According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Euphoric Gentleman's Club sued Blueface over the incident, claiming his business was ruined because of the shooting incident ... and just won summary judgment in the amount of $13,072,482.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

If you missed it, the club's owner erupted following the shooting, calling for Blueface's arrest and then some ... and now the court agrees he's gotta pay up.

The whopping bill is broken down into several categories ... $12.6 million in lost revenue, lease damages of $198K, $84k in payroll expenses to employees who had to be paid following the club's Nov. 2022 shutdown, and more.

BF received a suspended sentence after taking a plea deal in the criminal case related to the incident, meaning he'll only have 3 years of probation and won't be serving any time behind bars if he keeps his nose clean.

It's unclear if BF plans to appeal ... he had no attorney listed for the civil case and it looks like he failed to appear in court to even challenge this latest ruling.

Chris Brown Joining CA Exodus ... 'Time For Something Different, L.A.'

Chris Brown could be the next California resident to pack up and find some new surroundings -- the R&B megastar says he's moving on from the Golden State.

Chris posted Monday ... "LA it's been FUN. Cali will always be my second home but I think it's time for me to try something different." He buttoned his farewell note with a 💗, so it doesn't appear there's anything too heavy behind the move.

Breezy's time in Cali has been the backdrop for virtually all his major headlines -- good and bad.

He's fended off noise and party complaints from neighbors for years at several of his residences -- and also dazzled fans with yard sales, liquidating rare clothing and memorabilia items.

Of course, he's also been pinched under the state's criminal justice system a few times -- most infamously for the 2009 Rihanna beating.

Chris didn't say where he's heading (or even if he's definitely moving), but if he's inclined to follow others fleeing Cali lately ... Texas, Florida and Tennessee are the hot spots.

3-Year-Old Girl Shooting 911 Caller Claims Adults Tried To Hide Incident

911 AUDIO

The adults in the room when a 3-year-old shot herself with an unattended gun tried covering up the bloody incident ... at least according to the woman who called 911.

In the dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ, the caller says she's not at the home but has been informed about the shooting and is rushing over to help. She's not sure if anyone in the home called 911, and the dispatcher can't seem to find any prior call about the shooting.

092823_3_year_old_gunshot_kal 9/24/23
COMPLETELY UNSUPERVISED

The caller begs for an ambulance to rush over to the home, adding ..."And, they are trying to hide it. That's why they didn't call fire rescue. I need an officer over there. I need fire rescue over there."

She also tells the dispatcher the people in the home are trying to take the kiddo to the hospital themselves and "they just let her shoot herself in the hand."

As we reported ... home surveillance video shows the young girl, Serenity, playing in the living room at her grandma's Florida home, jumping onto a couch where a loaded firearm is sitting in plain view.

Serenity grabs the pistol and peers over at a relative, Orlando Young, who is watching a football game on a laptop ... and then the gun goes off. The bullet strikes her hand, and she cries out in pain as chaos ensues.

The caller is on the phone with 911 as she races to the house, and she's still on the line when she pulls up ... and you hear her yelling at someone, "Why didn't they call fire rescue?!?"

Miami-Dade County police say family members took Serenity to a hospital ... and Young was arrested and charged with child neglect.

It's unclear if the caller is the girl's mother, Warnicia Williams, who told Local 10 News she wants Young held accountable.

We reached out to Young's attorney, who declined to comment at this time.

Notorious Gastro Con Man Faked Heart Attacks In Spanish Restaurants ... To Skip Out On Tabs

An accused con man came up with a bizarre, yet hilarious scheme to get out of paying his restaurant tabs ... he faked heart attacks on TWENTY occasions!!!!

The alleged scam artist, identified as Aidas J., took on a "typical Russian tourist" persona as he hit various eateries in Alicante, Spain, where he moved from his home in Lithuania, according to news reports. He would then go about swindling the establishments.

In his latest grift, Aidas sat down in El Buen Comer and ordered a seafood dish and two whiskies.

After he knocked it all back, he tried to slip out the door without paying. But an eagle-eyed employee blocked him and demanded he pay the $36.80.

Aidas said he needed to get the money from his hotel room, but, when that excuse didn't fly, he pretended to be sick and slumped to the floor.

Of course, the staff was dubious and contacted the police. Responding officers immediately recognized Aidas as the notorious scammer whose been arrested numerous times for the same hijinks.

Aidas was arrested for the unpaid $36 bill and hauled off to the police station. Usually, he spends a few days in jail and then he's back out doing his thing.

Many of the restaurant owners in the port city have posted pictures of him so people will be on the lookout.

Former MLB Pitcher Danny Serafini Arrested For Murder, Att. Homicide ... Allegedly Targeted In-Laws

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Danny Serafini is in some MAJOR trouble ... 'cause he just got arrested for serious felonies!!

Serafini and his alleged accomplice, Samantha Scott, were busted in Nevada Friday for the 2021 fatal shooting of Robert Gary Spohr and attempted murder of Wendy Wood.

Cops said the victims were Serafini's in-laws, but they wouldn't characterize the relationship between the ex-Minnesota Twins player and Scott.

According to a June 2021 press release, officers were called to a home in North Lake Tahoe, California, and discovered Spohr had been shot to death.

His wife, Wendy, suffered a bullet wound in the same attack and was rushed to a local hospital, where she was released after treatment. She passed away a year later.

