Billie Eilish says she got a jump scare when she came home ... claiming when she flipped on the lights in her living room, a random man was standing shirtless outside her window.
The singer beelined it to court after Monday's alleged incident and is seeking court-ordered protection from a 23-year-old man named Raymond Black.
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Billie claims she received quite the shock Monday when she got home around 7:30 PM and discovered Black had snuck onto her property and made himself comfortable.
Billie claims she has security footage showing Black loitering around her Los Angeles home Monday afternoon, walking around her property, taking his clothes off and helping himself to her outdoor shower as he waited for her to get back.
She claims when she got home, she went straight inside and turned on a light in the living room to discover a shirtless Black on the pool deck staring back at her, with only a glass window separating them.
Billie says she called 911 and police raced to the home within minutes, searching her property for the culprit. She says cops didn't find him there, but ultimately tracked Black down a short while later on a nearby street and arrested him.
While Billie says Monday's alleged incident was super scary, she claims the same man also showed up looking for her at her parent's home ... and says he also made a couple visits to her home last year when it was still under construction.
Billie says his alleged behavior is causing her anxiety, fear and emotional distress ... and she's asking a judge for a temporary restraining order to keep him away from her and her parents.
She seems to be a magnet for this sort of alleged behavior ... remember, Billie recently got a 5-year restraining order against a man she said broke into her family home.

Cops say William told them Nathan then hung up, which prompted William to text the GF to ask if she was ok -- and she replied, "no."
Police say Nathan was uncooperative when they arrived, claiming they were fine ... and even told the officers William's on drugs and wasn't a reliable source.

The docs say the girlfriend, who appeared to be recently crying, initially was uncooperative at first ... but eventually told cops Nathan had been physically aggressive with her. She added she couldn't explain the specifics, as she "blacked out," although she wouldn't clarify if that was from getting choked.
According to the report, she later shouted, "I'm 100 some pounds and he's 250 how in the hell am I supposed to get him off me." Cops say they noticed bruising on her neck starting to appear ... and Nathan was eventually placed under arrest for domestic battery by strangulation.

Joe Exotic has apparently made up his mind -- he will die behind bars and refuse further treatment -- because his medical team believes his prostate cancer spread to his bladder.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, Joe says he's recently had a lot of blood in his urine and has been bleeding a lot during his prostate cancer treatments. Joe met with his urology specialist Wednesday who thinks Joe's cancer has spread to his bladder.
While Joe says his specialist wants him to go through some testing to be 100%, he's decided he won't seek treatment, writing, "I want to stay here and just let it take its course.”
It's unclear just how much longer Joe has to live, but he makes one thing very clear -- he won't stop his fight for justice, saying, “The world has to know just how corrupt our justice system is … If I have to be the one to die innocent in here fighting for the truth maybe people around the world will finally speak up for the truth for once.”
TMZ broke the story, Joe recently wrote up a new will, leaving everything to his fiancé, Seth Posey, who he met over the internet.

Jeff Hardy DUI Case Closed ... License Reportedly Suspended 10 Yrs

According to the Volusia County court records, Hardy submitted a written no contest plea ... meaning he accepted a conviction and punishment for the crime, but didn't admit guilt.
Hardy was sentenced to 38 days in jail ... but was given a 38-day credit for time already served, and had his license suspended for 10 years, according to Wrestling Observer.
The outlet says Hardy was sentenced to two years probation, court-mandated DUI school or drug rehab program, and community service, and he has to pay $4,586 in fines and court fees.
Jeff Hardy Arrested For DUI, Cops Say AEW Star Had .294 BAC
Hardy -- who was suspended by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) a day after he was arrested for his third DUI -- will also have to wear an interlock device for two years.
Jeff -- who starred for WWE and TNA before joining AEW -- was arrested last June after officers from the Florida Highway Patrol found that he was driving under the influence.
FWP officers administered two tests to Hardy and claim he blew a .291 and .294, well above the legal limit (.08) permitted in Florida, and even had to pull out their service weapons during the stop.
Thankfully, no one was injured, and Hardy was booked without incident. The 45-year-old still remains suspended by AEW -- and there's no word on when he'll return.

