NBA's Terence Davis Arrested After Allegedly Punching Ex-GF In Face Repeatedly

Toronto Raptors guard Terence Davis -- one of the best rookies in the NBA last season -- was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly socked his ex-GF in the face multiple times ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Davis was staying with his ex-girlfriend at the Beekman Tower in Midtown Manhattan, NY ... when the two got into an argument.

Unclear what prompted the dispute ... but our sources say things got out of hand quickly -- with Davis allegedly punching the woman in the face REPEATEDLY.

We're told the altercation escalated even further after Davis' ex-GF refused to stop filming the NBA player with her phone ... so our sources say Davis grabbed it and shattered its screen.

We're told police were eventually called to the scene ... where they arrested the 23-year-old NBA player, booking him on misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges.

Meanwhile, our sources say Davis' ex-GF was taken to the hospital after complaining of swelling and pain in her left eye. We're told she was treated for her injuries and released.

Davis was a very good player for the Raptors this season after he went undrafted out of Ole Miss ... playing in all 72 of his team's games.

Davis -- who started 4 total contests and averaged 7.5 points per game -- was selected to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team, joining stars like Tyler Herro and Coby White.

Keith Raniere NXIVM Sex Cult Leader Sentenced ... 120 Years in Prison!!!

Keith Raniere -- the leader of NXIVM, a sex cult operating under the guise of a self-help organization -- will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The judge sentenced 60-year-old Raniere to 120 years in prison Tuesday in Brooklyn federal court. His sentencing came after 15 former NXIVM members confronted him over the physical and emotional abuse they endured under his guidance in the cult.

Raniere -- known as "Vanguard" to his followers and the subject of the HBO docuseries, "The Vow" -- was arrested in March 2018 for sex trafficking, but was still relatively flying under the radar until it came out that "Smallville" actress Allison Mack was linked to him and the cult. She was arrested the next month.

Mack allegedly served as Raniere's accomplice in forming the DOS group in NXIVM, which manipulated women into being branded above their pubic regions with his initials.

Raniere was convicted of wire fraud conspiracy, sex trafficking conspiracy, forced labor conspiracy, and 4 other charges for his role as leader of the cult for 2 decades.

As we reported ... Mack pled guilty in her case to racketeering conspiracy and racketeering in April 2019, and is still awaiting sentencing. She's facing up to 40 years.

She said at the time of her guilty plea ... "I must take full responsibility for my conduct. I am very sorry for my role in this case. I am very sorry to my family and to the good people I hurt through my misguided adherence to [NXIVM leader] Keith Raniere’s teachings."

Black Teen Dragged Kid Forgives Cop ... Says Don't Fire Officer

DRAGGED ON CONCRETE

The 17-year-old who got dragged across the pavement by an arresting officer -- despite being handcuffed and compliant -- says he forgives the cop for doing him wrong, but he'd appreciate an apology.

D'Angelo Chapman tells TMZ ... even though Officer Jordan Moore's actions are inexcusable, he's not one for holding grudges. He knows what the cop did has his family and his community in Mansfield, Ohio justifiably upset ... but he feels Moore's paid suspension for the dragging incident is fine, even if others disagree.

The teenager tells us he doesn't want the officer to get fired because he'd be without a paycheck for his family, and says as long as Moore learns from his mistake, and takes the training necessary before returning to his job ... he's okay with that.

D'Angelo says he'd be down to speak with Moore too ... as long as the officer is prepared to make a genuine apology.

Though his reaction to the incident is noble, D'Angelo has been feeling negative effects from it. He says he's lost trust in police and gets anxiety now when he sees cop cars ... something he never felt before.

He also tells us the attention he's been getting is a bit overwhelming, but he does appreciate the support.

As we reported ... Moore's suspended with pay until January 11. The Mansfield police chief said, "Moore’s response was found to be improper which resulted in the misapplication of force used on a person that was handcuffed, in custody and offering no resistance."

