El Chapo's life in lock-up is apparently getting lonely -- 'cause now he's asking a judge to let his wife visit him in prison ... and for his young daughters to be able to give him a ring.

The notorious Mexican cartel kingpin is begging a NYC court to authorize a family visit at the supermax United States Penitentiary Florence in Colorado -- where he's spending the rest of his life behind bars.

That's not all ... the ex-drug lord is also asking the court to continue allowing him 2 15-minute calls a month with his girls -- whom he got cut off from last May, which he suggests is the doing of the feds because he's trying to have his case tossed, and he believes they're retaliating.

Rashee Rice is now officially a wanted man in Texas ... cops just announced they've issued an arrest warrant for the Chiefs star after he was involved in that massive car crash in Dallas last month.

Officials from the Dallas Police Dept. said in a statement Wednesday Rice is facing one count of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury, and six counts of collision involving injury ... this after he admitted to driving one of the cars -- a matte black Lamborghini -- that caused a huge pileup on a highway on March 30.

Theodore Knox -- the man accused of driving the other car, a Corvette -- was also issued an arrest warrant ... and faces the same charges as Rice.

The Colorado home where Chris Watts killed his wife has hit the market anew, and it's pretty expensive compared to other homes on the block ... TMZ has learned.

The 5-bedroom residence in Frederick, Colo. -- which was heavily featured in the 2020 Netflix doc "American Murder: The Family Next Door" -- is up for sale right now ... this after it went into bankruptcy following the grisly events of 2018.

As we all know ... Chris confessed to killing his spouse, Shanann, and their 2 little girls Bella and Celeste -- and he's now serving five life sentences behind bars.

10:23 AM PT -- Suggs, through EAG Sports rep Denise White, issued a statement on the incident to TMZ Sports ... and Terrell says he was in fear for his safety.

"I was in a quiet area of Scottsdale in the middle of the day in a Starbucks drive-thru near my home when an incident happened with a vehicle behind me. I was getting coffee, I was not looking for any trouble," TS said.

"When the man in the other vehicle escalated the situation, I feared for my safety not knowing what his intentions were. Throughout the incident, I was the one who felt in danger, while fearing I would be followed home and for the safety of my family nearby at my residence."

TMZ Sports has learned Terrell Suggs' arrest on Tuesday stemmed from a March incident in which he allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill a man during an argument at a Scottsdale, Arizona Starbucks.

Todd Chrisley is facing another legal and financial setback while behind bars -- this time a federal jury ruling he defamed a Georgia Department of Revenue investigator.

According to court docs, a Georgia judge has ordered Todd to cough up $755,000 in compensatory and punitive damages and legal fees to Amy Doherty-Heinze after concluding the reality star launched a vicious social media crusade against her.

Doherty-Heinze decided to take Chrisley to court back in July 2021 ... claiming he falsely accused her of illegally snooping on a government program to pull info on his family. It was also claimed he "began a social media campaign against the GDOR and certain of its employees, contending that the investigation was illegal and improperly motivated."

Morgan Wallen is still winning awards despite his recent arrest ... although this one might not go on the mantel -- the country superstar was just named Antonio Brown's "Cracker of the Day."

8:09 AM PT -- Details surrounding Terrell Suggs' arrest are still scarce ... although a spokesperson for the Scottsdale Police Dept. -- which made the arrest Tuesday -- said it all stemmed from an incident that was reported to authorities back on March 10.

Former NFL superstar Terrell Suggs has been arrested in Arizona, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Jail records show the seven-time Pro Bowler was booked late Tuesday night in Maricopa County on two charges -- one count of assault and one count of offense against public order.

Morgan Wallen allegedly tossing a chair off a rooftop is the last thing anyone would expect ... based on new images of him casually chatting up a woman Sunday night, just moments before he wound up in handcuffs.

Photos obtained by TMZ show the country star minutes before the chair-chucking incident ... and as you can see, he was talking to the woman in a black miniskirt. We're told the man in the red and black flannel is a member of Wallen's crew, who was telling patrons not to take photos.

Elisa Jordana -- a singer/model/writer who appeared with Howard Stern and co. back in the early 2010s -- had a live video of herself up and running Monday ... which showed her in the car with a guy who went on to tell police he was her boyfriend.

T'Vondre Sweat is fortunate to have been able to walk out of jail this weekend under his own power ... because cops say the top NFL draft prospect was involved in a rollover car crash just hours before he was thrown behind bars.

New Austin Police Department documents we obtained state that Sweat's 2023 orange Ford Bronco flipped on its side after it collided with a 2020 blue Dodge sports car on a Texas highway at around 4:41 AM on Sunday.

In the docs, cops state the Dodge hit the Bronco from behind, causing it to lose control, roll over, and eventually come to a stop on its right side.

Julio Urias has been hit with multiple criminal charges over allegations he roughed up his wife during a soccer match last year ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A spokesperson for the L.A. City Attorney's office tells us ... prosecutors formally hit Urias with five misdemeanors on Monday.
