domestic violence case ... and now, his attorney says he's got his sights set on getting back on the field soon.

Hall Jr. -- who had been facing a first-degree domestic violence charge stemming from an alleged violent altercation with a woman on Aug. 12 in Avon, Ohio -- pled no contest to a reduced count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Thursday morning.

In court, Hall Jr. -- a second-round pick in this year's NFL draft -- told the judge he lamented "the whole situation and wish this never happened." The 21-year-old added he's been undergoing counseling "and trying to better myself" since the incident.

Former Bad Boy Records rapper and current Belize politician Shyne is raking Diddy across the coals after the mogul's arrest -- and is blaming him for destroying his hopes and dreams!!!

Shyne held a press conference with Belizean media as Diddy was being denied bail on Wednesday ... and did his ex-boss no favors in the background.

According to Shyne’s recollections, he was a fresh-faced 18-year-old with dreams of cracking superstardom and making his mother proud.

A 15-year-old Mississippi girl has been charged with murdering her mom -- and the events leading up to the fatal shooting were caught on camera -- as well as the victim's chilling screams mixed with gunfire.

Check out the footage ... which begins with Carly Gregg in a Nirvana shirt lurking around her house. At one point, Gregg peeked her head into the kitchen while holding something behind her back, later revealed to be a .357 Magnum handgun.

She then strolled out of frame into another part of the residence before several gunshots could be heard along with her mom, Ashley Smylie, yelling in pain.

Diddy might think he's slick with the wild amount of baby oil the feds say he stashed, but experts in the sex industry say he's stocked up on the wrong substance ... and he's doing the dirty all wrong!

ICYMI ... the 14-page indictment against Diddy claims law enforcement recovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, as well as other sexy supplies, in the raids on his Miami and Beverly Hills homes.

That news doesn't sit well with several Vegas-area brothels -- they tell us people should not use baby oil as a lube, 'cause it's bad for vaginal health and can warp condoms.

Ryan Wesley Routh -- the suspected would-be assassin of Donald Trump -- just had his mug shot released from a Florida lockup -- and the dude looks like your average middle-aged Joe.

The 58-year-old Routh posed for his booking photo at the Palm Beach County Jail after authorities captured him Sunday following his alleged attempt to kill Trump -- the Republican presidential nominee.

As you know, Routh became a prime suspect on Sunday after Secret Service clocked an AK-style rifle peeking out from some shrubbery about 400 yards away from where the former prez was playing a round of golf.

5:05 PM PT -- We caught up with Marc Agnifilo outside the courthouse after he made his comments ... and, he tells us Diddy's focused on his defense.

He mentions how poor the conditions in MDC Brooklyn are ... and, says he's working to get Diddy moved to another facility.

3:14 PM PT -- Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo is refusing to back down after losing out on their bail appeal hearing, noting to reporters outside the courthouse that their "fight continues."

Per Agnifilo, he's hoping to get Diddy's case to trial sooner rather than later to "minimize" the amount of time he'll have to spend behind bars.

He also called out the rapper's prison conditions as "inhumane" ... though, the lawyer said Diddy is "ready" and "focused" ahead of the trial.

Diddy's fight to get out of jail has stopped in its tracks ... 'cause after arriving at court today to appeal a judge's ruling he shouldn't be released on bail, he's headed back to the detention center.

The rap mogul arrived at a federal courthouse in New York City Wednesday ... where his sons, Christian and Justin, came out to support their dad -- though ultimately, the judge in the case decided not to grant Diddy bail.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter -- after hearing arguments from the lawyers -- said he was turning down the request because "the government has proven the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight."

Harvey Weinstein was just arraigned in the retrial of his New York sexual assault case ... and, federal prosecutors have finally revealed the new charge against him.

Weinstein was slapped with one count of criminal sexual act after his indictment was unsealed Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court. According to court documents, Weinstein allegedly forcibly performed oral sex on another person between April 29, 2006 and May 6, 2006.

The former movie producer pleaded not guilty, but otherwise sat quietly in a wheelchair at the defense table in the courtroom. Before his arraignment, Weinstein was photographed being wheeled out of Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan and given a police escort to the courthouse.

Diddy should watch his back in prison ... 'cause a former warden at the facility he's in says there are a whole lot of inmates who would see killing him as a badge of honor.

As you know, Diddy's currently being held in MDC Brooklyn -- a notorious federal detention facility in NYC -- without bail. Sources with direct knowledge tell us Diddy's being held in the Special Housing Unit, away from the general population.

Cameron Lindsay -- former warden of MDC Brooklyn -- tells TMZ Diddy's location in the SHU makes sense because he's a target behind bars ... with his celebrity status and the nature of the allegations against him potentially bringing him unwanted attention from other inmates.

Former NFL fullback Patrick Pass -- who spent seven seasons as Tom Brady's teammate in New England -- was arrested on Wednesday ... following allegations he shoved an elderly man during a gym dispute last month.

According to NBC 10 WJAR, police said the incident took place at a Planet Fitness in North Providence, R.I. back on Aug. 28.

Cops claim the former football player -- who's now 46 years old -- pushed an 82-year-old man to the ground during a spat over exercise equipment. Authorities allege the man sustained back injuries as a result of the altercation.

Prior to his arrest Monday night, Diddy hit the NYC streets and interacted with fans ... days before ending up in federal custody.

Check it out ... Diddy smokes alongside a fan, named Chris Dayes (Christian Daigle), while listening to a song off a cellphone. Diddy, dressed in sunglasses, a baseball cap, and a Prince sweatshirt, looks totally at peace ... even though a grand jury indictment loomed over his head at the time.

The tipster tells TMZ ... the fan encounter occurred on the evening of September 9, when Chris approached the music mogul to pitch himself as a potential new artist.

12:16 PM PT -- Federal prosecutors have fired back, responding in court documents that claim Diddy is just too dangerous to be out walking the streets -- no matter what the rap mogul's lawyers say or do.

As the prosecutors point out ... Diddy repeatedly obstructed justice during the investigation -- not to mention, is still an alleged flight risk. They claim Diddy is capable of coercing witnesses to comply with his demands.

They also voiced concerns that Diddy could consume drugs or throw his so-called "freak parties" if out on bail ... despite the rapper's promise he wouldn't have any female visitors.

Diddy is taking another swing at getting out on bail, and he's upping his offer to the court -- declaring he will forgo contact with almost all women while he's out.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's legal team says if he's released on bail, the security company that keeps a log of all visitors to his Miami Beach home, will hand over those logs to the government nightly in order to be fully transparent about who Diddy is contacting. They also say Diddy will limit all visitors to family, property caretakers and friends who are not co-conspirators in the federal indictment.

Specifically, they say Diddy will restrict female visitors ... with the only exceptions being family members or mothers of his children.

Boosie Badazz has come to Diddy's defense after the Bad Boy mogul was denied bail ... an expected outburst for him at this point -- but his reasoning may still surprise you!!!

Diddy was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and kidnapping, and pled not guilty -- but the way Boosie sees it, those "Freak Offs" have been twisted to demonize common celebrity behavior.

For what it's worth he also appears to frown upon the surveillance footage of Cassie's assault ... suggesting Diddy needs professional help.

MDC Brooklyn's been the temporary home to several celeb inmates in recent years, including R. Kelly, Fetty Wap, Michael Cohen, Allison Mack and Ghislaine Maxwell. Now, Diddy will be settling into his new surroundings -- a horrifically stark difference from his Miami and L.A. mansion lifestyle.