Cops were reportedly called to the scene initially because Dwaine Chapman, D'Angelo's father, was allegedly threatening to have his dog attack his roommate. Dwaine is facing charges of menacing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Dana Stubblefield My Husband Is Innocent ... Had Sex w/ Accuser, But Wasn't Rape

TMZSports.com

Dana Stubblefield's wife says her husband is an innocent man, telling TMZ Sports she's convinced the accuser is lying ... saying she's worried about what could happen to him in prison.

We spoke with Terri Stubblefield ... who's been married to the ex-NFL star for 11 years. They have 2 young children together.

Terri had filed for divorce back in 2016 after she learned about the allegations against Dana ... but they have since reconciled.

Terri admits that Dana screwed up by having sex with another woman ... but she believes it was consensual -- and says allegations he used a gun to rape the accuser are just plain wrong.

"There's no denying they had sex, but he didn't rape her. He didn't have a gun. Dana is 300-something pounds. I don't think he needs a gun to hold down somebody at all."

Terri also says Dana is "not that kind of person. He's a very sweet person."

Terri says she needs Dana to help raise their children and she's terrified at the idea he could spend the rest of his life in prison.

As we previously reported, Stubblefield was sentenced to 15 years to life for raping a woman at his Santa Clara, CA home back in 2015.

Prosecutors say the woman has mental and physical disabilities. Terri says she's spent years combing over the allegations, and simply doesn't believe the accuser's story -- any of it.

Terri says over the past few years, Dana's friends and former teammates have turned their backs on him -- with a few exceptions -- praising Randy Kirk and Ron Stone for sticking by Dana.

"I believe that some of his other teammates that I thought he was closer to would step forward and they haven’t."

Mrs. Stubblefield -- who is now focused on appealing the conviction -- has a message for everybody who thinks her husband is a terrible person.

"Please don't think that Dana is a monster because he's not. He is a great person and you all know better. Don't let the media fool you! He's a really good person, a great father, caring with a big heart. He just made a mistake."

'Unsolved Mysteries' Lester Eubanks Leads Pouring In ... Authorities & Victim's Family Optimistic

"Unsolved Mysteries" is once again bringing about renewed interest in an old case gone cold, but more importantly ... it might lead to the capture of a killer on the run for 47 years.

Volume 2 of Netflix's revival of the show features an episode called "Death Row Fugitive," which focuses on the escape of convicted child killer, Lester Eubanks, in Ohio in 1973. He's been on the lam ever since.

The creator of the series, Terry Dunn Meurer, tells TMZ ... they've received hundreds of leads on Eubanks' whereabouts since the episode aired Oct. 19, and have passed any that seem even slightly credible to law enforcement.

The U.S. Marshal Service has concurrently announced that they believe Eubanks is alive and they are getting closer to tracking him down. They've also doubled the reward for information leading to his capture from $25,000 to $50,000.

Eubanks was convicted in the '60s for the rape and murder of 14-year-old Mary Ellen Deener. Though he was sentenced to death, it was later changed to life in prison ... but he escaped in December 1973, near Columbus, while out on an honor assignment.

Deener's sister, Myrtle Carter, tells us she hopes the episode leads to Eubanks' arrest so her family can finally have some closure once and for all.

She says all she can do is be hopeful, but like the U.S. Marshals ... she's encouraged by the response and support from "Unsolved Mysteries" so far.

As you may recall ... the show sparked a similar reaction this summer with its episode about the 2004 death of Alonzo Brooks in Kansas. Tips flooded in, and a couple weeks later his body was exhumed and his case was reopened.

The investigation is ongoing.

BLM Cop Drags Handcuffed Black Teen Over Concrete ... Gets Paid Suspension

DRAGGED ON CONCRETE

A police officer has been suspended after dragging an underage, black teenager across the pavement ... despite the fact the teen was not resisting.

The incident went down in Mansfield, Ohio earlier this month when Officer Jordan Moore stopped a car driven by the teen's dad. It's unclear why cops stopped the car. The video begins with both father and son on the ground ... surrounded by cops.