Alleged Florida Triple Murderer Dramatic Body Cam Arrest Footage ... 'Get On Your F***ing Face!!'
The Florida man accused of fatally shooting three people -- including a 9-year-old girl and a news reporter-- screamed "They're killing me!" as the police took him to the ground and disarmed him.
Check out this dramatic body cam video, released by the Orange County Sheriff's Office, showing cops driving up to Keith Melvin Moses in Orlando on Wednesday and jumping out with their guns pointed at the alleged killer.
One cop yelled, "Get on your f***king face!" Another officer shrieked, "Get on the f***king ground!"
One of the cops shoved Moses, knocking him to the ground. The cop then straddled his chest and tried to restrain him. Moses started screaming, "They're killing me" and "Let me go!"
The cops turned him over onto his chest and cuffed his hands behind his back. Moses started complaining that he couldn't breathe while the cops suggested that he could be on drugs.
An eagle-eyed deputy noticed Moses had a "zero" in his leg pocket, meaning a weapon.
Another officer asked for his knife and cut open Moses' pant leg, revealing the alleged handgun used in the shootings. You could hear the officer say the gun "is still hot."
Police say Moses embarked on his shooting rampage Wednesday morning when he murdered a woman inside a vehicle and then fled.
Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons and his photographer showed up at the scene to cover the slaying.

At some point, Moses allegedly returned to the scene and shot the journalists, killing Lyons and critically wounding his photog.
Cops say Moses then slipped inside a home nearby and shot a mother and her 9-year-old daughter. The mother was critically injured. Her daughter died.
Investigators initially said Moses knew the first victim, but a witness later contradicted that statement, saying there was no connection. Moses also had no link to the other victims.
Moses has been charged with murder ... additional charges are pending. Police have not disclosed a motive.

Brandon Miller Shooting Victim's Parents Furious With Alabama 'Unimaginable' He Played
The parents of the woman who was killed in Tuscaloosa last month are appalled Brandon Miller was allowed to suit up for Alabama on Wednesday ... claiming the university is focusing more on saving his basketball career than the lives that were ruined as a result of the tragic shooting.
Miller scored 41 points to help the Crimson Tide beat South Carolina ... just one day after cops testified he was connected to Jamea Harris' murder by providing now ex-teammate Darius Miles with his gun on Jan. 15.
Miles isn't accused of actually firing the gun, but has been arrested for capital murder. A third man allegedly fired the fatal shot ... using Miles' gun, which was allegedly delivered by Miller.
DeCarla Cotton was shocked Miller was eligible to play in the game ... telling USA Today, "It’s just unimaginable, and it’s like his life is just going on."
"He took a brief pause and it didn’t stop. It’s like, okay, slap on the wrist and go play ball."
Cotton points out her daughter would still be alive if a gun was not present on Jan. 15 ... adding Miller should have known the potential consequences.
Cotton said the university should care more about her grandson, 5-year-old, Kaine ... who now has to grow up without a mother.
"He’s the true victim in all this," she added. "He won’t have a mother anymore to influence his growing up and who he’s going to be."
Jamea's stepdad, Delvin Heard, also went after Bama head coach, Nate Oats for comments he made surrounding the tragedy ... calling his handling of the matter "godawful."
Heard specifically stated Oats crossed the line for saying Miller was in the wrong place at the wrong time ... claiming the coach "crossed the line."
Oats later apologized for his previous statements, but Heard clearly isn't having it.
"The retraction meant nothing to us because over this five-week period, he has made a habit of making reckless statements," Heard added. "When I say reckless, I mean statements not considering the victim in this whole thing, which is Jamea Harris."
As we previously reported, Miller's attorney claimed in a statement he "never touched the gun, was not involved in its exchange to Mr. Davis in any way, and never knew that illegal activity involving the gun would occur."
Miller was not charged for his alleged involvement in the incident.

