Miami-Dade Circuit Court

A one-time Olympic boxer has been arrested for threatening to go on a shooting rampage inside a Florida gym.

Azea Augustama was taken into custody in Miami and booked on three felony charges -- two counts of issuing written threats to commit a mass shooting and one count of threatening to kill or do bodily harm.

He was ordered held on $3 million bond at a court hearing.

According to an affidavit, obtained by TMZ, Azea's membership at Miami's Boxr gym got yanked earlier this month after he had a heated argument with someone.

Then, on Tuesday, Azea had the police escort him back into the gym to retrieve the possessions he had left behind, but they had disappeared.

Azea later took to social media to vent his anger over his missing belongings ... making "threats to kill or do bodily harm with a firearm," the affidavit states.

He went so far as to tag the gym in a few of his threatening Instagram posts, which also included a deposit receipt for an AK-47. He later deleted the receipt.

Police were notified about the threats and tracked Azea to the pawn shop where he had originally put down the $150 deposit for the weapon.

Azea was a member of the 2008 Haitian Olympic crew, but he lost his first-round light heavyweight match to Washington Silvia from Brazil.

Josh Duggar, Fetty Wap, R. Kelly Thanksgiving Prison Feasts ... Good Grub Behind Bars!!!

Celebrities like R. Kelly and Harvey Weinstein are spending another Thanksgiving behind bars ... while Josh Duggar and Fetty Wap are spending the holiday in prison for the first time, but their menus are mostly traditional and plentiful.

TMZ obtained prison and jail menus from across the country -- specifically from spots where big names are locked up. Not everyone's getting turkey, but they'll all be feeling fowl!

Here's a breakdown of the Thanksgiving meals:

Duggar at FCI Seagoville:

-- Split turkey breast, baked ham, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, vegetable lasagna, veggie meatloaf, green bean casserole, rolls, holiday pies and cranberry sauce

R. Kelly at MCC Chicago:

-- Baked cornish hen, mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, green beans and holiday dessert

"Cheer" star Jerry Harris at FMC Lexington:

-- Glazed cornish hen, stuffed green peppers, candied yams, stuffing, mac & cheese, garlic macaroni, green beans, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce and assorted fruit pies

Fetty Wap at MDC Brooklyn:

-- Herb-roasted turkey, tofu fried rice, baked candied sweet potato, mac & cheese, garlic macaroni, simmered cabbage, rolls and fruit pie

Ghislaine Maxwell at FCI Tallahassee:

-- Turkey, Tofurky, cornbread dressing, collard greens, mac & cheese, rolls, cranberry sauce and sweet potato pie

Harvey Weinstein at L.A. County Jail:

-- Roast turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, green salad, rolls, pumpkin muffins and chocolate milk

In addition to all the grub, facilities are offering a ton of activities on Thanksgiving Day.

We're not saying the inmates listed above deserve holiday festivities, but card tournaments, art contests, bingo and movie screenings will be available to some of 'em.

'Below Deck' Kyle Dickard Busted Storming Soccer Field ... Allegedly Tried to Bribe Cops!!!

"Below Deck Adventure" star Kyle Dickard gets way too fired up for soccer -- he ended up behind bars for charging onto the field at a packed stadium, allegedly hitting a security guard and attempting to buy his way outta trouble.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Kyle darted out of the stands in front of 17k spectators last weekend at DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Colombia and Paraguay fans cheered as he bolted past security and cops, who chased him across the field.

As you can see, he didn't go easily or quietly and cops say he struck a security guard in the face as they tried to tackle him.

Law enforcement wasn't amused, but the crowd clearly was, and some of them threw beer at the cops and security as they took him into custody. According to the docs, some fans even followed Kyle's lead and jumped onto the field too.

According to the report, Kyle made matters worse by making multiple offers of up to $300 to officers if they'd "break off" and let him go. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting without violation and bribery of a public servant.

We've reached out to Kyle for comment ... so far, no word back.

