WWE superstar Charlotte Flair is opening up about a horrible bout with silicon poisoning in 2018 ... after she discovered one of her breast implants had leaked.

"Picture it. Charlotte, North Carolina, 2018. A young queen, shortly after a career-defining WrestleMania victory, finds herself sicker than sick at her brother's house," Charlotte says.

"A trip to the doctor tells us the likely culprit is silicone poisoning, and that my implant had been leaking for quite some time. It was one of the worse cases the doctor had seen."

Flair says she consulted with doctors about her options but ultimately decided to go with the choice that "allowed me to return [to pro wrestling] the soonest. That was the choice I made."

The 34-year-old pro wrestler says things appeared to be resolved for a while ... until a few months ago when "something felt off."

She returned to the doctor and found out the new issue was NOT related to silicon poisoning ... but she still needs another operation to fix the problem.

"The surgery is cosmetic to fix an issue from a prior surgery," Charlotte explained.

"This time, I'm going with an option that I believe will solve the issue long time, even though the recovery period is a little longer than I would like."

Now, Charlotte says she'll be taking some time off from WWE to fix the issue -- and she'll return "when I'm ready."

"The body will be rested, and the mind still focused on legacy. Focused on this job. Focused on being better. Always being better."

Flair later said she refuses to feel ashamed over the medical issue -- and seemingly wants to put a spotlight on it to let other women suffering from a similar condition to know they're not alone.

We're told Mia went under the knife a week ago, getting a Scarless Nose Rhinoplasty courtesy of celeb Bev Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar.

The bandages have finally come off, and as you can see ... Mia's new nose is a lot smaller, and pretty darn cute. Nice work, doc!

Our sources say Mia's nose job is a long time coming ... we're told she's wanted one since she was 14, because her schnoz was one of her biggest insecurities. Yes, people who bare all for the camera can still be insecure.

Of course, Mia's signature look became her nose, eyebrows and glasses, so she was hesitant in recent years to make a change ... but she finally decided to go for it.

She wins this one by a nose.

A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon's blowing up on TikTok after posting a video suggesting Hailey Bieber's had some work done on her face, but now it's got him in legal hot water with Hailey and Justin.

Dr. Daniel Barrett's been hit with a cease-and-desist letter by the couple's lawyers, who claim he's using Hailey's name, image and likeness in his video without permission to advertise his practice and "spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery."

On top of that, Barrett's being accused of copyright infringement for his use of lyrics from Justin's song, "Sorry," in the TikTok caption.

In the vid, which was posted over the weekend, the plastic surgeon compares a 2011 photo of Hailey to a more recent one and one from 2016. He says he thinks the physical changes are impossible without some cosmetic procedures ... specifically to her nose.

Barrett also speculates Hailey's undergone genioplasty and has lip fillers.

Hailey and Justin's legal team say the TikTok includes a number of violations, including "misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement" and more.

They're demanding Barrett take down the video and issue a public retraction in the next 24 hours ... or else the legal fury is coming.

Dr. Barrett tells TMZ ... he doesn't believe his comments in the video are disparaging, and he finds it "crazy" that the Beibers want to chase him down for something like this.

He says his video is intended to educate about plastic surgery, and he does not plan to remove it and will deal with the legal ramifications.

Plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills may have the green light to resume elective and cosmetic surgeries, but they're moving forward with caution ... and some aren't ready to reopen.

Dr. Rady Rahban tells TMZ ... his offices are reopening for everything from tummy tucks, nose jobs and breast-lifts to mommy makeovers, but there's gonna be some major precautions due to the novel coronavirus.

Dr. Rahban says people have been clamoring for surgeries during the outbreak, but appointments are now open and this week he's gonna start seeing patients again.

Among the new safety procedures at Dr. Rahban's practice -- the lobby will always be empty, patients will text when they arrive, wait and then head directly to a waiting room to ensure there is no contact between patients.

Face masks will be required for all of Dr. Rahban's patients and staff, and patients will have their temperatures checked upon arrival. There will also be a pre-screening over the phone, with questions about recent travel and exposure to the virus.

Dr. Joubin Gabbay tells us his practice is aiming to reopen May 15, but they're waiting for more guidelines on how to do so safely.

As we reported ... the Bev Hills city council voted last week to resume elective and cosmetic surgeries, setting the stage for plastic surgeons to operate on rich folks and celebs.