Harvey Weinstein Sentenced To 16 Years In Prison In L.A. Sexual Assault Case
3:02 PM PT -- Weinstein tells TMZ, "It is incredible to be convicted for a crime I wasn’t even present for. I am innocent. I never raped or assaulted anyone. This person perjured herself at least three times and then sued for money, when she said on the stand that she would ‘never’. I was never with her. Her entire claim thing was a setup for a money grab."
Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 16 years in prison in his sexual assault case in Los Angeles ... with the punishment coming down two months after a jury found him guilty of rape.
Superior Court Judge Lisa B. Lench sentenced the disgraced film producer Thursday in a downtown L.A. courtroom.
Remember ... Weinstein was charged with sexually abusing four accusers, and the jury ultimately found him guilty of rape and sexual assault for one of the women. The jury found Weinstein guilty of all charges related to Jane Doe 1 -- forcible rape, sexual penetration by a foreign object and forcible oral copulation.
The judge sentenced him to 8 years for the oral copulation charge, 6 years for the forcible penetration charge and 2 years for the rape charge, but they'll run consecutively.
The jury was hung on counts related to Jane Doe 2 and 4 -- forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and sexual battery by restraint -- and Weinstein was found not guilty of a sexual battery by restraint charge from Jane Doe 3.
Weinstein's rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ, "It’s a cruel sentence, given his age, his health and the conditions of his conviction in Los Angeles, when the sole charge was from a person who lied, with the judge and prosecutor well aware of it and permitting it, about critical elements of her own claim."
Juda continues, "There are many out there who will celebrate this action, but it is a sad day for justice and fairness, and I hope no one who is pleased with this is ever caught on the wrong side of cancel culture while hopelessly and voicelessly proclaiming innocence."
Weinstein is already serving a 23-year sentence for a 2020 rape conviction in New York, though the state's highest court has agreed to hear an appeal in that case.

12:21 PM PT -- R. Kelly's attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, tells TMZ, "We feel good. Sentence was mostly concurrent. One additional year added. Almost no restitution. Good outcome." She continues, "But we are still going to fight the NY case!"
R. Kelly has just been sentenced in Chicago to 20 years for his federal sex crimes case.
The disgraced singer was in federal court in Illinois Thursday ... 19 of the years will be served concurrent with the sentence he's carrying out now, while the final year will be consecutive.
Prosecutors recommended a 25-year sentence and asked that it be served on top of the time he's already serving behind bars.
As we reported, Kelly was accused of abusing 4 people, 3 being minors, in this case and faced child pornography charges. He was found guilty on 6 of 13 charges, with the jury convicting him on the child pornography counts, but acquitting him on charges of conspiracy and enticement.
U.S. Attorney Jon Lausch at the time said his sentencing could range anywhere from 10-90 years ... but Kelly seemed to catch a small break earlier this year -- even if it won't make a big effect on his time in prison.
Charges against Kelly from Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx were dropped in January, with Kelly's attorney Jennifer Bonjean telling us Foxx decided to not pursue the case because he's been convicted twice of similar crimes and is already looking at the possibility of a lifetime lockup.
As you know, R. Kelly's currently serving a 30-year sentence for federal racketeering from a conviction in New York.

Alex Murdaugh 'I Didn't Shoot My Wife Or My Son' ... Emotional Testimony In Murder Trial
Alex Murdaugh, who has been charged with the double murder of his wife and son, took the stand and denied shooting his late family members to death.
The disgraced powerhouse attorney testified in his own defense Thursday in a South Carolina courtroom, fielding questions from his defense lawyers, denying he killed his son Paul, adding he didn't shoot his wife, Maggie either.
Murdaugh told the jury ... "I didn't shoot my wife or my son anytime ever."
He became very emotional as he described finding his son and wife dead.
While Murdaugh denied pulling the trigger in the fatal June 2021 shootings, he admitted to lying to authorities about the case.
Murdaugh apologized to the rest of his family, many of whom were in the courtroom... saying he would "never intentionally do anything to hurt" his wife or son Paul, who he referred to as "Paw Paw."
Maggie and 22-year-old Paul were found dead at the Murdaugh's hunting property in June 2021 after they were shot with what investigators believe are two different guns. Murdaugh told police he discovered their bodies after the fact, claiming he had an alibi.
Murdaugh was a person of interest for a while, but it took over a year for him to be charged with murder.
A couple months after his wife and son were found dead, Murdaugh allegedly hired a gunman to kill him so his surviving son, Buster, could collect a $10 million life insurance policy. But Murdaugh survived a gunshot wound to the head and was arrested and charged for the alleged scheme.
Murdaugh pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him ... and his defense has been arguing there's no physical evidence tying him to the deadly shootings.