All of this won't be shocking to fans of the show, who saw Kyle get fired by the captain after just 3 episodes. He was accused of creating a "hostile work environment" by harassing another crew member.

Elton John Concert Beating 'Victims' Were Brutal Aggressors ... Claims Attorney for Man Who Threw Punches

UPDATE

3:15 PM PT -- Attorney Glen T. Jonas came on "TMZ Live" to reiterate what he told us about what allegedly happened here -- namely, that the driver was the one who supposedly initiated this.

UPDATE

Jonas says the entire narrative is ass-backwards, because his client was simply defending the women he was with that night -- noting, if you hit women ... you'll get whooped. Because of how things have played out, though, Jonas says his client is getting harassed/attacked online.

UPDATE

It's interesting ... Jonas says the women who were allegedly attacked by the driver did, in fact, talk to cops and want to press charges against them. Thus far, however, police have only busted one person -- the man in the black shirt -- on nothing but a vandalism charge.

UPDATE

Unclear if and battery charges will be pursued against anyone -- as this seems to be turning into a he said, she said ... albeit with video evidence of at least one party getting physical.

The man who was seen in video brutally beating another man after an Elton John concert at Dodger Stadium last weekend has a VERY different story of what went down, and he says the alleged victims are really the villains.

Attorney Glen T. Jonas, who represents the man who's wearing a blue t-shirt in the video, tells TMZ, "The so-called 'victims' drove their SUV in a restricted area, hitting my client with the SUV mirror."

Jonas says his client didn't incite the husband and wife in the SUV. He says they got out of their vehicle and began screaming profanities, accusing his client and others of hitting their mirror.

Jonas says they then attacked his client and 2 women, adding, "The driver used a wrestling move, grabbed the woman by both legs and lifted her up, causing her head to smack the concrete." He says while this was going on, the wife choked and pulled the hair of the other woman.

The attorney says his client came to the aid of the woman whose head was smashed into the concrete. Jonas says the video only shows the end of the altercation when his client repeatedly punched the man.

Jonas' take is this ... "An initial aggressor that loses a fight is not a victim, he's just a bully that earned his karma."

Jonas does not want to ID his client, because of the heat he's taking on social media.

Colorado Club Shooting Suspect Mug Shot Released ... Bloodied & Bruised

UPDATE

1:41 PM PT -- Cops just released Anderson Lee Aldrich's mug shot, and you can see extensive bruising and swelling up close. As we reported, Army Vet Richard Fierro says he took Aldrich to the ground, hitting him in the head repeatedly with his own gun, until he thought he was dead.

UPDATE

Richard says a trans woman, who was also inside Club Q during the shooting, joined him in the beatdown -- stomping Aldrich with her heels.

The suspected Colorado shooter is appearing in court for the first time since the mass murder.

BLOODIED AND BRUISED

Anderson Lee Aldrich -- who appeared bloodied and bruised, with significant damage to their face -- appeared on video for the judge Wednesday for a hearing in the case. Aldrich's time with the judge only lasted a couple mins, without much significance -- they'll be back in court December 6.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Aldrich's public defender says their client uses they/them pronouns and will be referred to as Mx. Aldrich in future proceedings. It's the first time Aldrich has claimed to be part of the LGBT community on paper or even publicly.

The problem ... it doesn't appear Aldrich has ever identified as nonbinary in the past. As far as we've seen ... Aldrich has never gone by these pronouns. So, naturally, many are questioning whether this could be a play to avoid federal hate crime charges.

112122-anderson-lee-aldrich-kal JUNE 2021
PREVIOUS ARREST

In any case, there are other things Aldrich is requesting here -- including notice of whether law enforcement has accessed their electronics and/or social media, noting some material may be privileged and that Aldrich hasn't given permission for certain records to be perused.

