Ahmaud Arbery Murder Suspect Covered in Blood ... New Body Cam Footage Moments After Shooting
Newly released police video shows Travis McMichael covered in blood as he talked to cops, moments after he'd shot Ahmaud Arbery -- something he claimed he had no choice but to do.
In the footage, recorded on body cams from Glynn County cops in Georgia, you see Travis tell an officer, "I mean, I just shot a man. Last thing I've ever wanted to do in my life."
This was moments after McMichael shot and killed Ahmaud, and you can see blood all over his arms as he paced back and forth while talking to a cop -- all of this just feet away from Ahmaud's body.
What's interesting is how freely McMichael was allowed to move about the scene, and how calmly law enforcement was in dealing with him. He wasn't handcuffed or thrown into a patrol car. You hear officers tell him they recognized his father, Greg McMichael -- a retired investigator for the local district attorney -- who was also arrested and charged with murdering Ahmaud.
The younger McMichael told cops Arbery hit him in the face during their confrontation, and the officer took photos of Travis' alleged injuries. He said he would cooperate with cops to ensure the investigation was "done right, because this doesn't look good."
As we've reported ... Travis and Greg were denied bond last month, and the judge said previously released police body cam footage showed "significant danger" in the McMichaels' actions.

If you're looking for a Christmas miracle, look no further than this German Shepherd ... which survived an horrific incident of animal cruelty at a Florida motel.
The pooch has, appropriately, been named "Miracle" by the Volusia County Sheriff's deputies who showed up Monday at a Daytona Beach motel ... responding to calls about a suicidal woman.
The deputies went to her 2nd floor room and knocked on the door, but got no reply from the woman for a few minutes. When she finally opened the door she quickly stepped out with the dog, immediately picked it up and threw it over the railing as deputies yelled and tried to stop her.
Cops pounced on Allison Murphy and arrested her on the spot. During the arrest, you hear them asking other deputies outside the room if the dog is okay.
Amazingly, she is! Miracle didn't even break anything, and cops were able to recover her as she tried to run away after the fall.
Miracle is now in the custody of Animal Services.
As for Murphy ... she was booked for felony animal cruelty and resisting an officer without violence. She's still in custody.
More importantly, ya gotta hope "Miracle" finds a safe new home for the holidays.

The high school football star, who attacked a referee in the middle of a game earlier this month, has been suspended from all high school sports for the rest of the school year.
And, since 18-year-old Emmanuel Duron is a senior -- the punishment will effectively end his career as a high school athlete.
Officials from the University Interscholastic League -- which oversees high school sports in Texas -- announced the punishment Monday stemming from the December 3 incident.
Duron was captured on video charging after head official Fred Gracia and smashing him to the ground in the 2nd quarter of a playoff game -- an apparent retaliation for being ejected from the game due to a late hit penalty.
Gracia was injured in the attack. Afterward, the ref's daughter said he was recovering and expected to be okay.
Duron -- one of the top players in the area -- was arrested and booked for assault causing bodily injury.
The UIL announced Duron's head coach at Edinburg High School, J.J. Leija, will also be placed on "probation" for the 2021-2022 school year over the incident.
There's more ... "Additionally, the Edinburg High School Athletic Department received a public reprimand and probation for all athletic activities for 2 years," the UIL added.
Long story short ... don't attack refs. Ever.

Boxing star Victor Ortiz is officially off the hook in his sexual assault case stemming from an alleged rape in 2018 -- all of the criminal charges have been dropped, TMZ Sports has confirmed.
As we previously reported, 33-year-old Ortiz was hit 3 felony charges after a woman claimed she was raped by the boxer at a residence in Oxnard, CA.
Ortiz was arrested and booked for forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration -- and was facing serious prison time if convicted. Ortiz has long denied the allegations and spent the past 2 years fighting the case in court.
But, the case was formally dismissed at a court hearing on Monday -- and according to court records obtained by TMZ Sports, prosecutors say they simply could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
Ortiz was pleased with the decision, posing for a picture in front of the courthouse with his attorney, Sam Spira, and others.
Ortiz also issued a statement, saying, "Although I was confident this would be the result, this still has been a terrible and unimaginable ordeal that I am relieved to put behind me."
"With this case no longer my focus, I look forward to picking up and advancing my boxing and entertainment careers."
"I can’t wait to get back in the gym. I also look forward to spending my time with my two young children, my family and loyal friends without the weight of these charges hanging over me and my loved ones."
Ortiz -- who competed on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2013 -- was dropped from his Sept. 2018 bout with John Molina Jr. after his arrest. The 33-year-old has not fought since.
Ortiz was also a budding actor before the allegations - starring in movies like "The Expendables 3" and "South Paw."
As a boxer, he's 32-6-3 -- and gave Floyd Mayweather a run for his money back in 2011.