12:15 PM PT -- College hoops reporter Gary Parrish joined Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" to break down the situation ... and he believes if Brandon Miller weren't one of the top players in the game, he would not be playing for Alabama right now.
"Players are suspended all the time for smoking weed, or missing curfew or skipping class," Parrish said Thursday.
"Brandon Miller, at the best version of this story, is a star basketball player who was driving around Tuscaloosa well after midnight with a loaded gun in his car," he added. "He arrived at a scene where an altercation was going down, and the gun that he brought to that scene was used to take the life of a 23-year-old woman."

Alabama Crimson Tide star, Brandon Miller had a career night on Wednesday ... dropping 41 points and scoring the game-winning overtime basket against South Carolina -- just one day after cops said he was connected to a murder case involving his now ex-teammate Darius Miles.
Miller's clearance to play in the SEC matchup was met with a ton of backlash ... with many questioning the decision to allow him on the court after police claimed he brought Miles his gun on Jan. 15, which was ultimately used to kill 23-year-old Jamea Harris.
Fans in attendance expressed their feelings loud and clear throughout the game ... chanting "lock him up," and "guilty" towards Miller.

UGA LB Jamon Dumas-Johnson Arrested For Racing Car Cops Say Drove Recklessly At 'High Speeds'
Univ. of Georgia linebacker Jamon Dumas-Johnson, who won back-to-back national titles with the program, was arrested and booked on multiple charges Wednesday.
According to Athens-Clarke County booking records, Dumas-Johnson was taken into police custody Thursday night on charges of reckless driving and racing on highways/streets.
The alleged race happened on January 10, when a UGA police officer said he witnessed "two newer model Dodge Charges" next to each other at a red light. When the light turned green, the cars "spun their tires and began racing" at a "high rate of speed." The cop said he turned on his lights and gunned it to 75 MPH, but his car was just too slow. The police officer lost both cars.
However, the police investigated and eventually got a judge to sign off on a warrant for Dumas-Johnson's arrest on February 21.
Police say they attempted to reach Dumas-Johnson by phone, but were unsuccessful. They left him a voicemail informing Jamon there was a warrant for his arrest and directed him to turn himself into the county jail.
Jamon, listed at 6'1", 250 lbs., was booked at 6:34 PM on Thursday and released less than an hour later by UGA Police.
Dumas-Johnson -- a sophomore at the University of Georgia -- recorded 70 total tackles and had four sacks for the Bulldogs this season to go along with three pass deflections.