Security video from their house shows a hooded masked man with a backpack lurking around the property in the hours before the bloodshed. Investigators have not disclosed a motive, and formal charges have yet to be filed against Serafini and Scott.

In his 7-year MLB career, Serafini pitched not only for the Twins, but also the San Diego Padres, Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates and Colorado Rockies.

ESTRELLA DE 'OITNB' TARYN MANNING Alguien robó mi carro!!!

'OITNB' STAR TARYN MANNING Someone Stole My Car!!! Makeup Artist Arrested

Taryn Manning and her makeup artist are adding to their list of bizarre incidents ... this time, Holly Hartman was arrested for driving Taryn's car, which had been reported stolen.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Holly was taken into custody Wednesday morning in West Hollywood after sheriff's deputies pulled her over and discovered the 2004 Chrysler Crossfire she was driving was hot.

We're told deputies called Taryn, who would only tell them the car belonged to her ... and she refused to indicate whether she wanted to press charges against Holly.

The case, we're told, will now be sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office for possible criminal charges.

It's unclear when the car was reported stolen ... but we're told the report originated in Palm Springs, which is a pretty long drive from WeHo.

Taryn and Holly have a rocky history. Although they've been close for many years, Taryn was arrested for allegedly attacking Holly in 2012, though the charges were eventually dropped.

Holly also tried to get a restraining order after alleging Taryn attacked her in 2015, but a judge ended up denying the request.

DJ Envy Feds Say No Raid Took Place at iHeart Studio

DJ Envy's ex-business partner Cesar Pina was arrested on fraud charges Wednesday ... but reports that federal officials raided the iHeartRadio offices and removed electronic equipment are not true ... this according to federal law enforcement sources.

Envy's lawyer Massimo D'Angelo tells TMZ Hip Hop ... the reports are yet another example of the "continued sensationalization" in the media to attach his client's name to this story ... even though he insists Envy is one of the victims, not a perpetrator, of the alleged fraud.

Law enforcement sources tell us the same, and a source iHeartMedia also confirmed to us that no equipment was removed from the building.

We're told the New Jersey Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the FBI all had a part in investigating the case and officials were at the offices to alert Envy that Pina had been arrested.

Pina was charged with one count of wire fraud ... and pleaded not guilty before being released on a $1 million bond.

He's not allowed to leave the state and is restricted to electronic monitoring.

Envy has not been charged with any crimes and has steadfastly maintained his innocence ... claiming he lost $500k of his own money in the deals.

Danny Masterson Bijou Should Have Full Custody of Our Kid

There's a chance Danny Masterson will never see life outside prison walls again, and he agrees, unsurprisingly, that Bijou Phillips should have custody of their 9-year-old daughter.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Danny agrees to give his estranged wife, Bijou, both legal and physical custody of the couple's daughter, Fianna. He asks for visitation, but obviously, that'll be done under the supervision of prison officials if it's granted.

Danny lists the couple's date of separation as September 15 -- just one week after he was sentenced to 30 years to life -- for two counts of forcible rape. The two were married for 11 years, tying the knot in October 2011.

Bijou's filing came as a bit of a surprise considering she'd stuck by Danny's side throughout his criminal trial and even the retrial.

In the filing, Bijou's attorney, Peter A. Lauzon, tells TMZ, "Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter."

The statement continues, "This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter."

While neither has come out and said it, there's a good chance the couple decided to go forward with a divorce to protect their daughter and try to hold on to any possible assets that may be impacted if civil cases are filed against Danny in the future.

Kim Kardashian Shows Up for Jury Service in Gang Murder Case

Kim Kardashian has been in court this week -- not as a lawyer or litigant, but as a prospective juror in a gang murder case ... TMZ has learned.

Kim was at the Van Nuys Courthouse all week, as part of a jury panel in a case where 2 men have been charged with murdering another man in a gang-related crime. We're told she was there 4 days in total, from Monday to Thursday.

Our producer was in the courtroom during voir dire -- where prospective jurors were questioned by the prosecutor and defense lawyers.

Kim made herself part of the group ... eating snacks in the courthouse hallway during the breaks with other prospective jurors. She dressed fancier than the others Thursday, wearing leather pants, high boots and a sleeveless white blouse.

Late Thursday, the lawyers agreed on 12 jurors and 4 alternates ... before Kim was ever questioned, so she was dismissed and left the courthouse ... having concluded her jury service.

In true Kardashian form, there were cameras from her Hulu show in the parking lot as she jumped in her SUV and left the courthouse.

Our producer says, at least on Thursday, the other prospective jurors were not particularly starstruck ... they treated her like one of them.

She's been very active over the past few years working on prison reform and has even helped secure the release of some prison inmates.

Remember, Suge's got history with everyone from Master P and Wack 100 to Warren G and Akon ... so they're essentially all on notice.

Jussie Smollett Timing Of Rehab Is Suspicious ... Says Osundairo Brothers

Jussie Smollett's timing to enter rehab is peculiar ... at least according to the Osundairo brothers, whose testimony was critical in convincing a jury to convict him.

Abimbola "Bola" and Olabinjo "Ola" Osundairo tell TMZ ... if Jussie really had a problem that required treatment from rehab, he could've checked himself in a long time ago ... but he waited until an appeals court was ready to rule on his conviction for faking a hate crime.