Aldrich is also requesting other private records to remain sealed, including medical and/or psychiatric treatment they might've ever received. Essentially, Aldrich and their counsel are demanding to know what the government has accessed of theirs thus far, and to provide any waivers of release they claim to have obtained from Aldrich at this court hearing.

Aldrich seems to want any personal material that can receive confidentiality and privilege under Colorado law to stay under wraps from public view as the case plays out. TMZ will be streaming the hearing to see if the judge weighs in, and if Aldrich addresses the court.

Thus far, they've been charged with five counts of first-degree murder and five counts of a bias-motivated crime causing bodily injury -- which have been handed down by the state.

HORRIFIC ATTACK

One man is lucky to be alive after suffering a brutal beatdown in the parking lot after an Elton John show ... and new video from the attack shows just how violent things got.

The extended video, obtained by TMZ, shows a man in blue repeatedly beating the victim in the Dodger Stadium parking lot Thursday night -- the victim puts his hands up before getting kicked back down to the ground.

A different attacker wearing black then lands a violent blow on the man's face, seemingly knocking him out. One of the attackers calls the victim a "fat f***ing f*****" a couple of times before they take off.

FLEEING THE SCENE

The man in black was so eager to get his licks in, he can be seen violently pushing a female friend out of the way and to the ground. You also see him charge a bystander filming, appearing to snatch the phone out of his hand and shove him.

As we reported, 1 arrest has been made so far in the gruesome attack ... although the suspect hasn't been identified.

LAPD told us it all stemmed from a fender bender between 2 different parties ... which escalated into the violent beatdown seen in the most recent video.

Savannah Chrisley I'll Have Custody of My Little Bro, Niece While Parents in Prison

COMING HOME WITH CUSTODY
Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley

Savannah Chrisley is ready to take custody of 2 of her young relatives ... as her parents will be heading to prison to do serious time.

The "Growing Up Chrisley" alum talked about the drastic change in her life during Monday's latest episode of the "Unlocked" podcast ... which dropped just a few hours before Todd and Julie found out about their sentences.

She sounds pretty concerned about what the outcome would be in court, and confirms she'd be getting custody of her 16-year-old brother Grayson, and 10-year-old niece Chloe.

Savannah understandably gets emotional ... seeing it as one of the most difficult parts of this legal battle, but says she's prepared to take them on for their first Thanksgiving away from Todd and Julie.

Again, the podcast was done before the sentencing, and as it turns out ... the Chrisleys aren't required to start serving their time until January.

As we reported, a judge gave Todd 12 years in prison after his conviction for bank fraud and tax evasion, while Julie got 7 and both got 6 months of probation.

BTW -- Chloe's dad, Kyle, has struggled with drug addiction over the years ... Todd and Julie won custody of her in 2016, which is why Savannah is also taking Chloe under her wing.

Cain Velasquez Permitted To Wrestle In Lucha Libre Match ... 1st Event Since Arrest

For the first time since he was arrested for allegedly trying to kill a man ... Cain Velasquez will be back competing in combat sports -- a judge just ruled he can participate in a Lucha Libre wrestling match next week.

Velasquez -- who was granted bail earlier this month after spending over nine months behind bars following accusations that he attempted to shoot Harry Goularte -- had asked a Santa Clara County court earlier this week to allow him to head to Arizona on Dec. 1 so he could participate in the Dec. 3 event.

The request was met with opposition from prosecutors ... but on Tuesday, a judge ruled he could, in fact, make the trip.

The judge, according to MMAJunkie, is allowing the 40-year-old former UFC star to wrestle without a monitoring device ... though Velasquez must pay for a police officer to monitor his movements for the duration of the trip -- which is expected to end on Dec. 4. He'll have to put his monitoring device back on then.

The event will go down at Mullett Arena in Tempe ... though it's unclear who Velasquez will be wrestling against.

The MMA legend -- who's out on $1 million bail -- is still facing 10 criminal charges in his attempted murder case.