R&B singer Ann Marie is no longer behind bars for the alleged shooting of a male friend -- but the judge put her on a tight leash while she's awaiting trial.
Ann posted a $60k bond to get out of jail ... and into her living room. The judge placed her on house arrest, and said she can only travel for work ... with prior approval.
She's got a bunch of other restrictions too. Ann Marie has to give the court a 24-hour heads up for any appointments, and she'll have to provide proof of said appointment. They'll know if she's breaking the rules because she has to wear an ankle monitor.
She's also been ordered to have ZERO contact with the alleged victim, Jonathon Wright, or any of his family members and close associates. If, for some reason, she just happens to run into him, she's been ordered to leave the premises immediately and stay 200 yards away.
She can't possess a firearm, either.
As we reported ... Ann was arrested earlier this month after cops got a call to a hotel in Buckhead, GA where she told officers Wright had been accidentally shot in the forehead.
The 911 call didn't shed much light but Ann can be heard overcome with emotions ... screaming and crying and heard saying, "I love you" to Wright.
She was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

NFL's Austin Seferian-Jenkins Cuts Deal In DUI Case ... Gets Probation
-
Exclusive
Austin Seferian-Jenkins just cut a deal with prosecutors to put an end to his DUI case ... and TMZ Sports has learned he'll now have to complete probation and more to get his charges officially dropped.
ASJ -- a 28-year-old former Buccaneers, Jets and Jaguars tight end -- was pulled over in Gig Harbor, Wash. on March 9 at around 1 AM after cops say they saw him doing 48 MPH in a 30.
In police documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops say ASJ was also swerving in his 2016 Dodge Charger ... and nearly turned onto a wrong-way offramp before he cut across multiple lanes of traffic without a blinker.
In the docs, police say when they questioned the ex-NFL player ... he reeked of booze and burnt weed. Cops also say they noticed he had red, bloodshot eyes.
Police say ASJ refused to take field sobriety tests ... so they arrested him -- and prosecutors ultimately charged him with 1 count of DUI, 1 count of driving with a suspended license, and 1 count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
FYI -- the order for the device appeared to stem from a previous DUI arrest -- Seferian-Jenkins had been busted for DUI twice before ... once in 2013 and again in 2016.
Seferian-Jenkins battled the most recent charges in court for the past nine months ... but according to a court official, ASJ cut a deal with prosecutors this week.
The court official tells us Seferian-Jenkins took a deferred prosecution deal from prosecutors ... essentially, Seferian-Jenkins agreed to keep his nose clean for five years, complete a 2-year outpatient treatment program, attend a victim impact panel and pay fees.
In exchange, the court official says prosecutors agreed to drop the charges in 5 years if ASJ completes all of the above.
Seferian-Jenkins is due back in court in Dec. 2022 to make sure he's completed the 2-year outpatient program.
ASJ had an up-and-down career after getting picked by the Bucs in the 2nd round of the 2014 draft ... he played in just 43 games, totaling 1,160 receiving yards and 11 receiving TDs.
He still remains an NFL free agent after being cut by the New England Patriots prior to the 2019 season.

