Todd and Julie Chrisley won't be sending their love to each other on Valentine's Day ... which their attorney says is coming as a huge drag.

The couple's attorney, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ the duo won't be able to communicate with one another on Valentine's Day 'cause inmates aren't permitted to get in touch while in different federal prisons.

You'll recall ... Todd was given a 12-year sentence at FPC Pensacola for a slew of fraud charges, while Julie was sent to FMC Lexington in Kentucky for 7 years -- so not only are they in separate prisons, but they're also in different states.

Their attorney tells us the Federal Bureau of Prisons has a no-crossover/contact policy... but Jay doesn't quite understand it, telling us it creates zero security problems or cause for concern.

Jay says the Chrisleys being unable to communicate during V-Day will be a real bummer ... especially cause their love for each other is unwavering and distance has only made the heart grow fonder.

Meanwhile, Jay says when he last spoke with Todd last week, TC said he wanted to pursue an investigation against FPC Pensacola prison administration for mail theft and general corruption ... among other things. He also claims he still hasn't received the mail he's been expecting, which raises further concerns with him.

As we all know by now, Todd's been vocal about the living conditions at his new digs ... ripping them apart for their disgusting food, possible mold, and bad plumbing.

But as it relates to the heart ... it seems like Todd and Julie's love is under lock and key for the time being.

Melissa had been posting a ton of photos of her and Sean all weekend across various social platforms of hers -- and in a lot of them ... they look awfully cozy ... almost couple-y, in fact.

Her captions also suggested there may be some romance afoot -- even though there wasn't any straight-up PDA shown between them in any of the pics she posted. Still, MS certainly appeared to be trying to telegraph something ... that's how many are reading it anyway.

From the looks of it ... Melissa and Sean were tied at the hip Saturday and Sunday -- hitting up clubs together, shopping centers together ... and even the freaking game itself together.

Like we said ... no direct signs they're for sure an item -- but that's definitely the vibe here, and that's for a very good reason ... we're being told they are, in fact, seeing each other.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Sean and Melissa first started talking over DMs back in November, and first met in person at the end of last year. Since then, we're told they've hung out in different cities, including L.A. and Chicago, and more recently ... Vegas.

Our sources say Melissa is from Kansas City and is a big Chiefs fan -- which is why Sean invited her to the game. No word on whether they're throwing around the BF/GF label yet ... but our sources say they're without a doubt dating right now. So there you have it!

The odd thing, of course, is that while Melissa may be "claiming" him on her socials -- SE himself didn't post diddly-squat of Melissa on his own pages. Now, he didn't really post any SB-related stuff ... and his entire IG page is pretty corporate with promotional material.

As we previously reported, Swift hopped on a private jet to make it from her "Eras" tour stop in Tokyo to Las Vegas for Sunday's kickoff ... and Kelce returned the favor with smooches on the field right after the Chiefs beat the 49ers in overtime.

Kelce also let Tay Tay know just how much she means to him ... and you can hear him call her a cute pet name.

"You're the best," Kelce said. "The absolute best, baby!"

Travis Kelce's enjoyed a bunch of professional perks since he started dating Taylor Swift, but it hasn't been all rainbows and butterflies ... the superstar TE was forced to move after overzealous fans camped out in front of his crib.

Kelce's big bro, Eagles center Jason Kelce, told the story on "The Big Podcast with Shaq" this week ... after The Big Fella asked the future Hall of Fame center about their newfound fame since Trav and T.S. hooked up.

"It's crazy what it opens up, opportunity-wise. It's crazy to feel how much joy you bring people or how much you affect people's daily lives," Jason told the NBA legend.

Now here's the but.

Kelce continued, "It has drawbacks, for sure and Travis knows more than I do."

That's when the 7x Pro Bowler revealed the reason behind Travis upgrading homes last October (he moved into a $6 million, 6 bed, 6 bath, 16,000 sq. ft. place), saying fans, who weren't invited, were basically camping outside his house, literally forcing him to move.

"He had to completely move out of his house," Jason said, "People were just staying by his house."

Unfortunately, not even the new place, with added security measures, was enough.

"The first day he moved into the new house, in a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house."

Thankfully, no one has seemingly wanted to cause them harm ... but it's clear the Kelce's are still adjusting to their newfound fame outside of the NFL.

"The Taylor World and the pop culture world, that's a whole different level. It's a new demographic that wasn't there before," Jason said.

Sadly, Taylor's no stranger to overzealous fans. She's dealt with over a dozen stalkers, most recently including a man named David Crowe, who showed up to her NYC pad multiple times, despite being arrested.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed a photo that Michael Rubin's daughter, Kylie, posted on her Insta Story from Sunday ... which shows her sitting next to socialite Will Makris (the dude sleeping in Kim Kardashian's suite) -- and while she was cracking jokes ... others were zooming in on her pic.