Dr. Gabbay has some reservations ... he says it's dangerous to open right now, even though patients have been calling since the lockdown started.

While Dr. Gabbay's been doing virtual consultations in the meantime -- liposuction is the most requested procedure -- his office will operate similarly to Dr. Rahban's when it opens again.

Dr. Gabbay says a COVID-19 test will be required for all patients and must be taken 5-to-7 days before surgery. Patients will be required to self-isolate and quarantine while awaiting results.

Surgeons at Dr. Gabbay's practice will also be required to take COVID-19 tests as needed and must test negative to continue working. If any staff is exposed to the virus, they will be quarantined and the entire practice may even be shut down.

Dr. Gabbay says patients must wear a mask and a face shield during operations.

Dr. Paul Nassif, who tells us he feels it is not safe to resume plastic surgeries and he won't open his practice until Governor Gavin Newsom gives the green light and provides details on how doctor's offices should safely operate.

The "Botched" star says clients are mostly seeking botox, nose-lifts and face-lifts ...  but whenever he reopens the practice, he will NOT be offering any operation related to the nose, mouth or lips, at least in the beginning.

Dr. Nassif says he wants to encourage patients to wear masks when they go under the knife, so those procedures are off the table for the immediate future.

The good doc also says he's going to focus on local patients whenever he opens back up, and he won't see patients who must travel to Bev Hills.

We spoke with Dr. Nassif's colleague, Dr. Terry Dubrow, on "TMZ Live" last Friday and he echoed the same sentiments, that plastic surgeons are fearing their own health and safety.

We got Kim and hubby, Kroy Biermann, at LAX Friday and our camera guy wanted to talk cosmetic surgery ... particularly when it comes to her 18-year-old daughter, Ariana. Kim tells us her kids gotta wait till they turn 18 to get anything done.

Seems she won't cop to Ariana already getting lip fillers ... but a month after turning 18, Ariana took to Instagram and posted a video where everybody noticed her lips were ... full.

Kim tells us Ariana's gonna do what a girl's gotta do but check out the vid ... seems there's still guidelines the girls gotta follow even if they have the green light. As you may know by now ... Brielle, who got her lips done at 18, has now removed all fillers and embraced her natural look ... captioning a recent pic "2020 new year new me!"

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, is in the market for more junk in her trunk ... and she's gonna do it with the help of some fat donations.

Harley's set to get fat injections early next month, however, it won't be her own blubber. We're told doctors take fat cells out of other patients, clean them up, and then inject them into folks looking for a thicker caboose.

L.A. Dr. Jaime Schwartz will do the honors ... he specializes in performing the procedure on women who don't have enough fat in their bodies to move around.

We're told the process takes about an hour and a half and is pretty much pain-free. Jen will be awake during the whole time.

BTW the procedure costs around $25k.

When all is said and done, Jen's ass will be fuller, rounder and better sculpted.

The timing makes sense for someone looking to move on ... Jen and Ronnie just had a nasty breakup after a domestic incident in L.A. Ronnie's been charged with 5 misdemeanors for the incident, including domestic violence and child endangerment.

Cardi B's lingering side effects from her recent plastic surgeries should be setting off alarm bells ... so says Dr. Terry Dubrow.

The "Botched" star came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and weighed in on Cardi's super swollen feet and ankles ... telling us the swelling could be indicative of much larger health issues than CB is letting on.

Cardi posted this graphic pic over the weekend, blaming her swollen feet on flying and further showing fans the toll her recent boob job and liposuction is taking on her body, which forced her to postpone some shows.

The rapper says she got her boobs done sometime after giving birth to baby Kulture last July ... and in early May she told a crowd in Memphis she should have canceled the show because "moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo."

Dr. Dubrow says he's concerned Cardi is still dealing with swelling this far removed from going under the knife ... and he's advising her to see a doctor pronto!

Cardi B is showing rather than telling us what sort of toll her recent cosmetic surgeries are having on her ... in the form of a foot flash that's pretty damn shocking to see.

The rapper posted a photo Saturday of her two feet side-by-side, and they looked like straight-up cankles, on account of how swollen they appear to be. She captioned her photo, "Look how swollen my feet get every time I take flights my stomach gets even more puffy."

Cardi went on to explain that the swelling is just one reason her docs have recently told her to lay off of performing because "my feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up."

