Kevin Spacey is crying about losing his home and owing millions in legal fees ... and TMZ has the first look inside the Baltimore pad he says is going up for auction.

No wonder Kevin is upset ... he used to live in an East Coast palace right on the water in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, a 6-bedroom estate with over 9,000 square feet of pure luxury.

Kevin's place has sweeping views of the Baltimore skyline, a home theater, massive master bathroom, plus a sauna, rooftop terrace, spiral staircase, several verandas and a freaking elevator.

The Wisconsin high school official who got shoved aside by the father of a graduating senior is speaking out on the incident ... saying an apology here is too little, too late.

Superintendent Rainey Briggs -- who was onstage at Baraboo High during the now-infamous graduation ceremony -- told media outlets attorneys for Matthew Eddy contacted him Monday with an informal apology from the dad ... but it sounds like it didn't go over well.

Briggs told Daily Mail, "An apology just doesn't make things go away." He says Eddy caused "a lot of harm" by rushing the stage and physically preventing Briggs from shaking his daughter's hand.

11:10 AM PT -- TMZ Sports just spoke with Scott Hanson ... and he told us the horrifying crash all happened on Sunday at around 9:30 PM.

He reiterated that despite the chaotic scene, somehow, no one was injured.

As for the TikToker who was seemingly trying to make a buck off it all ... Hanson said the guy was a complete jerk -- who only left the scene after he heard sirens heading toward the area.

The context is that she was pushing back on the notion that women are gold diggers -- and she was offering examples of why that isn't the case ... which included the racial slur. No surprise ... the clip drew intense backlash, prompting Lilly to post a follow-up clip.

Pope Francis has yet again used a disparaging slur against gay people behind closed Vatican doors -- less than a month after apologizing for doing the same thing.

According to ANSA -- the leading news agency in Italy -- the pontiff reiterated the vulgar term while speaking to Roman priests Tuesday ... stating, "There is an air of fa****ness in the Vatican," as he expressed it'd be better for young gay men to steer clear of seminaries.
