The actress shared a sweet tribute to Peregrine Pearson on his 30th birthday Sunday ... showing the pair of them cuddled up with a gorgeous sunset lighting up the scene.

She captioned the pic, "Happy Birthday my angel pie 🥧 🎉. 30, flirty and thriving 🎈."

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco broke out their Halloween costumes early this year — and the couple looks like something straight out of "Alice in Wonderland."

That's because they channeled two of the main characters from the famous fictional children's novel with Selena dressing as Alice and Benny as the Mad Hatter.

10/25 -- 4:27 PM PT -- Leah Remini is one step closer to being officially single as a judge has signed off on her divorce from Angelo Pagán ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... a judge put his John Hancock on Leah and Angelo's divorce filing Friday -- the former flames signed off on their settlement earlier this month.

Per the docs, Leah and Angelo's single status will officially be restored in March 2025.

David Eason is in the clear after his ex, Jenelle Evans, accused him of trespassing and theft while she was out of the state ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Columbus County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina tells TMZ ... the case was investigated after Jenelle accused David of violating a court order and trying to steal the "Teen Mom" alum's motorbikes while she was out of town, but officers determined nothing was taken that he wasn't allowed to take. We're told the case has now been closed.

As we reported, David was the one who called for the authorities to do something called a civil standby ... which the sheriff's office said was done to make sure the stuff he took didn't violate the no-contact order.

Zendaya is likely grateful she had Tom Holland by her side during a night out in NYC ... with the 'Spider-Man' star swooping in and saving her from one overeager photog.

Check it out ... Tom appeared to channel his Marvel character Thursday evening, as he pulled a hero move when a pap blocked Zendaya's walkway while exiting the Nine Orchard Hotel in NYC.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Erik wants to live with his better half, Tammi Menendez if he's released from prison. She lives there, so that's where Erik plans to go.

It's not entirely surprising that Judah oversaw the singer's wedding to her alligator tour guide lover ... Lana included one of his sermons, titled "Judah Smith Interlude," on her ninth studio album, "Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd," last year.
