Alec Baldwin Safety Role on 'Rust' Set Under Microscope ... New Charges Possible

Alec Baldwin might not be out of the woods in the 'Rust' criminal case, because the possibility of prosecutors refiling charges is still looming ... depending on what they learn about docs related to the movie's preproduction planning.

A judge recently made a major ruling after prosecutors in New Mexico asked for documents to be turned over tied to any contracts between Baldwin and the production companies working on the movie. Those docs could shed light on how the production dealt with weapons training and safety on the set, and whether any corners were cut to save money.

PRACTICE SHOT

Hizzoner weighed in on the matter and decided the records needed to be forked over to the D.A.'s office.

The movie's armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed -- who's still facing an involuntary manslaughter charge -- has been arguing the production companies basically hamstrung her and prevented her from doing her job properly. She's claimed she was denied additional firearm training ... saying producers cited a tight budget as the reason.

Depending on what's found in the handed over docs, it could possibly spell new trouble for Baldwin.

Remember, he was initially charged with involuntary manslaughter, but in April that was dropped. Now, it's possible he could be charged again.

Santa Monica Pier Man Makes Bomb Threat ... Climbs Ferris Wheel, Gets Arrested

Wild scene at the famous Santa Monica Pier ... a man claiming to be armed with a bomb climbed the iconic Ferris wheel before ultimately being taken into custody.

The crazy scene played out Monday afternoon at the tourist attraction ... with cops saying it all started when the guy told folks he had a bomb on him, and then started climbing the carnival ride.

The Santa Monica Police Department says as the man scaled the Ferris wheel, he was shouting at officers down on the pier ... but they couldn't make out what he was saying as he hung out in the middle of the spoke.

Shocked onlookers watched in horror as a standoff ensued, and it didn't take long for helicopters to start swirling overhead.

The Ferris wheel stopped and folks who were on the ride became stuck ... and they had to be rescued by a Santa Monica Fire Department cherry picker truck.

About an hour into the affair, the guy started climbing down from his perch on the 85-foot tall ride ... appearing to communicate with law enforcement.

Ultimately, the guy was arrested ... and cops say they did not find any bombs.

SHANNON BEADOR Getting Treatment After DUI Arrest ... Still Doing Stand-Up

Shannon Beador is getting herself some treatment after her recent DUI bust ... but it's not preventing her from going on tour with her fellow 'Housewives of Orange County' castmates.

Sources close to Shannon tell TMZ ... she is taking responsibility and accountability for her arrest and is currently enrolled in an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.

We're told Shannon still plans on participating in her upcoming 'Tres Amigas' comedy shows with Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson -- and although alcohol's been a big part of their act ... Shannon won't be drinking, and they're adjusting the show to focus more on their friendship.

TMZ broke the story ... Shannon was arrested last month over what cops say was a wild ride in her car that ended with her slamming into someone's Newport Beach home, damaging a concrete planter and nearly crashing through the front door.

Surveillance footage of Shannon's alleged drunken night shows her zipping through a residential area before crashing into the property.

Remember, cops on the scene say they found Shannon pretending to walk her dog before they booked her on 2 misdemeanors ... DUI alcohol plus hit-and-run.

Shannon's also offering to pay for the property damage ... and after looking into treatment options, she's found one she feels suits her needs.

'90 Day Fiancé' Leida Margaretha Arrested In Wisconsin ... Allegedly Used Her Job To Steal Thousands of $$$

Leida Margaretha, known from her time on "90 Day Fiancé," has been arrested ... after allegedly using her place of work to steal thousands of dollars.

According to cops in Portage, Wisconsin, they were notified last week by the owners of Loggerhead Deco -- a glass bottle decorating company -- that Margaretha made "fraudulent payments and withdraws to several outside business accounts and customers" using the company's account info.

Cops say some victims have reported several thousands of dollars missing from their accounts ... and Margaretha is now facing charges of Theft from a Business Setting, Forgery, and Wire Fraud Against a Financial Institution.

Police say she may be hit with additional charges as the investigation continues.

Fans of the show would have a hard time forgetting about Margaretha -- joining the cast in season 6, she moved from Indonesia to Wisconsin to live with her fiancé, Eric Rosenbrook.

She was a pretty demanding wife-to-be, often spewing stories that were larger than life ... and she even forced Eric to give his teenage daughter the boot from their home. Margaretha also obtained a restraining order against Eric's kid after the explosive argument.

