Larsa Pippen's putting her swanky Miami pad on the market, while also looking for a new place to nest with boyfriend Marcus Jordan ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the 'Real Housewives' star listed the 3,312 square foot penthouse Saturday for a cool $4.199 million, and the new owners can buy it fully furnished.

You'll recall, she bought the spot in 2022 for $3.375M, so she's hoping to make a sweet profit.

We're told the downtown Miami building, which was heavily featured on "The Real Housewives of Miami," comes with 5 freaking pools, a game room, boxing studio, fitness center, and even a recording studio -- so it's well-equipped for a wide variety of hobbies.

Our sources say Larsa updated and upgraded the penthouse with bougie things like intricate wallpaper and top-of-the-line window blackouts.

As for why she's moving, sources close to Larsa tell us she's in the market for a new Miami spot with more room for her and Marcus to live in -- although, we're told they haven't found anything they both love, yet.

Marcus and Larsa have been spending time together in L.A. recently, but it doesn't sound like they're getting too comfortable on the West Coast ... 'cause Florida is still in their sights.

Lukas Gage is digging the new cast from his HBO series ... and seemingly taking a dig at his estranged husband, Chris Appleton, too.

We got the "White Lotus" star Friday afternoon at the DOGPOUND in West Hollywood and our photog asked him about the hit franchise's new faces.

Lukas says he's especially stoked about Leslie Bibb and Parker Posey, who he says is about as close to a Jennifer Coolidge type as possible.

Of course, there's no replacing Jennifer -- she was the fan favorite for the first two seasons but her character won't be back for a third -- but Lukas says Parker is a great addition nonetheless and he tells us why the show doesn't need Harry Styles' star power.

Other 'Lotus' castings include Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Dom Hetrakul and Tayme Thapthimthong.

Lukas looks pretty fit ... a classic case of post-breakup hotness.

The A-list actor was among the many celebs who made a big splashy entrance at the Beverly Hilton Sunday ... but he was without a date on his arm, and handled the arrival all on his own with no sign of Kylie whatsoever.

Fortunately for all of us, the seating arrangement photos were already making the rounds this weekend ... and Tim's name card was right next to KJ, at a table with J-Law no less.

Unclear why Kylie didn't just roll up with Timmy ... but he collected her once the show got rolling. According to reporters in the room, TC and Kylie entered the ballroom together at some point after the first break ... and they went to their seats and looked lovey-dovey.

There are countless clips of BTS cameras that are capturing all the action that the main telecast isn't showing ... and you can see Kylie digging Tim's stylish duds/jewlery.

The homeboy himself was looking deep into her eyes as they chatted, and he eventually planted a quick kiss on her in front of everyone -- or at least whoever was paying attention.

At some point, the cat was fully out of the bag ... as it appears they showed up on the main broadcast as the rest of the presenters did their thing on stage -- with a camera panning to them and Tim/Kylie smiling wide. If they were trying to lay low, this wasn't the place for it.

Hard to say if this counts as their official red carpet debut as a couple -- again ... Kylie didn't show up for that somewhat important part. Still, they're claiming each other pretty loudly behind the scenes ... and are clearly going strong several months after first going public.

Maybe as it gets closer to the Oscars -- where Tim will presumably be invited -- they'll just pose together once and for all. At this point, everybody knows they're an item.

Kelly Clarkson's using the oldest parent cliché in the book ... telling her kids they can't use social media as long as they live under her roof -- 'cause what she says goes, period.

The singer/mama-of-two dished out her somewhat strict parenting rules in a new interview with People -- explaining why it's her way or the highway when it comes to social media and her children. Namely, they ain't allowed to get on the 'Gram ... or anything else.

She says, "[Social media] can be really hard on kids in general but especially kids with parents in the public eye. So I have informed them they’re not allowed to, under my roof, ever have [it]." Kelly adds things may change down the line, but for now ... hell no.

One interesting part of the interview ... Clarkson talked co-parenting with her ex-husband and seemingly took a shot at him in the process -- which jibes with their contentious uncoupling.

KC says ... "My daughter was like, ‘Well, what if Dad lets me?’ I’m like, ‘Well, you’re there four days a month. Enjoy that.’ And right now he’s not letting them do it either."

Whether it's an intentional shot or not, she seems to be saying her daughter River and son Remington aren't seeing much of their dad these days ... at least that's what we can glean.

As we reported ... Kelly filed for divorce from Blackstock back in 2020, and it was finalized nearly two years later. She also took him to court over how he managed her finances -- and there, too, some interesting nuggets emerged about their professional relationship.

Of course, her loyal base is beyond excited about the news ... as many feel like she seriously fell off the radar for a bit too long since dropping her "Positions" album way back in the Fall 2020. After that, she's been a pretty MIA ... both in music and in public life.

The Grammy-nominated singer and her rapper boyfriend, DDG, posted photos on their Instagram pages Saturday night, showing their hands gently holding Halo's fingers with his name etched in a gold bracelet around his little wrist.

In her caption, Halle wrote, "Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo 🥰👼🏽 ✨the world is desperate to know you 😉🤣♥️."

DDG also commented under his IG pic, "my biggest blessing by far 👶🏽❤️ son son.. never been so in love 🥹 baby halo."

The controversial ex-con hit the Big Apple with her husband Ryan Scott Anderson, and the two hustled to make curtain for "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child."

If you recall ... her mother, Dee Dee, yanked her out of school when she was very young, and she repeatedly read the 'Harry Potter' series to learn to read.

Gypsy took to TikTok minutes before the curtain went up to share her 'Harry Potter' love, and snaps of her seats, with her exploding social media audience.

The couple's fun night out sits in stark opposition to the harrowing details emerging in her new Lifetime docuseries.

Gypsy recently revealed she'd been violent toward her mother before she and her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn plotted her murder.

The 32-year-old says, after her mother caught her trying to run away when she was 19, Dee Dee chained her to the bed and beat her severely.

She said Dee Dee also bought a gun and one day, while arguing, Gypsy grabbed it off the table and fired multiple shots at her mother.

It turned out to only be a BB gun, but Gypsy said she was shocked to find she'd pulled the trigger at all, having made the snap decision without thinking.

Dee Dee's medical records show she was treated for a pellet gun injury ... but she said a man robbed and shot her in a Walmart parking lot.

Of course, a few years later, Gypsy did plan and successfully stab her mother to death ... a crime for which she served seven years.

Before things got hot and heavy under the covers ... Ryan Scott Anderson asked Gypsy Rose Blanchard to marry him while she was still in prison -- a moment from 2022 he fondly recalls in her new doc.

Speaking in Lifetime's "The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard," Louisiana teacher Ryan said he was spurred to pop the question 4 months after they first met in person ... when the famous former inmate quizzed him on where he saw their relationship going.

He says Gypsy told him over the phone she was smitten and had developed romantic feelings for him -- a confession that delighted him as he'd already fallen in love with her ages before.

Following the convo, Ryan tied an engagement ring to his chain ... sneaking it into the visitation room at Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri during his third visit to see her.

Gypsy, who was still in prison when asked about the proposal, is heard in audio footage reminiscing ... saying he took her by the hand and told her he loved her.

Ryan adds their chemistry was electric ... and that just by sitting across from Gypsy -- who looked cute with her makeup done -- he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. That's when he popped the question.

So far, he's taken his husband duties seriously ... staying by Gypsy's side since she was released from prison Dec. 28 after serving 7 of her 10-year prison sentence.

In return, Gypsy has defended her man from haters ... also letting everyone know she's impressed with his skills in the bedroom.
