Nathalie Fay, an actress with a memorable part in the first 'Hangover' film, has been arrested for allegedly punching her boyfriend in the face ... TMZ has learned.

The actress -- whose real name is Nathalie Tordion -- was arrested in South Miami, Florida on Saturday after police responded to a call about an incident with her on-again, off-again BF, identified in the police report as Brady.

Cops say Brady told them he'd gone to pick up Nathalie for the Miami Dolphins NFL preseason game against the Washington Commanders.

Lawrence Taylor's attorney tells TMZ Sports the Hall of Famer's felony case has been dropped -- roughly one month after cops accused the ex-New York Giants star of failing to follow conditions imposed on him as a registered sex offender.

Mark Eiglarsh says the decision came down from Broward County prosecutors on Wednesday ... after he tells us he successfully showed the allegations against Taylor stemmed from nothing more than the former football player's estranged wife making claims in order to "gain leverage in their bitter, three-year divorce battle."

"We are deeply grateful for the prosecutors in this case," Eiglarsh said, "ensuring that true justice was served."

A woman was viciously thrown into oncoming traffic multiple times ... and the shocking footage has hit the internet, showing just how brutal her ordeal really was.

The video is seriously disturbing, so watch at your own risk -- it shows a man beating, punching and stomping on a woman as she just barely dodges speeding cars in the carpool lane several times on the busy 210 Freeway in Pasadena around 5:30 AM on August 7.

You can see the woman’s fighting for her life against the attacker -- identified by authorities as 33-year-old Juan Pablo Flores -- but he keeps knocking her down to keep up the cold-blooded assault.

Scott Peterson is finally speaking from behind bars ... 20 years after he was convicted of killing his wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn child.

One of the doctors charged in the death of Matthew Perry is already getting back to business, almost as usual, because while he's allowed to treat patients ... there are some federal strings attached.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia can legally reopen his medical practice, Malibu Canyon Urgent Care, as soon as Tuesday -- following his arrest last week -- and his attorney Stefan Sacks tells TMZ ... Plasencia will do just that.

Here's the catch, though, Sacks says the doctor must inform all patients about his ongoing criminal case, and that the feds yanked his DEA registration ... which prevents him from prescribing any meds that include controlled substances, such as ketamine.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced the charges Monday ... while 4 men have been charged with multiple felonies in connection with Wactor's death, only 2 were hit with murder counts.

Prosecutors say 18-year-olds Robert Barceleau and Sergio Estrada are both charged with Wactor's murder.

Lee Daniels is opening up on his relationship with Jussie Smollett ... he says the hoax case really made things difficult between them -- but they're back on speaking terms.

A mother of eight was fatally shot by an alleged drug dealer in Oakland -- and the violence was all caught on video.

KTVU FOX 2 obtained surveillance footage of the August 7 incident in which Maria Ramos rolled up in an SUV to a car occupied by several teenagers suspected of selling cannabis vape pens to one of her kids.

Check out the clip  … Ramos jumps out of the passenger side of the SUV and pepper sprays the pot dealers in the backseat of their vehicle. Two of the dealers then hop out of their car, but one quickly gets back into the front passenger seat after firing a gunshot at Ramos.

Ariana Madix's brother Jeremy is in major trouble with the law ... police say he and an accomplice were busted with suitcases filled with over 100 pounds of marijuana.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ ...  Jeremy Madix – who has appeared on "Vanderpump Rules" with his famous sis – and Jonah Ahad were scheduled to board a February 16 flight to Frankfurt, Germany, from Orlando International Airport in Florida.

But, the dudes never got past the security checkpoint. The docs say Customs and Border Protection agents searched the pair's three suitcases – two of which belonged to Madix -- and were loaded with ganja. In fact, police say Madix's suitcases contained a total of 64 bags of pot weighing a whopping 76 pounds.

Skai Jackson won't face charges after her domestic battery arrest after fighting with her BF ... 'cause prosecutors say there just isn’t enough evidence to bring the case to trial.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... they’re declining to file charges because Skai has no criminal history, the alleged victim lacks injuries, and he's refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