Portland Protesters Clash with Cops Over 'Red House' Eviction
A Portland controversy that's been simmering for months is now boiling over ... creating a chaotic confrontation with cops and several arrests ... and the Mayor's fed up.
Protesters gathered at a home dubbed "Red House on Mississippi" Tuesday morning to keep police from allowing fencing to be put up on the property, but it escalated to violence ... including rocks and paint-filled balloons being hurled at the officers.
After the fencing was up, police attempted to leave but the chaos continued when demonstrators removed part of the fence and trespassed on the property, and even created a makeshift barricade to block off the street.
With no sign of the chaos subsiding, Mayor Ted Wheeler authorized Portland Police "to use all lawful means to end the illegal occupation," adding ... "There will be no autonomous zone in Portland."
Cops say 7 arrests were made, and several police vehicles were damaged. Mayor Wheeler is rebuking the demonstrators for their behavior, saying ... "There are many ways to protest and work toward needed reform. Illegally occupying private property, openly carrying weapons, threatening and intimidating people are not among them."
So what's this all about? Well, activists have been protesting at the location since an Afro-Indigenous family -- the Kinneys -- got evicted in September. Their house went into foreclosure and the Kinneys were forcibly removed amid the pandemic and raging wildfires in Oregon ... which did not sit well with people.
The eviction sparked a rally to help the family reclaim their home on North Mississippi Ave, but has also evolved into a larger protest of evictions during the COVID crisis ... which makes the homeless crisis even worse.
So, Portland demonstrators have made the Red House the focal point of their larger message and their efforts have helped the GoFundMe accrue over $100k to fight the eviction -- but the problem is ... cops say there have been more than 80 calls about the property in the past 3 months.
These calls include reports of fights, shots fired, burglary, thefts, vandalism, trespassing, threats and illegally blocking traffic ... and clearly, the City and law enforcement want it to stop.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the "Jersey Shore" star has only completed 18 of the 500 hours of community service he was ordered to complete as part of his tax evasion sentence.
In the docs, the probation officer says she's continually talked to Mike about where to volunteer in his community ... like at Toys for Tots, his church and several food banks, but so far he's only done 18 hours since his release from prison in 2019. In fact, the probation officer says Mike was scheduled to volunteer back in August, but failed to attend due to COVID-19 concerns.
Still, the probation officer says she's reminded Mike "at nearly every interaction to find a venue for community service, including service that could be performed from home" but she claims he's made next to no effort. The probation officer told it to the judge ... who's now issuing Mike a written warning.
Sitch was released from prison in September 2019 after 8 months behind bars. He and his wife, Lauren, recently announced they're having a baby boy due in May 2021 ... so, dude's gonna be busy.

Olivia Jade Schooled On White Privilege ... Owns Up to Ignorance
Olivia Jade's facing the music for her family's involvement in the college admissions scandal, claiming it opened her eyes to her privileged life ... and she's aiming to do better now.
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli's youngest daughter got in the hot seat for a "Red Table Talk" with Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Jada's mom, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and the biggest takeaway from the interview ... Olivia was so blind to her white privilege, she didn't even realize what her parents did was wrong ... at first, anyway.
The popular YouTube influencer tells the women she's embarrassed and even calls herself the "poster child for white privilege."
Olivia admits she thought what her parents did to help her get into school was perfectly normal -- something all families like hers did -- and she was confused when they got in trouble.
Though she defends her parents' intentions and insists they're good people ... Olivia says she did realize something was amiss when news of her resume came out. However, she claims she was unaware of the illegal dealings of Rick Singer, who she says she trusted as a professional college counselor.
As for her parents ... it's pretty evident Olivia harbors no ill-will toward them, but says she hasn't been able to talk to them since they began serving their prison sentences ... due to COVID restrictions.
She does believe they deserve a second chance -- same goes for herself -- and to prove they are contrite.
As we first told you ... Olivia's sit-down also included a tense moment where Adrienne confronted her over her family's involvement in the college bribery scandal, asking her if she understood why people like her would be so upset.
Olivia said she did, but added she came on the show to learn more ... and admitted her parents used their means to help her gain an unfair advantage.
As you know ... Lori and Mossimo took plea deals for their roles in the admissions scandal, and are both currently serving short prison sentences.
Olivia's parents helped get her and her older sister, Isabella, accepted into USC by paying Singer $500,000. The scheme also included creating a bogus resume for Olivia making it look like she was a competitive rower aiming for a spot on USC's crew team.
Lori was sentenced to 2 months behind bars after pleading guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Mossimo got 5 months for pleading guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and 1 count of honest services wire and mail fraud.
Olivia's mom should be out right around Christmas, and her dad will be released in the spring.
