Jonathan Rhys Meyers might be dealing with some old demons again ... because he just got busted for DUI.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops got a call about a solo, minor car accident Sunday in Malibu around 5:00 PM. We're told when cops showed up at the scene, they noticed Jonathan showing signs of being intoxicated. It's unclear what led to the solo crash ... but cops ultimately gave Jonathan a field sobriety test, which we’re told he bombed.
Jonathan, whom cops say blew well past the legal limit, was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and currently remains behind bars. The actor has had a long history of substance abuse and has been to rehab several times.
As we reported, a little over 2 years ago ... Jonathan had been drinking before going on an expletive-laced tirade directed at his wife while on board an American Airlines flight.
We've reached out to Jonathan's rep for comment, so far no word back.

NBA's Sterling Brown Reaches Settlement Over '18 Tasing ... $750K Plus Change!!!
NBA player Sterling Brown has reached a $750k settlement with the City of Milwaukee, records show -- stemming from a 2018 incident when he was tased by cops.
Remember, the Milwaukee Bucks player was confronted by officers outside of a Walgreens while he was on a first date.
Cops had accused him of parking in a handicap space ... and things escalated from there.
Video showed officers taking Brown to the ground and tasing him -- despite the fact he never resisted or seemed to pose a threat.
Brown filed a lawsuit after the incident -- and previously said he was offered a $400,000 settlement in exchange for his silence on the matter but refused, saying, "I can't be quiet."
Now, Brown HAS reached a deal ... but according to The Athletic's Shams Charania it's not just about money.
In addition to the $750,000 ... Shams says the "City of Milwaukee would in a statement admit to a constitutional violation and commit to incorporate changes to the Milwaukee Police Department standard operating procedures."
The City will above 180 days to start implementing the changes, Shams says.

Lori Loughlin I'll Be Home for Christmas!!!
-
Exclusive
- 2.1K shares
Lori Loughlin's starred in her share of Hallmark movies, and now her real life might mimic one ... because she's set to get out of prison and return to her family on Christmas Day.
The Bureau of Prisons has given the actress an official release date -- Sunday, December 27 -- but here's the deal ... an inmate whose release date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday can be released on the last preceding weekday.
Bingo! Make some room in that sleigh, Santa ... Lori's got a great shot at freedom on Friday, December 25 -- or maybe even Christmas Eve, since Friday's a national holiday.
If you recall, this is what happened to Felicity Huffman -- she only had to serve 11 days of her 2-week sentence because she got sprung early on a Friday.
Of course, there's still the chance Lori could get out well before Christmas too ... but it would have to be related to COVID issues -- if there's an outbreak at California's FCI Dublin, it's likely a judge would grant her an early compassionate release.
And, as we've reported ... once Loughlin is released, she's still got 2 years of supervised release as part of her sentence in the college admissions scandal.

YNW Melly Sued for Millions By Alleged Victims' Estates
YNW Melly has a new problem, on top of his trial for murdering 2 of his friends ... the rapper is now being sued by their estates for tens of millions of dollars.
The estates of Christopher Thomas and Anthony Williams filed the wrongful death lawsuits. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Christopher's estate claims "damages are in the millions or tens of millions of dollars or more."
According to the suit filed by Anthony's estate ... Melly murdered him because of money. The suit says tension began to develop among Melly's friends about how money should be distributed, claiming greed was a factor in the alleged murders because it left fewer people to split up the cash.
YNW Melly's mom, Jamie King, and his manager, Jameson Francois, are also named in both suits. The Williams family claims Melly's manager played a role in the alleged murders, including an allegation Francois transported YNW Melly from the shooting location.
As you know ... Melly's been sitting in a Florida jail for over a year, awaiting his double murder trial for his friends' deaths. When he caught COVID-19, he asked to be let out and placed on house arrest, but the judge said no.
The same families suing him now said he should rot in jail with the virus.

27-year-old Martin was a promising young shortstop in the sport ... and was a first-round pick of the Tampa Bay Rays in 2011.
Martin killed his 64-year-old dad, 58-year-old uncle and a 62-year-old alarm installation worker at their family home in Corona, CA in September 2015.
The details are gruesome ... Martin beat the men with a black bat inscribed with his name before stealing the alarm installer's truck and fleeing the scene.
The following day, law enforcement spotted the pickup truck ... and Martin tried to escape before ultimately ditching the vehicle, breaking into a house and jumping from a 2nd-story window in an attempt to get away.
Martin was charged with 3 counts of first-degree murder ... as well as a number of other charges stemming from the incident. He pled not guilty and the case went to trial.
A jury started deliberating earlier this week ... and after 4 hours, Martin was found guilty on all 7 counts, including all 3 first-degree murder charges.