TODD CHRISLEY Gets 12 Years in Prison for Bank Fraud Case Julie Gets 7 Years

Todd and Julie Chrisley are going to do hard time after being convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion ... a judge just sentenced Todd to 12 years in prison and Julie to 7.

The "Chrisley Knows Best" stars learned their fate Monday in federal court in Atlanta, where U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross handed down their punishment. They also both received 16 months probation.

As we reported ... Todd and Julie were found guilty on a slew of federal charges back in June, and they were holed up in their Nashville mansion on house arrest as they awaited sentencing.

Federal prosecutors argued Monday for lengthy prison sentences for Todd and Julie ... around 22 years for Todd and a dozen for Julie. On the other side, Todd's lawyers argued he should get a maximum of 9 years in prison, while Julie's lawyers argued she should spend no time behind bars and just get probation.

TMZ broke the story ... Todd and Julie were indicted back in 2019 with prosecutors claiming the couple defrauded banks by obtaining millions of dollars in loans based on false financial documents. The U.S. Attorney's Office also said Todd and Julie cheated the government by actively evading federal income taxes.

Todd and Julie have more headaches too ... as we first told you, Todd's being sued over podcast remarks about a Georgia official who investigated him for tax evasion, and their son Grayson was recently involved in a scary car accident where he was badly injured.

Tyson Foods CFO Body Cam Vid Shows Goldilocks Arrest ... Cops Huff and Puff and then Cuff

CATNAP IN CUFFS

Cops have released body cam video of the most entertaining arrest in months ... when an heir to the Tyson Foods fortune got so wasted he pulled a Goldilocks that got him busted.

It's far from heinous ... in fact, it's kinda relatable for anyone who's been blackout drunk.  Tyson Foods CFO John Tyson got so drunk, he entered a house -- not his own -- meandered to the bedroom, got in bed and passed out.

The 32-year-old Harvard/Stanford grad ended up in the bed of a female college student -- she wasn't there -- and began to snooze.

It went down in Fayetteville, Arkansas earlier this month. The woman called the cops and they realized it was John after pulling his ID out of his pocket. They tried to rouse him, with little success.

In the footage, obtained by Vice News, John finally sits up, but decides it's way too much of an effort and lays back down. You hear a cop say, "John, I need you to wake up and talk to me before I drag you out of her buck naked." He doesn't/can't really cooperate, so 3 cops yank him out of bed in his boxers.

John was charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication. He's profusely apologized to the folks at Tyson Foods and promised it wouldn't happen again.

Thing is, there was no malice here so John will be ok. Besides, he's probably gonna get way more Instagram followers now. Dude's good-looking!

NBA's Taurean Prince Won't Face Charges Over Drug Arrest

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Taurean Prince is breathing easier heading into the holiday season ... TMZ Sports has learned he will not face charges stemming from his drug arrest.

According to court documents, a grand jury declined to charge him with possession of a controlled substance last week. Days later, prosecutors dismissed the gun charges he was facing related to the case as well.

Prince was initially pulled over by the Arlington Police Dept. in Texas back on May 19 ... after officers said he was driving with an expired registration. During the stop, cops say the basketball player told them he had two handguns in the car ... so officers asked him to get out of the vehicle.

During an effort to retrieve the guns from the car, cops say they found a vape pen ... and searched his ride further. They say they then found a canister with marijuana inside.

Following test results on the vape pen, cops obtained a warrant for Prince's arrest -- and in Miami in August, the 28-year-old was taken into custody over it.

"The charges were dropped because the search was clearly illegal," Prince's attorney, Kent Schaffer, told us in a statement on Friday. "On top of that, carrying a gun is legal in Texas, if not encouraged, and the amount of marijuana alleged to be in the vehicle was probably les than a usable quantity."

Prince has played in 15 games for the Wolves this season ... averaging 8.1 points per game.

