"Hacks" snagged the Outstanding Comedy Series at last night's Emmys, beating "The Bear," which has been called out by some for not actually being a comedy -- and Susie Essman tells us while the Chicago-based show is unfairly criticized for its categorization, it's not the fault of the show's actors or crew.

The comedienne tells TMZ even though "The Bear" racked up a record-breaking 11 wins, at the end of the day, the show is a drama -- and probably shouldn't be included in the comedy category at all.

"RuPaul's Drag Race" star Ross Mathews shut down any talk about the cast feeling robbed by "The Traitors" winning at the Emmys -- but, some others on the show aren't on the same page.

The Ohio Division of Wildlife tells TMZ the real deal behind the viral pic -- the guy was actually picking up 2 geese that were hit in a Columbus car accident. And by the way, that's 45 minutes from Springfield, where Trump's wild claims supposedly took place.

The wildlife org clarified to us you usually need a statement or receipt from the county sheriff or wildlife officer to claim an animal carcass. But the Franklin County Wildlife Office tells TMZ that for geese, you don’t always need a receipt ... so the guy was totally in the clear to have them.

Louis Vuitton has been hit with a lawsuit from a mother and daughter who claim they were treated unfairly at the fashion brand's stores compared to white shoppers in the same stores.

According to court docs, Tracy Renee Williams says she preordered and paid about $50,000 for items at a Costa Mesa LV store, but never received the delivery. When she went to a Beverly Hills location, she claims a white manager told her she was no longer welcome and that she would be arrested if she stayed or came back.

Springfield, Ohio's mayor says Donald Trump's wrong about Haitian immigrants eating people's dogs and cats there ... but he says the influx of migrants is causing real problems.

The Republican presidential nominee spoke onstage at his Arizona rally Thursday night -- and made some eye-opening comments about geese, days after falsely claiming Haitians were chowing down on cats and dogs in Springfield, OH.

Trump said, “They’re taking the geese. You know where the geese are? In the park. In the lake. And even walking off with their pets ... These people are the worst.”

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say the homeowner called to report the incident around 5:30 PM last Friday, telling cops the guy stuck a cucumber in the grille of her car and used the vegetable to perform sexual acts.

Cops say the suspect also performed lewd and obscene acts on the cucumber at the back of the car ... before leaving the scene.