Election Unrest Woman Arrested for Spitting on Cop ... Violent Clashes in NYC, Portland
NYPD hauled off 50 protesters in handcuffs during election unrest in the city, and the most egregious, disgusting offense -- seen on camera, anyway -- was a woman who spit in an officer's face.
24-year-old Devina Singh yelled "F**k you, fascist!" in the cop's face twice before spitting, then she immediately got arrested. She was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, violation of local law and harassment.
Singh was among a group of demonstrators who got hostile and clashed with cops in Manhattan late Wednesday night into Thursday. Law enforcement sources tell us most of the arrests made in the chaos were for disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.
The violence followed a peaceful protest nearby in NYC's Washington Square Park with people chanting, "Count the vote" -- seemingly in response to President Trump's outrage over the election process and allegations of voting fraud in several states.

— Ian Miles Cheong (@stillgray) November 5, 2020 @stillgray
We're told the protest escalated as it moved to the West Village around 7:30 PM Wednesday, resulting in dozens more people getting arrested.
Meanwhile, across the country in Portland ... Oregon Governor Kate Brown got tough with protests in that city and deployed the National Guard to squash the unrest when a riot was declared by the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.
Rioters smashed windows of businesses as protesters took to the streets to demand every vote be counted in the election ... similar to the situation in NYC.

Kyle Rittenhouse Father of Victim Says Son is a Hero ... Slams Trump
The father of one of Kyle Rittenhouse's alleged victims during the Jacob Blake protests says his son heroically tried to stop Rittenhouse ... no matter what people like President Trump may think.
John Huber -- father of Anthony Huber -- appeared during a bond hearing for 17-year-old Rittenhouse Monday, and told the judge his son and others who confronted Rittenhouse that August 25 night were heroic in their actions.
Huber suggests people like Trump might disagree, and are trying to make this case about something it's not ... and it's pretty clear he's disgusted and fed up.
As you may know ... Anthony was killed when he pursued Rittenhouse after the teenager from Illinois had already allegedly shot and killed another man nearby.
Anthony's dad points out his son was only armed with a skateboard and was trying to stop a killer on the loose. He also slams the people responsible for giving Kyle a gun, along with those who claim he acted in self-defense.
Trump is arguably one of those people, as he told reporters days after the shooting -- without evidence -- that it looked to him like Rittenhouse was in trouble and "probably would have been killed."
As for the hearing ... the judge set a $2 million cash bond for Rittenhouse. He hasn't paid it yet, but there have been supporters raising money for his cause.
If he does post bond, he's ordered to stay away from Gaige Grosskreutz -- a survivor of the Kenosha shooting -- and several family members of the people killed during the incident. Rittenhouse also can't have any weapons.
Rittenhouse was extradited Friday from Illinois to Wisconsin to stand trial. He's now facing 5 felony charges, including first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree intentional homicide, and first-degree recklessly endangering safety.

Farrah Abraham Probation??? Done, Done and Done!!! '18 Attack Case Behind Her
-

Farrah Abraham has been flaky at times, but she apparently took her criminal case seriously because she's completed the terms of her probation in a crazy criminal case.
The 'Teen Mom' star is scheduled to complete her 2-year probation Monday in a criminal case stemming from her tirade involving a security guard at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Since her arrest, Farrah's kept her nose clean and completed 12 hours of anger management, 5 days of community labor and paid a $150 fee. Court records show ... Farrah's checklist is done.
TMZ broke the story ... Farrah was arrested back in June 2018 after cops say she got physical with a security guard. At the time, cops had said she hit the guard with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed his head as he tried blocking her from reentering the hotel.
But, it got worse ... when cops got there, Farrah was belligerent and repeatedly yelled at cops "Go f*** yourself." Her tone dramatically changed once they hauled her away. She ultimately copped a plea deal and avoided jail time. She was also banned from the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel where the ruckus started. But, now that her probation's done ... that ban's been lifted, according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.
We reached out to Farrah about all this, and she tells TMZ ... she's kept out of trouble, and probation or not, she is staying away from problem people. Good call.