Florida TV Reporter Breaks Down During Live Report On Shooting ... After 9-Year-Old & Journalist Murdered
A Florida TV journalist broke down in tears live on camera while covering a shooting that claimed the life of both a 9-year-old and a reporter.
WESH correspondent Luana Munoz was doing a live shot outside an Orlando hospital Wednesday night after she had gotten word that fellow journalist Dylan Lyons was one of 3 victims fatally shot in the savage attacks that left 2 others critically wounded. The surviving victims had been rushed to the hospital.
Munoz opened her report with her voice cracking and wiping a tear from her eye. She said, "I apologize. This is really difficult to cover. This is every reporter’s absolutely worst nightmare. We go home at night afraid that something like this will occur and that is what happened here."
She also got choked up talking about Lyons' fianceé, saying they had embraced earlier as other journalists stood in solidarity with their fallen colleague.
Munoz ended with ... "So again we are at Orlando Regional Medical Center where we have learned that one of our own, a fellow reporter, has died while out covering a shooting. There are members of his family here along with his fiancée who are just incredibly distraught tonight."
Orange County Sheriff John Mina said Keith Melvin Moses began his shooting spree late Wednesday morning when he murdered a woman -- with whom he was acquainted -- inside a vehicle and then fled.
Mina said Lyons and a photographer then showed up at the scene to cover the slaying for Spectrum 13 News. While they were doing their jobs, Moses allegedly returned to the scene and shot the journalists, killing Lyons and critically wounding the photog.
But, Moses wasn't done. He allegedly slipped inside a home nearby and shot a mother and her 9-year-old daughter. The mother was critically injured. Her daughter died.
Police flooded the neighborhood and arrested Moses -- carrying the apparent murder weapon -- near where the shootings occurred. He has been charged with murder; additional charges were pending. Investigators have not determined a motive, but they believe Moses had no connection to the journalists, the mother and her daughter.

Nipsey Hussle's pal Cowboy is satisfied with the sentence that came down on the rapper's murderer, but still believes the wound left by Nip's death is one that will never heal.
We got Cowboy outside the DTLA courthouse where the judge gave Eric Holder 60 years to life. He told us it's a big win for those closest to the superstar rapper, but he also filled us in on why it's a bittersweet moment.
While the sentencing brings an end to the tragic saga of Nipsey's murder ... Cowboy says he'll still have Nipsey's family's back -- just as he did through the trial -- because they all made an impact on his life.

We also got activist Najee Ali after Holder's sentencing, and he echoes Cowboy's feelings ... saying any amount of time behind bars could never bring back Nip, but he too calls 60 years fitting for the crime.
Najee also tells us how the community's been affected by the loss, and has some strong words directed right at Holder.

Alabama's Brandon Miller Star To Play Vs. USC ... Despite Connection To Ex-Teammate's Murder Case
Univ. of Alabama star forward Brandon Miller is expected to play on Wednesday night ... one day after cops testified he was the one who brought the gun that was used in the killing of a woman in Tuscaloosa last month.
The school's athletic director, Greg Byrne, said in a podcast just hours before the Tide were set to tip off against the Univ. of South Carolina that Miller did make the trip with the team to Columbia, S.C. and is scheduled to play in the game.
The contest is slated to begin at 8 PM CT.
Of course, the impending move comes as a surprise to many ... as on Tuesday, police said Miller had a connection to the murder case involving his ex-teammate, Darius Miles.
Cops alleged in testimony that Miles had contacted Miller on Jan. 15 about bringing him Miles' gun, which he'd left in Miller's car earlier in the night. Police said Miller eventually arrived on the scene with it -- and the firearm was ultimately used in the killing of 23-year-old Jamea Harris.
Miles' friend, 20-year-old Michael Davis, is the one actually accused of pulling the trigger.
Following the new police testimony, Alabama head coach Nate Oats said Miller was not facing any punishment from him or the school. Oats told reporters, "Brandon hasn't been in any type of trouble nor is he in any type of trouble in this case. Wrong spot at the wrong time."
Miller's attorney, in a lengthy statement released Wednesday afternoon, said Miles' gun was in Miller's car when Miller went to pick up the former Tide basketball player ... but Miller insists he "never touched the gun, was not involved in its exchange to Mr. Davis in any way, and never knew that illegal activity involving the gun would occur."
The attorney added, "Brandon does not own a firearm and has never even handled a firearm. Moreover, he had no knowledge of any intent to use any weapon."
Alabama Basketball Player Darius Miles Charged W/ Murder After Shooting Near Campus
Miller has not been charged with any crimes. He is fully cooperating with authorities in the case, his attorney said.
Miles and Davis, meanwhile, are both facing capital murder charges.
Miller has been Alabama's best player this season, starting 27 games and averaging 18.7 points per contest. He's projected to be a top NBA draft pick later this year.