She also seemed to be taking a shot at a story we did about the complications she was dealing with from her liposuction and breast augmentation procedures -- in which we pointed out that her having to cancel a show actually increased ticket sales for the rescheduled booking. Cardi wrote, "NOT due to ticket sales. Stop fakin s*** f*** outta here."

For the record, TMZ never directly linked Cardi's surgery complications to ticket sales -- we simply pointed out that one thing fortuitously happened after the other ... that's all.

And, ticket sales did, in fact, go up for an event she was supposed to perform at in Baltimore this Spring. After pulling out and the gig getting postponed ... we're told an additional 4,600-plus tickets were sold, on top of what had already been issued.

Liziane Gutierrez's plastic surgery nightmare is getting worse by the day ... and things are so bad, she's in need of MORE cosmetic procedures to fix her botched Botox damage.

We got this graphic footage of the Brazilian model getting her lip fillers sucked out with a needle at a doctor's office in Las Vegas. Clearly, painful for her, but also hard to watch. Warning ... it ain't for the squeamish.

Liziane tells TMZ ... after Friday's procedure in Vegas, her face went completely numb. And, as you can see in this pic, her lips are extremely discolored.

As we reported, Liziane recently went for botox and lip fillers in Brazil, but the doc did such a terrible job, she felt like her face was going to explode. She was later diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection.

Liziane tells us her Vegas doctor is afraid she was injected with silicone or another dangerous substance during her operation in Brazil ... and if her condition doesn't improve, she's staring down additional plastic surgery to fix the damage.

Liziane's already cheated death after botched liposuction ... and her fingers are crossed once again.

Liziane Gutierrez is in the middle of another nightmare beauty procedure ... a procedure that went so bad, it could require major surgery to get it right.

The Brazilian model tells TMZ ... she went for botox and fillers for her face and lips last Tuesday in Brazil, but by that Sunday night, her face started feeling numb. When she woke up, her face blew up ... the pain was so intense, she thought her face was going to explode.

What's almost unbelievable ... Liziane cheated death last May when she went to Turkey for lipo and the surgery was botched so bad she was put in a coma for 5 days. She barely made it out alive.

As for her recent brush with the Almighty, Liziane tells us a doctor diagnosed her with a bacterial skin infection ... she was pumped full of antibiotics, to no avail, so a doctor's in the process of removing the fillers and botox.

If the swelling doesn't significantly subside and if she's still in pain, Liziane tells us she's going to need more surgery to completely 86 the "enhancements" from her body.

UPDATE: 5:23 PM PT -- Dr. Dubrow sent us his statement, saying it is "incredibly rude of TMZ to run a story like this on Xmas Eve. The bad karma is incredible."

Dr. Terry Dubrow is famous for fixing plastic surgeries gone wrong on his reality TV show, but one of his recent patients claims he's responsible for screwing up her breast implants ... this according to a new lawsuit.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Tina Andrade claims the "Botched" star performed her breast implant surgery in October 2016, but Dr. Dubrow did such a poor job she's in need of a second surgery to fix the damage.

In the docs, Tina claims she went to Dr. Dubrow's practice in Newport Beach for the surgery, and instead of getting a better bust, Tina claims Dr. Dubrow improperly placed and installed her breast implants.

Tina is suing Dr. Dubrow for negligence and medical malpractice, and she's seeking damages for lost wages, physical and psychological damages, and medical expenses.

Liziane Gutierrez -- the woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in a Vegas hotel -- is lucky to be alive after a botched liposuction procedure that put her in a medically induced coma for several days.

Gutierrez flew to Istanbul last week to have a gastric balloon inserted into her stomach. We're told after an evaluation, docs decided that procedure was too risky -- so they went with liposuction instead.

We're told when she woke from the procedure, Liziane could barely breathe and docs discovered she'd developed a blood clot in her lung, so they decided to place her in a coma. A friend of Liziane's took to her Instagram page to let her fans know something had gone very wrong during the surgery.

Gutierrez tells us she was in the coma from Wednesday until Monday, when docs finally felt she was healthy enough ... she says she's still dizzy, but happy to be alive.

Gutierrez settled with Brown for the alleged punch after a nearly 2-year-long legal battle. Sources close to the model said it was for as much as $70k, but sources close to Brown heavily disputed that.