Ahmaud Arbery Murder Case Suspect Pushes for Bond Release ... Floyd, Breonna Suspects Got It, Why Can't I?!?
-
Exclusive
- 1.4K shares
The man who recorded the video of Ahmaud Arbery's slaying says he should be let out of jail on bond because he's less of a threat than the ones who DID get bond in the George Floyd and Breonna Taylor cases.
William "Roddie" Bryan's lawyer filed legal docs essentially saying it's not fair he's been stuck behind bars since his arrest on May 21. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Bryan argues it's "manifestly unjust that the alleged killers of George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks and Breonna Taylor have all been granted bond while Roddie Bryan, "armed only with a cell phone and located more than 50 feet away from Mr. Arbery at the time of the shooting, languishes in the Glynn County Detention Center."
It should be noted with respect to the Breonna Taylor killing ... 3 anonymous grand jurors have gone public and said the Kentucky Attorney General's Office did NOT present them any attempted murder charges, murder charges or manslaughter charges. Remember, ex-cop Brett Hankison and the 2 other cops involved in Breonna's death were not charged with shooting and killing Breonna. Instead, Hankison was only indicted for firing his weapon into an apartment neighboring Breonna's.
As for George Floyd ... ex-cop Derek Chauvin was recently released on $1 million bond. Chauvin was the last of the 4 accused cops still in custody. As we reported, the other 3 -- Alexander Keung, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao -- were released some time ago.
Garrett Rolfe -- the ex-Atlanta cop who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks during his arrest in a Wendy's parking lot -- is also out on bond and recently sued to get his job back.
Bryan's lawyer argues his client poses no significant risk of fleeing from the jurisdiction of the court and poses no significant threat or danger to any person or the community. The lawyer also claims there's additional witnesses who have come forward willing to testify in support of Bryan's bond request ... including his daughter.
Bryan's bond was first denied back in July.

Silento Arrest Vid I Got Profiled & Disrespected And Trump Knows Me!!!
-
Exclusive
Silento thinks his race motivated a cop to pull him over for reckless driving, and video shows he was ticked off police didn't realize he's famous -- so famous President Trump blows up his phone. Allegedly.
The "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" rapper's bold claims are coming out now on body cam footage of his arrest last week, when he was allegedly flying down a highway in Dekalb County, Georgia at 143 MPH!!!
Silento immediately told the cop he didn't do anything wrong, and challenges the legitimacy of the cop's radar gun. He insists, initially, he wasn't going that fast, but later concede he was speeding.
You gotta see his excuse though ... something about making a getaway from a bunch of fans following him from a club appearance for his new track, "DXB Money."
Gotta give him credit for promoting his record even as he was about to be arrested.
As we first told you ... this didn't fly with cops, and he was taken to jail, where he started hurling accusations at the cops. Silento accused one of spitting on him, and another of being racist.
The wildest comment though is about the President ... who Silento claims leaves daily messages on his phone asking for his help. He doesn't elaborate, but it sounds like he's getting election season robocalls -- or maybe he and POTUS really are tight.
Silento was eventually booked for 1 count of exceeding the speed limit, 1 count failure to maintain lane, 1 count of reckless driving and 1 count of improper stopping.
His latest run-in with the law comes on the heels of being charged in with assault with a deadly weapon for a bizarre hatchet incident.

Lori Loughlin She'll Serve Full Sentence ... Unless COVID Spreads in Prison
-
Exclusive
- 1.2K shares
Lori Loughlin will not be sprung early from her 2-month prison sentence in the college admissions scandal, but she does have one possible early out.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Lori will be isolated for the first 2 weeks of her stay at Dublin Federal Prison in Northern California. That's normal, because prison officials are extremely concerned about the spread of coronavirus behind bars.
There have been federal prisoners who have gotten out early because of COVID -- notably Michael Cohen, who's serving the remainder of his sentence under house arrest -- but given the judge in her case, he's unlikely to spring her early. The judge has made it clear ... he wants her to serve the entire sentence.
The Board of Prisons does have the ability to release her early if COVID spreads at the facility, but so far that's not even on the table.
You may have heard that federal prisoners only have to serve 85% of their sentence, but that doesn't apply to Lori. The 85% rule applies only if someone is serving a sentence longer than a year. That's why you see some sentences that are 1 year and a day, because that makes the inmate eligible for early release. Again, not the case with Lori.
One thing we know ... she didn't vote in the Presidential election ... because she's now a felon.

'Shameless' Cameron Monaghan Roses are Red, But Mine Were On Fire!!! Suspect Arrested for Arson
-

Cameron Monaghan's quick-thinking neighbor told cops he caught a woman red-handed doing a shameless act ... and now the suspect is in jail.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD got a call last month around 9 AM from a man telling the dispatcher he was following a woman on foot, claiming he witnessed her setting the "Shameless" star's rosebush on fire, which was promptly put out.
We're told the neighbor initially saw the woman set the rosebush on fire and leave ... but when she returned to the area the neighbor followed her and called cops. It wasn't long before cops caught up to the man and detained the woman. It's unknown if Cameron -- who played William H. Macy's stepson/nephew in the Showtime hit series -- was home at the time.
According to police ... there's home surveillance of the woman lighting the fire. We're told the 44-year-old suspect was ultimately arrested and the L.A. County District Attorney's Office has now charged the woman with 1 count of felony arson and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of a smoking device.
She remains behind bars on $151,000 bail.

