Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are firing back over rumors they're divorcing after the longtime couple announced their separation Monday.

In their first public statement on the matter, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars posted to Instagram it was categorically untrue they were ending their 27-year marriage.

They continued, “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.”

The couple ended by saying they're working through their issues and urging everyone not to speculate and write bogus stories about the status of their marriage.

People magazine first reported Kyle and Mauricio separated a while ago, but they're still living under the same roof and remain friends.

Logan Paul's gotta feel relieved after getting engaged to his boo, Nina Agdal ... which has gotta be why he took his fiancée on a boat after the big question for some R&R.

Logan and Nina were spotted soaking in the sun Monday, leaving the shoreside Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como -- and it didn't take long before he planted a kiss on his bride-to-be.

Of course, the WWE star popped his shirt off while on the water ... and Nina's view of her upcoming hubby is one we're sure she doesn't mind, either.

As we reported, sources close to the couple confirmed Logan proposed to Nina Sunday while on their Italian vacation.

He appeared in London for some wrestling just the day before, so the likely-sore guy is probably loving every minute of their vacay.

Seems like Avril Lavigne and Tyga are still gettin' along pretty well after their split ... because the 2 were spotted kicking it at a club in Sin City only weeks after calling it quits.

Avril and Tyga appeared to be in good spirits in pics and video, obtained by TMZ -- we're told Avril performed Saturday with Marshmello at the Encore Beach Club inside Wynn Las Vegas, and Tyga hopped onstage later that night.

We're told the rapper watched Avril's set from his VIP section of the DJ booth ... and she went over to him after her performance, where the two were spotted laughing and smiling together.

The pair eventually left the club together with their posse ... but not before Avril snapped pics with fans while Tyga waited next to them.

TMZ broke the story, sources told us the split was a mutual decision, with both believing the relationship simply ran its course. You'll recall, they went public in March -- a month after she called off her engagement to Mod Sun.

According to People, the 'RHOBH' star and her real estate broker husband have been separated for a while, but are still living together. It's unclear when they called it quits, but we're told the 2 are still remaining friendly.

For those unaware, Kyle and Mauricio got married back in 1996 after meeting in a nightclub just 2 years before. They ended up having 3 daughters together -- Sophia, Alexia, and Portia.

Fans of the reality series were introduced to Kyle and Mauricio in 2012 when the show premiered, sticking around for all 12 seasons. Mauricio once claimed they're the same, happy couple whether or not the cameras are rolling.

Mauricio responded to rumors back in April when Kyle was spotted without her wedding ring -- shutting it down and claiming they weren't getting a divorce.

There's also been speculation that Kyle is dating country singer Morgan Wade ... having spent a decent amount of time together recently. They also allegedly have matching heart tattoos.

Jay-Z's mom has tied the knot, and if her son and his wife, Beyoncé aren't big enough names for ya ... the whole celebration was a who's who of A-listers -- partyin' it up late into the night together.

Tyler Perry and Kelly Rowland were just a couple of the big names that came through for the big day in NY Sunday night ... also packing the house were the likes of Robin Roberts, Corey Gamble, and Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles.

And yes, Bey and Jay were both front and center for Gloria, who said "I Do" to marry her partner, Roxanne Wilshire.

We're told the whole thing wrapped around 1 AM -- so there was plenty of fun to be had by all.

As we reported, Jay-Z's been extremely supportive of Gloria, who came out as a lesbian in his 2017 track, "Smile" ... where she jumped on the song to talk about "living in the shadows" as a gay woman.

YouTuber Adam22 says he's got no problem with his wife Lena the Plug shooting her first porn scene with another dude... telling fans it's actually a big positive for their careers.

The "No Jumper" podcast host went on the Bird app to talk about Lena Sunday, writing "It’s officially been a week since I let my wife do a porn with another guy. I felt a little jealous at first but overall it wasn’t that big a deal."

The actress posted a massive photo dump that shows her partying and enjoying herself during a recent trip to Ibiza -- where she's seen hanging out with friends and hitting the town ... be it in formal-wear, or in a bikini. Indeed, she was rockin' all sorts of looks.

In fact, in some of these shots ... it looks like her engagement ring is also missing -- but that could be explained by the setting some of these pictures were taken in ... including at the pool, where one might presumably ditch such hardware to take a dip.