The reason for the focus ... Devin Booker was chillin' in the back, seemingly trying to be low-key and enjoy his food -- but certainly sticking out like a sore thumb regardless.

There didn't seem to be anyone else around him in this photo, but the fact he was even there at all -- in the KarJenner suite, no less -- caught the attention of many ... and for good reason. Obviously, he's one of Kendall's many famous exes, and a more recent one at that.

No explicit evidence (yet) that he was hobnobbing with Kendall specifically, but ya gotta figure he was there because of her. Even more fascinating ... Bunny was also in the building.

Photos have been circulating of the Puerto Rican rapper/singer hanging out with Lizzo's crew -- all of whom were rolling with Apple honcho Tim Cook, it seems -- and they were all in a completely separate private suite ... in a completely different part of the stadium too.

On its face, it would appear Kendall might, perhaps, be rekindling things with Devin once again -- whom she broke up with almost 2 years ago -- after her latest romance with Benito.

The interesting thing, of course, is that Kendall was recently spotted hanging with Bad Bunny after their own split a couple months ago. Remember, they'd been seen running with the same crew to ring in the New Year ... and some thought they were getting back together.

If she's chillin' with Devin, though ... that now seems unlikely, especially with BB there in Vegas, but nowhere near her. From this -- you can kinda assume ... they're probably over.

Devin was Kendall's previous boyfriend before Bunny ... so, retracing her steps a bit.

This is just the latest example of them leaning into their love fest, BTW ... in fact, they're kinda giving Taylor and Travis a run for their money these days!

Bottom line -- they look genuinely happy together ... especially Selena, which is great to see.

The last time we saw these two lovebirds out in public, they were on a date at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA ... holding on to each other tightly as they waited for a ride. She's been bringing Benny along to more events lately ... including award shows.

At first, some believed this relationship was fake as can be -- incredulous, almost -- but nah, they're for realsies ... which is becoming more and more evident with each new photo dump.

The singer hopped on her private jet Monday for a short flight to Los Angeles ... and she was joined by good friend Blake Lively. We're hearing there might've been other stars in the mix as well -- but hard to make anyone out specifically ... including TayTay.

Taylor's team was definitely trying to shield her from the cameras behind a wall of black umbrellas as she climbed the stairs onto the plane ... we gotta say, blocking like this would make Jason Kelce proud!

Blake herself boarded the plane in a red outfit without too much fuss ... and one passenger had on a Kansas City Chiefs jacket. Just like how she arrived from Tokyo -- it was a straight cover-up attempt ... and considering everything that's been going on with her lately, we get it.

Anyhoo ... it's been a whirlwind 24 hours for her. Taylor, Travis and co. partied deep into the night after the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in double overtime in Super Bowl LVIII for Travis' second straight championship ... and it looks like she's had her fill of Sin City.

After a short flight, Taylor and co. touched down at LAX ... where they hopped into a fleet of waiting SUVs and took off yet again. She's been getting dragged here and there a lot these past few days ... and Monday proved no different.

One other interesting tidbit -- Usher seems to be claiming Sin City as his permanent home for right now ... whereas Jenn is still claiming Atlanta. The cert lists Usher as ... Usher Raymond IV of Las Vegas, NV.

Melody Willis-Williams, president of Vegas Weddings, tells TMZ … "Congratulations to the Newlyweds! What a great game and Usher’s performance was phenomenal! We were beyond thrilled to host in this epic day for Usher and his new wife. As much as we love, love, this is the couple’s news to share any further details on. We’ll always be fans of Usher! Yeah!"

Usher and his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Goicoechea, did in fact get married this weekend -- and did so on the same day he performed for the Super Bowl halftime show.

The singer said "I do" Sunday in Sin City ... according to Usher's marriage records, obtained by TMZ. The wedding date is listed as Feb. 11, 2024 -- and for now, no other details were immediately available.

No word on when exactly Sunday they got hitched ... presumably, it was after the show.

Remember, Usher had actually obtained a marriage license with Jenn on Feb. 8 -- just a few days before the Super Bowl -- and while they technically had a year to get it done from then ... it's now clear their hearts were set on walking down the aisle sooner than later.

Nitish Kannan, a film producer who partied with Taylor and Travis in Sin City, joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and painted a picture of what it was like celebrating the Kansas City Chief's big win alongside Hollywood's "it" couple.

Taylor and Travis started the postgame festivities with a private party at Zouk inside Resorts World Las Vegas before moving over to XS at the Wynn ... and when they weren't singing her hit songs to each other, they were making out.

Nitish tells us Tay Tay and TK seemed to be having the times of their lives ... and looking like they're in the honeymoon phase of their relationship.

While the singer and football player commanded the spotlight all night, Nitish says Taylor and Travis wanted to just have a normal night out in public with friends, family and teammates.

It's kinda the exact opposite of Taylor's last relationship -- looking at you, Joe Alwyn -- and that might be one reason why this is all working so well.