'QANON SHAMAN' I'm Still Huge Trump Supporter ... Capitol Riot Wasn't His Fault

The so-called "QAnon Shaman" remains steadfast in his support of Donald Trump ... despite doing hard time in federal prison for his part in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

Jacob Chansley, easily the most recognizable Capitol rioter, says he's still on Team Trump ... and he's not blaming the former president for the insurrection, or the prison sentences he and others received.

STILL TOUTING TRUMP
Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan

In his first interview since being released early from prison, Chansley told Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan the riot wasn't Trump's fault in the slightest ... he says Trump should NOT be "blamed for the actions of free citizens."

The way Chansley sees it ... the rioters made their own individual decisions to storm the Capitol and Trump had no responsibility to bail them out or pardon them before leaving office.

The one thing Trump could've done, Chansley says, was start a legal defense fund for the Capitol rioters.

As we reported ... Chansley, who stormed the Capitol in a Viking-style outfit, copped a plea deal with prosecutors and pled guilty to obstructing an official proceeding before Congress ... after initially being arrested for knowingly entering/remaining in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, among other counts.

Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison ... but he got out early after about 16 months, reportedly for good behavior, and now he's back home in Arizona.

And, get this ... Chansley says his time behind bars didn't change his views, it only reinforced his feeling that the government is corrupt at the highest levels.

Mariah The Scientist has nothing but support for Sexyy Red as the dust settles on her sex tape controversy ... which includes defending her from the scope of Akademiks!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the "Spread Thin" singer at Dash Radio, and she advised Sexyy to consider taking legal action, if her XXX leak turns out to be an act of revenge porn.

Akademiks shared his concern for Sexyy in a different way -- advising her to quit dating and banging hood dudes, now that her celebrity stock is on the rise.

Mariah's currently in a long-distance relationship with Young Thug amid his RICO trial, and says Ak needs to shut his mouth and stay out of women's business for good ... something we're sure he's heard before.

She tells us Thug is actually in good spirits in his Fulton County jail lockup, and has become an avid Candy Crush player to pass the time.

Emergency Alert Test Prisoners Busted with Phones Behind Bars

The National Emergency Alert System test turned out to be a huge success for just about everyone ... that is unless you were a prisoner with an illegal cell phone behind bars.

Millions of cellphone users across the U.S. got an alert Wednesday from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and FCC to ensure emergency alerts reach the public at a national level. Phones received both a test message and made a loud alert noise.

However, the testing system made prisoners hiding phones an easy target for prison guards.

A New York State Prison official tells us they confiscated two phones at Sing Sing Correctional Facility during the test. Additionally, a source at FCI Coleman Low in Florida says they too confiscated two phones during the emergency test.

It's unclear how many other prisons faced similar circumstances -- we called around in Arizona, California, Illinois and others -- but you gotta imagine it was a problem nationwide.

A source in Nevada tells us most of their prisoners were already aware the alert was gonna happen, likely turning their phones off, so they didn't confiscate any devices.

When reached for comment, the BOP told us, "The Federal Bureau of Prisons does not elaborate on specific internal security procedures for safety and security reasons."

Unsurprisingly, we're told phones behind bars have become a growing problem, and officials have implemented new tactics in trying to locate them -- including phone-sniffing dogs called "E-Dogs."

Something tells us prisoners may become more cautious the next time a public alert rolls around.

21 Savage MIA From Drake Performance In Canada ... Mystery Swirls

THE NEXT BEST THING

UPDATE

8:47 AM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Canadian officials decided last minute 21 Savage could not enter the country though it’s unclear why.

21 Savage went MIA from his much-hyped performance with Drake in Canada after finally getting his Green Card -- and it's a big mystery why.

The rapper was supposed to perform with Drake at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto Friday night, but Champagne Papi brought out Lil Baby instead.

WITHOUT A HITCH

The concert would have marked the first time 21 was legally permitted to travel outside the United States -- thanks to his shiny new Green Card. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, leaving everyone scratching their heads.

As we reported, Drake recently hinted in his rap song, "8AM in Charlotte," that 21 had finally overcome his immigration issues. He rapped, "Savage got a green card straight out of the consulate/Where I go, you go, brother, we Yugoslavian."

Back in 2019, 21 was taken into custody by immigration authorities in Georgia because he was actually a UK citizen -- living in the United States illegally on an expired visa. His case dragged on for years, and was further complicated by the fact he was caught with codeine and a handgun during the bust.

For months now, 21's been touring with Drake, but has never been able to hit locations outside the US -- most notably when Drake went to Vancouver and ushered Travis Scott onto the stage.