Blueface Bad Joke at Strip Club Triggered Alleged Shooting ... According to Cops

Blueface's allegedly opening fire on a vehicle -- and subsequently getting arrested for attempted murder -- was the end result of a joke falling flat and sparking a strip club fight.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Blueface and his crew were at Euphoric Gentlemen's Club in Vegas on October 8 ... and the alleged victim supposedly made a joke about the rapper talking with "some females in a cheap vehicle."

Cops say the joke set off members of Blueface's crew, who allegedly hit the man "multiple times."

The docs say the man then attempted to leave in his truck, and told cops Blueface's crew might have thought he was "going for a gun" ... leading to Blueface allegedly firing shots at the man's truck as he fled.

Cops say there were multiple bullet marks on the truck, and its owner suffered what appeared to be a "bullet graze wound" on his left hand.

Jeffrey Dahmer's Dad Tells Dr. Phil He Missed Red Flags ... Too 'Hard to Believe!!!'

LOOKED THE OTHER WAY

Jeffrey Dahmer's father is admitting he ignored a ton of warning signs about his killer son's behavior, but it's the why -- which he shared with Dr. Phil -- that will likely piss off the public.

Lionel Dahmer got candid with the daytime TV host during his 3-day special on the Dahmer case ... and Phil asked him if, in retrospect, he feels he should've seen the evil coming. His response is pretty chilling.

He recalled Dahmer between the ages of 11-14, and said his son used to roam around country roads where they lived to collect the remains of various animals that had been killed ... and then he'd take them home in garbage bags.

Lionel says there were all kinds of dead animals from foxes to small dogs, but he claims it wasn't until Dahmer's trial he found out his son would explore the animals' insides and feel them up.

It's interesting he's claiming he didn't know, because the Netflix series depicts Lionel as sharing that gory experience with his son in their basement.

Now, you'd think the collecting of the carcasses would be enough of a "red flag," but he says he simply didn't dig any deeper into Dahmer's behavior because he had friends who did the "same thing."

As you'd imagine, that explanation didn't sit right with survivors, who told Dr. Phil ... Lionel's ignorance about his son is complete BS.

UVA Football Cancels Coastal Carolina Game ... After Deadly On-Campus Shooting

UPDATE

3:48 PM PT -- The family of Mike Hollins just provided a medical update on the UVA running back ... and it's good news -- the junior has successfully made it through two surgeries and is recovering.

UPDATE

The University of Virginia football team will not play its game against Coastal Carolina on Saturday ... following the tragic deaths of three of its players on Sunday night.

The school just made the decision ... revealing the game will not have a makeup date. Officials said the Cavaliers' season finale against Virginia Tech on Nov. 26 could be canceled as well, though no ruling has been made on that contest yet.

Coastal Carolina officials said they had no issues whatsoever with the decision ... with head coach Jamey Chadwell saying in a statement, "We all stand in solidarity with UVA."

The cancelation is not a surprising one ... after linebacker D'Sean Perry and receivers, Lavel Davis and Devin Chandler were shot and killed on a bus on campus after returning to the school from a class field trip.

Two other UVA students, including Cavaliers running back Mike Hollins, were also injured during the shooting as well -- and at a news conference on Tuesday, head coach Tony Elliott said he and the team were understandably having a hard time processing it all.

A former UVA running back, Christopher Darnell Jones Jr., has been accused of being the gunman in the horrifying incident. He's since been arrested and hit with multiple charges -- including three counts of second-degree murder.

Jones Jr. appeared in court for a hearing on the matter on Wednesday morning. No bond was given -- and his next court date was set for December.

Another mug shot of Jones Jr., meanwhile, was released on Wednesday.

According to sources at the venue, we're told the unknown driver walked into the club earlier and the rapper's crew, who had allegedly been drinking, attacked him. It’s not clear what started the alleged altercation, but we're told Blueface wasn't directly involved in the fight.

After the beatdown, we're told the man retreated to his truck and pulled up on Blueface and his crew as they were leaving. Our sources say the man asked "Who hit me?!" and that's when the shots rang out. From there, you see the truck speed off.