You see Moore drag the teen by the back of his hoodie ... from one side of the police car to the other. The kid is fully compliant ... no resistance whatsoever.

Cops then manhandle the dad and aggressively shove him in the squad car as well.

Police Chief Keith Porch says Officer Moore squarely violated department policy. Moore did not give the suspect a warning to comply and he was not resisting. The Chief says Moore's conduct violated Dept. policy, saying, "There was no immediate need or emergency for Officer Moore to take the action of dragging the arrestee."

It's unclear what, if anything, the suspects were charged with. As for Officer Moore, he's suspended with pay until January 11. He'll undergo training as a condition for his return.

Silento Busted in GA for Reckless Driving Cops: He Drove 143 MPH!!!

Silento's so famous he needed to drive 143 MPH to lose 10 cars following him after leaving the club ... at least that's what cops claim the rapper told them when they busted him.

The "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" rapper was arrested Friday around 3 AM in DeKalb, County Georgia after cops claim they clocked his 2020 BMW X3 sports SUV doing 143 MPH on Interstate-85, which is a 65 MPH zone.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say they observed the car slowing down, changing lanes and swerving before pulling it over. Cops say when they approached the SUV, Silento rolled down the window, handed the cop his driver's license and said, "We ain't do nothing wrong."

The cop begged to differ ... telling the rapper his radar gun clocked him driving at dangerous speeds. Cops say when they asked him why he was driving so fast, Silento pulled the famous card and said "people be following me everywhere I go."

102320_silento_4873065
WILD NIGHT

And, get this ... cops say Silento -- who said he'd just left a club where he was promoting his new track, "DXB Money" -- claimed he had the right to drive at those speeds and justified it this way -- "If there is like 10 cars following me, I can do 143 because I am not a regular person."

That answer apparently didn't fly with cops ... who arrested Silento for 1 count of exceeding speed limit, 1 count failure to maintain lane, 1 count of reckless driving and 1 count of improper stopping. He was taken to DeKalb County Jail.

Not a good look for Silento, who just last month was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in a bizarre hatchet incident.

Maryland Police Black Passenger Arrested for Not Showing ID During Traffic Stop

PASSENGER UNDER ARREST
@heatherjanney/Tik Tok

An African-American man was arrested Friday because he refused to show cops his ID during a traffic stop in which he was a passenger ... and wait till you see how cops manhandled him.

The guy's name is Antoine. He was driving with his wife/girlfriend, Heather Janney, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland when she was pulled over for going 45 in a 30 MPH zone. For some reason cops wanted to see Antoine's identification, and he resisted, saying this was a simple traffic ticket and there was no reason for a passenger to show ID.

Cops clearly didn't see it that way. They placed him under arrest and then dragged him out of the car.

Antoine kisses Heather before he's removed from the car. You hear her cry as she videotapes him getting cuffed and taken away.

It looks like their newborn baby may be in the car.

Heather says they're lawyering up.

Cops tell TMZ they arrested Antoine because he resisted arrest and has 2 outstanding warrants.  They did not say why they wanted his ID in the first place.

APPEARING IN COURT

UPDATE

10:58 AM PT -- Zachery just went before a judge and his lawyer waived his formal arraignment.

UPDATE

The judge set future court dates for Nov. 20 and Nov. 30, telling Zachery he can appear remotely on the latter.

UPDATE

In the video, Zachery starts to ask the judge about the remote court hearings but the judge cuts him off and tells him to talk to his lawyer.

UPDATE

Seems Zachery's looking forward to the World Series matchup tonight, he came to court with his Los Angeles Dodgers cap.

Zachery Ty Bryan beat the hell out of his girlfriend over missing phone charging cables ... at least according to her, and prosecutors heard enough to charge him with felonies.

The 'Home Improvement' star was charged with strangulation and coercion -- both felonies -- plus 6 misdemeanors, for the alleged violence that went down last weekend in Eugene, Oregon. We now know her version of events and it is harrowing.

Zachery's girlfriend told cops he woke her up, pulled her out of bed by her hair and started beating her, all while shouting obscenities about missing cell phone chargers ... according to police documents.