Lori Loughlin Welcome to Prison ... Make Your Bed, Be on Time, but Have Some Fun!!!
-
Exclusive
Lori Loughlin's started her 2-month stint of hard time, and while the place she's incarcerated in certainly ain't the Ritz-Carlton ... it doesn't sound TOO terrible.
As we reported ... Aunt Becky surrendered Friday to begin serving her sentence at California's FCI Dublin -- a low-security prison -- and we've obtained its handbook outlining what her day-to-day will be like.
First of all, it's still prison -- so there's a very strict schedule for wake-up time (5 AM), quiet hours (9 PM to 5 AM), and inmates must be in their cells for daily counts at 4:30 AM and 9 PM.
According to the handbook ... Lori has to make her bed every day and can be disciplined if she doesn't keep her cell tidy, and the same goes if she sleeps in late or misses meal time.
She'll be in government attire only -- no personal clothing -- and will have to maintain a regular job assignment ... which might include clerical work, cooking, baking, food prep, dishwashing or general cleaning.
OK, so what about the good stuff? Well, Lori and her fellow inmates can listen to music on an approved radio or mp3 player -- as long as it's nonwork hours -- and there's a TV ... but nobody's allowed to change the channel.
The real perks seem to be in the leisure activities and programs provided by FCI Dublin ... including hobby craft classes, wellness classes, structured exercise, sports leagues and holiday events.
Prize bags, treats and certificates are even awarded for participation in health education and exercise ... and the sports opportunities are endless.
For example, Lori can get involved in basketball, volleyball, track, softball, and tennis at the prison's outdoor facilities ... or partake in bingo or a ping pong tourney indoors. Or, she can just workout.
However she decides to pass the time, she's still got 2 years of supervised release after she does her prison time.

Lori Loughlin Officially Starts Prison Sentence for College Bribery Scandal
Lori Loughlin has surrendered to authorities to officially begin her 2-month prison sentence for her role in the college admissions scandal.
The "Full House" star reported to FCI Dublin in California on Friday, nearly 3 weeks before her November 19 deadline to do so ... bringing her one step closer to finally closing a dark chapter in her and her family's lives.
As we previously reported ... Lori and her husband, Mossimo, agreed back in May to plead guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Mossimo also agreed to plead guilty to honest services wire and mail fraud. You'll recall Lori and Mossimo were accused of paying $500k in bribes to get their daughters into USC and faking a photo that made it look like the girls were college-caliber rowers.
Lori also must pay a $150k fine and will be on 2 years of supervised release when she gets out. She also has to perform 250 hours of community service. Mossimo will serve 5 months in prison with a $250k fine and 250 hours of community service.
Remember ... the fact that Lori's now headed off to prison is a massive about-turn after vowing to fight the charges. As for why they had a change of heart ... they were facing multiple felonies and potentially decades behind bars.
Lori's the latest celeb to serve time for their role in the college bribery scandal. Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days behind bars but ultimately was released after 11 days.

President Trump Walk of Fame Star Destroyed Again!!! Vandal Surrenders to Cops
-
Exclusive
- 50.9K shares
While President Trump's got his eye on Joe Biden, perhaps his 2nd biggest nemesis is giving him a beating -- destroying his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star ... for the umpteenth time.
James Otis, who'd already attacked Trump's WoF star multiple times since 2016, returned to the scene of his crimes AGAIN early Friday morning. Otis dressed to the nines for the occasion, took out a pickaxe and, as usual, went to town on Trump's plaque.
Check out the video ... the star apparently was covered with plywood and had fencing around it -- expecting the worst, clearly -- but none of that deterred Otis, who cleared the fence and the boarding before finally hitting pay dirt. We're told Otis turned himself in to cops and is being booked for felony vandalism.
The destruction comes 4 weeks after Otis dressed up as the Incredible Hulk to obliterate DT's commemorative sidewalk piece.
It didn't take long before crews started working to restore the star. At the time, we wondered how long it would last before another vandal struck. Well, it was the SAME vandal and it was 28 days later.
Otis was arrested and charged with felony vandalism last time around too. The first time he was arrested, back in February 2017, he pled no contest and was sentenced to 3 years probation, community service and ordered to cough up $4,400.
We'll see what he gets this time around.