Charlotte Sena Kidnapping Suspect Allegedly Eyed Lawsuit Settlement ... Late Grandad Awarded $2.2 Million

The alleged abductor of 9-year-old Charlotte Sena held her for ransom to get his hands on a portion of a multimillion dollar settlement, according to a new report.

Craig Ross was aware Sena's late grandfather, Patrick, was awarded $2.2 million after he was severely injured in a sledding accident and sued the town of Greenfield, New York, in 1998, the Daily Mail reported. Patrick passed away in 2015, but his sizable payout lives on in his family and was common knowledge among locals like Ross.

Ross allegedly kidnapped Sena and demanded the $50,000 ransom in a note he left at her parent's house because he was "struggling financially," his ex-girlfriend, Amanda Preece, told The Mail.

Preece said the ransom money would have set up Ross for up to five years. She also called Ross a "mooch" because he never wanted to work for money and lived off his mother and girlfriends.

Preece went on to say she believes Ross is "evil" and had been stalking Charlotte and planning her kidnapping for a while.

Last Saturday, Ross allegedly snatched Sena as she rode her bike in Moreau Lake State Park, while the girl was on vacation with her parents in upstate New York.

Police say Ross drove to Sena's home and stuffed the ransom note into her mailbox as investigators were staking out the location.

Cops eventually arrested Ross in his trailer on his mom's property, and he was charged with kidnapping.

Tupac Shakur Retired Detective Testifies In Murder Case ... Sees Link With Biggie Smalls Slaying

Tupac Shakur's fatal 1996 shooting was related to the murder of fellow rapper Biggie Smalls the following year, according to grand jury testimony from a former detective.

Retired Las Vegas Metro Police Detective Clifford Mugg testified before the Clark County grand jury in the Tupac case last month after the recent arrest of Duane "Keefe D" Davis for the hip hop star's murder, CNN reported.

Mugg, one of the investigators in the Tupac case, testified people "associated with both murders were involved," adding that the “theory was accurate that they were related.”

He didn't reveal the theory but admitted there were different assailants in each attack, giving Davis a pass on the Biggie murder.

Prosecutor Marc DiGiacomo asked, “When you say they were related, you’re not saying perpetrated by the same individuals?” Mogg replied, “That’s correct.” Davis was busted in late September and charged with Tupac's murder.

Mogg testified Davis talked his way right into jail by granting so many interviews over the years and talking openly about his alleged involvement in the Tupac murder. Davis was only speaking out to get paid for the salacious story, according to Mogg's testimony.

Shakur was shot to death in a vehicle driven by then-Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight while they were in Vegas for a boxing match in September 1996. Suge was wounded, but survived.

In March 1997, Smalls was killed in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles.

Ex-Steelers LB Anthony Chickillo Tased By Cops ... After Alleged Meltdown At Hospital

UPDATE

7:36 AM PT -- Anthony Chickillo's girlfriend, Tatu Baby, tells TMZ Sports ... the former NFL player was going through a medical episode due to bipolar disorder caused by a concussion that he suffered during his playing days.

"It was just a medical situation," Tatu Baby says.

Tatu Baby added that Chickillo is currently hospitalized and getting the medication he needs in order to get better.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo was tased by cops at a hospital this week ... after police say he had a breakdown inside of a doctor's office.

According to the Hialeah Police Department, Chickillo was at the Hialeah Hospital in Hialeah, Fla. on Thursday morning ... when witnesses say he suddenly snapped and began "trashing" an office, breaking things and throwing chairs.

Cops say the former football player then allegedly "tried to attack everybody" -- before he got into a wrestling match with his dad.

Bystanders called 911 -- and when officers arrived on scene, we're told they deployed a taser in order to subdue him.

In video obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see 30-year-old Chickillo was barefoot and shirtless as cops finally got him in handcuffs and took him away from the area.

The HPD tells us, though, Chickillo was not arrested ... and instead was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.

We're told he will not be arrested once he's released either because nobody at the doctor's office wanted to press charges.

Chickillo is not a stranger to run-ins with the law. In 2019, he was arrested for allegedly roughing up his girlfriend. The charges were ultimately dropped, however, after prosecutors said she refused to testify against him.

Chickillo was drafted into the NFL by the Steelers in 2015 ... and he went on to play five seasons in Pittsburgh, before joining the Denver Broncos in 2020. In 2021, he announced his retirement, writing on his Instagram page, "I am so grateful for the opportunity and thankful for every one of the teams that gave me a shot."