She told cops Zachery had become physically abusive toward her in the last month, and it reached a head last Friday when he allegedly punched and slapped her in the head and face multiple times. She also claims he choked her to the point she thought she was going to suffocate, and put his knee into the back of her neck.

According to cops, the woman said she broke free and dialed 911, but he disconnected the line. She claims he was standing next to her when dispatchers called back.

When police arrived, an officer said he noticed blood, swelling and bruising on the alleged victim ... and the cop claims Zachery was evasive about what happened, other than accusing her of trying to take him down because he was breaking up with her.

As we reported ... Zachery's been released on bail, and he's barred from all contact with the alleged victim.

Joe Biden Possible Assassination Plot ... By N.C. Man Arrested with Guns, Explosives

A North Carolina man may have been plotting the assassination of Joe Biden and showed an alarming fascination with domestic terrorism ... this according to the FBI.

The feds filed legal docs detailing why Alexander Hillel Treisman -- who was originally arrested back in May on child pornography charges -- should remain locked up pending trial. Among the reasons the FBI wants to keep him behind bars ... a possible plot to assassinate the Democratic Presidential nominee.

The feds claim Treisman posted a meme on social media -- asking if he should kill Biden. The feds say he had planned on traveling to a Wendy's that's 4 miles from Biden's home. The feds claim they also found a checklist that ended with the word "execute."

And, then there's this ... in docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds say back in May they found Treisman's van filled with guns and explosives ... from an AR-15 style rifle and a Taurus .380 caliber handgun to a canister of the explosive material Tannerite. What's more ... the feds say Treisman had $509k in U.S. currency, books about survival and bomb-making and drawings of swastikas and planes crashing into buildings.

The feds also say they uncovered driver's licenses from 3 different states. According to docs ... Treisman's Internet searches between March and May 2020 also included information about Biden's home address and night-vision goggles, among other things.

And, if that's not terrifying enough ... the feds allege they found an October 2019 note created on Treisman's Samsung cell phone about a plan to carry out a mass shooting at a mall food court on Christmas Day or Black Friday.

The feds filed the order as reasons why Treisman should remain behind bars pending his trial on child pornography charges.

Ex-NFL Star Dana Stubblefield Gets 15 Years to Life in Prison For Rape ... WIll Appeal

UPDATE

11:43 AM PT -- Stubblefield's attorney, Allen Sawyer, tells TMZ Sports there will be an appeal ... and he's adamant his client's name will be cleared.

UPDATE

"We're very confident that if the jury had the correct information, they would have (come) to a different conclusion," Sawyer tells us.

UPDATE

"I've never had a case that so much evidence has been excluded. We wanted the truth to come out and we're going to keep fighting."

UPDATE

He continued ... "(Dana) knows he's innocent and he's confident the system is going to get it right and he's gonna be patient."

UPDATE

"It's hard on his family. He has children and a wife but this is what he has to go through in order to get to where he needs to be."

Ex-NFL star Dana Stubblefield has been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for raping a mentally disabled woman in a 2015 incident, court officials tell TMZ Sports.

Back in July, the 49-year-old was found guilty of forcible rape while using a gun -- a crime that carries 15 to life.

And, on Thursday, the judge sentenced Stubblefield to exactly that - meaning he'll have to do a minimum of 15 years behind bars. Stubblefield was present in the courtroom when the sentence was handed out.

As we previously reported, Stubblefield was first arrested back in May 2016 after officials say the former 49ers superstar raped a woman he found on a babysitting website and had invited to his Santa Clara, CA home for a job interview.

Stubblefield had argued the sex was consensual -- and claimed he could prove it with a lie detector test.

Prosecutors argued the woman was "incapable" of giving consent because of a mental disorder and developmental and physical disabilities.

Stubblefield was initially hit with 5 felonies -- but in January 2018, prosecutors uncovered evidence they believe proved Stubblefield used a gun to commit the alleged rape. Bail was revoked and he was remanded back into custody.