Point is ... it's interesting that JD is absent from this trip, but not necessarily a smoking gun of her relationship status. Sydney was spotted out on a date night with Jonathan just a few weeks ago in NYC -- where they seemed to be in good spirits and going strong.

She and Jon have actually surfaced a few times over the past several months -- this amid speculation something was going on between her and costar Glen Powell ... whom she shot a movie with, and who looked cozy next to her during a Spring promotional tour.

It's interesting that their demeanor here is so positive. You could argue that's very much in line with the latest story being pedaled about their alleged mindset -- namely, that they're sorta burying their heads in the sand and pointing the finger elsewhere for their woes.

There's word of a new doc about Africa that Harry's working on for Netflix, and you gotta figure Meg's busy cooking something up too. Based on their vibes here, perhaps they're confident those projects will work out and get 'em back in Tinseltown's good graces.

As you know, Chrissy just had a baby, and they welcomed their 4th kid via surrogate last month.

Treylon Burks is catchin' on to the whole good husband thing quickly ... the Tennessee Titans star happily played photographer for his wife on Thursday -- just five days after the two tied the knot!!

That's power couple Miki Sudo and Nick Wehry's reality when every Fourth of July rolls around ... and they're telling TMZ Sports exactly how they avoid bathroom catastrophe following the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest!!

Of course, the annual tradition is a lot of fun for the fans ... but what they DON'T see is how the world's best eaters deal with the aftermath. Naturally, we had to ask The Hungry Couple how it all plays out.

"We force a lot of water, we stay away from each other," Nick (who has the third-best odds to win the mustard belt on Tuesday) tells us.

"I don't know what's more unpleasant -- our moods toward each other or the G.I. distress, but we do a good job of kind of avoiding both."

Miki -- the 8-time hot dog champ -- added ... "I don't blame anybody for not wanting to be around me after I eat four dozen hot dogs and equally, I don't really feel like being around him after he competes in events."

As for the actual contest, Miki -- the #1-ranked female eater on the planet -- says she's hoping to break her world record of 48.5 glizzys on Independence Day ... and revealed she has a new strategy she's been working on in hopes of making that happen.

Miki tells us she has no plans of slowing down anytime soon ... and sees herself competing for another 10 years.

Kanye West seems to have found his happy place, roaming the streets of Tokyo with his wife by his side ... and allegedly checking out some adult toys in the process.

Ye and Bianca Censori were spotted in the Ginza shopping district Thursday, sans security, while they browsed the Don Quijote discount store. Ye, dressed in all black with his signature socks/shoes, did his best to cover his face from the public ... while Bianca went a little less traditional in what appears to be a leotard and heels.

An eyewitness tells us no one really seemed to pay attention to the two, mostly leaving them alone while they shopped.

Interestingly enough, our witness says at one point Ye and Bianca checked out an adult toy section ... though it was unclear if they purchased anything off the rack.

From there, Kanye and Bianca took off, hopping in an awaiting car and hitting the road.

Kanye's spent a ton of time in Japan over the years, but most recently it seems he's over there more than in the United States. It was just earlier this month when we saw him with North, and he and Bianca have attended a few events in the country as of late.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye and Bianca got hitched earlier this year in some sort of commitment ceremony. It's still unclear if there's any legal binding to their marriage, but they certainly move around the globe like the real deal.

Chrissy Teigen has announced she's a momma once again ... letting folks know all about her decision to have baby #4 via surrogacy.

CT broke the news on social media Wednesday about their new boy, Wren Alexander Stephens, by saying, "For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted four children" ... adding she'd always play with 4 dolls when she was a little girl.

That dream finally came true for Chrissy, saying she reached out to a surrogacy agency in 2021 -- the year after she and her husband John Legend sadly lost their son Jack due to complications.

As we reported, Chrissy and John also welcomed a new baby in January, with John dropping the news at a private performance -- Chrissy's post says their little girl, Esti, was done through IVF, just like their other kids, Luna and Miles ... getting pregnant during their search for a surrogate.

Chrissy says Alexandra, the "most incredible, loving, compassionate surrogate we could ever imagine," was a perfect surrogacy match for the fam.

She notes the first embryo didn't take for Alexandra, and she underwent surgeries to make sure the second transfer would work ... eventually learning the process was a success. She says baby Wren was born on June 19.