Stubblefield and his attorneys have denied the allegations for years -- claiming the woman behind the allegations was just looking for a payday.

Young Buck might have dodged a bullet ... we've learned his girlfriend got busted by cops after allegedly firing a gun while squaring off with him.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the G-Unit rapper and his girlfriend were involved in a domestic incident Tuesday at a home in Tennessee, and at some point, she allegedly picked up a firearm and let off a few rounds.

Bill Cosby's latest mug shot has 2020 written all over it, because there's a face mask hanging around his neck ... and the look on his face a little unnerving.

The disgraced comic found something to smile about in his most recent mug shot, taken on September 4 at the SCI Phoenix state prison in Pennsylvania, where he is currently incarcerated.

Reps for the prison tell TMZ they update inmates' mug shots periodically because their appearance can change ... and Cosby was due for a new one.

It's true -- his look has changed quite a bit since Sept. 2018, when he was sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home his 2004.

Cosby wasn't so happy about posing for his mug shot then, but maybe the 83-year-old prisoner's feeling good about being up for parole pretty soon ... even though he's said he doesn't feel there's need for him to show any remorse when that time comes.

'Naked & Afraid' Star Brandon Pope Busted for Voyeurism

"Naked and Afraid" star Brandon Pope won't be naked -- he has a new jumpsuit -- but he has reason to be afraid ... after cops nabbed him for allegedly spying on a bathing family member.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Pope was busted in Arkansas after he was accused of spying on a teenage family member who was taking a bath in his house.

We're told someone inside the house called cops, and Pope was ultimately arrested earlier this month on 1 felony count of voyeurism.

Our sources say Pope’s bail was set at $50,000, and he currently remains behind bars.

Pope appeared this season on Discovery's hit show. He was one of several survivalists in Bulgaria who accidentally started a fire that quickly spread across the mountainside where they were filming. The fire was so out of control, producers had to jump in to restore order.

'Home Improvement' Star Zachery Ty Bryan Makes Bail ... After 'Strangulation' Arrest

Zachery Ty Bryan is heading back home after getting busted for allegedly choking out his girlfriend ... and he wasn't in jail for long.

We broke the story ... the "Home Improvement" star was arrested late Friday night in Eugene, OR and booked on 3 charges, including 4th-degree assault, strangulation and interfering with making a report.

After posing for his mug shot and spending the night at Lane County Jail, Zachery was released Saturday night on $8,500 cash bail ... Lane County pretrial services supervisor Brian Snaza tells TMZ.

We're told Zachery has also been issued a no-contact order -- typical after a domestic violence arrest -- so he's required to stay away from the alleged victim and can't contact her in any way.

Zachery's next court appearance is scheduled for Friday, but we're told the D.A. is still deciding whether to charge him.

Bobby Shmurda I Swear I'm a Changed Man ... Parole Board Isn't Buying It

Bobby Shmurda has big plans for when he gets out of prison, but he's gotta put 'em on the back burner because the parole board still isn't feeling his whole "I've changed" vibe.

The rapper told the board he wants to resume his career in entertainment, but also wants to do outreach programs with troubled youth who need guidance. According to a transcript of his September parole hearing ... he also told the parole board he thinks of himself now as a "leader" and not a follower.

Shmurda claims he got into a lot of trouble when he was younger because he felt he would look like a punk if he walked away from fights. He added that's all changed now, and said he feels too "grown" to be fighting and arguing.

As we first reported, Bobby was denied parole during the hearing, but the transcript reveals exactly how he made his case to be released. According to the docs, he said he's no longer impulsive, and takes time to think about others and walk away from bad situations when they pop up.

There's a good reason that didn't fly with the board. In denying Shmurda, board members pointed out he's had "multiple" violations while in prison, including allegedly having a shank, fighting and drug possession.

Shmurda says he wants to get a high school G.E.D. when he gets out. Most likely he's got just over a year to study. We're told it's almost certain he'll remain inside until December 11, 2021 ... when his 7-year sentence ends.
